The food is EXCELLENT here! I love the lemon grass soup! (It can also cure any cold or stuffy nose!) Everything I have ever had here is so fresh! They also have a very reasonable lunch special! The owner is very friendly, kind, and genuinely wants you to enjoy your food! Be sure to stop here!!

Excellent! Very fresh and beautifully presented. Such a nice break from all the pizza and hoagies I cram in when I come back home- and the owner is really interesting and fun to talk to.

I've been here before and I loved it. My second time not so much. The service here is great, and everyone is very nice. However, the food isn't as great as I remember. I got the pad Thai and it was awful. For some reason it smelled like an old gym bag. It wasn't the smell of the fish sauce or anything. It was disgusting. My friend got the red curry and that was great. The portion sizes were very different. I had enough to split between two people. The curry was enough for one person. Pretty confused and I wonder if anything happened since I was there the first time. There are great Thai places in Doylestown, check those out first.

After moving from the Boston area to Doylestown, PA, we discovered this gem of a restaurant. The owner is one of the friendliest, most welcoming business owners I've ever met; that kind of warm, personal greeting adds a lot to the dining-out experience. The food is consistently good, and--rare here in small PA restaurants, we've discovered--there is a full bar. I recommend the massaman curry and pad Thai in particular-- but then again, those are the only entrees I've tried. (When I find a good thing, I stick with it!) Now I must sign off...It's time to call and order Siam take-out.

Probably one of the worst experiences when it comes to waiting time. Took close to 2.5 hours for entrées to be served. Even tho we has a pre fixed menu and a party of 30. Each table cluster got served at different times with a difference of 20 mins or so. By the time our final entrée was served it was already too late to eat. None of the staff gave us time updates, no mention of asking if we're okay. I'm very disappointed and I would not recommend this restaurant.

I'm alway impressed by the quality of the food at Siam, particularly as this is the suburbs. Ingredients are always fresh even on a Monday night. I know the owner is Thai, so I assume it's authentic. I've been to Bangkok but I can't remember what exactly authentic Thai should be. It's just enjoyable at Siam.

Easily the best thai food I've ever had. The lemon grass soup was on point. If you don't know what to get the older gentleman won't steer you wrong with a spectacular suggestion. With a price range of 10-25 dollars a dish there is something for everyone. I'd also recommend the singha beer.

I'm glad that there is even a Thai place that exists in Buckingham...I like the option. Their regular menu is pretty large but they also offer lots of specials that change frequently. The thai is just average but like I said - I'm glad to have an option so I'll likely come back. They also have a fully stocked bar and drink specials which I appreciate.

Tom yum shrimp loaded with veggies. they were generous on the shrimp and they were freshly put in - not like a lot of places where the shrimp are left sitting and get a little soggy veggie spring rolls - cant go wrong there i thought it was better than some of the more recent reviews. more cost effective than some of the other local thai places

Great Thai Food and Great Service ! A rare find in the New Hope area where the majority of restaurants have more style than substance.

I was going around town and saw this Thai restaurant. I decided to try it out since I hadn't been to one for a real long time. The parking lot is spacious and the interior of the restaurant is decorated with 1980 like decor. It is a little bit over decorated. But the food is great and has a good taste. You won't be disappointed at all.

I agree with Dave H. Bucks County is sorely lacking in the Thai Department. (And how I loves me a good Thai meal - especially that Tom Kha Gai!) Meanwhile - Siam Cuisine does a very nice job in holding me over for West Coast Thai. Prices are moderate, service is good and food is tatsy (if predictable.). Even had a nice DUCK breast dish a while back. My parent's are old-school and to them Italian is adventurous - so I can't get them to go there too much - but I did manage to get them to go with me once years ago and I my mom liked the Chicken Basil Curry. I will definitely be back.

Ventured from my beloved city of Boston to check out the best that Pennsylvania had to offer. Had a huge craving for Thai food and Siam Cuisine definitely did not disappoint! A delightfully cozy little Thai restaurant tucked away in the back corner of a tiny strip mall. The walls were adorned with colorful artwork with a very warm and inviting finish. The establishment also had a tiny bar serving the average run of the mill drinks in bottle as well as draft but they also serve some delicious in house martinis. I came here with a friend and ordered their: Chicken Pad Thai: Delicious lightly fried noodles that includes yummy fried eggs, tender cuts of chicken, scallions and bean sprouts served with a light tangy fish sauce. $13.00 Beef Salad (Yum Mua) : Tender, juicy cuts of charbroiled sirloin beef tossed over a bed of crisp, crunchy lettuce served with a delicious tangy and sour lime dressing. $8.00 Soft Shell Crab Vermicelli w/Curry: Fantastic, crispy and crunchy soft shell crab expertly fried and served over tender vermicelli noodles with a curry sauce, the crab was very good but the curry could of use a little bit more flavor, I'm a huge fan of curry and even though the dish was very tasty, it didn't have that "OMPH" that I was looking for. If ever I'm in the area again I will definitely recommend and drop by Siam Cuisine!

Do not be fooled by the decor... The food is wonderful. Always fresh and tasty! The service is great as well. Definitely give it a try - you will not be disappointed!!

We came here on a holiday and was glad to see they were open. Customer service was great, very friendly! However, the food was slightly disappointing - or maybe I was just expecting more because of all the wonderful reviews here on Yelp. Food was very tasty, but was lacking in presentation and authentic thai flavor. I ordered a Pad Woon Sen and it was a bit dry, lacking in sauce and the vegetables were not cooked properly. It was a bit more raw than I wanted. The Pad Thai was okay, we have tried worse ones. Maybe we didn't have the regular chef the day we ate there and might give this place a second try.

Stopped by because we were in Bucks, and it was okay per Urban Spoon. We had GaiTom Kia soup. to start. The soup was overly sweet, with no spiciness noted at all. Basically it was coconut cream with some chicken slices and some vegetables in it. My entree- House special was Mango curry with chicken. Basic stir fry with a lot of cream sauce lightly spiced with red curry and 2 pieces of mango in the fry. My husband had the duck with tamarind sauce- which WAS good. Decor is old and dated (80's style pink and green) and the plastic flowers were a bit dusty ( as were the overhead fans). The most disconcerting thing was the table we were seated next to appeared to be where they have their office? It was covered with paperwork. It looks like, from previous ratings, it used to be good, but is now tired and dated. I wish them luck. We won't be back. We really like Thai food.

Scour for restaurants in Bucks County, and you'll find American, Italian, French, and lots of Chinese take-out. As for Thai, there still only are a handful. Find Siam Cuisine in a shopping center south of Peddler's Village. It has been there for quite some time. Their interior is clean, intimate, and dimly lit. The decor is unassuming, the white-washed walls adorned with paintings of Thailand. Plants dot the restaurant. A bar takes up a nice part of one wall (they have good in-house drinks here). Music is subtle; sometimes you'll hear Thai or easy-listening tunes. The fare is best here, of all the Siam Cuisine locations. Dinners have sometimes been hit-or-miss, but luckily the food has been top-notch the last two times I visited. Their menu is large and contains vegetarian dishes. I've tried many items, including: - the appetizer sampler, which has rolls, dumplings and a stick of beef and chicken satay. Not bad! - the tom yum soup - get it spicy. - the staple phad thai can be served with shrimp, chicken, beef or plain. Bean sprouts and peanuts complement it and I'd squeeze some lime juice to sweeten it up. - the duck salad is served with crispy chunks of duck, peppers, and tomatoes and has a sweet tangy sauce on the side. The "bowl" is edible too. - the seafood curry has bamboo-shoots, scallops, string-beans, peppers, and asparagus. Delicious. - the Thai herb cake and toffee tort desserts rock, and I'm not even into dessert. Service is exemplary. Servers remember your name and face and are welcoming, rarely missing a beat even during busy hours. There isn't a long wait for food and water is refilled quickly. Call and reserve a table if you're more than a few folks. (This venue isn't terribly large but can handle large parties with advance notice.) Recommended for quality Thai!

I can make better thai food myself. Our food was ok, but really lacked the flavors and spices you'd expect from a genuine thai restaurant. The service was also just ok--they never really came back to check on us or refill the water, but our food came out in a reasonable amount of time.

Had the Poo Pad Pong Guree and despite the unfortunate name it was quite delicious (the dish included tempura soft shell, shrimp, and crab meat). Everyone in our party of 4 was pleased with their food and left with a smile.

This is one of the worst meals I have ever had. We had to order a pizza from another place because we did not eat our meal. To summarize, the steam dumplings-Not fully cooked, no flavor. The green curry, my husband ordered and the beef was boiled-it was gray! I ordered the spicy panang, there were maybe 10 noodles in there and I the chicken had chunks of fat on there. We should have known, one person sitting at the bar area at 7pm. Save yourself the experience-Dont bother!

I really enjoy their food! It is fresh and tasty, and sooooTHAI! I strongly recommend that you try their red coconut curry which is a Siam staple. i had salmon and then tofu with it, my husband took shrimp or duck. Everything excellent. We are there at least once a month!

I've had a few unique experiences at Siam. This is a wonderful Thai place in the Doylestown area. The food is moderately priced and has a cozy atmosphere. The service can be slow at times, but I enjoy the atmosphere a lot and don't mind lingering a bit. When I've thought of Thai I've thought spicy and Siam does have its spicy dishes, but I'm not a spicy food person. There were several alternatives that I've found more than acceptable as I expand my taste buds further into Asia than just in China. I've had a few of the noodle dishes and were pleased both times I've had them. Desert was interesting. It included exotic flavors of ice cream that I enjoyed. The most notable experience, however, was when my parents and I when one day when it was about to storm. When we were in the restaurant, it started thundering heavily and we all got a little worried. After a few flickers, the lights went out for good. We all stopped dead in our tracks. Luckily it wasn't winter and didn't have to worry about the heat. The waiters / waitresses didn't mind and just put out tea lights for us to finish our desert. Other than the smell of the kitchen wafting into the restaurant due to the exhaust not working, it was an pleasant experience we'll not soon forget.

We stopped by on wed this week of Sept with my colleague and owner of company who knows what customer service means in business. The service is ok, the soup came out lukewarm and only a quarter of bowl filled with seriously no liquid broth but a couple of ounces over crunchy veggies. My Lemongrass flavor was extremely concentrated with no water and so was the siamese wonton, no liquid so we asked for more hot water to add. The waiter brought them back with only another two ounces added? Duh? The food came in very small quantity almost like diet portion serving bowls nicely spiced was the coconut curry(5-6) shrimp entree i had and my colleagues thai basil tofu was similarly portioned diet size with a cup of size thai rice like mine. For $10.00 plus tax each it seems a bit stingy on the quantity, so we critical to the waiter upon leaving. He said he say my colleague here many times and he always complains about the food, however he had not been here for 2-3 yrs? He mentioned our ethnic background and we said Americans! What gives here are they planning to close up and leave area? Owner/waiter claims the same chef and management for many yrs ,so how come only four people for lunch hr from 12:45-1:30? Duh? Duh?

this place is great. i've been here a few times and each experience was fantastic. the siam lady martini is quite tasty with vodka, lime, and lychee. the grilled eggplant salad is SO good. it's eggplant, cabage, lettuce, onion, and grilled shrimp with a spicy dressing in a spring roll bowl. the bowl is their version of a breadbowl or tortilla bowl. awesomeness. for my meal, i usually get the spicy drunken noodle, 2 stars. (you can rate the spiciness of your dish. just going with the one star is pretty mild so i go with 2.) you will be surprised when you get the check - in a good way! dinner for 4 the other night with drinks and appetizers was less than $100! the service can be a little slow at times though. i still love this place and definitely plan on going back.
