Not the best pizza I have EVER eaten, but pretty darn good! I've only ever ordered takeout or delivery from here, so I can't speak to the eat-in experience, but I've been very happy with the takeout. Delicious, homemade crust and sauce. Doesn't arrive with a film of grease on the cheese. Nice flavor. My husband and I have always patronized Coco's, mainly because Coco's is better known in our area. With the plain, uninviting exterior we were loathe to try Abbruzzi, but one night when my brother was over, we gave it a whirl because he's not a fan of Coco's pizza. I'd call this a permanent switch. The pizza and prices are better than Coco's, and the service is fast!

Pizza very good. Really good ingredients. Had pizza and mozzarella cheese sticks only and they were great. Definitely recommend

My GF and I pass through Chester 2-3 times/yr. We discovered Abruzzi two years ago and make it a point to order take-out from them at least once (and often a couple times) per visit. Their pizza never lets us down -- delicious sauce (not too sweet/not too salty), fresh cheese and veggies, and thin, crispy crust.

Great local pizza. Way better than any chain like Pizza Hut. Good portions, pretty quick service usually and reasonable prices although not the cheapest in town. Some of their menu items such as strombolis are a little bit more than other local joints, but nothing unreasonable, plus the food is of good quality and worth it. One of my favourite local pizza places, along with Pizza Party down the street.

Beyond the plain exterior, there awaits great food to the customer. After a solid day of home DIY remodeling, we were hungry as heck. And Chinese food twenty times in a row was getting boring. So we decided on Italian. There was a menu flyer stuck in a drawer so we called for a pickup order. Glad we did. Some of the best pizza outside of NY or Chicago. The storefront is really plain, and entering, one is greeted by friendly staff. The tattoos on the guy's arm made me a little weary, but heck, this is a blue collar area, so I gathered that came with the territory. The pizza, however, was piping hot and absolutely delicious. There will be many returns here.

Would get 5 stars if the time they quoted for pick up orders was legit. If they tell you 25 minutes leave your couch after 35 mins then drive 5 mins there . Great pizza with a sweat taste, just wish customer service was a little tighter!

Sometimes it is just all about the Pizza, ya know? This family run Brookhaven staple won't suck you in with the interior. Seriously, its a pizzeria but you will get sucked in by the food. Steaks, hoagies, salads, pizzas are equally good. The ingredients are the best, fresh and done right. They take great pride in providing a good product. Now that my daughter is grown I am not ordering every Friday night anymore but I grab pizza or steaks at least 10x a year here. The staff is always friendly. For something different try the ABRUZZI SPECIAL Pizza.

After being disappointed by Coccos the last few times we ordered pizza, we decided to give Abruzzi a try. Speaking to people in the area, I heard mixed reviews, but figured it was worth a shot. We ordered a large peperoni and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were very miniscule. One of them was literally one bite. The taste was your average frozen food item from the grocery store. The pizza was much better. The sauce has a slightly sweet taste to it. I think they could have put more sauce on the pie, as it was a little dry. The crust is somewhat thin. They were a little skimpy on the peperoni. If I had to choose between here and Coccos, I might go with Wawa instead. I think it is hard to find a decent pizza in Brookhaven/Aston. I guess I have to go all the way into Media.

I'm from Philly so I know my pizza and I've had plenty of pizza to compare in my life. This is nottttt good pizza. I tried it out because the pictures on here look so yummy. But, we ordered a Sicilian pizza (which is not cheap) and you expect it to be made correctly and taste good! It had hardly any sauce on it. I had to actually open a can and add my own on top which is so unacceptable! It wasn't bland and it was like I was eating thick bread with some cheese on top. Not an adequate amount of cheese either! Our first experience was obviously not a good one at all! I gave two stars since I've only tried one item on the menu. Not positive that I'll be back anytime soon though. I do want to give their regular pizza a try but I'm scared to go through with it after that terrible experience. I'm still on the prowl for a good pizza place around here!!! Haven't found one that comes even close to home yet.

Fast delivery, good pizza. I was working in Brookhaven for the day and I was handed their menu for lunch order. Menu is huge! Something for everybody. Person on phone was helpful. Food arrived quick, hot and quite good! I would order here again when in the area.

I have driven by here many times as it is near the intersection of Brookhaven Rd and 352. The 4.5 rating sucked me in. So did the best pizza award posted on the magnetic marquee. I really like Sicilian pie but can never find a good one. I ordered one here and will have to say that I am still looking. I like my half plain while my dining partner likes stuff on their side. On this particular occasion it was pepperoni, sausage and black olives. The cheese was pretty light, even on my side. The pepperoni was thrown on after the fact - no signs of it cooking in the oven. The precooked sausage was not warm and you would think that for an eat in pie it would be screaming hot. It wasn't. I'm guessing this was a reheat with stuff thrown on. Most important for any pie is the crust. It's got to be chewy with some bite. This tasted like it was made with cake flour - light and airy. I grew up in the NY area and I have NEVER tasted a pie like this. Not good. Service was just ok. They drop the pie off at the counter with a spatula for you to pick up and take to the table It wasn't even cut through to the bottom. The curiosity is gone, and so are the stars.

I was drawn to this place by positive reviews, but was fooled again. Still can't find a decent pizza place in Delaware County. Their pizza had minimal toppings, not much cheese with lots of grease on the bottom. After eating a little I trashed most of the pie since I'm not fond of oily bottomed crust. Much better pizza available in Philly.

This is where we order our pizza. No other place. Excellent food, fast service, and for us, walking distance to pick up our food. Can't beat that!

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations.
