Great great great food - as always. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS. So sad - otherwise we would come more often but avoided the place for years bc of the prices. And hopefully they started accepting credit cards by now because before it was cash only which I find VERY antiquated.

I love the food here and have never had a bad experience until now maybe it was an off day. We sat at the counter and it took them almost 15 minutes to acknowledge us. There were 5 people behind the counter who just refused to look at us during this 15 minutes. Then A women named Becky told one of the young ladies that there are drinks at the counter. She continued to ignore us for 3 more minutes went into the back without a word to us and then came out and asked us what drinks we wanted. The only light in this place was Becky who was the only person who smiled in this whole place. We are sitting here still and not one of these girls behind the counter have even spoken to us. But the guys who fixed the AC are getting a ton of attention. They are sitting next to us. Oh well we won't be back here for a while. Oh so if you called and ordered food while we were here the girl on the other end of the phone rolled her eyes at you and complained to the AC guys at the counter about you after she hung up the phone. I don't believe she understands that without people ordering food that they would be out of business and out of a job! The same girl told the AC guys that they actually don't want anymore business that's it's too busy. Well her wish is granted. They won't get my business. Apparently the brunette with the attitude is the one of the daughters. Food great! Service stinks

It's always a treat to come here for breakfast or lunch. I haven't had a bad meal yet. It usually is busy, so don't be surprised if you have to wait for table. Food comes quickly after ordered.

Great food and atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the Eggs Benedict on cornbread.. It's delicious!

Food was very good. Best Eggs Benedict ever. Short wait on a Sunday. Pumpkin pancakes were awesome. 3 meals and 2 orders of pancakes $42. Everything was great. Waitress was very nice and helpful

This is quality fresh food served at reasonable prices. Family owned and run by a mother/daughter team who have delightful personalities and very high standards... The Jukebox definitely has RETRO feel including beautiful posters of Marilyn Monroe & James Dean and a functional vintage jukebox. The menu is BREAKFAST and LUNCH with unique dishes as "Veggie Bennie", which is an Eggs Benedict with FRESH sun-dried tomatoes, FRESH roasted garlic, and FRESH spinach served with sliced red potato home fries...taste explosion! A side order of Swedish pancakes works fine with this. A must with lunch is one of the many HOMEMADE soups...my favorite is the Tomato Bisque bursting with flavor. All their deserts are FRESH and HOMEMADE...& past delicious...FRESH strawberry pie (in season of course) features a FRESH HOMEMADE crust with strawberries, strawberries...and did I say strawberries? OMG! This experience is NOT for the "trend-setting-jet-setters...although welcome...but for those in about a 10 mile radius who desire to view this great joint as home.

Our family used to eat breakfast here at least 5-6 times a year. It' time to go back again

I used to go here 2-3 times/month, simply because it was different than the other "dutch style" restaurants in the area. Fresh fruit, pumpkin pancakes, and other seasonal fare make them stand out from the local competitors. Food is on the higher side for breakfast. HOWEVER, when you arrive at a restaurant, and are not served or greeted properly, that weighs heavily on a restaurant's overall representation. While sitting at the counter, literally feet from the coffee pot, I was never asked by my feuding waitress(there were 3 quarreling) if I would like more coffee, had to ask for silverware and creamer(bowl was empty). Next week, same scenario, had to ask for silverware and for a second cup of coffee, which I actually received this week, all in the midst of them being visibly irritable and scowling. This made a few of us feel uncomfortable, ignored, and we all took note. These waitresses are literally known for their querulous attitudes and unsocial behavior, yet customers return for the food. I however, like to be acknowledged, asked how my food is, and not have to witness waitresses quarrel in front of customers. If I would decide to return, it would be for a seasonal menu item......via take-out.

This is a great little place for brunch. It's small so there is usually a wait. It's worth it. They have the best baked potato soup I have ever had. Ever. During the fall they have pumpkin pancakes which are my favorite. I make sure to make extra trips out there during that time of year.

Food is pretty good (and fairly original), but the prices are on the high side. Cost $25 for 2 adults - drinks, omelette, and french toast. Cash only and a tight squeeze between tables. But seriously, get the sticky bun french toast - was worth every penny.

We've had breakfast here a few times and have always been satisfied but not blown away. Good quality food, but nothing spectacular or particularly memorable. It's a small place and can get very crowded on weekends (there appears to be a church up on the hill above the restaurant, which may account for a sudden influx of customers around 10 am on a Sunday morning). Service is quick and friendly and they have a good variety on the menu. Last time we were in, they were featuring pumpkin cream cheese muffins which were very good. I don't believe this place takes credit cards, but there is an ATM on site, so make sure you have cash or a bank card to withdraw some.

Best breakfasts around although not the cheapest. Cash only (ATM on-site). Gets really crowded after church on Sundays and later Saturday mornings. Get there early. Portions are good sizes, service is fast and friendly, always interesting specials.

We occasionally have breakfast here.... the food is good (used to be better) but the prices are a bit higher than you might expect. Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) breakfast was $65.

Simply the best breafasts in the area! Great, unique specials everyday. Get there early in the weekends because its always packed!
