Minimal waitress service. I'm not sure where they find the people that work there but it's really a sad experience. The entertainment is rather sad too and it's dark inside. I've been there 3 times and nothing changes like no updates to make anything better. You'd think they would keep the place up to date but it continues to be minimal.

In my group was 6 people, 5 of the people did not like their food. My food was pretty good. One of the other people they burnt & over cooked their steak. Was to be medium rare got over well done. I got Veal Parmesan, another person got Chicken Parmesan which they did not bread the chicken.

This restaurant is a real head scratcher to me. We first ate here about 2 years ago. The other night was our 5th time eating here and it was probably our last. The first time we ate here the food was REALLY good but my wife and I agreed that each time we have returned since, the food has gotten progressively worse. For starters we got drinks, diet soda for my wife and unsweetened tea for me, along with rolls with butter. My wife's diet soda tasted like cough syrup and my iced tea tasted like it had lemon Pledge in it. I kid you not. The rolls were semi-stale - fairly stiff, somewhat wrinkly and whitish areas on outer crust. Not a great start. We ordered soups for appetizers. My wife got a 12 vegetable soup that was literally overflowing with vegetables. but she said that it had a strange off-taste to it. I got the cream of cheddar, chicken and asparagus soup. I can honestly say that this was the worst soup I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. It looked unappetizing, wasn't creamy, was VERY salty and didn't taste fresh at all. It tasted like bad processed soup. I'm not sure how it could taste good, since I could tell by the look and taste that the chicken in it was quite obviously canned or processed (you know how it has that canned tuna look to it). Side salads came with our meal. The vegetables looked and tasted fresh and the dressings were good. For our entrees we had Pork Loin with Apple Compote - pork loin on a bed of rice topped with spiced apple compote and Stuffed Flounder - two flounder filets, stuffed with crab Imperial topped with Hollandaise sauce. My wife said the pork loin was good but not great. For me the flounder dish was very disappointing. The fish tasted so-so, the crab imperial was like mush and didn't taste or look very crabby and the hollandaise sauce wasn't as tasty as Knorr instant that I've had from a packet. The whole dish was very bland. For sides we got steamed broccoli and fried onion rings - which were very tasty. Service was very good and friendly. If I had written this review after we first dined here I would have given it 4 stars but after several lackluster dining experiences, all due to poor food quality and culminating in a really disappointing meal the other night, the best I can give it now is 2. The food was so disappointing that I contemplated giving it a 1 star but I reserve that for the worst of the worst though I do feel I'm being a little generous giving it a 2. Sheesh, what happened to this place!?!
