Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Went here after choosing to stay in Blakeslee during a snow/ice storm. I'm guessing it's a ski resort or vacation town. We had a great experience, the server was nice and conversational. They served us fried noodle chips as an appetizer. We ordered vegetable egg rolls, the mu she vegetable, and bean curd homestyle with garlic sauce. I loved the way the tofu was cooked. It was slightly puffed and went well with the vegetables. Definitely at a good price point, we spent around $18 for two people, plus tip. Recommended for vegetarians.

Very nice people. Not a real busy area but close to us so we tried it. The usual fried rice, lo mein were hot and tasty. My husband got a chicken dish and it was not very tasty and had mostly celery in it. Looked very clean, fast service and close to home. We will try it again.

Had a really bad experience here. Went with 4 friends and we were the second ones in the restaurant. After ordering, the restaurant began to fill up. We proceeded to wait over an hour for our appetizers (mine never came) and the 4 of us were done eating before the 5th even got her food. Everyone who arrived after us came and went while we were still waiting. Waiter was stuck up and did not treat us with respect. While the food was good once it came, because of the wait I would not recommend coming her.

The worst service I've ever had. My sister didn't get her food until we were done. We were there for more than an hour before got our food. Not to mention that we were there before the crowd and it still took forever. I had to ask for my tea three time before I got it. The food was good but most definitely not worth the wait.

Not sure of the bad reviews I've seen elsewhere, but this place has good standard chinese food. Had the Singapore style mei fun with perfectly cooked shrimp and tons of crisp, stir fried veggies. The sauce has a good kick and flavor and just the right amount. The rice noodles weren't to dry, or soggy like I've had other places. And plently of leftovers!
