Visiting PA we stayed at The Best Western and found The Foundry, a full service restaurant inside the hotel. We were greeted by friendly staff. Our server Carol recommended drinks and both the beer and wine were perfect. The nachos, with award winning chili, was in a huge plate, big enough for our table of three. Our entres ... jambalya, sirlion, and fish and chips, were each perfectly prepared, and all at ideal temperature when served. The manager, Gary, checked on our table and was friendly and inviting. Those nachos are probably the best we have ever had. The Foundry is a pure find in the heart of Bethleham, and we look forward to dining there again. Five stars is not even enough!

We stayed overnight at the Best Western and ate at the Foundry/Sports Bar at the hotel. The service was great! My friends burger was ginormous and delicious (12 ounces) and the Shrimp and Scallops linguini DiAvalo was perfectly spiced and the seafood was plentiful and delicious. Will definitely stay here and eat at The Foundry again.

The waitress was nice, and the decor was pretty good. That's the extent of the positive. When the 10 of us arrived, we glazed over the mouthwatering gourmet menu. Steak? Award-winning chicken fajita chili? Ample pasta selection? This looked very promising. Our waitress recommended the calamari appetizer, so we ordered that. However when it came out, it was really disappointing, and we didn't even finish it (and we were starving after a long day of snowboarding). After the appetizer, we waited. And waited...and waited. Finally, an hour after we finished our appetizers, our entrees arrived. I ordered the rigatoni with cream sauce and steak medallions, and it lost its luster after the first bite. I sampled the "award-winning" chili my fiance ordered and it was dry and awful. The garlic bread had no garlic on it. It was just 2 pieces of stale bread. Needless to say we passed on dessert. Three words: expensive, slow, and unsatisfying.

Went in but limited wait staff due to a big wedding at their hotel (it is inside the Best Western). We stayed at the Hilton and they give you access to the restaurants. We ended up at the Red Zone ,again ,service limited..but food excellent and they really did their best to keep us happy, would go back.

I ordered room service, and was appalled by how expensive it was. I ordered a sandwich, as well as their "loaded" fries. If only they told me the sandwich comes with fries, I wouldn't have placed an extra order for fries (it didn't say so on their menu). Anyway, they charged me a delivery fee AND a gratuity fee. I don't think I should've been charged gratuity since I didn't eat at the restaurant, especially since they charged me for delivery. All in all, the food was okay, but way too expensive and not worth the price.
