This Starbucks is a perfect fit for the area. I have been here for a long time and the service is always good and i can always get a great cup of coffee. SO I'm grateful we have a Starbucks--people travel pretty far to get to this Starbucks.

It's good. There are a lot of flies buzzing around inside and the seats are minimal, but in the end it is a Starbucks and the drinks and food were very good quality. I can't ever tell if they welcome people staying long periods of time to work on stuff.

Went today for a Frap. 3 were working. I think they either had got swamped or just finishing the hit. I was there around 5. Place was cleaned and well kept. Took longer for my drink to be made. The 3 that were working were loud. So much that a mistake that was made in drive thru. They expected the driver to come in to get their drink that they fixed right. Yeah at least the person didn't get charged for their mistake. McDonald's at least goes outside for drive thru customers but Starbucks. Not cool. Won't go back to this Starbucks again. Maybe this was a rare event. Once was enough for me.

BRING YOUR HEADPHONES~! if you want to think about something interesting, or want to read something, then bring your headphones. This place probably has the best layout of a starbucks i've been to but damn if the employees dont scream everything that they want to say to each other. It was probably due to the fact that they weren't busy that they decided they needed to scream at each other. Maybe they read this post before i made it and all had their headphones in - so communicating was more difficult? oh the drink was pretty good, if you care about that kind of thing?

I wouldn't normally think of writing a review for a place like this. We all know what Starbucks tastes like. But I am simply because every time I have come to this location since I moved to Bethlehem a month ago (and it is more often than I'd like to admit!) there has never been an employee who hasn't been extremely nice and courteous here. My daughter has said the same thing. Kudos to the crew at this place. And yes, they have always gotten out orders right as well.

I stop here every morning before work through the drive-thru and am always amazed at how efficient they are! Even when the line is long, I am on my way in about 5-7 minutes. I order the same thing everyday (iced coffee) and the staff is so friendly and always asks me how I am doing. Sometimes I bring my dog and they love him! They sometimes will give me a cup of whipped cream for him to enjoy! One of the best Starbucks I have ever been to!

I'm not going to lie- I alway avoided Starbucks trying to go with the smaller guys. However, since having a son, I needed to start using a drive-thru. On my first visit (in many years to any Starbucks and my first visit to this one, in particular) the drive-thru staff member heard my little guy crying (I explained he had just received his 4 month shots) and she assured me it as hurting me more than him. She was a new mom herself, with an 8 month old little girl. Then she said the coffee was on her. I immediately returned home, posted on fb thanking her and contacted Starbucks. She was so sweet- it wasn't getting something free (but that was super nice!) it was her overall kindness. Every time I've gone there since, the staff has been so friendly! I drive right passed the Dunkin (barf) and get better coffee from friendlier people for the same price. I've been to several other Starbucks and this remains the friendliest & they get my order right every time :)

I was in town for the holidays and was desperately looking for a place to get work done while I was home. This was one of the few Starbucks in the valley. A mediocre Starbucks at best. The good: quick friendly service. Got the order right. The bad: the way the place is set up, a big rectangle, meant each time someone came in, a big blast of 20 degree air swept through the place. Young immature staff. At the Starbucks where I live, in Atlanta, the staff tends to be older. These were loud obnoxious college kids. The ugly: at one point they were doing racist "impersonations" of Latinos to amuse themselves.

I always have a terrific experience at this Starbucks, and I had to post about it today. I went in for my latte and, as usual, they were speedy and the drink was spot-on. Why I'm writing: It was my free birthday drink through the rewards program. They took the time to write "Happy Birthday" on the cup and ask me how my day was and if I did anything special. It seems like a little thing, but what always stands out to me is how sincerely friendly this team is. I had to post about it!

This strip-mall locale is great and somehow the staff is always super happy. Like the starbucks at "top locales" like time square or near the white house. This seems to be one of starbucks "A-Teams". LOVE LOVE LOVE the smiling faces! My favorite starbucks in the whole valley... that seems a strange thing for a food to say ;-)

This is one of the better Starbucks, and I've been to a LOT of them. It's medium sized, with lots of seating. The folks were quick, made my drink very well, and made it look easy.

There weren't a lot of Starbucks in the area, as I'm used to at home, so I found myself driving to this one every time I was close that week. And they did a great job! My drink was exactly right every time and consistency makes me very happy. Thanks, baristas!

I've received poor service from this location on multiple occasions. The staff are rude, apathetic and pay no attention to customers. I've stood in line for 5+ minutes (several times now) waiting to order without even eye contact made by the staff, meanwhile the drinks girl was busy flirting with somebody loitering at the counter and the rest of the staff seemed occupied with prep work. Avoid this location entirely if you're looking for Starbucks.

Loved it, just like my other Starbucks, friendly service, loved the way they made my Venti Dark Cherry Mocha... YUM :) (And they have a great sandwich/bagel/breakfast place next door... still trying to find it on Yelp to review! LOL)
