Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

This is our go-to pizza place! Our favorite is the chicken parm pizza. Really reasonable prices + they usually have pizza specials during the week. Aside from the chicken parm pizza we've had their chicken cheese steaks (great quality chicken), calzones (they're huge) and fries (they're beer battered!)

I came back to do some updates, with the new dishes I've had from Feasta Pizza. I am actually LATE writing my pizza review here, because the truth is, I have ordered pizza from them like 5 times since my first try (some plain, some with chicken, and this one with beef). Because I like them ooohhhh so much. But better late than never, right? So here I will post update reviews on everything else I have ordered from them. I had it all saved on my computer, written on the days I ordered them (I write while I eat, so everything is fresh in my mind). Sodas--Oh I like a place that will deliver 2-liter bottle of soda, lol. The Pizza--This one was beef and mushroom. Finally, I'm happy now! BEST PIZZA IN THIS AREA, hands-down! Yes, I do like Frank's pizza, but I like this one more. And that's really saying something, because if you read my reviews, you know how nearly-impossible I am to please, when it comes to pizza, lol. They have everything I'm looking for in a pizza: * Good sauce * FRESH mushrooms (not canned) * Strrreeeeeeeetchy cheese, the GOOD kind, real, with good flavor. * Generous portions * Crust that is a little thicker on the bottom, soft and bready inside, but lightly crispy outside. Good taste. And since they deliver, and the price is very reasonable, I don't think I will be ordering delivery pizza from anywhere else now. Yep, these guys have my business full time for pizza, they are my new go-to place. Garlic Bread--Very garlicky, buttery, soft and good! Salad--Crisp, fresh, tasty. They offer a lot of dressings, for whatever your taste is. But I love the green olives in their salad. I removed the raw onion though, because for some reason, every time I eat raw onions, I get cotton-mouth for several days... Maybe raw ones have a certain acid in them or something, I don't know. But I LOVE cooked onion. Feasta Chicken -- chicken with sautéed onions sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and mushrooms in a marsala cream sauce. Served over pasta with garlic bread and house salad. Now this dish I like. I often crave something with white sauce, chicken, tomato, other veggies.... This is a great combo, and really hits the spot for me. Its not overpowering, sauce is creamy. I like the linguini noodles, they are easier to wind on a fork than spaghetti. This goes great with the salad and garlic bread. The chicken is tender, with kind of a roasted flavor... Mushrooms are fresh, not canned. The artichoke hearts and sun-fried tomatoes give the dish some good flavor/texture variety. The Stromboli--I've never had a Stromboli before, and to be honest, I had no idea what it even was, lol. Sure, I have heard of it.. Just never seen it or eaten it. So I googled it and saw pictures. I thought It would be a good new thing to try, so I ordered one. Mine was steak, with sautéed onions and mozzarella cheese, but they have all different kinds, you can even make your own. Some places roll them like a burrito, but this one is a big crescent shape. I was surprised at how SOFT the bread was. This is very flavorful. Parmesan and herbs sprinkled on top. The filling has nice streeeetchy cheese (did I mention I love the cheese this place uses? Lol). The beef (there's A LOT of it) has good flavor, and is tender and minced. The onions are perfect, soft and fresh-tasting. It all just comes together very nicely. It did come with a thin, marinara-like dipping sauce, which is pretty good. Kinda sweet-savory. Great for the bread. Nothing was bland at all. Its VERY big though. If you were to unfold it, it would be equal to maybe a small or medium pizza... So unless you are a real chow-hound, I recommend sharing it with someone. Shrimp Scampi--Their shrimp scampi is ok, generous portions and all. I've only tried this same dish at one other place (Frank's Pizza). The only thing is, I wish it had more sauce and it was thicker. This was a little wattery... Maybe a little more salt and garlic, I guess. What can I say, I'm a flavorful, thick sauce and garlic type of woman (although I would say Frank's Pizza does make great Shrimp Scampi by my standards, I will have to update a review on them).

See that it's under new management. Delivery good but not always certain you got what you ordered. When you have a bunch of kids running the shop there can be issues. Once you have a bad experience chances are you never go back

I don't know why we didn't try this place sooner! Stopped in and had the best pizza we've had in Bethlehem so far! 2 nights later ordered entrees for dinner and it was just as good!! The staff is also great, very friendly!

They deliver, that is one of the best things that I have to say. The pizza is below average, but fine, however if I can get off my lazy butt I will drive to Angelo's (pick-up only). My fiance said his cheesesteak was adequate, but nothing to write home about, but their fries were pretty tasty. My eggplant parm with fettucine? Skunked. The eggplant must have been really old. I ate the ketchupy pasta because I was hungry, but could not stomach a 3rd bite of the awful eggplant. Based on the parm, it gave me a clue into their freshness standards and won't order from Feasta again.

There are several great pizza spots in the Lehigh Valley. Feasta was the best delivery option we've found. The jalapeno poppers tasted so fresh, with a marinara dipping sauce. Pizza was perfect. And the fries weren't some bland junk that some pizza joints offer. They were seasoned nicely. This spot vaulted to the top of our list. Very affordable, too.

Used a restaurant.com coupon here on a whim to give them a try and I was actually pleasantly surprised, in a good way. Although this place does have a few booths it is primarily a take out and delivery place so if you do choose to eat in and get a table you likely will have the whole place to yourself. We ordered a chicken parm and an eggplant parm and both were solid. Nothing outstanding but not horrible either. The salads the came with it were a bit yellow and funky on the lettuce side but then again that's not exactly what your coming here for anyway. To get over the needed ordering hump we got some cannoli for dessert and like the parms it was solid. Nothing outstanding but it wasn't disappointing either. The service was quick and efficient and the only reason I'm giving them four stars instead of five is because when we sat down the booth was a bit on the dirty side and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Overall Feasta is a decent local choice that is more than a good deal with a coupon.

Not so good! This Feasta Pizza is very near my home, but we drive an extra 15 minutes to Taste of Italy for pizza. It's sad, but we like good food. The pizza here is soggy and tasteless, in my opinion. There's no love or life to it - just flat and boring. The same also stands for their other 2 locations.

Went the other night for my son's b'day. This is in the old Manny B location on Freemansburg Ave in Bethlehem Twnship. The place has a decent menu selection. It menu selection isn't huge but then the place couldn't support it. It is rather small with table space and booths limited. There was a single waitress but that wasn't an issue considering the place couldn't have a lot of customers at once. The portions were decent. I had the chicken piccata, my son had the chicken Parmigiana and my wife had the chicken Caesar salad. The buttered garlic bread was freshly made and a bit burnt but I like it that way. Salads came with the dinners and they were simple and nothing to write home about. The price was okay with a coupon. It might be a little pricey without the coupon. The food -- the picatta was really well done with a lot of capers. And the pasta was done to near perfection. The chicken parmigiana was very large. The chicken Caesar salad was sparse. The other people in the place had sandwiches and the sandwiches looked rather large. Would I go again, sure but not often because it seems a little pricey. It is quiet. You can easily have a nice conversation with your spouse. The service is fine because it is so small it makes it somewhat intimate although the decor doesn't say "intimate".
