Very good delivery from chopstix express. Steamed shrimp dumplings and schezuan tofu were great. Chicken lo mien just ok. Will be getting delivery again soon!

The best place for Chinese in the Bethlehem area. I miss going there, and always make sure to stop when I visit my parents. Good prices, best fried rice I've ever had, you can say how spicey you want it, good prices and portions...simply the best!

Ribs were overdone, no meat in the pork lomein, green curry chicken was bland and crab Rangoon was soggy. Our previous two orders were incorrect. We will not be returning.

I've been ordering from here for about a year and a half, and I gotta say, I've never had a bad meal. The people that work there and deliver are always super kind and they seem to really care about the business. I love their Lo mein dishes and their lunch menu options. The wonton and hot and sour soup are awesome.

I can't argue with the other review here! We got takeout here because they left a menu in our door (who knew that worked?). Chow mein, broccoli in garlic sauce, bean curd Szechuan style, and some veggie dumplings. Every single thing was fantastic. Not too heavy or greasy, not doused in sauce, but fresh and light and flavorful! And the Szechuan was spicy, a rare occurance with Chinese takeout, probably to protect American palates. Also, the cashier/hostess was super nice, and friendly, and almost had me buy some of their house-made iced tea, but I passed... This time. Recommended! Give it a chance!

Great food at a reasonable price. It is not mentioned on the take out menu (left on my door also), but it seems that there isn't any MSG either. The crispy orange chicken combo I ordered in addition to an order of dumplings was more than enough for 2 generous servings. Friendly service and delivery was fast too. I will definitely try many more of the different dishes that they offer!

Only ate there once, will not go back. The food was not good. It is fairly priced and service was quick, but that doesn't matter when the food was horrible. Don't waste your time or money! Ruby Cafe on the other end of Easton Ave is much better.

Never a bad meal ordered from here. My kids love the steamed dumplings and the pork fried rice - which has more than the usual amount of peas and carrots as well as scrambled eggs. I gave it 4 stars just because 5 stars is way too much for most restaurants anyway. Enjoy!

I order from this place OFTEN, lol. They do delivery, and that's always a plus for someone like me, who likes to eat at home while I work on the computer. Whenever I am living in a town, I always like to keep at least one good pizza/Italian place and one good Chinese place on call. Chopstix Express usually delivers within the time frame promised. The food has always been hot and fresh. The rice is never too dry or hard. They normally deliver with some fortune cookies, and plenty of sauces (sweet and sour, soy, etc.), even if you don't specifically ask for it. They also include their menu, and the food is usually well packaged. Enclosed in either tight-sealing plastic tubs, or styrofoam boxes (or wax paper bags in the case of fried items like egg rolls, fried noodles or wontons), stuffed in a paper bag, which is in a plastic carry bag with their logo. As for the food, here is what I have tried, basically my favorites that I usually end up getting: Chicken Fried Rice--Mild, good, and plenty of it. Egg soup--also mild, but I am usually given this as an appetizer when I go in a sit-down Chinese restaurant. It's a clear-ish, simple broth soup with thin shreds of cooked egg throughout. I like it, it kind of gets the appetite going. Fried Wontons--Crispy, and stuffed with a sizable ball of spiced, ground pork. Garlic Chicken--Mild in flavor, but kind of a pinkish color, which I didn't expect. Slightly sweet, it is good. Chicken Wings--Usually in a set of 4 wings. But they are WHOLE wings, like tip, bicep, triceps and all. Breaded and deep fried like KFC. Good flavor! Great way to get some good old "fried chicken" delivered to your door :D Egg Rolls (usually Shrimp, but they also have veggie, chicken and pork)--These are pretty good, lightly crispy and not too bland. Great with their sweet dipping sauces. Fried noodles--I think I have the name of these right.... Correct me if I'm wrong. These are basically like light, crispy, thin strips of fried wonton pastry almost... I mean that's what I thought they were, until I saw the name. they usually include a bag of these with your order, whether you ask for them or not, which was a nice surprise with my very first order Fried Shrimp--Basically just regular, deep-fried shrimp with that ever-popular cornmeal breading. But delicious! Sorry I didn't add any pictures... I could have sworn I took some pictures the first time I ordered from them, but... I can't find them in my phone or on my computer... Hmmm... Ok, so next time I order from them, I will take pictures and share them here. Promise. I've never been inside this place at their physical store location. So I can't speak for ambiance or anything. But.... Hey, I like the food! Lol. Over all, I'm pretty happy with this place, I'm a regular customer.

They have had major issues with food safety and cleanliness. I'll never return. Don't care much for food poisoning again

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
