Love this place. ..we have been here numerous times, probably twice a month and I can't say anything bad about this place. From sushi, to Thai, to Asian cuisine everything is absolutely fabulous. The staff is very friendly, the place is very clean, and the chefs will take special request due to food allergies. Best of all there reasonable and there byob.. come check this place out. Best sushi in town. .

We are never disappointed with the food and service. It's one of our favorite places to eat. Food is always great. Vegetables are fresh and crunchy. Sushi is fresh and delish! Service is always prompt and with a smile! Have eaten many items on menu and enjoyed them all!

Does anyone know if this place is under new ownership, or if they have a new chef? So many things were different from other times we've been here. We always enjoyed it in the past. Today, pad Thai was different. Can't describe why it wasn't as appealing; maybe others would like it regardless.

Sushi rolls had very little fish in them. Soup was so hot it melted the container and would have burned if you had dropped it.

The sushi and sashimi was fresh and delicious. I purchased the Groupon a while ago and decided to cash it in. While arriving, we were greeted with a smile. My family of five were seated quickly. The customer service was awesome as well. We couldn't eat all of our food and asked the young lady to wrap it up for us. In the bag was extra soy sauce and chop sticks. It was there because we ASKED for it. I plan on taking pictures on my next visit.

I love this place. Good food, decent delivery time. I wasn't sure about delivery sushi but I was really impressed with theirs.

This place is great! Ate here many, many times and have never been disappointed.

We go to Asian Bistro rather regularly and we love the sushi there. In fact, coming from New York, I think it's one of the better sushi places in the area. Friendly staff and BYOB although a bit on the pricey side. We haven't had any bad experiences there yet. Definitely recommend this place.

Wowzeers After living in Vancouver BC for a few years, i have to say i was spoiled rotten for fresh and imagative sushi. Trying this place using a coupon from Living social - it was so worth it. The sushi creation is imagative, fresh and nice presentation. We where so excited to get our sushi the one time in a boat! Got to love the boat... The wait staff is lovely and attentive. We still need to try the rest of the menu, which has wide variety of asain food.

Not your average strip mall sushi! Some of the best I ever had! A MUST

Best Chinese food in the area. Love the Hibachi chicken! Everything tastes fresh. Teriyaki chicken and crab rangoon are especially good sides to go with the Hibachi chicken.

I have been giving this restaurant very good reviews because the food is very good but there is one deal breaker for me :( the past 3 times I ordered there was hair in my food ! Please inspect the rice and food carefully customers before eating ! There's no reason anyone should be eating another persons hair and after 3 times I have given up on this place because that is not good !

Good solid menu. Sushi fresh and good flavor. Be careful of the yellowtail jalapeño. I love hot stuff and the peppers are intense. But very good. Our table stuck to the Japanese part of the menu. Clearly other reviewers did not like the Thai part. Clean place and would recommend it.

My favorite restaurant ever! Every single dish on their big menu is amazing! The customer service is the best and their restaurant is up to date and very clean! 5 stars

Great food but slow service at times. I absolutely love the crazy roll. Small venue but still a great place to go. I go very often

Had them delivered again. Nothing I have gotten there has ever disappointed. Sashimi is cut perfect. Tempura is always light and cooked perfectly. Overall they are always pleasant and ordering on line through grubhub is efficient. Very fast on delivery they beat estimate time by 20 min.

This review is strictly for the Pad Thai I had for dinner the other night, as well as the ambiance and service. This is a very small shop, well decorated in cool dark colors; sushi bar in the rear, tables along both walls, and 3 deuces down the middle. Pleasant enough. The menu is of the "fusion" persuasion, meaning it attempts to be all things Asian to all customers. I tend to shy away from sushi on a first visit without knowing the freshness and competence on the ice. However, the two chefs looked the part, and those eating their creations seems quite happy. I went with the safer bet, Pad Thai. While it presented well, the overall impression was fairly mediocre. No peanuts, slightly off flavor, a fair amount of chicken. Would not get it again. The service was very good. Friendly and team oriented people with a smile. Easy to feel comfortable. If I found myself in the area again I would not hesitate to return to Asian Bistro II (maybe to number I if I could find it), and have a go at the sushi. Note: Very tight parking lot. Careful!

Great experience and wonderful food! They honored the groupon we purchased! Small place! I recommend not going with a 10+ people. The staff is nice and friendly! I would eat at this place every day of my life! Ordering out is just as good as dining in in terms of the food quality!

i got a delivery tonight which was horrible i have gotten food from there many times but tonight!!!! a big disappointment!!!

The atmosphere was very sooth, the dinner was both visually appealing and very tasty too! The Honey Walnut Shrimp was to die for!! The service was wonderful. I mentioned that I had not been here before and the wait staff was excellent at helping me decide and taste a variety of foods! Will be back!

This review is for the sushi only. Don't be intimidated by the strip mall location of this mom and pop restaurant, the sushi is pretty darn good. I liked that the green tea came with a tea pot for hubby and I so we can refill our cup as much as necessary. Sit at the sushi bar when you come here as it seems as though not many people do. Hubby and I sat at the empty sushi bar on a Sat night and were rewarded with a complimentary sushi dish called salmon rock (see photo). What a treat. We ordered various rolls (holy moly, crunch, Phoenix, eel avocado, and beauty & the beast). We loved all of them. My hubby's favorite was the holy moly and I loved the crunch roll. The sushi chefs were two young men who were really nice. They talked to us during our meal and asked us how the food was. Each dish came with a beautiful creature on each plate, a butterfly on one dish and a dragon on another. We finished our meal with dessert, green tea mochi. The mochi which was topped with whipped cream. Wtf? Ask for mochi minus the whipped cream next time. Overall the food and service was great. What a pleasant surprise. I will come back here again when I visit the area.

Food was decent. Not great by a long shot. And 5hey don't give noodles, or fortune cookies or even packets of soy sauce or duck sauce. Not any time I ordered. And I always forgot to ask, because really, who should have to ask!

Very good Sushi. The place is very clean and prices are fair. The menu offers a variety of Asian cuisine, from Japanese, Chinese and Thai. We stuck with the Sushi menu and I was very impressed with the different items. Overall I give it 4 stars for service, food quantity and quality. Also cleanliness. Only problem I have is the location in a small strip mall. The Asian Bistro II can stand alone as their own restaurant outside of a strip mall. I think the strip mall hides the Asian Bistro II, they could have more customers if they had their own restaurant.

To start on the positive side, the place is cheap for lunch. I am not sure they know who they are, chinese, thai or Japanese? I can tell you from my experience, they definitely are NOT thai. I had chicken pad Thai which is probably the easiest Thai dish, but this was just terrible. Lacked flavor and the chicken did not seem to be good quality. The only advice I can give them, decide what you do best and stick to it. Forget trying to do ALL types of asian cuisine. Do one, and do it well!!!

Nice place to has some sushi and sashimi. Prefer to order the combo for 2. The environment is good for date:)

I've been looking for a good sushi restaurant since I moved to the valley over 5 years ago. Asian Bistros has finally ended my search! It's an intimate setting inside, with top-notch service, and fresh food. I usually start with the avocado salad, which may have an entire avocado sliced on it. It's excellent. The party roll is great for a cooked roll, and the raw rolls are good as well. Also recommend the shumai. I've eaten here many times and everyone has always enjoyed their meal. They've gotten high marks for their pad Thai, as well. We get takeout a lot, and it's always fresh and ready when we get there. As a treat, you can visit the frozen yogurt place next door when you're done!

I was fairly excited for the opening of this place as it's near my place of employment and let's be honest: sushi rocks. Any place promising a variety of sushi is immediately intruiging to me. This said, the first time my boyfriend and I dined here, neither of us ordered sushi. He had a Thai chicken dish and I had the Singapore mei fun. This was not long after the restaurant had opened, and the atmosphere was very quiet. Service was good, but still a bit "nervous" with being so new. The entrees were excellent as was the mochi ice cream I ordered for dessert. We decided to come back over the weekend for sushi. Most of the time we end up at Ichiban or Robata for a sushi night, but this place is closer and our first experience was good. This was a big date night, and neither of us had eaten lunch, so we ended up ordering more than usual. On the recommendation of the chef, we started with the tuna tartare. Excellent. Tender, smoky tuna served with a hint of a savory sesame sauce and topped with roe. A good start. Next, I had a seaweed salad. Good, but I had just gotten home from the Pacific Coast where I had a very fresh seaweed salad and the comparison just wasn't there. Our main course consisted of several rolls and the nigiri sushi assortment. Our rolls - crunchy eel roll, yellowtail scallion roll, spicy salmon roll, and the tuna roll - were some of the best I've ever eaten. The rolls and nigiri were better than those I had earlier in the week on the Pacific coast and that's not usually the case. I can't recommed the spicy rolls enough. They were prepared perfectly with just the right amount of heat, just a hint of sauce added to the salmon/tuna, and were freshly wrapped. The nigiri was also fresh and delicious. Our experience was very positive and this has become our new sushi joint. Do keep in mind the seating is fairly limited, so if it's busy, you may be waiting for a while. They also do take-out but I recommend dining fresh in-house.

Was very pleased with the food. After reading the reviews, I decided to try it for myself. I ordered the Sapporo roll and my husband had the crispy red snapper. Both were delicious. The Sapporo roll was just amazing, I'm still thinking about it. Can't wait to go back and have it again.

Ate there today for the first time because I noticed a high star rating. From the moment I entered during a busy lunch hour until I left I received very fast and prompt service. Had the won ton soup and la chein chicken which was all fresh, hot, and delicious. I will be back said Arnold.

I love this place !!!!! I have eaten here several times and I am never disappointed. The pineapple shrimp fried rice is amazing !!!! We also love the spring rolls, the wonton soup and the orange beef is delicious as well. Top of the line Asian fusion. The food is fresh and everything is cooked to perfection. I will return here and will always recommend this restaurant

The rolls were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Great place, staff an owner were very accommodating, my daughter ordered a dish which she didn't know included peanuts, they whisked it away and made her another without the nuts. No extra charge! So we made sure to tip them more than enough to show our appreciation. The food is fantastic, we weren't sure the first time since there are so many quote 'Asian' restaurants which pump out the same old stuff. You will be pleasantly rewarded with large portions, but more importantly delicate and flavorful dishes. It is clear the owner and chefs put their time and artistry into every dish they serve. You feel as though you are dining at their family table by the care and quality of the food they serve. Definitely a Must!

We were surprised at how good this restaurant was. The sushi was fresh and presentation was nice. It was a bit on the pricey side, but some people had Groupon deals.
(4)Andrew B.
Got Pad Thai for lunch. Probably the worst Pad Thai that I have ever had, I don't even think that there was tamarind. Really a poorly executed sauce. On the bright side, the shrimp were cooked to perfection though tasteless. Atmosphere was ok, but you are in a strip mall in an industrial park. Kow Thai in Allentown is much better; Thai Thai II in Bethlehem is decent.

I'm not sure if we hit on a bad day, but my husband and I stopped in for lunch on a Friday at noon. Half of the tables were empty and out of the four menu items we ordered, they didn't have the ingredients for ANY of them. This included shrimp and avocado at a sushi place. We had waited quite some time for them to return to our table to choose other options thus it was too late to leave and go elsewhere. Overall, not a pleasant experience and we had such high hopes! When the food finally did arrive, it was cold and missing 3 of the four main ingredients listed on the menu. Sigh.

Tiny Sambal bowl for 19 bucks justified by a small piece of lobster

Staff was great. Great atmosphere. Food was delicious; especially the sushi.

Awesome sushi! Second time we have been there. Rock shrimp appetizer had good flavor....don't know that it was rock shrimp, though. However, the sushi rolls are yummy!
(5)Paul G.
Horrible sushi. They don't even know their own menu. Better off at Wegmans, which isn't saying a lot.

Ewww. Ordered Spicy Thai Lemongrass Chicken. Weird texture to meat like mystery meat, rubbery. No spice to sauce and mushy overcooked veggies. Pretty bad when I had to resort to eating just my plain white rice for dinner as takeout. A definite don't. I won't be back.
(1)Ajeeb T.
Been there three times. Enjoyed the food each time. Had the japanese food, the Thai food and the Chinese food there. It has all been good. BYOB makes it even a better choice for me. I think I'll keep going back there!
(4)Marc D.
BYOB. Great service. Warm atmosphere, especially for a mini-mall location. Terrific Tom Yam Seafood soup, worth the $4.95 price. We also enjoyed the Harumaki and perfectly light fried tempura and Thai chicken in lemongrass sauce. Next time, we might try some sushi.
