Really, as good as it gets for a chain restaurant with a mall location. Been there four times. Always very courteous and fast service, and they even remembered me. Soups are very good, not excellent, but on par. Ordered their deep-dish pizza once - it was not bad, dough had some taste to it, which is unfortunately unusual. Steak tips for lunch were perfectly made to medium rare as ordered. Currently this is my favorite lunch restaurant spot in the area, gotta come back during dinner.

This is my second review of this particular restaurant. I've been back at least a half dozen times since and cannot complain. This has become my number 1 choice for chain restaurants. Management all the way down obviously takes pride in how good they make this place because it's among the best I've had. Every meal, every time has been above good. I keep expecting the drop off and have yet to experience it. If you are hesitant to try chains try it, because this one is different. I've eaten at other pizzeria UNO locations and this is not the same. This should set the bar for that chain because this is now what I expect.

Went to UNOs last week for my birthday with some friends. I was very surprised and excited to see that they have an entirely separate Gluten free menu (although they could invest in some rice pasta to expand it a little) My boyfriend recently broke his license and had a duplicate with him but unfortunately, our dog got ahold of the duplicate and just a little of the bottom half was chewed. He handed BOTH licenses to her and she had to take it to the manager to be checked. She said she couldn't except it. It was a little ridiculous considering we all were of drinking age and his age was clearly visible on both. They should not have been so strict. Besides that incident, the food was good and the waitress was really nice, can't remember her name though.

I want to write nice things about this place, as that the food is decent, and the service is generally good, but the management is rather, well, sucky. Let me preface this by saying I work in retail, in management, and realize that the customer isn't -always- right. But I was treated to an on shift manager that was confrontational and quite rude. Here's the deal: I was there after ten pm, asked a server specifically about the after ten happy hour specials, after which another server came over and actually proceeded to take my order (there is a fifty percent off special after ten). The food was good, came out quickly, and my server was quite lovely. When I got the bill, none of the items that I ordered were at half price. I asked about it, the server apologized, and said she would speak to a manager to get it taken care of. Ok, that's fine. But then the manager came over, and was quite aggressive with me. Before I even said a word (other than hi), he told me that only certain apps were on the special, and that I didn't get those, and that it was my mistake because there were signs as to -what- the specials were "everywhere" (um, hello McFly, there were no signs, I had to -ask-). This manager was seriously so aggressive, I seriously backed down immediately, I wasn't willing to fight with this guy, and he was obviously not wanting to give an inch. So, I gave him my card, and he ran it. Thankfully, another person in my party actually stood up for me with him after he brought my card back, and explained the situation to him, and he stood there and argued with her. After my party mate didn't back down, the manager (after about five minutes of arguing), finally relented and took the fifty percent off. Overall, I have had some lovely experiences at this Uno... I went there regularly on Monday nights for six months, and have probably spent over 300 bucks there in that time. I haven't been back since. Nor will I. And it is truly a shame. I am a forthright and outgoing person, and this guy seriously shocked me. I cannot bring myself to spend money at this place when they employ someone who obviously doesn't care a whit about customer experiences whatsoever. Honestly, all it would have taken is an "I'm sorry for the confusion ma'am, let me take care of this, and I will make sure that the servers more fully explain the specials in the future". I wasn't looking for anything free, I just wanted what I thought I had ordered. That was their mistake, not mine.

This location is my absolute favorite chain restaurant anywhere. Yes, the food is predictable and mediocre, but what the hell do you want from a mall-side chain place in the middle of the burbs? What makes this place stand out for me is the fact that their beer list is awesome, and includes some gluten free choice that are not Woodchuck for my boyfriend, and the fact that the service here is always excellent. I've never had a less than stellar experience here in terms of service and, the fact is, that I go out to eat largely because I enjoy being waited on. Servers here always go above and beyond to make us feel special.

Uno, this is a chain restaurant. Uno, they specialize in Chicago style pizza. Uno, I have only tried them once before, at a different location and my hubby had to remind me of why I did not like them! Because I had forgot all about them, Uno? Uno, your store is cute and I love the faux field stone entrance way, so fake and uno I love how you have a huge central bar and the dividers above the high backed booths are made up of bottles of wines and liquor. Uno, it does add an attempt at decor. Uno I asked for your advise between three dishes and you advised me that I chose the three most popular. We both agreed, I should go with your Salmon, shrimp and haddock platter. It was flavorless and of poor quality and if the other two choices were a comparison, I would have lost the whole way around. Uno that my other two choices were the spinach, mushroom and feta flatbread or the Chicken Spinocccoli. Uno that my friend had the personal deep dish pizza and she said it was okay, but she would not run back for it. Uno, it looked like a lot of dough and very little pizazz! Uno, Uno fans, my hubby has a saying and it goes like this; "if we all liked the same thing, then there would only be one thing", Uno?

A unique selection of craft beer on tap and in bottles. Easily the best and most diverse beer selection from a chain restaurant that you will find in Bucks County. Ask for the price before you order a beer... some of them can be pricey.

What I like about uno's is that they have healthy options that most chain restaurants just say they have but they really aren't. Their food is tasty...but it is a typical chain type restaurant.

the drink specials are great.. delicious & cheap. a large beer selection as well. but the food was lackluster at best! (and so greasy it made me sick)

first time here and the last for burgers wife and i had nachos they were $10.00 for the dish not very much stuff on them big dish lots of nachos with about a cup of cheese and stuff had way better for a lot less .the cheese burgers were dry with no taste .you get to pick a side i wanted mashed potatoes i like mashed potatoes but i got Frye's instead when i told the sever she said sorry about that and walked away and never came back i was thinking maybe she will bring me some mashed potatoes? not today . the Fry's were loaded with so much salt my tongue kept falling out of my mouth . if we go back we will try the pizza if the mood strikes me but when this kind of stuff happens to me the mood to go where i know good food is strikes first.

A friend and I went to UNO for a late lunch and got the farro salad and shrimp and lobster scampi over pasta. The farro salad was a small tambale of healthy type grains surrounded by a large amount of unhealthy tortilla chips. This was not something you would have eaten as a dip so we didn't get the chips part. Would have been much better with some greens. For the entree you had a choice of a dinner portion for $17.99 or lunch size for $9.99. We got the lunch portion. The markup on this dish must be incredible because there were two shrimp placed on top of 50 cents worth of pasta, and somewhere mixed into the pasta (if you looked closely) there was about two tablespoons of mushy lobster (I think), because it had no flavor of anything. I'm guessing from a can. Aside from that, we couldn't have a decent conversation because the server came to our table CONSTANTLY to ask us something. What an unpleasant dining experience. If you come here don't expect too much foodwise. Stick to the pizza.

Excellent customer service. Everyone there is polite and courteous. Fried zucchini was absolutely delicious. The spinach dip could be much better if there were more chips but overall a nice environment to hang out in with your friends. Booths have comfy seats, bathrooms are clean and the overall place is maintained nicely. Will come back again :)

I came for a late lunch on a weekday. I haven't been to Uno in years, and I was excited to go again. There weren't many people, but we had to wait for a few minutes to be seated, but it wasn't bad. Our server was courteous. Overall, it was a nice experience, but the food was definitely not worth the prices they charge here. I ordered off the 2 for $12 menu, which has a selection of salads, pastas, and pizzas or flatbreads. Since I was at Uno, I felt that I had to have some deep dish pizza. The individual-sized pizzas are already $12, so this menu is a pretty good deal. I'm not sure if the pizzas are smaller if you order from this menu though. I also got the herb chicken and spinach salad. The salad was decent; the chicken was tender and seasoned nicely (though a little over-seasoned). However, some of the spinach leaves didn't look very fresh, and I would have enjoyed more cucumbers. The pizza was a little disappointing in that the crust tasted really greasy. It reminded me of Pizza Hut. I don't necessarily have anything against Pizza Hut, but I really don't want their crust at a restaurant for over $12. On a more positive note, I liked the sausage seasoning. There was a lot of food; I barely even ate the pizza. But that may have also been because it wasn't that good. My mom ordered a create-your-own flatbread. The flatbread was a nice size, but the toppings were very sparse. I also thought the whole thing was soggy. I also tried some of their fries, which were pretty crispy and decent, though the burger that they came with looked a little small. Overall, I was not impressed with their food at all. It was definitely not worth the price they charge. I won't be return until years pass and I forget this experience.

I used to love Uno's when there was the one by Sesame place closer to my house. We now drive out to Neshaminy mall for Uno's, and sadly it wont be happening again. My entire family went to eat here last night and it was a big disappointment. Appetizers came out on time and good, and our waiter was great! But the cooking staff fell very short. My dad steak (asked for medium) was so over done it, and it was cold. Everyone's fries were cold. Burgers were less than great and my salad. Which was pre-cut and bagged lettuce(I recommend they cut it fresh) was wilted and chicken was cold and little to no parm cheese. The manager came over and offered free desserts which is their go to. but that doesn't fix the dinner. For burger that cost us $11 and a $20 steak I expected a little more.

Located adjacent to the mall we came here after seeing a movie. I was surprised at the beer selection that Uno's has. Rare beers (that you wouldn't typically find in a place like this) such as delierium tremens and delerium nocturnum and rogue hazelnut (if you haven't had this beer you NEED to try it, it's amazing!). The menu offerings were alomst overwhelming! So much to choose from. Our waiter, Ryan, was great! Very helpful and patient. We ordered a build your own flat bread with extra cheese, peppers and sausage. When it arrived my date was not happy with the amount of cheese and asked for more to be put on. Ryan accomplished this without delay (and agreed that the cheese was a little skimpy) and brought it right back out sand spit! lol I am not a HUGE flatbread fan but this was rather good and I was surprised.

We went for a family member's birthday the other evening. We had a large party and our waiter, Dominick, was great! Really a nice kid, very energetic, and very accommodating to us. One of my family member's order was messed up. It came out differently than what was listed on the menu. They took it back, remade it and comped it. I didn't hear any complaints otherwise about the food and my 'shroom pizza was very tasty. I'm not a fan of chain places, but they did a very good job. I've been to the Uno's in Oaks and had a much better experience here.

Night bar staff was horrible, I'm so glad I tipped day staff before she left. Couldn't get a glass of water because they were too busy talking to each other. So frustrating when you get great service and then shift changes and you get ignored.

I came for a business lunch meeting. Place is great for gatherings. They have a private section in the back. Food is good. Salad was great. Their lunch specials on the back of the menu are great if you don't want to wait a long time for your food. Monday's and Tuesday's are great. Hardly any waiting.

We go to this Uno's location about once every 2 months. When we come here, we always find a new, funky beer, and the $5 appetizers are always tasty and dependable. Upon our last visit, we had a small issue with their recently re-painted bar leaving a stain on the knees of our pants. When we sent them an email to let them know, they were instantly responsive, and super apologetic. The manager we spoke with asked us to go ahead and purchase new jeans, and with the receipt he reimbursed us on the spot. I was astounded at how professionally they handled this situation, and I will absolutely be back to enjoy the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff.

Good food and drink but will NEVER return because it was absolutely FREEZING! had my winter jacket on and was still freezing. You should not have to have a winter jacket on during a nice meal...and even then be cold! They said the thermostat was broken...well, everyone around me complained also, yet I had to TELL the manager to turn off the overhead fans AND they NEVER thought to offer something, anything as compensation??? reduced bill, free app or dessert...something? Will NEVER return.

Purely a review for the bar, but I love the craft beer selections at UNOs nowadays. The food is never appealing personally, but the bar staff is always nice and they always have about 20 craft taps. This one wasn't quite as good as the one at Hamilton, NJ, but still excellent. And, being it's PA they had Bell's, which isn't distributed to NJ. Other than that, there was Dogfish Head, Weyerbacher, Troegs, Southern Tier, Terrapin, Flying Dog, Oskar Blues, Stoudts, among others on tap when I went. If you like beer, definitely worth a visit.

What a total surprise! I don't know how long it's been since they became Uno Chicago Grill, aka Pizzeria Uno. My memories of the latter are okay, not great. But a Philly friend prevailed on me to make the trek to her part of the woods, so we met at the Neshaminy Mall for dinner at Uno. As I usually do in restaurants during the summer, I played musical tables until I found one that didn't have full-blast AC blowing on me, but once I ensconced myself in one of the comfy booths, it was uphill from there. We ordered the $5 Margarita special. Like everything else we ordered, absolutely nothing was a problem. In this case, my friend wanted her Margarita with rum instead of tequila. No problem. Our server, Brian, was agreeable to everything, with nary a sneer, rolling eyes, or the slightest hesitation. One nice offering is a half pizza for appetizer. The one we chose had feta, eggplant, garlic, and a few other goodies. But I'm not a fan of feta and besides, it was going to be part of my entree. Change it for goat cheese? No problem. And it was good. Very good. Though more flatbread than pizza crust, it was really tasty. My friend order the Brewmaster Steak, with grilled veggies as one of her sides. I had the baked stuffed chicken breast, which was a rolled chicken breast with feta, broccoli, spinach, and tomatoes, in a pesto tomato sauce. My first side was broccoli, which was steamed just the way I like it - not too overdone, but not too raw, and we both got the farro salad, which was outstanding and served at room temp. I saved the best for last. My friend and I almost never order dessert, but we couldn't resist the lure of the selection of mini desserts, so we bit the bullet and ordered one to share - a small brownie sundae - delicious, lower-priced, and the vanilla ice cream wasn't Haagen Dazs, which was fine for us (but maybe not everyone), so it helped cut down on the guilt. Driving down Rte. 1 from NJ toward Philly, I never expected I'd end up giving a chain restaurant - which I generally detest - a five-star rating, but this one definitely earned its stripes, and stars. Perfect from beginning to end. Oh, and if it's your bag, they have a gluten-free menu, too.

me and my fiance came in waited to be seated for 30 minutesfinally when we got the table we waited there for another 20 minutes almost until we will got our water or drinks you can really have a conversation and when they brought the pizza it was really greasy and was disgusting I would rather have dominos pizza which I hate appetizers were alright they were ok other than that I'm not going back in there.service on the other hand was good and I understand they were busy Saturday evening .sometimes this month I'll give them a try again because I will be right next to it so.if you guys have any recommendation what to order there that is good let me know thanks.

It's been a while since I've been to Unos, and I was surprised at the improvements to the menu besides their pizzas. I had a pizza, so I cannot comment on how good the other options are, but looking at other patrons, it appeared a lot of those items were being ordered. My pizza was a standard Unos pizza, and it came just as I remember them all to be. I would not eat here on a regular basis, and it was enjoyable for the experience. My server was attentive, and the place was clean.

Service-Great! Food-Decent Prices-Thumbs down For an entree salad with candied walnuts, goat cheese, and chicken, it cost $16. The normal entree salads (sans chicken) run about $9-10, so they charged me an extra $6 to drop some chopped up chicken tenders (that taste like McDonalds) on my salad. I'm sorry but for $6 I could get a whole chicken tender meal at McDonalds! Our server Tina was very pleasant and quick with our order, so no complaints on the service front; however, the prices are way too high for the quality of the food(which wasn't bad but there was no way my salad was worth $16!). I'd ordered more expensive salads in ardmore for a mere $10 including the chicken! They do have good happy hour specials, so I'd recommend going to try them at that time.

Don't waste your time this place is a train wreck, has to ask 3 times for a glass of water, they did not give me silverware, my food never came out I had to ask where it was and they came back and told me that it was overlooked so they had to remake it (I am sure that they never put my food order in). The table was dirty when I sat down I had to get a napkin and clean it myself. Save yourself the aggravation and find another place to eat.

Me and friends tried it finally, service and staff where totally fine. They helped you out and friendly. Just food was okay nothing great or special. We where able to tell that our nachos where cooked in a microwave, chips where soggy. Our dinner plates where okay burger a little under cooked from what asked but shit happens. Also macaroni wasn't the best. But for $3 brawlers that's a good deal. Maybe next time I'll try it out for pizza.

Service was ok food was terrible the nachos were soggy the cheese were brittle like the nachos were left there for days!! Then microwaved I had the Mediterranean thin crust it was soggy bad seasoning ingredients weren't fresh!

Come here fore the pizza, but share it because it's 1000 calories a bite. French onion soup is an easy pass. Buffalo chicken quesadilla worth a try. Good lunch specials!

I'm a fan of Uno's, and think it is a solid chain restaurant. The service at this location has always been awesome in my experiences. Very friendly, attentive and courteous each time around. On one occasion the server brought over a free appetizer sampler. They normally have a decent rotation of beers on tap. The food is always good, nothing off the charts, but what you would expect at a chain restaurant. Definitely would not come here looking for the best steak I'd ever eat, but formidable food for what it's worth and what the establishment is. I do enjoy their happy hour food specials and am a fan of the smaller plate / appetizers. Good price and solid quality for the price. Oh, and the pizza is pretty good too. The one time I went they also had a deal for discounted movie tickets to the theater in the Neshaminy Mall. Nice little dinner and a movie date, totally took advantage of that.

I would definitely come here again. the manager saw me walking out holding my leftovers and offered a bag and put them in for me. he came to our table and thanked us after we ate. The food came super fast! and it was well cooked. Great job UNO :)

Great beer selection! This is not a typical Uno, it is well run and has an AMAZING beer selection. The bartenders are entertaining and I enjoy hanging out there late night.

Straight up: a great place. Superior service. Great place to meet friend(s). MUCH BETTER CRUST AND MORE PESTO THAN THEIR LOCATION IN WARRINGTON/DOYLESTOWN. That was rather disappointing. Guess their qualitiy isn't standardized, although service in all ltheir locations is lovely.

This Uno's is relatively new, but after eating there for the first time this past weekend, I have to say I was satisfied. Prompt service, accommodating staff, and I really enjoyed the mango lemonade!

Predictably mall-side with a KILLER bottled beer list. Huh?!? Chicago Uno Grill, you confuse me. First time I sat at the bar, bartenders were attentive at first but then kind of left me hanging after all their pals & "regulars" came in. I got a trio of sliders which were small, gimmicky and stupid as you would expect from a(n) [insert name of any chain restaurant]. Second time, I got a table with a friend. I suppose the server was eager and enthusiastic enough. The food left little to chance and was what you'd expect. You've probably had worse at someone's house, but you've probably also had better grilling in your yard. Pizza is pizza. Burgers are burgers. For the record, the calamari appetizer was kind of sparse and seemed thrown together on the plate with some chopped tomatoes and banana peppers. Okay, so good beer is all the rage. Does its presence here indicate the craft beer phenomenon has officially become (too) trendy? It reminds me of when flannel, long johns and ripped jeans made it to fashion runways and Saks in the mid 90's. Are the suburbanite housewives of Lower Bucks County really taking the edge off after an afternoon of shopping with a Dogfish Head 90 or a Russian River Damnation? (More power to them if they are.) Three stars for it's beer selection, minus one for the institutionalized mediocrity that is the chain restaurant. What are you doing with this sort of beer list? I want to get to the bottom of this. Do all Unos serve these types of beers? Is it all just a cunning ruse to keep people coming back in a moth-to-flame like fashion? It probably works on people who never leave the surrounding hamlets or venture downtown. Or do you have a true passion for beer Uno franchisee??? Rock on with your quality beers mall Uno. I feel ya. ...and what's with mall restaurants being jammed late(ish) on Sunday? Don't people work?

This is my favorite chain restaurant. I enjoy the food and beer selections. My wife likes the wine. If you are in to craft beer, get a beer flight. That is the easiest way to figure out what you like to drink.

The only thing this establishment has in common with the other Uno's is the name... it was obvious my first time here that this is not operated by the "chain" management... very inviting, friendly, and the employees show they really care about your experience. Husband and I always eat in the bar area... feels like our own neighborhood bar. Really like the employees... and the quality of the food is also really good.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
