This places does cheese steaks well! Great food, good prices and awesome staff! The menu is full of classic steaks combos with their own naming. It's nice to have a shop this good this close!

I've been to most of the cheesesteak places in philly, and this place is right up there. The staff was awesome, and the seasoned fries were excellent I will definitely eat here again.

Grand opening was June 20, 2013. My 'South Philly It' steak was excellent! Slightly chewy bread. Not greasy. Generous meat. Bright and crisp lettuce/tomato/onions. Just enough cheese. Service was fast and polite, too. The interior looked spotless and very clean (but yes, it's only 2 weeks old). Prices were low/medium. My slightly fancy steak was $7 something. No credit cards yet, cash only. Nice use of an HD TV to showcase the menu, but it'd be impossible to see if there was a small line.

Excellent Cheesesteaks! First time eating a cheese state in Philadelphia....I have had them in other cities across the country and finally had the opportunity to try an "original" and glad I did. The steak was REAL and grilled perfectly with the onions and mushrooms....I added mayo and banana peppers. Fries were crinkle cut normal (not spice covered or crappy) and crispy - excellent all the way around. The staff was friendly and interactive...brought food out to table fresh and hot. Price was 10 bucks for the sandwich, fries and a large fountain drink, so very reasonable. Loved it - will come back here if ever in the neighborhood again.

The cheesesteaks are as good if not better then the big South Philadelphia shops. The service is friendly and quick.

Excellent cheesesteak. Well worth the price. We will definitely try other sandwiches. Staff was funny and courteous also.

I like to give a place the full benefit of the doubt but.... Okay, this place had a friendly staff but the food was lacking. I had a cheesesteak w pepperoni but only found a trace resemblance of pepperoni. Next was a cheesesteak with mushrooms and light sauce; apparently there is a mushroom shortage in Bensalem and they must be short on onions as well as sauce. The French fries were soggy as well. I so wanted to love this place as I want a great cheesesteak joint in Bucks but sadly Philly It fails to deliver. Sorry Bucks. Maybe the next steak place will have better quality control and give you an ample amount of items that you pay for when creating your ultimate cheesesteak. Too bad focus on profit has impacted this establishments ability to deliver great food.

We went to Sesame Place and wanted to taste an authentic Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. I was searching in Yelp and came across this place. A short 12 minutes drive from Sesame Place, took us to this restaurant. It was very quiet when we came, probably it was Sunday night and football night as well. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak, the garlic parm wings and the South Philly sauce. The service was quick and the guy from the counter was nice and service is excellent too. It was a nice cozy place with TV,clean bathroom and food was excellent! It was a really good sandwich, which i could not find anywhere here in NY. Until now,my husband is still dreaming of the cheesesteak. I recommend this place and would go back when we are around the area.

This is a good local hangout for Philly cheese steaks. It is a fast casual restaurant for take out or seat in with friendly staff. I would recommend the original cheese steak with no lettuce so that you will get the full flavor of it.

I decided to check Philly it out based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. My review is based on several categories Cleanliness 5 Customer service 5 Meat 4 (could have been a 5 but was a little over done for my liking ) Fries 5 Whiz 5 (obviously it's kraft and it's fantastic ) Roll 4 (probably not amoroso's but pretty good) Value 5 (fries soda and a steak for $10.68 after tax Overall score 4.71 I'll definitely be back. UPDATE... 1/5/15 The owner informed me they are now buying a huge piece of Rib Eye and slicing it on the premises and let me tell you its incredible! score update below Cleanliness 5 Customer service 5 Meat 5 Fries 5 Whiz 5 (obviously it's kraft and it's fantastic ) Roll 4 (probably not amoroso's but pretty good) Value 5 (fries soda and a steak for $10.68 after tax Overall score 4.86

Great cheese steak! Great fries! Reasonable pricing. What more do you want? The sliced steak is sliced ribeye in house (I spoke to the owner and he told me all about it). The rolls are perfect. They give you free pickles, free hot peppers, etc. which is very nice. The customer service is excellent, the service was fast, and everything was cooked perfectly. My buddy even asked for his steak to be undercooked and they were happy to accommodate his special order. The owner was really nice, and the counter girl was really nice. You can tell they really care about quality and customer service. And unlike some cheese steak spots, they aren't trying to do the fake south Philly bad attitude just because. They had TVs everywhere, in good spots, it was quiet, clean, and all in all a great lunch spot.

We decided to try this establishment and was NOT disappointed. It was one of the best steak sandwiches around here. I had the original and my husband had the south philly. It was wonderful. the steaks were very tasty and lean. There was no gristle at all and there was plenty of meat. The cheese was plentiful. Just all around great sandwiches. We also had the garlic Parmesan French fries but were disappointed in them as you couldn't taste the garlic or Parmesan at all. But we will definitely make this our go to place for steak sandwiches from now on. We are only sorry it took us so long to try it. We highly recommend this to all. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

This is my new go-to cheesesteak place in Bensalem. The sandwiches and fries are excellent, and kid there named Allen is really welcoming.

Better rolls and steaks than before

My husband and I ordered a south Philly (long hots on side) and an original with a large cheese fry for takeout. Restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. Reasonable pricing for takeout. Both sandwiches were hot and delicious. Rolls were soft and chewy, chopped meat was good (could've had a little more), just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Fries were a decent crinkle cut presented in a fancy box with cheese wiz on the side. Next time we will try the seasoned fries. Their menu is simply cheese steaks, pork sandwiches, wraps, fries, and some munchies like wings and mozzarella sticks. We will definitely order again and maybe try something different from the menu. It was a pretty tasty cheese steak.

I had no idea this business was even open nor around. By chance I passed by, saw the sign and stopped in, on a hunch. I ordered a pizza steak with mozzarella cheese and fried onions. I was blown away. The meal was excellent. As good, if not better than Pat's Steaks or Gino's in South Philly. There was a generous portion of steak meat and cheese and the pizza sauce was really mild and tasty. I never was expecting it to be as good as it turned out. I am hooked. Thanks for quality food. Hard to find this type of food in Bensalem.

We have been here so many times! I can honestly say there is NO need to go to Pat's or Geno's because this is IT! Everytime we order from here it gets better and better! The steaks are loaded with meat and tons of cheese! I love that they don't charge you extra if you want Peppers on your sandwich ( because they have a pepper bar with all kinds of peppers to choose from!) The prices are great as well. I will say by far the best cheesesteaks in Bucks County no doubt about it!!!!!! Kudos to the awesome staff as well always so friendly!

I hate to do this to you, Philly It....but I've experienced some inconsistency with your establishment, which has forced me to go with an updated review. I was willing to keep trucking until my experience today. It wasn't horrible, but if it was my first visit...it would be enough to possibly have someone not want to return. I had full anticipation of coming here after work today. I was hungry and wanting to treat myself to a Fairmount Park (pork, broccoli rabe, sharp provolone), which had seemed like eternity since my last experience. Upon arrival, I had a personal mishap outside...keys being locked in the car while it was running. AAA was called and I was still hungry, so I figured I'd go in while waiting for them. I walked in and no one was in there.... I mean, no one. No staff.... Okay, I figure someone is probably in the bathroom, it was probably a slow day so only one person must be working. About ten minutes go by....still no one. I went to the bathroom, came out...still no one. I didn't want Domino's and didn't have time for Tako. I was basically getting ready to say, "Screw it." I was moments away from just punching a hole through the car window and driving off. Out of nowhere, not one...not two...but three kids come walking back in from the back end. Really? I was their age once, I get it... you were bored, but do that stuff in shifts. You know what I'm talking about. They seemed sorry and were being pretty friendly. I went about ordered the Fairmount and some fries. Fries are your run of the mill frozen crinkle cut, but I don't mind this because they always cook them crispy. My sandwich was a total miss. I was so disappointed. My broccoli rabe tasted rancid. The pork was chewy and had no flavor. The roll tasted somewhat stale. I was sad. If it was my first time here, my rating would have been a bad one...but I still keep a three because I KNOW that they're better than this. I just hope they don't keep letting a bunch of kids run the joint when the boss needs a day off. I think they should get a better stand in or that place will burn down for sure....

Been here a couple of times for Philly cheesesteak, and they are excellent! Wings are decent, and french fries are crispy too. Just don't understand why it's not packed? Maybe mostly takeouts?
