Decided to finally order from here after seeing some pretty decent reviews about this place on Yelp. Everything was just okay. I ordered the meatball parmigiana sandwich and because I'm so used to homemade meatballs, it was a disappointment but I really wish that there had been more meatballs to the sandwich. Load it up with meatballs and cheese and it would have been very filling. The mozzarella fries I ordered were decent but I didn't eat them until the next day so reheated food does not taste as great (however I added some homemade chili to my fries which made them really good). I ordered a black and white milkshake which just tasted like melted vanilla ice cream. The milkshake had no thickness to it which made me not enjoy it like I really wanted to.

So I ordered a veggie pizza, spicy fries and a cheese calzone. The delivery was early, the fries and calzone good! The pizza was a major letdown. I can hardly taste the marinara sauce, and the broccoli and tomatoes feel a little raw. You know it's not well done when you can feel the crunch on the broccoli and need some effort to squish the tomato with your fingers. Huge disappointment. Will not be ordering from here anytime soon.

I have enjoyed petty much every item I have ordered from here. Good prices, good service, tasty food. I have dined in and gotten delivery at least 25 times during the three years that I lived nearby. I moved a little further away but not so far that I don't stop there at least once in a while.

Maybe the food here is great, maybe it is terrible, I will never know. I was sent a coupon for a free large plain pizza in the mail for this establishment. I called to place my order. I was going to order mega fries, a cheese steak, chicken fingers, and a couple of other things. It would have been a nice sized order, but as soon as I mentioned the coupon they told me that they made a mistake, and they would not honor it. I could understand if I was just wanting a free pie, but I was going to order plenty of other items. I tore up the menu, and I am never going to order from Mangiamo's. That was honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Let me start by saying that I purchased a deal on yelp. It was for $30 worth of food for $15. I showed up here to pickup an order i placed about 15 minutes prior. When I presented the voucher they had no idea how it worked. They assumed that since I paid $15 for it then I had $15 in credit. After battling for a few minutes to make them understand that this was not a gift card but in fact a "deal" on yelp they had to go to the back office for another 5 minutes to figure it out, all while my wings were sitting there on the counter getting cold. Finally they decided to honor there own deal and I was able to go home. When I got home the wings resembled little parakeet or pigeon wings. They were pathetic and I can't believe as a business you would present this as your product to get me to come back again. I will not be coming back here again. Thanks for saving me $15 Yelp although I am not sure that was enough on the scrawny wings I took home.

My husband and I wanted pizza from a new place and we drove by and saw this place. We were immediately greeted by the staff. It is nice in there. The waitress we had was extremely nice and made sure we were well taken care of. She was very accommodating to my two children. We ordered a margarita pizza. What came out was not your classic margarita pizza but it still tasted great! I will go back here for sure!

There's something to be said about a place that you walk into on a Saturday afternoon when everybody is off and this place has not one single customer to people playing with their cell phones and one lonely slice of pizza sitting on a heated rack. I was really in a hurry and I don't have much faith that a business like this has the ability to sustain with this type of look. I got the slice of pizza and kept it moving. If you don't have more than one slice of pizza out and you're a pizza place you have a problem. The guy asked me if I wanted anything on it. Yeah, no.

Ordered a pizza to share with my dad in a nearby hospital based on a nurse's suggestion. It wasn't the greatest pizza I've ever had, but there's no such thing as bad pizza. They were very generous with the toppings which is out of the norm for most pizza places up here. The prices were reasonable, and I'd order from them again.

I took advantage of a Yelp deal where I paid $15 to get $30 worth of food. When I went in to redeem it, they told me they weren't honoring them any longer. This was frustrating to me because I had already paid Yelp for the voucher and they were unwilling to budge on their stance. I decided to just get a cheap burger and be done with it, and to their credit it was fairly good. My girlfriend, on the other hand, was upset that they had charged her $10 for two measly crabcakes, and when she had asked for water they tried to give her bottled water to make some money out of it. It felt a little bit shady and after talking it over they decided to give her the customary free glass of water that every other restuarant allows their customers. Anyways, she ended up being annoyed with the whole experience and walked out halfway through her meal after deciding the crabcakes she was overcharged for weren't that good in the first place. Customer service is extremely important in this kind of industry. You want to develop a base of loyal customers who can provide you steady support throughout the year when things get tighter. From what I can see, these people don't really adopt that mindset. They are willing to annoy and frustrate their customers if it means saving an extra buck or two, even when in many cases their understanding and cooperation would lead to more business down the road. I wasn't looking for a free meal. I just wanted the deal that I had paid for. By refusing, they've not only lost business from me but from other consumers who might read this review and choose to eat elsewhere. Is that worth it? I doubt it. Alienating customers as a small business is a good way to go under, and judging by the lack of customers on a Saturday evening, it seems like it has already caught up to them.

Just ok. Everything we ordered was edible, however I am pretty sure the sides were frozen. I was really excited to get the beer battered onion rings, and I was quite surprised when they weren't homemade. I ordered a wrap( I thought it was a healthier choice than some other paninis offered). I was totally wrong! Fat dropped off of my wrap like no other. It was good, but I only ate half cause of how greasy it was. My fiancée ordered a burger and he said it was great!! So maybe wraps aren't their specialty. I did like that the sides to come with the meals were curly fries rather than regular fries! Curley fries rock!!

Had a horrible experience ordering through PayPal app and Eat24 (Yelp). The store got the time wrong for pickup, and made the food 4 hours too early. When I called to verify, they were very rude. Took me 2 hours on the phone with PayPal and Eat24 to get satisfaction and have order cancelled. Who would eat food sitting around for 4 hours. Beware!!

Ordered white pizza for delivery at 9:30pm. Ordering thru yelp app was very easy and allowed me to add special requests. It arrived within the 45 min time frame but was barely warm. Pizza wasn't the worst I've had, but was only so so. We will try them again in the near future and review again.

I don't know how their pizza is but their turkey wrap was delicious and the curly fries were hot and crispy. The cashiers were nice and it didn't take very long to get my food. I was a little surprised it was so quiet inside on a Saturday night but maybe everybody was ordering in instead.

After an extremely long and frustrating day that included being made to stay late at work until 7:15 on a Friday night and my train being delayed for an hour and a half, I didn't get home until 10:00. I thought what could salvage this but pizza. To quote Wedding Crashers "who cares...it's like pizza, baby!" I got the buffalo chicken pizza without blue cheese since blue cheese ruins everything. The pizza itself was good. Not too crispy and not too doughy and was cooked perfectly. There was certainly no shortage of chicken on it, which is always a plus. As for the actual taste of it, it was just ok. I had to go to the fridge and put Frank's RedHot buffalo sauce on it to help it out. That right there was the sign of a buffalo pizza lacking something. I needed more of a buffalo taste and wasn't getting it. I also got a side of garlic bread sticks. Always a nice add on for only a few bucks, the sticks were the size of it's small 12" pizza. They weren't big and thick but more on the thin side and had a subtle garlic taste. They also came with a side of marinara sauce-- cold. I'll never understand why places serve cold marinara sauce for dipping sauces. All in all, the pizza helped end the day on a positive note. Oh I forgot to mention. After I placed my order, I turned on the TV only to find my cable out.

We were here tonight. Food was delicious. We had pizza, cheesesteaks, waffle fries and onion rings. We kept raving about the food and how we would be back...until we got the bill. I've never been to place that charges for refills of soda. $1.65 for each can of soda that was poured in our glass. Maybe we will try again but only for takeout.

Second and third pizzas from Mangiamo, a white veggie and plain cheese were absolutely tasteless. Consistency maybe a problem. Think we will trying a few other places.

Was getting my car taken car of across the street, and decided to stop in and see what this place had to offer. My girlfriend and I ordered a Chicken Ranch Panini and a salad. The food came out quickly and was perfectly made. The restaurant was nicely kept and had few tvs which is always nice. Our server kept great attention to us, and I will be coming back again soon to try more things!

I ordered from Mangiamo for an office meeting (group of 23). The staff was friendly and the delivery guys were super polite. The food we ordered included salads, garlic breads and pastas with Marinara & Meatballs as well as Alfredo & Chicken - all the food was tasty, portions were generous and pricing was fair. Only a few glitches - the food showed up with no serving utensils, not enough paper plates (and the ones provided were super thin/cheap), and the Caesar Salad came with italian dressing, not Caesar dressing. I also inquired about ordering desert for the group but was told they don't sell whole deserts, they only sell by the slice @ $3.25 per slice. This seemed a bit odd since they specifically advertise that they "cater" for large groups, office gatherings etc.

We order from mangiamo at least a few times a month and consistently have a delicious dinner. Delicious buffalo chicken pizza! Also the family that owns this restaurant focuses on the community and customer service. Hats off for a great restaurant with an impressive take out menu.
