i am slightly concerned that i have eaten at this place twice in one month. i think the convenience is justified by the fact that the chicken pieces resemble actual chicken and are not in a disturbing shape of a boot. it's fast and hot out of the fryer when served. the lemonade has too much sugar for my taste. i am grossed out by the honey mustard though. mainly because it doesn't actually contain any honey, but i suppose high fructose corn syrup soybean oil mustard sauce doesn't roll off the tongue quite the same. for a quick lunch while on the road, it's not bad.

I am definitely a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A; when it comes to fast food, there's pretty much no one better! This location has very good service; the food comes up fresh and hot, and it's given to you with a smile. If you find yourself within the mall, it's definitely one of your better options!

This is the place to get your fast food fix! Unlike other fast food joints, they serve fresh quality food and fast. After a long and tiring day at Sesame Place, the last thing you want to do is fight the crowds and lines for over priced mediocre fast foods. Leave the park and come here. The chicken is not formed and pressed or fatty. They use grilled or fried real chicken breasts on their sandwiches and strips of chicken on their fresh salads. I love how they add fresh fruit, like strawberries, mandarin oranges, grapes and apple slices on the salads. My grand babies love their chicken strips, which are of good quality, using the tenderloin from the breast. The fries are unique, being crisp waffle fries. Thinking of being healthy? They serve fresh fruit cups, in house made chicken salad served on whole wheat bread and chicken noodle soup, loaded with fresh veggies. One of their sides is a carrot and raisin salad, which I have not tried. It's not all about the chicken here folks! Chick Fil A has been in business for almost 60 years! Why haven't you been there yet? Don't try to go on a Sunday, because they are closed. Why did the chicken cross the road? I don't know, but there is another Chick Fil A across the street on Horizon Blvd.

The most respectable and polite 'fast' food restaraunt I've ever been to. They bring the food to your table for you, remove your trash while your still eating and get you refills. Polite staff go a long way, this is my favorite local place to go!

I'm pretty sure this Chick-Fil-A has to be one of the original Chick-Fil-A's ever, at least it was around way before they went big time. I've been coming here for years at it is one of the long standing staples at the Neshaminy Mall. I'd put the service of Chick-Fil-A against any five star restaurant any day of the week (except Sundays of course). Just on my most recent visit, the chicken strips a friend and I ordered weren't ready exactly in time. The person taking our order told us to sit-down, at a table and they would bring it out to us. Not more than a few minutes later, they brought to our table our food with free drinks and they gave us a coupon to get a free chicken sandwich on our next visit. They were extremely friendly and apologetic, even though the wait wasn't long at all. The service there is top notch. In terms of food, I'd easily put this as the best fast food I've ever had, and just in general some of the best chicken ever. Always tastes like it was just made, and delicious. Chick-Fil-A also has the best lemonade I've ever had. Pretty much everything there is just the best. Service, food, it's just the best at Chick-Fil-A. This particular Chick-Fil-A has been at Neshaminy Mall for a very long time and I suspect it will be there for a while longer, and as long as it is, I will continue to make it my go to place at the mall. Stopped here last week was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone was and went out of their way to help out all the customers in any way they could. Great employees, will stop back in for sure. So accommodating!! I've never seen anything like it.

This is hands down the nicest fast food restaurant around. I actually feel bad calling it fast food because you really feel like your in a sit-down restaurant. Who knew they would actually bring the food to your table after you order and then walk around and offer refills on your drinks! Everyone there is very friendly and the food is always good.

This Chic-Fil-A location always goes above and beyond. Every time I'm here, no matter how crazy the mall is, I am greeted with a huge smile and wonderful attitude. Their employees use please and thank you and move quickly but not robotically. The staff manager I've encountered a few times, Debbie, is just lovely. The food is always well presented. Lettuce always looks extremely fresh and not wilted. Food is never over or under cooked and tastes great. If you're at the Neshaminy mall and need a bite to eat, this is your spot.

All chick fila's are really good. This one in particular really impresses me bescause they have the best customer service. Yes, the lines are always long but that's because they have the best food in the mall. Kudos to the blond haired manager. She is the best!
