We stopped in for a late dinner. We seated at a booth next to the bar, which was OK since Thursday Night Football was starting. We ordered the 2 for $20. The chips and guacamole for appetizer. I had the bacon cheeseburger and my companion had the chicken and pork fajita. Everything was to the normal Chili's quality. I had a bottle of Smithwick's in a frosted mug - best part of the dinner. Overall, a basic and good experience.

This is one of my fave chain locations. I used to not be a fan of chili's but than they revised their menu! The tropical margarita is AMAZING and HUGE! Chips and skillet queso are my favorite appetizer and a must try for everyone. Most of their entrees are delicious! My husband and I frequently go for a quick week night dinner date. Their new addition to the dessert menu ... the molten peanut butter cake is delicious ... I hope they make it a permanent! Service is always friendly and quick at this location!

.Service was pleasant and quick. I had the triple appetizer as my meal. (A bit spicy on the guacamole, by the wife loved it)

I really love this chain. Love hearing the sizzling pans coming out of the ovens carrying grilled meats and veggies to make your own tortillas.

I came in at 10:00 with my husband after a long day of work. The restaurant was open for another hour and we decided to sit at the bar since there were only a few tables in the restaurant. The bar was empty besides one girl, but it was absolutely filthy. There was one semi-clean spot left so that's where we sat. I got the wrong burger and the fries were completely inedible. If you broke one in half it would just turn into old fry dust. The bartender asked us how it was and I told him it was "ok." He responded by walking away and ignoring us for the rest of the night while he flirted with the girl at the bar. We left 10 minutes before they closed and already half the chairs were up in the restaurant! The manager was standing right there too. I would understand if we walked in right before they closed, but we were there for an entire hour prior to closing time. I guess this is the kind of service you can expect from a bunch of high school kids!

I find that this location is pretty inconsistent. The burgers and fries are always great but some of the other dishes are either amazing or horrible. I generally enjoy it and think the service is pretty good. It is also a good family environment-- the bar area is never noisy even on Saturday nights.

I didn't expect much after all this is fancy fast food. We arrived in time for the Monday lunch special but opted instead to go with regular entrees as we were very hungry. While we were waiting for our food my friend decided to play with the tablet at the table and accidentally loaded the game. When we realized that they charge for a free game we asked them to reverse the $1.99 since it wasn't like anyone played it. The waitress said sure no problem but it still appeared on the bill at the end. For appetizers we had the combo plate... they brought it out but gave us something we didn't order and didn't realize it until it came to our table at which point she took the platter back took it off and left only two items with the third to be brought at a later time aka when we were done eating the appetizers. The third item was loaded potato skins which turned out to only be 3 when there was clearly 4 of us at the table. They were gross and dry looks like something I could have made in my toaster oven. I have the sizzling skillet to make you own tacos the shrimp was surprisingly good and the beef and chicken were meh. The sides like guac and pico and what not were gross and looked all wrong. The frickles were gross do yourself a favor and ask for a pickle and skip the calories in the batter which has no flavor. My friend ordered the steak and it was cold. They offered to replace it only for her to receive her food after we were all done eating. For dessert the brownie skillet was ordered. My friend was not warned it was extremely hot and burned his hand. The server offered ice which was at first refused but then later needed at which point I had to hunt her down and it took another 10min after that. They comped nothing.. overall this was worse than a diner.

Horrible service, I feel bad for the girl-we probably made her nervous when we made the 1st complaint but as a server she should have been less timid & more eager to make our visit a pleasant one. Aside from a fruit infused margarita that had no fruit in it (yet every other chilis gives fruit) out shrimp Alfredo pasta was cold & shrimp was raw. Sent food back. Didn't even order anything else. No discount was given or even offered-just the cold sent back meal was taken off the bill. I will not come back here again.

went in on a Monday, sat at the bar. The bartender was amazing, friendly, funny and very helpful and informed with menu choices. I got the chicken and steak fajitas. I wasn't impressed with the chicken but the steak was fantastic, even had some good searing on the outside which is so my style. the guacamole was so yummy, but the condiments (which come on a cool little condiment tree) were very small. I really needed more guac and salsa. Since I dont car to cheese my tacos/fajitas I wasn't concerned with the amount of cheese but there really wasn't enough. The margaritas were perfectly made and cheap on Monday.

I come here quite frequently. The service is amazing! They are super duper nice. I usually either get the 2 for 20 or my new favorite the 2 for 35.

Chili's, chain food, comfortable menus and reliable middle of the road quality for the hungry and willpowerless traveler. Big shout out to the staff here. My group of 12, half teenagers, showed up on a Sunday afternoon, hoping there wouldn't be a line for a table. It was close to 2 pm, so we hoped the place would be able to seat our group together and not still be hopping from lunch rush. Thankfully, it took just a few minutes to set up a big table for us, get us seated, and those delicious, bottomless drinks on the table. Hooray! Food followed soon after, with plenty of chips and cheese and salsa and salt for a football team. Everyone was served rather quickly, mistakes were corrected immediately, and as teens are wont to do, food disappeared instantaneously. Our servers were absolutely phenomenal, grabbing orders, keeping everything in line, grabbing refills before we asked, clearing, and giving everyone big friendly smiles. In addition, I know serving a bunch of hangry teens can be daunting, but these servers were full of grace. Thank you so much! Food and prices are standard Chili's quality. Restrooms and tables are clean.

We were trying to find somewhere nice to eat early on a Saturday night but that quickly became a challenge. Our first stop was Red Robin, but they had a 25 minute wait and we decided to make the short drive over here. Chili's also had a 25 minute wait...that ended up being less than 5 minutes. Service was fast considering we had four people in a full restaurant. Our table had several different items: The Grilled Chicken & Seared Shrimp Mix & Match Fajitas were perfect but could have used one more Tortilla. The Half Rack of Ribs was enjoyable. The order of Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas was ok but dry. The Berry mixed liquor drink was huge with good flavor. The warm Cookie with Ice Cream our table shared at the end was delicious. Overall a good visit and I would stop here again.

Not a fan of the chain " happy hour " restaurants...You know...Fridays ,Applebees, Chili's, you get the picture...I would never choose one. Stopped with a group of 40....yes 40... we called ahead, we were 30 min late..but they were very accommodating, given the time and location of this restaurant. My Chili was warm, not hot and then ordered potatoe soup, ice cold.. You think if they call the place Chili's, this would be a signature dish and the portion size was very small...I ordered a bowl...waiter and waitresses were polite and at tentative and if you grabbed on going by with an issue, you didn't get the brush off..I'll get your server..

Stop here when leaving the outlet on a Sunday. The waitress was great. Unfortunately she doesn't make the food. The food was flavorless to say the least. Wouldn't recommend going here if you LOVE food. Try Longhorn steakhouse, Red Lobster, or Red Robin. Anything but here!

Saturday afternoon must be a slow time of the day for this place. After being seated, we needed get the manager to get us a server. Then after ordering drinks, we had to wait for the bartender serve several tables before preparing our drinks. At least the food was served at a reasonable time and good. Don't go there if you're hungry and want something quick.

Stopped by while on vacation in the Poconos. The service a A+++. Very attentive. The food was pretty good too. I took off a star cause it was hot and muggy. Seems they were trying to conserve energy and either lowered or shut off the AC. All else was fine.
