Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Oh Dino's, why did you tease me growing up. You're delicious broccoli and cheese pizza has set me up for major disappointment throughout my life. I love my dive pizza places here in the 'big' city, but not a single one of them have come up with the brilliant idea of a traditional white pizza, topped with broccoli and cheese. Oh Dino's I miss you and you're single slice options. Moral of the story is, forget the fact that it's in a mall, forget the fact that the tables are small (not their fault), and who cares if you don't give free refills (who would want to wash that amazing taste out of their mouths anyways?) If you for some ungodly reason find yourself stuck in Altoona or yet even worse stuck in the Logan Valley Mall, go find Dino's and grab yourself a slice.

The pizza is good, but it is expensive! Almost $20 for three slices of Pizza and three small drinks. If you get a large pizza its $30

My husband and I love their pizza! We usually get a pie before watching a Boston team play. Big slices, so big that I need a fork and knife for it. The staff is so nice to us. I say it's the best in Altoona! The have a lot of different things on their menu too, but I'm a plain cheese girl, so my husband goes along with.

Soo. Greasy, the place is so dirty. Won't be back. Not sure if it it would pass a health inspection

If you happen to be in the mall and need a place to eat, I'd recommend this pizza place, do I think it should be in the top 5? No maybe 7 or 8. Its good pizza but there isn't anything special about it as some seem to think. It's also very pricey for pizza that is. If you're wondering where you should go eat tonight and your not in Logan Valley Mall, I'd recommend to go someplace else for pizza. It's too pricey for the quality. It's in a food court, there are screaming children and its very noisy. There are no free refills (isn't this America land of the free refills, home of the brave?). And the person who I ordered from gave me a bizarre look when I tried to order a pizza. Its more of the norm there I guess to eat pizza by the slice. Also the tables aren't the cleanest as you can imagine and also the tables are very small to the point where we couldn't fit a medium pizza on the table and our drinks/plates as well. As for the pizza itself, the cheese is good and melted, not to little or too greasy, the sauce is just ok, its kind of bland and doesn't add much to the overall pizza, the dough is pretty good it again is bland but is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, not bad pizza just not great pizza, its good pizza.

When I come back to Altoona, I make a special request to stop and get their Italian Salad. With lots of mozzarella cheese, an italian dressing that needs no salad and warm, delicious breadsticks. Lovely. In addition to that, if I have to name the best pizza I've ever had- I would have to say Dino's. It's the only pizza I eat with a fork and knife, because I like to savor every piece. Who knew it would be in a shopping mall? A+ on food and friendliness of staff!

All I had was the broccoli and cheese pizza slice, but it was quite tasty. Huge slices for cheap and with lots of broccoli.
