Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
Higher then normal prices & poorly managed staff. First of all, there hamburgers are priced $.50 higher then other Mcdonalds in the area. This adds up to a lot; $1 for a burger at other Mcdonalds vs $1.50 at this one. I usually get four sandwitches off the $1 menu and here it costs me $6 vs $4 at others down the road. The staff is poorly managed. What I mean by that is there will usually be a long line of customers and the staff just standing around having one person do only one job at a time. It seems like everyone should be helping when not performing a task. Small standard orders are always correct, however, larger or custom requests are usually wrong. I go in for those so I can check in front of them and get it fixed. Other then that, the place is clean and a decent place to get food or eat.

Worst McDonald's in AMERICA. We went in after a long day at dorney park. We couldn't even tell where the line began. Crew was changing shifts and I'm not kidding we sat there for 10 minutes. A girl was at the register ringing in another crew members meal as we're standing there shocked. As she proceeded to eventually take the order she puts it in wrong. We ordered a 20 piece mean with two drinks and two fries. We waited 15 mins for our food and we got one fry not two. So I asked for the rest of our meal. She gave me attitude and then gave me my other fry after 10 minutes . The trash can was overflowing the tables we're not whiped. There we're no lids for the cups! We're calling them right not to complain but they keep answering and hanging up. This is horrendous.

If you want FAST food, do not enter this drive-thru! Two cars (only) in front of us. took forever to order. Then forever to get our food. I ended up going inside to pick up the order (cheeseburger happy meal!) NO ONE was in a hurry. No personality. No service. No politeness. The manager, who waited on me, was barely apologetic. When I came out after 5 minutes, the car in front of us STILL hadn't goten their food! This was 6:00 on a Saturday night!! I will never go there at night again. Horrible experience.

This might possibly be the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Every table was dirty and the floor even dirtier. I couldn't even stay inside. Had to eat outside. Aside from this there was no ice. No condiments and no lids for the drinks. Granted this is right across from Dorney Park so they must get a lot of traffic but that's no excuse. Hire more workers to maintain your business.
