Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Really great burritos! Chicken is the least spicy. I can't do spicy foods. Going to try the veggie burrito next. Their white rice with lime and cilantro is addicting!

Yay, 2nd Chipotle in the area! The one at the Lehigh Valley Mall is always so slow with poor food quality, so much so that we just don't go. Gave this one a try today...it's better but still needs some work (it's also brand new so we'll give them a few weeks to work out the kinks). Servings were way out of proportion. I got a huge scoop of guac & chicken despite doing a 50/50...my husband got one little pinch of barbacoa in his burrito. I got very little salsa...he got tons. All the items were super fresh, especially considering it was 2 PM and past lunch rush. Everyone was friendly, and for once, the hold up on the line was not the cash register, as it always is at the mall. We'll definitely be back!

I love a chipotle! I lay up late at night thinking about that perfectly grilld chicken, creamy guac and succulent corn salsa! This location was spot on! I took off two stars for the Tiny eating area within this establishment! this is the smallest Chiptole I have ever seen! Love the food...but will be doing take out from this location.

Pretty good. No complaints. Operates similar to Subway: walk the line and make choices or add everything in. Love avocados so guacamole is nice but why $2.05 extra? Is it some rare veggie? We had vegetarian choices, each surprisingly good. One with spicy tofu. Not bad. For sure, we'll be back. I'll get coffee elsewhere to carry in as they don't serve it here. The hottest sauce choice has character but isn't too much heat.

One word. UNDERWHELMED. I really don't get what the big hoopla is. Servings are large enough bit so are the prices. Extra cost for everything you want to add to your food. Like a higher end Taco Bell. But not by far high end. Meh. Won't be back. My daughter agreed and she isn't anywhere near as picky as I am.

How can you not love Chipolte? A little over priced but delicious non the less. 10x's better than Cali Burrito.

Excellent Food and Prices. They have my business going forward.

This location provides a much less stressful/annoying experience than the LV mall location. There is more room for seating, less noise, closer parking, and it's nowhere near as crowded (yet?).
