Of course, this is not grandma's Italian place. But I wanted a cocktail after a hellish day at work (and many of the smaller Italian places I like are BYOB) and a comfortable chair (I love DiMaio's in Hellertown, but I hurt every time we go there), so we thought we'd try Carrabba's. The coupon book that we received in the mail over the weekend didn't hurt. Plus I remember that the folks from one of my Italian vendors having a slight love affair with Carrabba's during their visits to the US. The hostess was a little sassy. Asked for a table for two and was met with an icy stare and was asked where my second person was. Hello, your parking lot is jammed packed and my hubby was nice enough to drop me at the door. She told me I could take a table, or I could wait for him and perhaps not get a table for 30 minutes? Seriously?!? Do we need to try to scare patrons? Or perhaps I just had a really bad day at work and should have given the poor girl a break. By the time my husband made it in the door a few minutes later, that hostess had disappeared and a much nicer one brought my husband to our table. Our waiter was very nice...perhaps a little inexperienced. But he knew his menu, could answer my questions, and we never went without water or bread. Courses came actually at a very good pace. Salads were average - choice of house (creamy parmesan dressing), Italian (vinaigrette that could use some more vinegar ) and Caesar. Bread was a little doughy but you can make up for it with olive oil. My husband's main course, the Rosa chicken dish was actually really good. The mashed potatoes with it were a little too pureed for my taste, but the roasted garlic flavor in them wasn't half bad. My lasagna left a little to be desired. But the only chain Italian lasagna I can compare it to is Johnny Carino's,, and theirs is MUCH better. Portions aren't as generous as a mom & pop Italian place, but we both still had plenty of leftovers. Plenty of dessert options...some authentic-esque, some not so much. We went with the chocolate dream...chocolate brownie with a little Kahlua brushed on it, coated with mousse & whipped cream. Have I seen anything like this in Italy? Nope. But it was darn tasty. Before our $10 coupon (LV folks, check your mail...we got a book in the mail with 4 or 5 different coupons, all from between 5 and 10 off different items) and tip, the bill was around $47 - one cocktail, lasagna, chicken dish & dessert. A little steep for what we ordered. But after coupon, I felt it was a fair enough value. It's pretty rare that I find a meal that is served to me, that doesn't involve doing dishes, to be a lost cause. And I hate to say it, but the chicken dish was much higher quality that the closest mom & pop Italian place to us.

Don't bother they fooled me - it's only a chain restaurant. Wood fired grilled Salmon and the scallops and shrimp combo called the Spiedino Di Mare. True wood fired food should be toasty browned color with bubbly olive oil or butter covered in spices. The larger $15+ wine flasks are also not worth it.

I was thrilled with the food here, as was my wife. The veal marsala was melt in your mouth delicious! My wife had the lobster ravioli and loved it. Once, we had a shrimp dish that was nicely done, although I asked for extra shrimp because I knew there may not be enough- they were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up eating here 3 times over our stay short stay in Macungie. That certainly speaks for itself, doesn't it? The only complaint I have would be that the salad was tomato-less on one occasion, and the lettuce just a tad on the limp side- but the main courses were most excellent!! Kids portions, nice too! My boy loves his whole wheat pasta!!!

We've come here for the last two years after visiting Dorney Park and have been pleasantly surprised. Although it was crowded both times, they somehow managed to squeeze our group (of eight people) in without much of a wait, although we had to sit at the high tables near the bar. Service isn't quite perfect, but it got the job done, with refills coming quickly and general, if somewhat artificial, friendliness. Could be a bit more professional and polished, but not bad. Food was actually pretty good. The Monday night special is a great deal - three courses for about $13 (or a bit more depending on what entree you get). I had the Lasagna, a salad, and dessert. For the price is was excellent. Not the best Lasagna I've ever had, but it was pretty good. The bread they bring out is really good - I could have filled up on that if nothing else. The dessert was a smaller sized portion but was tasty. You can certainly get better Italian food, but for about $13 this was a great diner.

Maybe it's because I had such low expectations going in but this place much to my surprise is not half bad. Normally we wouldn't come here as it's a bit out of our collective price range but when the coupon is tight, the coupon is right. We went on a Saturday early before the dinner rush and are seated no problem. Our server "A" is I guess what you would call "aggressively friendly". Not that it's a bad thing but when we would choose X he would chime in that we shouldn't forget about Y, Z, A, B and C. After a few times it gets a bit old but even with that plates were cleared without issue and our cups never ran dry. The food while not outstanding wasn't bad either. The sausage and lentil soup while advertised as being spicy certainly wasn't even though it did have copious amounts of sausage in it. The lovely wife's salad was acceptable although it was badly overdressed. The main courses of Chicken Bryan and Pollo Sorrento were fantastic. The Bryan's goat cheese melting across the hot grilled chicken was melt in your mouth awesome and the Sorrento's fontina along with it's port wine fig sauce was damn near perfect. While other chain Italian exists between Buca or Olive Garden this place is far superior and arguably is on par or better with a lot of local places in the area as well. I know that people (especially on this site although in the real world the issue doesn't matter nearly as much) will bang on this place because it's a chain but chain or not, when the food is good it's simply good.

Ok so I did the online ordering which is very simple, explains the dish & sides. Easy to use, shows the price. What I absolutely loved which got 5 stars ... Were these - could write in when I was coming to get the order - gave bread, including the oil and spices - handed us silverware as well! - marked the boxes what it was

I love Carrabbas and this location has some of the best servers and management. The downfall is corporate. They are now offering pre-prepared entrees...NOT A FAN! It's $15.99 for basically a TV Dinner. Carrabbas......Corporate needs to get back to house made entrees! Not only is this an insult to eating out for dinner but twice I had someone get sick on the pre-prepared food. Please bring back house made foods!

Am I delusional? Did someone just drop a couple Quaaludes in my overpriced Copper Ridge White Zinfandel? Am I reading correctly that people actually ENJOY this place? That people have given this foliage-festooned, overbearingly friendly Olive Garden knockoff FIVE (count 'em!) five stars on Yelp? Guys, wake up and wipe the calamari grease off your faces. This place sucks. Flickering votive candles on the walls, framed pictures of nondescript Italian-looking locations, cheap leather--am I trapped in the home of a Real Housewife of New Jersey? And why is it so dark in here? I can't see shi--oh thank God a waiter! Waiter! My Dante! Please guide me through your menu... "Have you two dined with us prior at a fine Carrabba's location?" "Why, no--and thank you for reminding me that I brought a companion. I could barely see her." "You're very welcome. Well, over here we have our delicious signature appetizers and over here we have our classic entrée options. May I start you off with some of our deep-fried arancini thingies or some incredibly expensive crummy wine?" "Okay, so basically you just showed me how a menu works. Thanks. We will have a margherita Roman-style pizza and an order of lobster ravioli, thank you." "You're VERY welcome. I'll bring out some sort-of fresh bread for you." "Thank you." "You are very very very very very very welcome." Roman-style pizza, apparently, comes loaded with a rim of cracked pepper, giving the pizza a pebbled texture. Some bites contain deposits of the stuff, which explode upon impact, leaving you scrambling for more tinny-tasting tap water. The famed Lobster Ravioli? The $18 Lobster Ravioli? That contained eight measly ravioli? (That's $2.25 PER RAVIOLI for you English majors.) Here's a cheaper alternative: Go to the supermarket, buy some cream cheese and some of that fake krab and mix it together. Then, stuff it between two slices of Wonder Bread. (You can cut the crusts off if you want to be fancy.) Then dig in. You'll experience about the same flavor and texture in these homemade facsimile as you will Carrabba's iconic dish. I know, I know, who's this punk kid with the palate telling ME I can't eat at MY Carrabba's? Look, I've lived in the area a long time and it's sad to see crap chain restaurants like this fill their parking lots day after day when there are far better local Italian restaurants owned by hardworking families who actually give a shit about their customers and the dishes they're serving. Here are a few of those restaurants: Paese Mio (6561 Tilghman St., Allentown), Bellissimo Ristorante (1243 Tilghman St, Allentown), Molinari's (322 E 3rd St, Bethlehem), Sal's Brick Oven Pizza (313 S New St., Bethlehem), Sette Luna (219 Ferry St., Easton) Go. Eat. Enjoy. Now could someone please turn on a goddamn light in this place so I can find the exit?

Perfect. Just perfect. My boyfriend and I frequent this Carraba's and we are never disappointed! Plenty of delicious meals to choose from, all at reasonable prices. Depending on where you sit, you can see all the good being made in front of you, and it's very clear that the chefs want to make every plate immaculate. The waiters and waitresses are always so courteous and polite, and it even seems to come naturally! If you can, request to have Dan as your server. He's the best! Highly recommended!

We came here for drinks around 8:30pm last night and sat at the bar. When we got in, the place was crowded, but as we were sipping our first few drinks, the place cleared out significantly. I first ordered an espresso martini and it was very good, complete with espresso beans on top for added flavor. We ended up ordering a pizza to share. It was about the size of a large dinner plate, so good for sharing as an appetizer or individual-sized if that's what you are looking to eat for dinner. The pizza we got was called Carnivale and was really good. Our bartender was really great, friendly, and super attentive. I was hesitant to go to a chain restaurant bar, but this exceeded my expectations.

I have never been unhappy with my meals at Carraba's. The menu provides interesting layered flavors which come from fresh ingredients. Chicken Bryan combines fresh chopped basil with sundried tomatoes and goat cheese. Was this dish ever actually made in Italy? Who cares? It is delicious. Even the side salad is great! Fresh baby lettuces, freshly chopped red onions, olives combine to offer a salad far better than the iceberg lettuce salad often offered in supposed "real" Italian restaurants. Be sure to dress your salad with their Italian dressing and add Bleu Cheese crumbles (yes, it is $.75 extra - so live a little!)

I've never had a bad experience here. For a chain Italian restaurant they really do a nice job. Food rivals independent Italian places and the atmosphere and service are always good.

Considering this is a chain, I had a pretty good meal! The salad was fresh and the parmesan dressing was yummy. My entree was herb crusted grilled chicken which was really tasty and juicy. The garlic mashed were good as was the steamed broccoli. A bit pricey but all in all, a nice meal.

My wife and I ate at Carrabba's this evening. My wife had the mahi-mahi and I had the ?Spiedeni di Mare. Both of the entrees were very flavorful and served piping hot. I had a side of spaghetti and my wife had the garlic mashed potatoes. The potato portion was very large while my pasta was just average. What ?inspired? Me to write this review was the price of the wine. I ordered the Chianti Banfi Reserve and received about three ounces of wine for $11.00. This wine sells for $14.50 retail at the state store. What an outrageous markup. I will think twice before I patronize this restaurant again.

Don't get the take out! We love Careabbas... Typically. We decided to get take out to avoid the Mother's Day crowd. It was AWFUL. No chicken in the pasta carrabba (it comes with it), fillet mignon ordered medium rare and it came medium well and cold, fettuccini had no fettuccini sauce on it. Stay away from the take out!

My husband and I ate at Carrabba's last night. We arrived around 7:30 PM, and the very pleasant (and abundant) host staff indicated to us that the wait for a table would be 30-40 minutes. Their estimation was spot-on. We were seated at Lance's table, a 4 top near the back of the restaurant, near the service area and kitchen. Lance, while a cutie pie, really needs some training. He took FOREVER to greet us. I ordered an iced tea and a glass of wine, and my husband asked a question about a red wine, and we got a blank stare for a couple of seconds before Lance could answer. He delivered our wines, then my iced tea, THEN my husband's glass of water. The tea and water glasses were crusted on the outside with particles, by the way. Quite off-putting. So, after Lance finally got it together enough to get us our drinks in 3 trips, which should have taken 1, he asked us if we want bread, and disappears for a while, and comes back without it. Now, normally, a server would have suggested appetizers at beverage time, but we were ready to order apps when he ran off to get the mysteriously absent bread, We ordered the Calamari Ricardo, which came out fairly quickly-but it was not the Ricardo style. We asked him to take it back and get it Ricardo style, and he asked like we were speaking Mandarin Chinese. We clearly asked for it Ricardo style. At this point, our wine and tea/water glasses are empty. Caesar salads come quickly and are good. Lance finally pulled it together and got us bread. Still empty wine and water glasses, and no notice of them by Lance. Eventually, our entrees came. At this point, our Calamari Ricardo was long finished, but the plates were still on the table, the salad plates were still on our table, our glasses had been empty for a good half hour, and we could have used some attention. Entrees were good. My husband had a combination plate that had lasagna and chicken parmesan. The chicken was greasy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I got a chicken trio, which included chicken marsala, chicken Bryan. and another chicken that I forget the name of. It was very good. Finally, he asked if we wanted another glass of wine. We would have probably gone for one or two more glasses each, if he had shown his face occasionally! When my husband and I left, every single utensil and implement that we used from start to finish was still on our table. In my opinion, if I am done using it, it should be removed from the table. And honestly, would it kill a neighbor server to pick up a used dish off their co-worker's table? All being said and done, our check was $85. We wanted to order more, but our server made it as hard as possible. Atmosphere: good. I like the redone décor. Those lattices and dusty grapes needed to go. It's much prettier in there, although, less "Italian". Service: Managers, please give Lance some training. He could be good, but it is obvious he does not know better. Food: good If we had gone to Red Robin, I wouldn't have said a word. But I expected more from Carrabba;s. Now, I remember why we go elsewhere,,

I used to love this place great food service nice parking and not hard to get to but service and food quality went down so I stopped going there and started going to Biaggios which is amazing. So for a food chain not bad worth trying out

As chain Italian restaurants go, this is a good chain. And, as locations go, this is a good one. Typically busy. Parking blends with some of the neighboring stores, and can get spare. I've been here several times over several years. Service is consistently good. Food is also good. This week, I had a standard fettuccine alfredo, and it was good. Not too gooey - maybe a bit light on the meat - and I love peas in my alfredo. I started off with the sausage lentil soup. Fit well with the 24-degree evening that embraced us on our way into the place. Warmed me up, quickly. It is a chain. The atmosphere is busy. The food prep ambiance is shared with the dining area - and I like the sounds, and smells which attend that. The sound is not overwhelming, but enough to help mask conversations from the surrounding tables. One can hide in the activity.

I called on 10/25/14 at 11:30am to make reservations and when I showed up at 6:00pm, they had no records of me calling. I had to wait over an hour for a table. We were a group of 6. We all ordered and they bought out every one their plate and completely forgot my plate. I waited very patiently. Everyone was done eating and I still didn't receive my entree. I called the waitress and she said I am so sorry I forgot about you. I asked to speak to the manager and refused to pay for my meal. The manager was apologetic. I had never received such bad service. They completely ruined my birthday dinner.

They have done a great job over pricing themselves and down sizing their portions. What was once a good experience has turned into a not so good. I would say for the money....go elsewhere. Carrabba's has become a real surprise in a negative way. Good luck, you won't be seeing me anymore!

So impressed! My daughter struggles from severe food allergies. When we told this to our server, he brought out the manager who reviewed every item with us. Both the server and manager were absolutely fabulous and went out of their way to help us and make us feel comfortable with the menu tonight. The food was excellent and the service top notch. Definitely recommend.

Do not be deterred by my 3 stars. A very decent chain restaurant that is pretty nice inside. I will definitely return for the ambiance and staff. I was disappointed that there was no house merlot but the waiter, Calvin recommended a nice Mondavi $8.50 (too steep for me for a second glass). The meal was nice; italian salad was simple but small; chicken w/ goat cheese that was a tad salty but I'll try something else next time. The coffee was quite decent which for some reason seems to be difficult for many restaurants to pull off. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere although we were not and the pleasant staff. I liked the layout as there were a few families with small kids that I neither saw nor heard during dinner. Most of all, I enjoyed the appropriate attentiveness of Calvin. Thanks!

Recently went to our local Carrabbas for dinner. When we arrived they were extremly busy but it was a surprisingly short wait time until we were seated. We've been here numerous times and our main gripe is always the drink prices. That is why we limit ourselves to one each. But this visit convinced my wife that this was the last time she would order the Sangria. For what was poured, the $10.30 price was not a good value. Just a few weeks earlier, that same drink was $9. Nine dollars was pushing it, $10.30 was overkill. As always the food is great (I would give the food another star, the servers 5 stars but the drink prices 1 star) as were as the servers, ours being Trai that evening. Ashley and Andrew are two others who are very good.

Asked for rigatoni and was told it is no longer offered at the restaurant. Why not? Seems the portion size is smaller at a slightly higher price. Alcoholic drinks are not generous for the price. Seems like the quality has suffered...I left not feeling satisfied. I won't hurry back.

Tricky review with this one. Love the atmosphere, the staff is terrific and the place is spotless. Fresh bread, nice music, almost a 5 star experience...But, they keep taking the best items off the menu! I have had in the past an excellent seafood combination over pasta...Gone. So I switched to a fradiavolo dish...Gone. So I would order lobster canneloni...you guessed it...GONE! Drives me crazy. The new menu had a seafood dish that wasn't very good, small portion, bland taste, no pasta. What a shame. Turn back the clock guys and give us the menu from 2 years ago and you will be a 5 star Italian restaurant again.

Food came out hot! Waiter was exceptional...so much so I tipped $25% with no regrets!!!! He answered questions and attended to everything we needed in a pleasant professional manner! I would expect this kind of service at a 5star restaurant. I'm looking forward to going back. Portion was good. I was able to eat the leftovers as a second meal the next day. Price was about $45 for 2 people with drinks. The bar tender made a special request and it was 'on point'.

Will not be going back since they ditched the manicotti from the menu. :-( Boo. What reputable albeit corporate Italian joint doesn't have manicotti? And Carrabba's used to rock it. First, they killed the mozzarella bruschetta, now the manicotti. The only draw now is the bread/olive oil dip. Which is free. :-/

I generally always avoid chain Italian restaurants and prefer to patronize local joints. However, Carrabba's does a great job of providing a quality meal. I had the Chicken Bryan and it was very good. The service was excellent and the place is always clean and running smoothly.

My husband loves Carrabbas, but I'm just so-so on it. It's okay, but nothing special. Wine prices here irritate me to no end. $8-11 for a glass of average red wine? In Allentown? Wow, talk about mark-up. So normally, I'd give the place a 2. However, a few weeks ago, we went on a Wednesday night. Wednesday night is sangria night...$5 a glass, even for the specialty sangria. YUM. The red sangria is very good, but the blackberry sangria is fantastic. And the food. As previously mentioned, I think it's okay, but nothing that makes me say, "i want to go to Carrabbas for ______". However, they had a Sicilian Skirt Steak on the specials menu, served with sauteed spinach and tomatoes, that was probably the best thing I've ever eaten at Carrabbas. Between the sangria and the skirt steak, we may visit Carrabbas a bit more frequently (but only on Wednesdays). Do use their call ahead service for shorter seating times.

I been to Olive Garden's around the country many times. They tend to be hit or miss.... usually on the miss side of things. I found the food at Carrabba's to be a lot more better in comparison. I had the Mezza Luna (Half-moon Ravioli stuffed with chicken, ricotta and spinach in a tomato cream sauce), quite delish. This place could have had the full 5 star treatment from me but alas, the portions weren't small by any means yet somehow I expected...more. I still think that Carrabba's fallows Olive Garden's blueprint to an extent, but all and all a much better dining experience.

I always HIGHLY recommend Carrabba's. Been there several times, tried different dishes, and every single thing on their menu is delicious. Very authentic and the service is great. Sometimes it gets packed but it's worth the wait. You won't regret it!

Carrabba's is one of my favorite places to go out to. It's very nice and casual that can become fancy when needed. The host's are amazing and so are most of the servers. Carrabba's has the chicken bryan which is by far one of my favorite chicken dishes out there. I always love a good steak too and Carrabba's has never over or undercooked my steaks. Carrabba's in Allentown is a great place to be. I've gone here for years and they're always improving with there service and employees.

We were there for a private family event, so my review may be skewed since it wasn't during regular service. The setup: Appetizer platters for the table then set entree menu with a beef, a fish and a chicken, choice of salad or soup. The food: The appetizers: Fried Zucchini: Pretty tasty. It came with a really nice aioli. Fried Calamari: Pretty tasty, wouldn't write home about it. Bruschetta: a bit weird, but good. The bread and oil is very tasty. Entrees:: I started with a Caesar salad, with dressing on the side. The salad came out and it was a bit weird. It was like someone had heard about a Caesar salad, but had never actually had one before they tried to make it. It was strange. Like the uncanny valley of salads. The dressing was creepy thick. It made me uncomfortable. For my main, I got the sirloin marsala, medium rare. It was perfectly cooked, but really salty. Not inedible salty, but the kind of salty that sneaks up on you and you're like "ugh, that's really salty". the mashed potatoes were unoffensive but seemed like they came from a box. My mom got the salmon. It was brutally overcooked. Like the chef's mom had been killed by a rogue salmon and he was going to destroy all salmon in retribution. It was overcooked to the point where it was almost hard. Very dissatisfying. The green beans were tasty, though. We also got a bottle of Malbec. I was pleased that they had Malbec. I was also pleased that when ordering by the glass, you have the option of a single glass or a glass and a half. The dessert: Cannoli in a shot glass. This was by far, my favorite part of the meal. This is what brought Carrabba's from a "meh" to "a-ok". It was ridiculously good. To the point where I was almost angry that they didn't just feed me that all day. I think that if the meat was less salty, I would have enjoyed my meal much more.

Great service and great food. Would eat here more often if they did not have long wait lines during certain times of the year. If you want average Italian food, then go to local Italian places or Olive Garden. Food here is better than average. Has a full bar.

If you go to an Italian chain restaurant in Eastern PA, you have serious issues. Carrabba's offers decent enough "scientifically designed for you to like it" food, but I wouldn't pass it off as legit Italian cuisine by any stretch of the imagination. Consider Carrabba's to be The Gap to Olive Garden's Old Navy. You can do so much better. What Eastern PA lacks in Asian restaurants it more than makes up for in Italian fare. On an anecdotal note, while there, my waiter referred to the olive oil and herbs on the table as "Italian butter" for my bread. I suppressed my Southern Italian rage, ordered some mediocre chicken dish, and left quietly, scenes of "The Godfather" playing in my head. (Note to my non-Italian readers: "Italian butter" is called "butter." There are cows in Italy, and Italians have mastered the art of dairy. That is all.)

I've been to carrabba's all over the east coast. The menu items are the same however the taste is very different. The spices and flavors are rather sparse on the dishes here. I consider Carrabba's my favorite place to eat, however that may change. I'm not sure if it's only this one or the entire franchise has changed. I'll give it a three star rating they may have had a bad day!

I went here when I visited the Philadelphia area this past weekend. I was starving that night, since I had flown into Philly, checked into my hotel, and had gone to the event that I had flown here for specifically. Since I had not eaten since being at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago (around 11:30 AM), I was absolutely starving. My family drove around, looking for a place to eat when we decided on here. The service was a bit slow, but we were there on a Friday night, so I'm not complaining. After all, that's to be expected. Our waiter was nice, our orders were right, and all that jazz. The lobster ravioli I had was absolutely delicious. When it was brought to me, I first thought that it was a small portion. Now, I realize that it was that size for two reasons: 1. The sauce was so rich, that I wouldn't have been able to handle any more. 2. It's lobster we're dealing with here, so of course the portion isn't going to be gigantic. ...Dang, I'm craving it now. The Margherita pizza was also very good. All in all, since it's a chain restaurant, it isn't going to be a blow-your-socks-off type of place, but it was still good. I left fully satisfied, and I'm going to the local ones here in Illinois next time I get a serious craving for some lobster ravioli.

As stated by Joe L. "If you go to an Italian chain restaurant in Eastern, PA, you have serious issues." The Lehigh Valley is SATURATED with smaller, family-owned Italian restaurants that offer quality, & more authentic Italian dishes at better prices, so why go to a chain? I went to Carrabba's on Cedar Crest last night to meet up w/ some former co-workers whom I hadn't seen in awhile. The hostess & waitress were nice enough, & the place looked clean w/ nice decor. The food, however, is over-priced & not very impressive. Their cream sauce was oily (it separated right on the plate!), their pasta w/ tomatoes, basil, & garlic was bland (the noodles were just like the noodles in the Smart Ones(TM) Spicy Szechuan Vegetables And Chicken frozen diet dinner that I USED to eat a few years ago. Will never eat a frozen meal again, but that's another story), & their booze was WAY overpriced (typical for a chain. $6.50 for a half-filled glass of Copper Ridge?!?). We stayed at our table after dinner to chat & catch up w/ each other, so it would have been nice if the waitress had left the bread & herb-oil on the table for us to munch on while we talked (there was a lot left!). Maybe we would have stuck around & ordered more drinks, but instead we just left & decided to pick a different place to meet for the next time we got together.

My favorite Italian food experience. Love eating at the grill counter watching the magic happen. Great atmosphere, great service and worth the money. Just get rid of that stupid tiramisu served in a shot glass, serve it in a real proportion!

I heard of this place but never went there since this place is new for the area we've decided to give it a try we got there when it first opened The food was good the waitress was good also but it took a very long time for the food to come the waitress apologized for the wait but I never blame the waitress she said something about having computer problems all week but the cooks are right in front of you, can you just tell them the order I was watching them the all looked confused some orders came for people who just arrived while others like my self had to wait. I usually will give a place a second chance,so if you have problems with your computer for a few days the manager needs to find a temporary strategy to fix the problem or go back to manager's school LOL.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
