Only because this app won't let me post zero stars, I have to give it a one star. This place has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL OF DOUGLAS COUNTY. I went through the drive through during lunch service on a weekday. I ordered a burger, fries and drink. After a few minutes of waiting at the window, I turned off my car engine as I know they cook to order and that there would be a wait. After 10 minutes an older lady with dark hair opened the window and asked for what I owed. She never said hello, hi, how are you, or kiss my ass. She only asked for money. I paid and she closed the window without a thank you or kiss my ass. From the drive through I could see that the dining area was full, but I was the only car in the drive through. 10 minutes later, she opened the window and handed me my food. I immediately tasted one of my fries. They tasted like yesterdays leftovers. I then handed her back my bag of food and told her how I felt about her customer service and told her she could shove her fries and that I would never be back again. Her only response was that it was the lunch hour. Also, I'm not exaggerating about my wait times...I was watching my clock.

My favorite place for burgers and fries. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Everything on the menu is awesome. If your in Winston you must stop here !

I don't think restaurant owners in Douglas County realize there are vegetarians around here. A grilled cheese from the kids' menu and deep-fried potatoes or onions or whatever is the best you can do? Most burger joints at least have a frozen veggie patty on the menu, but I haven't even found that around here. It'd be nice not to have to cook every once in a while, but if you don't eat meat apparently that's not an option around here. It's really sad that businesses can be so narrow-minded.

AWEFUL! First, it's a drive thru not a drive in with understaffed and indifferent service. We waited almost 45 minutes even though a local walked through the door and had his food in 10. The burgers were like hockey pucks and the chicken was so tough my dog literally wouldn't even eat it. The secret sauce was like orange mayo. The fries were from a box and undercooked. We tossed 95% of the food in the garbage.

I am not a frequent Yelper but I had to do it for this place. It. Was. Awful. Now let me start by saying, I am a greasy burger kinda guy. I love burgers and fries and just about anything that comes out of a fryer so I was PUMPED to see this place and the fact most of the tables were full was promising. The dining room had one waitress and she did her best to keep up but she was desperately outnumbered. There was little to no air conditioning in the building so it was sweltering in there on a muggy summer day. The food was expensive. My wife and I ordered burgers, fries and milkshakes and I got an order of fried mushrooms as well and it was just under $30.00. The milkshakes were disgusting, I've never met a shake I didn't like but that one was it. The fries were what appeared to be Walmart style frozen crinkle fries maybe deep fried but not seasoned at all...less than delicious and served with a dipping sauce fondly called by the staff "Goop." The burger patties themselves were the greasiest things I've ever seen. They DRIPPED with grease even after the bun soaked a bunch up it was literally the most disgusting burger I have ever attempted to eat. So the burger and fries basket was nothing short of a disaster the milkshake was nasty so surely my deep fried mushrooms would be good?... Nah. In fact they were frozen then through some process the smaller ones were warmed up while the larger ones kept an icy pocket of liquid that filled your mouth with...cold liquid... when biting into a breaded supposedly deep fried mushroom. BUT WAIT! It gets better! You see we were visiting from Bend and had a 3 hour drive back home ahead of us (4 adults in the car) by the time we got back to Bend exactly 50% of the dining party was experiencing significant gastronomical distress while the other 50% felt as if some sort of grease dipped armadillo had setup perm. residency in our guts. Turns out that angry armadillo only stuck around for one night because this morning he left with the force of seven suns exploding in a flash of violent glory. In all that simple burger and fries lunch cost me $30, a pair of shorts, a bunch of lysol, two bathroom rugs, some rags and most of my dignity.

Stopped here for dinner on a recent road trip. The food was freshly cooked and the service was impeccable. Despite a steady stream through the drive thru, our waitress was timely and attentive to our needs while dining in the restaurant. Both the cook and our waitress were super friendly! The seasoned curly fries reminded me of being a kid and my wrap was tasty! My husband enjoyed his burger as well. Great place to stop in or use their drive thru!

IT'S A DIRTY SHAME. We really wanted to give this place 5 stars. The food was really great, but the whole place was dirty. From the door and windows, then the floors struck me as I walked in, then the menus themselves had spilled "stuff" on them. The food we had was great. Home made Cole Slaw and Pulled Pork, a perfect Greasy Burger with bacon was all that anyone could want, Just give it to me in a clean place. Yes $10.00 each was a little steep, but they smoke then pull the pork in house and the slaw was obviously home made. How hard can it be to have the waitresses spend 1 hour per shift cleaning everything they see. Chairs, Tables (yes the sides and legs count), the FLOORS, the bathrooms, WIPE THE MENUS, salt and pepper shakers, windows, doors, counters, Clean Clean Clean.

Terrible. We sat and waited to order while people who arrived after us got served. We tried to deal anyway. Placed our order and waited more. Final straw was when I watched the server pet a dog in the drive-thru and immediately grab our food from the pass through without washing. DISGUSTING!

Fantastic experience! We were a little skeptical at first with this little diner but were pleasantly surprised! The decor is a bit run down and cheesy however, the food was fresh and fast. My son has numerous allergies and the waitress was knowledgeable and polite. She had suggestions ready to offer without having to run back and forth numerous times to the kitchen. Everything was delicious. We will most certainly be back again the next time we pass through!
