Sushi Track Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Besides sushi from the grocery store, my boyfriend hadn't really experienced a Japanese/sushi restaurant. I thought a sushi track would be a great place to start since there are so many options. It was a great experience because I already knew what I liked, so his curiosity encouraged me to step outside the box. The selection was great and the plates were fairly priced. The restaurant area is much larger than many sushi track restaurants that I had been to, which was great because they can be often overcrowded. We will be back!

We're not sure if they've changed owners, but our pleasant experience has been stamped out. Yesterday, our party of five was overcharged by $10.00 at checkout. A simple mistake be easily overlooked, but this was the third time in a row where they charged us for plates which we hadn't eaten. Simultaneously, their sushi quality has dropped: uncovered plates traveling around the conveyor belt, their pieces are warm and expired looking/tasting, and their selection has diminished. All this easily adds up to our private proclamation of finding a new, healthier, more honest establishment. Calculate your bill before they do!! Caveat emptor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful. Actually got a BONE in my maguro. Will never go back. Do yourself a favor and drive a half mile further to Sushi Avenue fo the best sushi around!

Food is NOT good at all. :( Growing up, my parents owned a Japanese restaurant for about 10 years. I've tasted/ visited many sushi restaurants & this by far has been the worst in quality of food. Service is fine, but the taste of foodIis quite disappointing. Instead, go to SUSHI AVE! Just on the west side of the freeway. Excellent quality food made by real chefs trained in Japanese cuisine. Even my 4 little ones notice a huge difference in taste!

"Regardless of the other reviews, my experience with this place was great! I thought the prices were fair and the portions mildly generous. The rolls were delicious and I have zero complaints. Will be back!"

Prepared sushi menu items pass by customers on a continuous "track". Each plate is charged by the color, starting at $1.25 for pink plates up to $3.95 for black plates. A couple special items are higher, i.e., $4.95 for uni. The sushi is OK - not great - but it's reasonably priced and fast. Not bad to drop in for lunch but not a place I'll be craving in the future.

The beau was getting his car worked on at Johnstone's Honda; what should we do with a couple hours . . . "look Sushi Track." The fish itself wasn't rancid but it turned into hey what imitation crab filled roll do you want next experience: the one with jalapeno on top, the one with two tiny pieces of cucumber, the one with spicy mayo, mmm that one has black sesame seeds, etc., and oh look two pieces of giant imitation crab leg nigiri. The wakame salad was decent, the miso was worth the buck, and I liked all the paper lanterns but didn't care for the glass dolphins. So in short no variety, hardly any veggies, and we won't be back.

Pretty good for sushi and Wilsonville and the price point. Not the best but if you need a quick sushi fix a stay local give it a try. For those you like spicy get the "Ring of Fire" roll

The location is visible off of SW Wilsonville Rd (almost by the freeway) but there isn't direct access, you'll have to turn at Town Center Loop and go in through that way. It's in a small strip mall called "Shenandoah Square".

These people took taco bell's business model and made it for sushi. How many ways can someone dress up a California roll to make customers think they are getting something other than a California roll? From what I've seen here, the possibilities are endless. Service may not be the best, but come on. You get to walk in, sit down, and immediately start gettin' your grub on. You're not going to be blown away, but you're going to go back to work feeling full in both your stomach and bank account.

Pros: inexpensive, some of the selections have good flavors. Cons: Cheap decor, grocery-store quality sushi. When I walked in I had no idea where to sit or what to do, I was seated and asked what to drink and that was the extent of the "service" until I finally called the hostess/waitress over and asked what to do. Don't get me wrong, I've eaten at many track/train/boat sushi places in many metropolitan areas across the country, but this one just has an odd vibe. Some of the dishes didn't look right, and the Salmon Nigiri tasted a little off (although it was definitely sushi grade fish that was safe to serve). I felt like I was eating at a cafeteria....

After my last review, i mentioned to some friends to try it and they were less than pleased with my referral, so I decided to go back and try again. Ouch. Granted, I was in at about 40 mins to close, but this is generally when I hit up sushi (after work). The sushi had been out way too long and you could tell by the look, temperature and texture. It was luke warm and chewy, which is not good. I tried three different plates hoping I got a bad one, but all three were the same. I doubt I'll be back again.

Let me start this off by saying that i have been to the sushi track a lot. Why you ask? Because i am a monster and i can eat some pretty rank sushi. anyways...Reading threw the reviews i see a lot of people talking about the rude service or lack of service in general and i totally agree! I put up with it but finally got fed up because of the older lady that works there. Seriously, i am pretty sure she hates her life and everyone that comes to that restaurant. Ok so we all know the service sucks. What gets me is that no one has mentioned the plates. Run your nail along the bottom of any of their plates and you will find the nastiest scum or what ever it is! LIke they just wash the top of the plate and not the bottom. The track itself is also a cesspool. If you want sub par sushi at a better price with cleaner and friendlier people go to sushi hana in tigard.

The seating and lighting are nice. The sushi was mediocre. I wish I could have gotten a copy of my receipt to check for accuracy. We arrived just before seven, but I don't know if we truly got happy hour prices. I think we did though... 14 plates total, and a$30 bill? My son and I left feeling the pains of sushi gluttony ^_^

Not impressed at all. This is definitely not a sushi restaurant for people who actually like and appreciate good sushi. The lack of service is overwhelming. I realize it is pretty much a self-serve type restaurant however not everyone is privy to how these types of things work. When we asked the sushi chef for wasabi he was not very friendly and acted like we were ignorant for not realizing that the wasabi was in an unmarked, metal container rotating around the track for everyone to use (ewww, by the way). He also was very taken by a few girls who walked in shortly after us, for whom he made fresh rolls for. Everything had way too much sauce, a poor attempt to cover up the lack of flavor. True, the prices are ok but you aren't getting much bang for your buck. I will not be going back here which is very inconvenient considering it is right down the street from where I live.

Seriously sushi track is one of the worse restaurants I've even been too, first of all I notice they're mini ovens weren't even clean. The chef was so rude couldn't even order anything because it looked like he was annoyed, and then to top it off I asked for and order and instead of telling me it was out he puts it on the track and gets mad because I didn't eat all the ones he made. Never going back I love friendly and nice people not rude people telling me what to eat and how much. Waist of time and money!

It was good. Very affordable prices, the track is abundant with various sushi styles, and you can custom order just about anything... My only complaint is that the waitress had never heard of Natto, which is a very common item at ALL sushi restaurants. Otherwise, I will be returning next time I'm in the area.

One of the worst sushi experiences I have ever had. First off I wasn't expecting much as it is a conveyor belt place but I did not expect to see tuna on the track so old it had turned Grey. Half of the items on the track were uncovered and on there for who knows how long. I finally asked the supposed sushi chef for a tuna roll and he said he was too busy to make it. Never again will I go here when in I'm the area and I suggest that you the reader of this avoid it like it had ebola.

GROSS SUSHI and RUDE WAIT STAFF!! The waitresses made fun of me because I asked about the happy hour menu when it was past time. Literally laughed at me, thinking I couldn't see them from behind the dirty curtain where they hid. I might be able to overlook the rude waitresses, but for that disgusting filth they try to pass off as sushi, it's out of the question.

Pretty good selection of sushi on the track. Ordered the tempura platter and the tempura was a little bland but everything we had was fried well and not greasy.

I wrote the original review 2 years ago, and by writing it down, I realized how terrible this place is, and I have literally not returned since penning that review...until last week. Good lord, this is absolutely repulsive sushi. It is, hands down, the worst sushi that I have ever had the misfortune to eat. The food has gotten worse, if that was possible, and of course, the prices have gone up. Eat at your own risk, and don't say I didn't warn you.

Happy Hour on Monday - Wednesday from 7 p.m. - Close. Everyone seems to be nice and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces. Prices range from $1 - $2.50. Yeah, the price is right. :)

After doing some crazy shopping at Woodburn, my sister, cousin and I were starving and figured that sushi would be perfect especially this location since they had a "track." Restaurant set-up was a little different, kinda confusing when you walk-in, should I go left or right, oh wait maybe to the back but how do I get there? we finally found some seats for all 3 of us and started looking at the menu and what was available. Prices were pretty decent and had some specials going on certain plates. We all tried different things and shared as well, the sushi was good, not spectacular but not bad at all either. I would go again if I was in the same situation but I always try to give other places a chance as well. A-OK for Sushi Track:)

I've had sushi at quite a few different places (Sinju Sushi - Clackamas, Sushi Land - Clackamas, Ookii Sushi - Clackamas, to name a few) and I will ALWAYS come back to Sushi Track for the best sushi. I prefer eating somewhere that I can get variety + great food for little price and I definitely get that here. They usually know what we want as soon as we walk in and will sometimes start making our "usual" without even having to ask. I don't think I could ask for better food or service. It's also nice having the discounted plates during happy hour which is Monday - Wednesday from 7pm - Close.

Kaiten sushi with no variety. The salmon and tuna pieces were fresh and tastey. The other five items on the belt weren't outstanding. The lady in front of me had a good looking bento box.

This place is amazing, the staff is always nice and the food is always good. The best part about this place is the prices though. I can seriously stuff my self on sushi and not ever go over $15.... I recommend their spicy tuna roll

You think you know a place and then they change. I came here for lunch again recently and they are still the same people with the same nice place but they have changed. They have lost their minds with their prices! That chicken Yakitori I mentioned in my last review... half the size and half the taste but it now costs more. That's another thing that is fishy about this place, no pun intended... Their prices are $1.25, $1.65, $2.05, $2.65, $3.15, $3.95... That's f*ing screwy. Plus they only put out the weakest option for each priced plate on the track. You have to Yell at the fricking guy ignoring you to get the better menu options made fresh for you. Don't be shy about it because You're the one buying it, tell that ignoring guy to give you what you want. I will say that they do serve up some of the fresher tasting Ikura (Salmon Roe) I've had, it is very good. So with the goofy high prices and the weak offerings I suggest you head on under the 5 and try Sushi Avenue if you have a little bit of time and have some delicious fresh made Nigiri and Maki from some very friendly people. But If you are in a hurry Sushi Track is a good option just remember that you still have to special order what you want because it won't be passing by your table any time you want it to. Enjoy

One of my regular lunch spots in Wilsonville even though this is not Grade A sushi. Fun conveyor belt style sushi bar and pay by the plate. And don't tell my dining companions, but the key to a good meal at this sushi place is pole position. I always sit to left so I have first crack at the tasty vittles. I know, horribly sneaky. My favorite items are the shrimp sumai, shrimp tempura roll, special roll (so crispy), Love Joy, and the sushi pizza. They also have several flavors of mochi ice cream.... mmm... mmm... good. And call it sheer laziness, but I love a place where you can go out as a group but easily pay for your own meal (they give each person their tally of plates unless you want to combine). It is always a hassle to go out with a group and try to split a tab. I've almost always had good service and am usually seated immediately. Not surprisingly, they are busiest on Fridays at lunch. The track is laid out like a serpent, so if you have a larger group, you can usually sit around a bend and actually converse with most of the others in your party. Nice place to introduce your kids to sushi since they offer chicken teriyaki skewers and fruit bowls and they are entertained by the food going round the track. However, even though this is a fun place to eat, I think the quality of sushi is better on the other side of town at Sushi Avenue.

Conveyor belt sushi heaven is the game this sushi joint is running and unlike the name of the restaurant, the sushi itself is quite off track. The premise is the same as any place that has the rotating conveyor belt: pick your plate color and pay by the plate. Different colors may mean higher prices, etc. Perhaps I had just eaten all of the ones that were prepared a while ago since I was rather unimpressed with the food. I decided to try one roll that was made fresh and was still disappointed by its overall bland taste. Thank goodness I was hungry or I would've been very upset. For the locals near the joint, its understandable how this would be a preferred neighborhood restaurant. Its most definitely not worth the trek from a city or two away. The service is not the most forgiving either as I've been charged more than I really had on a couple of occasions. Its a good thing I had counted the plates before they did. I hope Wilsonville opens up more places to diversify the sushi landscape in this jungle known as Oregon.

Sushi Track has always delivered a good selection, good quality, and a good price. With a tip and drink I can eat well for $15 and very well for $20. They will make almost anything on request but there obviously can be a wait. It's ALWAYS clean; counters, bathrooms, tables, settings. Having said that, there was one time when I ordered Saba and it was frozen. the guy (owner I think) cut it, placed on a plate and set it on the floor in front of his space heater for thawing, I was not shy and I vocalized my opinion, ok, I was a bit shy, I vocalized it after I ate it. But still, the place has been spotless and every time I go in he recognises me and gives me great special order service. Give it a go, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Good food go here often usually get the octopus salad and house roll. Staff are almost always friendly sushi chef and waitresses usually say Hi and make you feel welcome but the last time I went in there was a different chef got a dirty look when I said Hi other than that everything was good if you like dessert the chocolate cake is good also.

It's close to work so we eat there at least once a month. We probably only like 3 or 4 of their sushi plates, like the spicy tuna and the ones with tempura shrimp, but that's all we really need to get a quick sushi fix. We love having their tempura udon during the cold rainy months ... I would probably recommend that the most. The people are also really nice.

I'm tired of this place. Cold attitude, prices went up, selection went down. I swear to GOD they once told us "Fork Down!!" because they were closing in 5 minutes. I'm sick of going here and getting disappointed and overpaying.

For a place that wasn't busy, and had a huge-ass track with little plates of Sushi going around, I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh the sushi was. No, not really fresh-fresh, but fresh for a non-busy restaurant with a couple hundred plates going around and only a couple customers in the place. You pay per-plate here - each plate is colored, and you have a map of what plate costs what. We managed to get a few good kinds of rolls - I focused on the tuna and salmon sushi pieces going around. Fairly nice sunomono too. It wasn't cheap - I think we paid about $35 or so for the two of us (for lunch). But we left full and nothing was gross or fishy-tasting, so not bad for a place with a sushi track.

I loved this place! I came here for lunch and it was so good! It's the best conveyor belt type sushi place I've ever been to. It was so delicious and inexpensive and it was clean and the staff was friendly. And I barely spent 10 bucks which is great for sushi prices.

  • Well-Traveled I.

Fresh, succulent sushi. Although there's the typical sushi swooping around the track, it still makes for a good, cheap, and healthy eat in Wilsonville. Nice modern decor, although the service is mediocre.
