A couple co-workers and myself like to come here after work to grab a bite to eat, and some pie, or a shake. We always look forward to seeing Jon. Which is why I am giving this 4 stars! The food is okay, but Jon is always friendly, hilarious, and gives us great service!! If you want good service, then go at night time!

Very disappointed with my lunch. Turkey sandwich and dinner salad. They didn't say it came on a wheat cracker. I prefer my sandwiches on bread! Salad pieces were way to large as well.

Terrific staff and GREAT service. Great looking pies. Restaurant looked old, tired, and sticky. Breakfast was, well, it just wasn't good. Lukewarm eggs, nasty hash browns and stale toast. Would have liked to have tried the pie.

They were open on Thanksgiving. I was very thankful that they were open. I was also thankful that they had decent food. I was thankful for the cheerful waitress that helped us. I was thankful for the tasty but soooo rich 3 of us split it milk shake. I was thankful that the prices weren't all that bad. I was thankful for the lunch deal being available all the time. I was thankful for the really really really quick turnaround on our food! I was really thankful for the closeness to the freeway so we could get back to our 14 hour roadtrip from Reno to Tacoma. And now...you're thankful this review is over.

This Sharis is my favorite because the staff here have been here a long time and they know me by name. This Sharis is very clean and has excellent customer service. Cori is one of the managers here and she hoes out of her way to help you. I highly recommend!

I wasn't sure about going there because of some of the reviews about racism . We are a biracial couple and they treated us great . I would recommend going . Great omelet. And friendly staff.

Racism Alive and well and this corporate slop whole! Those of you who are white may not have noticed this... But next time you want to over pay for noting stop on by. If you are black, Mexican, or noticeably NOT WHiTE! Notice where they seat you. How they ignore you. I have been to this place on many different occasions. For breakfast and or the lunch hour. And no matter how busy or so they are, they always have a seat in the back for the darkies like Me. So thanks guys for the very last 35$ waste of time. I'm really quite sorry for all these clowns. The world comes in such beautiful colors. And to push anyone away do to how we perceive them, rather than who they are is awful shame.

Terrible service. Was sat and never saw our server again. Other tables were being serviced and we were left just to sit.

Horrible service. I mean, it's Shari's, we know not to expect filet mignon, but the service is as bad as the food at this location! Rude staff, management just doesn't get it. I've been twice, with a group, the food was questionably slow to come out, and some of us were finished eating before others even received their food. And this happened both times. Never again.

My mother and I been going to Sharis in wilsonville for about a year and a half. The waitresses and managers are also courteous and polite every single time we go. I want to give special mention to our waitress Claudia who is always so delightful so courteous and so accommodating.. Also the manager Brad is also very very friendly very courteous And is always willing to help us with our coupons with a smile... We have yet to have a bad meal at this restaurant I would highly recommend it to anyone for breakfast lunch or dinner

Always good food. Just had the Blackened Salmon with fresh strawberry salsa. it was amazing! I could have eaten a bigger piece, it was so good

Lousy for breakfast. I made the mistake of walking there from a car dealership where I was having my car serviced. I had breakfast there and it was really bad. Slimy pancakes and rubbery sausage. Owch.

Shari's is Shari's is Shari's. And I like me some Shari's for breakfast. While not the best Eggs Benedict, they're accessible anywhere and fairly consistent quality wise. I'm game. Also, if I'm feeling extra gluttonous, I'll get the stuffed hashbrowns too. Those are pretty freaking tasty always. Service is generally OK to good - very few times to complain about anything. It's totes A-OK is my book.

No. Just no. This place was awful. Service and food. I am a former server and restaurant manager so I rarely complain about things in a restaurant and tend to cut slack but this place was just epically bad. I wish I'd read the reviews before we went. We're new in town and we learned our lesson really fast. Their pies did look good so maybe if that's what they're good at, they should just stick to that and not the food part. Service was slow considering how not busy it was and the general manager making excuses for her servers really doesn't cut it. Spend your cash some place else is all I can sum this up with.

Don't eat here. I took my niece and nephew here for lunch when they came to visit for the weekend. My nephew got violently sick from food poisoning a few hours later. I still had half of his sandwich, which I brought with me when I went back to talk to the manager. The manager seemed uninterested in the fact that her restaurant made someone sick. Didn't care one bit in fact. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!

Pop quiz, hot shot... name a sit down breakfast joint in Wilsonville. I'm waiting..... anything? You know, most of the time, I am pretty happy working in Wilsonville. Over the past 10 years things have gradually developed and we've got decent Thai, sushi and Mexican, fantastic Moroccan, quaint Italian, and a funky Australian bar. But, I was completely stumped trying to find a breakfast joint. And after driving around 'the loop', I realized that Shari's just might be the only game in town. Guess Wilsonville hasn't jumped on the Portland breakfast bandwagon. Oh well, Shari's is... ya know - OK. The service and food are not great, not exciting, just fine. Better experienced with the kiddos who love the strawberry pancakes and hot chocolate piled high with whipped cream. Less fun with my husband on a breakfast 'date.' But it was relatively quick and cheap, so no major complaints.

Service was good. Food was very bland, no flavor at all. Will not be back.

Really bad. I went in a few weeks ago for chicken fried steak. It was soggy and cold, but it was also 1 am so I didn't make a big deal of it. Franky I was tired and didn't have the energy to complain. I went back in today for the ribs that were part of the summer special. $13.99 for ribs and some free pie. I am not exaggerating when I say I wouldn't feed these ribs to my dog. They were obviously frozen as they were still cold in the middle and not real ribs. They were processed meat formed into the shape of rib much like the McRib at McDonalds. I asked the manager if I could pay for me tea and leave and she said not to worry about the tea. In fact, the service was really nice all around. It's very sad to see the food quality is consistently so poor.

We used to hit up this Shari's at least once a month, but in the last two-three years the quality has just gotten progressively worse. The last time we went, it was 9:30 at night, very few customers, and we came in for a couple slices of pie. That's it. It took 20 minutes to get our slices of cold pie. Five minutes later, our empty plates were on the edge of the table, but we waited another 40 minutes before we finally walked up to the front to pay (plates still on the table).

The servers were extremely busy and it took forever to order and receive our order. The food was OK, but with the service, I wouldn't go back there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to the new Biscuits, or ANYTHING but this place, unless you want to listen to servers complain, and yell about their bf's yelling at them, while they drop S-bombs and several other very inappropriate words all over the place... This server could see me, and yet she continued her conversation so loudly, I was not able to hear my friend talking to me. The food has really gone down hill, I usually like it (at other Shari's) but I ordered the sandwich and salad deal, and the lettuce was not crisp, and there were some bad pieces, and the sandwich was served on stale bread. I am not a food critic, but I can honestly say that I will not be going back here for the food... Or the friendliness, our server, who barely said anything to us, checked us out up front by saying "I can't wait to get done here." No thanks for coming in, or come see us again soon, she just wanted to let us know she couldn't wait to leave.

It's a Shari's, so I am not expecting the moon here. Family diner style food served up promptly and politely, sure; fancy meals, not so much so. I've been in lots of Shari's restaurants over the years. This one is thoroughly mediocre. The food is edible and, as far as I can tell, perfectly fine. But it's bland, boring, diner food, and the staff is a little unnerving. At least, some of them talk a little too freely. (If I just met them, I don't really know if I want to know about their bad back, the quirks of their restaurant that don't affect my experience, etc. Sometimes I just want to sit and eat.) It's nothing spectacular; if you're hungry it will do; but it's not like you can sit there peacefully enjoying yourself, either, if you get certain servers. If it's not breakfast-time, give it a miss; there's better places. If it is breakfast-time and you want a sit-down restaurant...well, they'll do.
