The good: The ranch - I am super picky about my ranch, has to be the powdered kind you mix with mayo or butter milk. The beer - big red IPA Service was prompt and friendly Fries were pretty good too. The bad: Greasy burgers - drippinggggg, no bueno Bland - tried both the Hillbilly and the Faberge burgers, if not for the delicious stinky cheese on the Hillbilly they would have tasted the same. Meat had no flavor, except Meat and grease flavors.. bleh I would go back to drink beers and watch sports

I thought this place had good food. I don't know that any of it is really healthy, more like good bar food. There's plenty of seating. I had the tuna melt which was good, and my boyfriend had the burger which he enjoyed. The price is pretty normal, $10-$12 for a burger/sandwich.

We are staying across the street at the Best Western for the night and the girl at the front desk recommended this spot when we told her we needed a good meal ! Well we were not at all disappointed . Husband had the Fish & Chips...he said it was the BEST he's ever had ! Great fresh Cod. Just perfect. I had the Hillbilly Burger recommended by our waitress. The quality was unbelievable. The beef was soooooo much better than what we get in Vegas. My husband said it was almost like buffalo meat ! That good ! Service was GREAT ! They treated us right ! From the guy who sat us to our 2 servers ! Great Job !!! We will be back to eat here on our next road trip !!! Hey....can you open one of these in Vegas ?

Your classic American cuisine; not terribly exciting, but not bad. The TVs were distracting, but the service was good

Very disappointed with my dinner. My steak was BURNT and (thankfully) on the smallish side. The mashed potatoes were UNEDIBLE! However, my companion enjoyed his meal, thoroughly. This is such a cute place and the crowd seemed extremely happy to be there. Might have to give it another go the next time I am in the area.

We've lived in Wilsonville now for about four months and have eaten at Ram only once. When we had it we (wife and two kids) all enjoyed it, so when we were thinking of a place to go tonight, we were actually really looking forward to having it again. After our experience tonight though, I doubt we will ever go back. We arrived a little after 6 and it was busy, but not overly so. We waited a little bit, about 15 minutes, and the hostesses seemed to be doing a good job at managing the list and the seating. When we were taken to our table, that was the last time we were acknowledged by any member of the staff. We sat there for about 20 minutes and no one even looked at us let alone stopped to say hello. All attempts to catch someone's attention were unsuccessful, even when a waitress stopped at the table next to ours. It was ridiculous. I know it's not going to make a huge dent in their profits but they just let a minimum $50 bill walk out the door and whoever our server was missed out on a good tip. Bad show Ram, we well be taking our money elsewhere from now on.

Usually the food here is awesome, I would highly recommend going to the dinner side of the house. They have a lot of red meat if you like to eat that kind of stuff, they also have an excellent deal on fish tacos. I would not order any hamburgers from the bar late at night though. The hamburger was so bad I didn't eat it.

Service was good not invested, but hey I'm picky. Especially when I believe a tip should be earned not expected. The Santa fe burger was messy, but delicious, not to say the same for the Mac and cheese, which had no flavor added my jalapeño from my burger and salt to spice it up. The plus is for a party of two with beer cost under 35.00 And now to fill a growler with 5.00 off Saturday and sundays. Niceeee! The weekend continues.

My family and I love the ram!! Drinks and service is amazing! My dad loved the meat loaf, but unfortunately they discontinued it. He emailed the manager and asked why... the manager replied and i must say not very nice and told my dad to try the mac and cheese. Now how can you compare meat loaf to mac and cheese is my question? We aren't going to let one rude manager ruin it for us but it did put a damper on us.

Great service and food, try the Armadillo eggs! Queso dip was great as well. Staff is polite we were with a large group, no one seemed to complain about anything, sweet potatoe fries were good, average bar quality onion rings.

The quality of food at The Ram is chronically poor. I used to sometmes visit The Ram in Lake Oswego on the Willamette River before they closed it down, but they then opened in Wilsonville. Same poor food quality. The burgers taste terrible. For a chain restaurant the quality of ground beef is pathetic. Way too much fat, way, way too much grease. Cal it a Ground Fat Burger instead. You can do much better at Red Robin.

Unfortunately changing my review. I waited 15 mins or so to get a booth at the bar, and when a booth opened up, I was told it was reserved for a couple women who had just shown up but appeared to be chummy with one of the bar workers, even though numerous employees saw me waiting for a table. I hope the owners feel like it was worth it. I can only use my voice and my dollars as retribution, but I plan on doing both.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but thus place is a "don't bother". Good service but mediocre food at best. To me there's nothing more annoying than a place that has great pictures on there menus but the food you receive isn't even close.

expensive drinks with no alcohol ($6.25 for Rum & Sprite) I ordered a dark rum with ginger ale & they made me a clear rum with cheap off brand ginger ale. could not taste the alcohol. I should have gone to Boones Junction Tav next door, where I've bought the same drink for $3.25 complete with "buzz". Food was just OK. Won't ever go again.

I have only came here a few times and have had an amazing experience every time. The wait staff is friendly and always willing to give recommendations when asked. The beer selection is pretty amazing, the food is deliciously fresh and the establishment is always clean. I've came during games and just to hang out. I would recommend showing up early if you're planning on watching a game, seating fills up fast but the wait is worth it. Can't wait to come here again :)

We LOVE the armadillo eggs! They are a mandatory treat each time and the favorite thing on the menu. The salmon salad is good and the desserts and fantastic if you save room - portions are big and food is tasty - worth a try if you're in the area.

My husband I went for dinner about 6pm, it was mostly full and very noisy! However, I had the best Cobb Salad and my husband a spinach salad. Both were very fresh and flavorful! I had a huge, very, very cold beer. The greeting and service was excellent, the owner came by to ask if we needed anything a couple of times. We will be back! The landscaping around the building is beautiful.

Horrid. Server unhappy, slow, didn't ask if we want drinks until after we ordered. My brothers birthday, he asked for no sauce on his burger- they forgot and took 20min. They said sorry and would compensate, then brought a full bill with flat face. Food was decent, but I wont be back!

Unless they're a microbrewery, restaurants generally do poorly when it comes to brewing. But Ram's beers are actually really good and they have a decent selection of different styles of beer. I went during a Sunday night football game and ate in the bar area. The place was pretty packed during the peak hours, but luckily the bar has a ton of TVs so you can see the game from any seat. The service was fairly slow during the peak time as it seemed they were understaffed, but they were friendly and seemed to be aware that service was moving slowly. The food was your run-of-the-mill brewhouse food. I ordered a side of garlic fries with my sandwich and they came out greasy, hard and too salty. Otherwise, my sandwich was decent.

I've had 6 different meals for lunch. All well prepared thoughtfully, with fresh ingredients and taste great. Not a fan of the "cup" the fries came in. Server/bartender Renee is the best. Prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. Thanks for a good local lunch place. Also, I don't do 5 stars for any place.

There is one server in the bar who is great. There is another guy there who is an obnoxious jerk. The food is very mediocre and inconsistent; sometimes drowned in the sauces, sometimes salty, sometimes great... Depends on the night and who your server is!

I do not get the negative reviews. Yes this is a chain restaurant but it is a good one with their own brews and delicious food. Had just a bacon cheddar burger with chips. Wow!! Red Robin this is NOT. Very delicious huge patty on fresh bun. Great beverages and the most awesome attentive service from Alex. We will be back again.

This is what I call an LCD restaurant (least common denominator) - meaning this is a place that will have something that will appeal to everyone, not be terribly adventurous, but nothing is terribly outstanding either. RAM does a good job though. The menu is large, mostly burgers, sandwiches, and some salads. Beer is their schtick, and while I don't drink beer, Mr. F gives the beer a thumbs up. They have a full bar, and half the restaurant is bar seating. There are close to 2 dozen TVs in the whole place, all playing different sports channels. On one visit, our server was barely paying attention to us. On the other visit, the server was awesome; personable and funny and very attentive. The Cobb salad was okay. I found the chicken to be overcooked and dry. The manager explained that they cook it earlier in the day and serve it cold on the salad, and offered us a coupon for a free appetizer on another visit. The blue cheese bacon dressing was pretty mild - couldn't really taste much of either. The Patty Melt, however, was outstanding. It was served on toasted dark rye bread, cooked perfectly, and covered in grilled onions and dressing. I'm getting that again, when the diet allows. The BBQ Pulled Pork Bomber was indeed a bomber. Hubby enjoyed it, but it was enormous. The bun was as big as his face - no joke! They have a happy hour with some good items at good prices, including discounted beer. If you want to make up a cheap dinner w/ a few items, get there before 6pm. Three stars because they do burgers and beer well, but not so sure about the other items.

While the food is nothing to write home about, I do find myself craving their appetizer "Armadillo Eggs" quite frequently. I'm not a huge fan of their beer, but definitely doesn't hold me back from continuing to try to find one I may like a lot. Their restaurant service with kids is INCREDIBLE. Their bar service? Well-that was a massive flop. I took a friend who hadn't been there before and left embarrassed I took her. We were ignored and walked past while everyone around us got impeccable service. While I won't ever sit in the bar area again, I'll definitely be back with the family. It's nice to find a place you don't feel judged for having kids at.

If you are going there to only drink then I would suggest this place. I have gone to this location twice. The first time my food was over cooked and tasted off and the service was less than par. I thought maybe since they had just opened they were having a bad day. I took my family there again last week and the service was actually worse than the first time. Our food was very bland and one of the burgers was so charred it was inedible, not to mention their prices are outrageous for what you get. We spent over 80.00 for 1 adult and three kids. Save your money and go to McDonalds.

I have lived in Wilsonville nearly 14 years, and after my Mom moved back from WA state in 2013, we started coming here. It is EXCELLENT!!! The hosts, the bartenders, the waiters, all the way up to the managers and the owner are all exceptionally kind and friendly! The food is very good as well, and always served on time. Every time we go, everyone is always in a good mood, and it's a welcoming place to be. We have been going once a week and will continue to do so! Kudos to you at The Ram!!!!!!!!!

Server was nice but other than that we won't be going back. Food was blah. Really no flavor - burger was so wet, you had to eat it with a fork and spoon. Coleslaw was a confusing flavor. Sorry - had high hopes but we won't be going back.

I've been to different locations and have typically had a 4 star experience. This location was a 3 star experience. Service was nice but the burgers and fish tacos were a let down. I've had awesome burgers at the Salem location. The burgers here were bland. I tried the Hillbilly, the Santa Fe, and a Mahi Fish Taco. (I split my food with others at my table.) The Hillbilly was good but not great, the bun especially was just crap, like it had been recently thawed. The pretzel bun of the Santa Fe was even more mediocre. The Fish Taco was expensive for the size and it was nothing great, just ok. Sad experience here, so I'll try to avoid this location.

It is tough to open a new restaurant. So tough that many restaurant owners don't really think it is fair to review a place until they've been up and running six months or longer. And boy have I experienced a few 'rough openings' in the area. But then you visit a place like The Ram and know a strong opening is possible. They made it look easy. This is where chains have a huge advantage over smaller operations with less experience. As a local, I've been watching the evolution of the space from Chili's to The Ram over the course of the last few months. Now the interior looks more like a nice sports bar. Even the restaurant side of the house has flat screen TVs everywhere. The official opening day was Monday and I started hearing consistently good things from friends, family and co-workers. When I visited with my parents for lunch, we ordered from all over the menu, but skipped the beer. The server comically asked, "Are you here on a lunch break, or do you want to see our beer menu? Even if you are on a break, I won't tell." (wink, wink) This is part of their schtick since it also happened to Mr. K earlier this week on his lunch visit. I chose one of their Mix & Match lunch combos for $9.99. You pick two smaller sized portions that are a mix of sandwiches, salads and soups. My mom ordered an entree salad, Chicken Almond, and my dad the Beer Batter Fish & Chips. The server was excellent. We had a number of questions about the menu and she answered them all without batting an eye. For example, they use haddock (not cod or halibut) in their fish & chips. The table behind me ordered burgers, one of their specialties, and that server asked the diners to check the cooking level before he left the table to ensure they got what they wanted. In some cases, the servers were almost too enthusiastic/eager to please, but I would much rather they start there and ratchet the energy level down a few degrees as they settle in. The three stars is because they are a welcome addition to Wilsonville, but won't ever be my favorite place in town. I went to their Lake Oswego location several times before they closed and never really cared for the place. Just not my favorite kind of food/beverage. They also have a lot of local competition in the burger/beer category, so I'm kind of curious how this will all shake out. The closest compare is probably Wanker's Corner and the newly opened McMenamin's Old Church & Pub. I think Oswego Grill, Wow Burger! and Red Robin cater to a different clientele, but there is definitely some crossover. The Ram's core demographic is definitely dudes. I've been in both the restaurant and the bar side, and I would recommend sitting at the bar if you want to get better service. Food is good. Bartenders are amazing. It's a bit more expensive than I think the food is worth but it doesn't stop me from coming back. GOOD for happy hour

Chain food in a chain atmosphere in a chain restaurant with chain service. Nothing special and not particularly worth my time or money. Skip the Ram and go to Oswego Grill across the street for fantastic food, service and atmosphere.

We were only there for coffee and desert. The bread pudding was AWESOME!! What I liked about this place is that we were there for a business meeting and they were VERY accommodating. They have us excellent customer service: not interrupting, not ignoring us. They seated us in a private location so we could conduct the meeting and allowed us to stay there for a long time. Much appreciated.

It was... nice, but nothing spectacular. They were pretty packed, but took our name in advance while we were on our way there, so the wait was minimal. The sound level was pretty decent especially given the population. The food is good but pricey ($13 for a pulled pork sandwich and fries), but my wife and I split it, and it was enough to feed the two of us comfortably. The tater tots are better at McMenamins. The service is FANTASTIC!! The waiter was great (anyone that can quote SuperTroopers while taking our order right meow is pretty cool), and everyone was attentive without being pushy. DO NOT order the Vampire Fries. They have a dish of french fries slathered in garlic, which I love, but they're covered in minced raw garlic and not roasted. They were inedible. Such burn, Much lingering. I had dinner last night at 6pm, had to altoids on the way home, brushed my teeth before I went to bed (might have to throw out the toothbrush), but I'm still burping up garlic. I'm afraid to have a bowl of cereal for fear that I'm going to end with garlic bran. blech. The good news was that they refunded us the money for the fries since we couldn't eat them, and they admit that they're getting a lot of complaints, but that Corporate is dictating the cooking method.. boooo They need to go back to roasting the garlic for the french fries and I'll add a few more stars.

My favorite Oregonian introduced me to this place when we met for lunch. I liked it enough to drag the fast food loving in-law family to check it out (this one passed my family test unlike Wow Burger which is across the way). Everyone enjoyed this place-and they do have call ahead seating and do take reservations for large parties. They have hand crafted beer (none of this part of the family partake) and the most delicious vanilla root beer (also hand crafted) I have ever had-and worth every single calorie because they do not have a diet version. Service both times I went was good-and both times I ordered the same thing. The onion rings are breaded and the first time were cooked perfectly, the second time they were too underdone for my taste. The burgers can be cooked to order and have good flavor and they will make up whatever concoction you want (for a price). My husband loved his BBQ pulled pork bomber and it was ginormous and the BIL claims this is the best restaurant in the whole area (I think Oswego Grill is but it is in a different category and the BIL thinks it's too hoity toity). They have ice cream cake cupcakes that I was wanting to try but didn't either visit and well, I hope this place is still around the next time we are up in the area since I know the family approves and will save me from either cooking or another trip to the Carl's Jr.

The Ram really only deserves 3 stars for a few reasons. For one, the food here is nothing spectacular. I've been to a couple other Rams, and really, the only good thing to eat here is their burgers. I had an Elvis burger here once (complete with peanut butter and banana) and it has changed my opinion of meat and peanut butter forever! So ya, the food kinda sucks but they have decent beer. If you go for happy hour, the large beer is only 3 bucks (or 3.99...i don't fully remember)(and who the hell in portland serves beer in small or large glasses? just give me a damn pint). The bartender was chill...he let us order a second round of beers right before happy hour ended even though we had just got our first...I'll try to use that trick more often!

We needed a place to end a Friday Nighter Road Rally at and normally we had used the Chili's that used to occupy this space so it wasn't a far reach to see if the Ram would cater to our needs. Forty or so people from 9pm to almost midnight, all separate checks. They enthusiastically accepted the challenge for a few weeks from that afternoon. Come the Friday Night in question we arrived after working a checkpoint and were thrilled to see they were reserving the entire patio just for us. It was one of those mid-summer perfect evenings that made outdoor dining a perfect choice. Teams from the rally started rolling in and the wait staff started moving in for drink orders and to hand out more menus. I was in the mood for something cool so I went with the chicken Caesar salad and iced tea. Table-mates of mine went for a variety of items from the massive Ricardo sandwich to simple pasta dishes to burgers. Everything looked and smelled absolutely appetizing. Reports on the beer were very good. In the end what really impressed me was an enthusiastic wait staff, they even offered to give us any type of music on the speakers and when we went to make announcements and give out rewards they turned the music off completely. Refills arrived on cue, food came out fast despite our onslaught and the bathrooms were flawlessly clean. I like RAM, I always was a Ram fan, from the old Los Angeles Rams (you can have the St Louis version) to Paul McCartney's album named RAM, it's a noble creature, strong and territorial and a good representative for Wilsonville.

I have been to the Ram in Salem along time ago and I remembered having a good tine and good food. We decided to try the one in Wilsonville, OR for dinner. We were seated real fast. Our service staff introduced themselves immediately inquired about our drink choices. The girl was training a new employee and both were engaging. I want to say the the service was great. With that being said, the burger I ordered was just OK. Bland and it was the first time I can ever remember putting salt on a hamburger. I ordered it medium, but had a lot more char on it than I like. Inside was still a little pink. My thoughts... Cooked too hot and too fast. Cheese was partially melted and greasy. I love hamburgers and my wife was surprised and pointed out that this was the first time I left a portion behind of my hamburger and pushed my plate forward. I was still hungry, but I did not want to finish it. The kettle chips they make were good and I ate all of those. I don't know if we'd go back or maybe try something different.

We went on our way to house sit in Portland from Salem, it was the start of a holiday weekend so we figured we'd wait out the traffic after work and eat dinner here. The tables in the bar are neat you sit towards the center or the bar. We weren't rushed, the beer was good and the glasses were icy cold just the way we like them. The staff was great friendly but not over crowding us. Our food came out in perfect timed events. We felt relaxed and able to enjoy the atmosphere. We had the humus plate it was awesome a variety of vegetables and pita bread, and tortilla chips to dip, plenty of humus a great deal price wise than other places I have been. The waiter knew the seasonal beers on tap and described them with grace. We both had burgers and they were great not dry or overly seasoned, the toppings were great, I felt like I got my money's worth. When pay more for a burger this is what I expect it topped my expectations. Especially because we have eaten at the Ram in Salem and been disappointed with the service and food. It seem like the Wilsonville location had their stuff together and the staff was working like a team. Our waitress was leaving her shift was ending, but she introduced us to the waiter taking over and he was awesome as well. I didn't have to ask for water or straws which was a plus in my book, they gave us extra napkins when they noticed we were low without me asking also great customer service. Our waters were refilled often without having to ask a must for good service, and I was nicely asked when my beer was low if I would like another one and when, this was great because some customers like to order one right away others like me like to take a minute before I get another glass and this waiter gave me that option. I recommended this place to my parents, as a meeting place half way between Salem and Portland to have dinner with me and my partner. My mother is looking forward to it because she was with me when we had the not so great experience at the Salem location and hopes this location is better, and it is MUCH BETTER than the Salem location.

Have not had a bad burger yet. Turkey Cobb Sandwich is great! Husband enjoys the bears. Waitresses are always very pleasant which is a must for me. Sign up for their MVP newsletter and you get great coupons to use too. It's my new go to place in Wilsonville.

Gave them 2 chances to get it right, but no dice. I prefer a well done steak. This is not the place to get one. First time it was bloody, and should have been butterflied. Second trip, I requested it be butterflied before cooking, and it was still super pink in the middle. You're much better off to go over to Oswego Grill, just south of Wilsonville Rd, and have above-quality food prepared the way it's ordered.

We found ourselves in Wilsonville this afternoon, shopping for a birthday present at Fry's. We were hungry and thirsty and couldn't wait until we got back home to eat. I spotted RAM when we exited the freeway and decided it was probably as good a spot as any to fill up our stomachs before heading back to Stumptown. The place clearly has a Chili's/Applebee's/Friday's kind of atmosphere, so I wasn't surprised to learn that the building used to house a Chili's. They have the same kind of big ol' menu with the typical pub grub fare--burgers, sandwiches, etc. RAM is a brew pub chain that I haven't had the opportunity to try. They had several of their own beers on tap. I had to order a Buttface Amber. Had to. There was no way you could have stopped me from saying, "I'll have a BUTTFACE!" Come on. The beer was served in a giant 18oz. "pint" glass. I liked it. It tasted fresh and had a nice Belgian-like flavor. I mean, it wasn't amazing, but I could belt down a few with no complaints. There are about a zillion flat screens hanging from the ceiling in this place. Plenty of viewpoints from every seat. Not sure if it would be the best spot to watch a game you care about. Bet it could get pretty loud. The service was prompt and friendly. I got a patty melt with fries and my wife ordered the fish and chips. My gosh, that was one big piece of fried fish that showed up in front of my wife. It was okay, but not really what a fish and chips purest would expect. The patty melt was tasty. They didn't have a problem putting a little bit of sauerkraut on it for me. This place is good for what it is. If your looking for a craft brewery with a hip, foodie vibe, this IS NOT your place. If you want a generic brew pub that is slightly better than Rock Bottom or BJ's Brewhouse, you'll be more than happy.

There were more good things here than bad, but nothing that really stood out to me as great. It was mostly just OK. Hence, the 3 stars instead of 4. We were seated pretty quickly and given menus. Almost right away we were asked if we wanted to order. Literally about 2 minutes later we were asked again. Talk about pressure... I have to be Gluten Free so it makes things a little more difficult because usually the selection is so small. At least they had a few items. I ended up ordering the wedge fries on the appetizer portion but with chips instead because they no longer have a separate fryer for fries. It was good, but not amazing. My mom had tomato basil soup which she said was amazing. She didn't at all like her boneless wings though. Overall, good service, decent food...would I go back again? Maybe. Would I recommend it to someone else? I think that's a probably, but not 100% enthusiastic yes

Much more modern and a little more upscale than the Salem Ram that I'm used to visiting. The server at our table was very good, but the bartenders were WAY understaffed and overwhelmed. So much so that I waited 10 minutes to even make eye contact as they were busy filling drink orders for the servers. I'd still go back, but if we get poor bar service again, I'd just avoid that side of the house.

I went here for my birthday dinner last night with my family and had a very enjoyable experience. We ordered the Armadillo Eggs as an appetizer and they were so good! They were kind of like a jalapeño popper on steroids! For dinner, I had the Hillbilly burger which was so good! I don't think it's possible to dislike anything that comes with Gorgonzola cheese and bacon on it! My boyfriend had the Ricardo, which was also good. Since it was my birthday, I had to have dessert and we all decided on ice cream cupcakes! I got the Muddy cupcake which consisted of coffee and Oreo ice cream with and Oreo cookie crust in a chocolate shell with whipped cream...so delicious! I thought the the food was great, but their mixed drinks were sub par. Too sweet and not enough alcohol. I probably should have stuck with beer since it is a brewery after all. We got the beer sampler and they had quite a few great tasting beers. I personally enjoyed their seasonal Pumpkin beer. All in all, I thought it was a great place to eat and probably would have given it five stars if not for the disappointing mixed drinks.

The Ram is a good local spot for to watch a game and have a beer. They have a good happy hour selection with sliders that I enjoy and cheap house made beers. I'm a big fan of the amber ale and philly sliders. I like the bar setup, with seating all around and plenty of TVs. I haven't tried much off the menu, I usually just go in for happy hour, but they do a good job of that at least. I've also always had good service at the Ram.

Decent beer. Food is ok. Burgers are good but the rest is sub par. Menu is overpriced, and the restaurant lacks character. It's a good spot for the area but compared to other similar establishments in the Portland metro area it is fairly lackluster.

I always find the RAM cold. It's clean and efficient with an extensive bar. A large selection of beer is being far too modest. Though when I am here, I find myself sitting under a corporate grey cloud. I find it to be a nicely conveyed TGI Fridays with an upgraded bar. Blah. With so many better choices so close, my question is why?

In my last two reviews of what was becoming one of our favorite restaurants, I've raved about the great food. Tonight, the food could not overcome the lousy experience. My parents were visiting, so we had a party of 7 on a Friday night. We knew there'd be a wait and had no problem with the 45min wait. So when our name was called, we were informed that they have "side by side" booths available.....not side by side, but rather back to back, so we had to split our party up and could not have any real conversation between the split. In addition to this, there was an open large corner booth that was available when we were being seated. When we inquired about the possibility of sitting there instead, we were informed that it had been reserved for another large party.......15 minutes later, a party of 4 was seated at that table. In the past, the food was always great and such large portions that my wife and I would split a burger and fries. Tonight we did this and while the burger was still of same size, I think I counted 6 fries on her plate and about 10 on mine. Even if we weren't sharing, 16 fries is a pitiful amount for one plate. And when my daughter asked for a refill of her drink, it only required asking two servers and waiting 10 minutes for one to finally bring it to her. Yeah, we'll likely go back but if the service continues in this downward trend, it may not be often that we will go back.

We have visited a number of times since they opened. We have always had good service and meals. They have a wide selection of burgers on a number of different buns. Also a number of sides but be careful of the garlic fries as they have a LOT of garlic. Their other entrees are good as well. The fish and chips is a LARGE fillet and nicely done. They offer half a dozen gluten free options. The Mile High Mudpie is shareable. They list prices on their website.

I was happy when I found out the RAM was going into the long-vacant Chili's location in Wilsonville. But after eating here about three time since it has been open, I can say I probably won't be going back. I do want to give some kudos to the wait, bar and management staff. They are always attentive and personable, which is much appreciated. I just can't get on board with the food when I know there are so many better options just in Wilsonville. While my husband says I shouldn't be surprised that anything other than a burger isn't good at a place like this, I at least expect sandwiches to be half-way decent. This sadly isn't the case though. I would say that the beer is pretty good and the remodel of the restaurant looks great.

I've been to this RAM three times now. The first two visits would've earned 4 stars for their Fish and Chips, but this last visit will stop me going again anytime soon (unless I travel to the Salem location, that one is great). We both ordered the Notorious Pig pulled pork sandwich - HUGE MISTAKE - the pork looked like it had just been scooped out of a can and plopped on a bun.... yes, I do mean it looked like cat food. It didn't taste good, it didn't look good, needless to say - I ate the side of fries for dinner. Total rip off.

We decided to try out the Ram for the first time at this location. We had only been to one that use to be in Lake Oswego. Having only been open about a month you would never guess it. They were well organized and it was an upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Our waitress Belle was personable and attentive throughout our visit. The food was awesome, perfectly cooked. We did have a problem twice with my husband's meal (only reason I didn't give 5 stars). First his side item was wrong, then he had asked for condiments on his sandwich be on the side, not on the sandwich, but it came on the sandwich. They quickly fixed the error with a smile and everything ran smoothly. It was VERY busy....so having a waitress with such attentiveness is hard to find when a place is so busy....but she also took the time to be personable....a HUGE plus! We felt welcomed and valued as a customer in spite of the mistakes on my husbands meal. We will definitely be visiting again!!

Overall the food was excellent. I ordered a seasonal chicken dish that was superbly seasoned. Husband got the fish and chips on the recommendation of the server. He said it was the biggest piece of fish he's ever received with an order of fish and chips. The fries were a little too salty though and a bit on the soggy side.

Thought I would get a hamburger to go instead of fast food. I got home and found the burger was burned so badly that it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I paid over $10 for this burger and fries (so so fries). The burger was a 1/4 pound at best and for that price should have been 1/2 pound but never served if burned and dried out. Recook a good one but never serve this! I will never go back again. I have been spoiled by Fuddruckers.

First time to try RAM restaurant. Disappointing. Waffle fries were cold and unsalted. Nothing special about burger. 2nd beer ordered never arrived until the bill did. With 4 other beer/burger restaurants in very near proximity - to get repeat business you have to have great service and great food - make an impression. This experience certainly had neither that made them stand out or invite us back.

We went last night to check out the new Ram Restaurant & Brewery in Wilsonville hoping that it was good because we really miss the Chili's that used to be there. We ordered Wild Alaskan salmon with mashed potatoes. The waitress made an mistake and ordered Rice Pilaf instead, which wouldn't have been a big deal if it had been corrected in a reasonable length of time. When a the staff member (not our waitress) brought us our meal, we made him aware and he told us he would bring out our mashed potatoes. 10 minutes passed as we ate our dry salmon and water logged vegetables. We finally saw our waitress and she hurriedly said that she would check on them. 10 more minutes passed before our mashed potatoes finally arrived, and we had completely finished our entree. The manager stopped by and offered to charge us for only one entree instead of two, but we were so disappointed in the quality of the food and the poor service, that will not be returning. For the first item ever, we left no tip for the waitress, as we didn't want to reward such bad service. We realize that they are new restaurant with things to still perfect, but there was no excuse for the poor service we received and food that is poorly prepared. The mashed potatoes were good once we received the them, but the salmon is definately not worth $16.99. We really missed Chili's! :(

It was... nice, but nothing spectacular.

They have ice cream cake cupcakes that I was wanting to try but didn't either visit and well, I hope this place is still around the next time we are up in the area since I know the family approves and will save me from either cooking or another trip to the Carl's Jr.

expensive drinks with no alcohol ($6.25 for Rum & Sprite) I ordered a dark rum with ginger ale & they made me a clear rum with cheap off brand ginger ale. could not taste the alcohol.

I got an amazing Burger, my fries were crispy and delicious. Buffalo wings, twice baked potatoes and calamari were yummy. Good service even though it gets busy.

Just like every other RAM I have been in. Fried food and OK beer. Open late is a plus, but nothing special at all.

Hubby really likes the beer here but nobody likes the food especially for the price. Service is always good. We tried eating here 6 times really wanted to like it but at best just ok. I don't plan on returning.

Save your money and go somewhere with better food and service. Over priced and food was warm at best, wait staff far from great. Won't be going back to this location!

Katherine B.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but thus place is a "don't bother". Good service but mediocre food at best. To me there's nothing more annoying than a place that has great pictures on there menus but the food you receive isn't even close.

Big portions. Okay prices. Okay food. This place is pretty average. The food did take a bit to get out to our table. For a simple inexpensive night out this is a place to go.

It was... nice, but nothing spectacular.

We LOVE the armadillo eggs! They are a mandatory treat each time and the favorite thing on the menu. The salmon salad is good and the desserts and fantastic if you save room - portions are big and food is tasty - worth a try if you're in the area.

The food was okay, and our waiter was very nice. But, the waiter did smell like smoke, pretty badly. I don't know if their friendliness made up for the smoke smell though.

Good food and great beer. Nice happy hour, lots of TVs for sports and great bar setting.

expensive drinks with no alcohol ($6.25 for Rum & Sprite) I ordered a dark rum with ginger ale & they made me a clear rum with cheap off brand ginger ale. could not taste the alcohol.

Staying nearby so took a chance. Turned out they have an incredible salmon burger on a brioche bun with spinach , sauce mushrooms and caramelized onions. So good!

Food and service is always good at this Ram ( better than Salem) great happy hour, try the vampire fries! Yumm!

(4)David J.
(3)Courtney B.

Excellent service, excellent food, bread pudding was to die for. Server checked on us numerous times. Never had to ask for another beer. Very on top of it.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but thus place is a "don't bother". Good service but mediocre food at best. To me there's nothing more annoying than a place that has great pictures on there menus but the food you receive isn't even close.
(1)Holly C.
Big portions. Okay prices. Okay food. This place is pretty average. The food did take a bit to get out to our table. For a simple inexpensive night out this is a place to go.

(3)Sam M.
(4)Minnesota S.
There is one server in the bar who is great. There is another guy there who is an obnoxious jerk. The food is very mediocre and inconsistent; sometimes drowned in the sauces, sometimes salty, sometimes great... Depends on the night and who your server is!
(2)Tanner A.
(4)David B.
Staying nearby so took a chance. Turned out they have an incredible salmon burger on a brioche bun with spinach , sauce mushrooms and caramelized onions. So good!
(4)Danielle P.
We have been twice and each time sat at a table in the bar area. Awesome service and great fish and chips! Overall fun atmosphere and an enjoyable experience! Keep it up!

(3)Allegra P.
(3)Jane D.
(1)Marie W.
(5)Parker P.
Server was nice but other than that we won't be going back. Food was blah. Really no flavor - burger was so wet, you had to eat it with a fork and spoon. Coleslaw was a confusing flavor. Sorry - had high hopes but we won't be going back.
(2)Jeremy H.
Yelp apparently doesn't like it when we voice support. Or when we offer feedback based off of first hand experiences. :) lets censor public opinion. Always seems to work out well.
(5)Nick H.
(3)Jane C.
The food was okay, and our waiter was very nice. But, the waiter did smell like smoke, pretty badly. I don't know if their friendliness made up for the smoke smell though.
(3)Julie W.
Good food and great beer. Nice happy hour, lots of TVs for sports and great bar setting.

(4)Richard J.
Arrived from a long drive from Hermiston. Food and service was excellent. On top of that, got to watch the Ducks whup the Beavers.
(5)Jennifer H.
Chain food in a chain atmosphere in a chain restaurant with chain service. Nothing special and not particularly worth my time or money. Skip the Ram and go to Oswego Grill across the street for fantastic food, service and atmosphere.
(2)Whitney G.
(4)Jeff B.
It was... nice, but nothing spectacular.

(4)Morgan H.
The food is really yummy if your willing to wait forever for them to bring it to you.
(2)Bradford D.

(4)Ryan T.
I got an amazing Burger, my fries were crispy and delicious. Buffalo wings, twice baked potatoes and calamari were yummy. Good service even though it gets busy.
(4)Richard A.
Just like every other RAM I have been in. Fried food and OK beer. Open late is a plus, but nothing special at all.
(3)Tirzah N.
Hubby really likes the beer here but nobody likes the food especially for the price. Service is always good. We tried eating here 6 times really wanted to like it but at best just ok. I don't plan on returning.
(2)Steve S.
Save your money and go somewhere with better food and service. Over priced and food was warm at best, wait staff far from great. Won't be going back to this location!
(1)Jay M.

(5)Angie F.

(4)Evan H.
Mahi Mahi grilled fish tacos were excellent. Great place to grab a bite and a local brew ha ha
(4)Brittany S.
(3)Jason B.
(4)Ashley T.
(4)Alex S.
(4)Emily E.
Decent beer. Food is ok. Burgers are good but the rest is sub par. Menu is overpriced, and the restaurant lacks character. It's a good spot for the area but compared to other similar establishments in the Portland metro area it is fairly lackluster.
(2)Katherine B.
(2)Nathan L.
(2)Red C.
(4)Laura G.
(2)Ava E.
(2)Nolan M.
Been here twice. Got terrible service both times. I will not be going back
(1)Jennifer A.

(3)Courtney B.
(3)Michael R.
Excellent service, excellent food, bread pudding was to die for. Server checked on us numerous times. Never had to ask for another beer. Very on top of it.
(5)Vicki Z.
We had 17 people celebrating my daughters 21st Birthday. They were Very accommodating. Food was Excellent tonight. Service was good. Thank you for an Enjoyable experience. (Better than our first time ) will definitely be back.
(5)Jonathan G.
Great service and food, try the Armadillo eggs! Queso dip was great as well. Staff is polite we were with a large group, no one seemed to complain about anything, sweet potatoe fries were good, average bar quality onion rings.
(5)Megan B.
(3)Sam M.
(4)Minnesota S.
There is one server in the bar who is great. There is another guy there who is an obnoxious jerk. The food is very mediocre and inconsistent; sometimes drowned in the sauces, sometimes salty, sometimes great... Depends on the night and who your server is!
(2)Holly C.
Big portions. Okay prices. Okay food. This place is pretty average. The food did take a bit to get out to our table. For a simple inexpensive night out this is a place to go.
(3)Nick H.
(3)Judith T.
(5)Brandon R.
Horrid. Server unhappy, slow, didn't ask if we want drinks until after we ordered. My brothers birthday, he asked for no sauce on his burger- they forgot and took 20min. They said sorry and would compensate, then brought a full bill with flat face. Food was decent, but I wont be back!
(2)LeeAnn D.
(5)Emma F.
Your classic American cuisine; not terribly exciting, but not bad. The TVs were distracting, but the service was good
(3)E M.
Food and service is always good at this Ram ( better than Salem) great happy hour, try the vampire fries! Yumm!
(4)Theresa B.

(1)Charles J.
(4)Tanner A.
(4)Marie W.
(5)Jeff B.
It was... nice, but nothing spectacular.
(2)Whitney G.

(4)Jane C.
The food was okay, and our waiter was very nice. But, the waiter did smell like smoke, pretty badly. I don't know if their friendliness made up for the smoke smell though.
(3)Julie W.
Good food and great beer. Nice happy hour, lots of TVs for sports and great bar setting.
(5)James B.
expensive drinks with no alcohol ($6.25 for Rum & Sprite) I ordered a dark rum with ginger ale & they made me a clear rum with cheap off brand ginger ale. could not taste the alcohol. I should have gone to Boones Junction Tav next door, where I've bought the same drink for $3.25 complete with "buzz". Food was just OK. Won't ever go again.
(1)Jess K.

We LOVE the armadillo eggs! They are a mandatory treat each time and the favorite thing on the menu. The salmon salad is good and the desserts and fantastic if you save room - portions are big and food is tasty - worth a try if you're in the area.
(4)Morgan H.
The food is really yummy if your willing to wait forever for them to bring it to you.
(2)Bradford D.
(3)Allegra P.

Keep it up!
(5)Deb F.
(3)Jane D.
(1)Ryan T.
(1)Jay M.
(3)Nicole L.
(5)Destiny S.
Have not had a bad burger yet. Turkey Cobb Sandwich is great! Husband enjoys the bears. Waitresses are always very pleasant which is a must for me. Sign up for their MVP newsletter and you get great coupons to use too. It's my new go to place in Wilsonville.
(5)Angie F.

(4)Evan H.
Mahi Mahi grilled fish tacos were excellent. Great place to grab a bite and a local brew ha ha
(4)Brittany S.

(4)Emily E.
Decent beer. Food is ok. Burgers are good but the rest is sub par. Menu is overpriced, and the restaurant lacks character. It's a good spot for the area but compared to other similar establishments in the Portland metro area it is fairly lackluster.
(2)Katherine B.

(2)Red C.

(2)Ava E.
(2)Nolan M.
Been here twice. Got terrible service both times. I will not be going back
(1)Jennifer A.
(4)G R.
(4)CJ S.
(1)Jolene F.
(2)Alison V.
I thought this place had good food. I don't know that any of it is really healthy, more like good bar food. There's plenty of seating. I had the tuna melt which was good, and my boyfriend had the burger which he enjoyed. The price is pretty normal, $10-$12 for a burger/sandwich.
(4)LeeAnn D.
(5)Emma F.
Your classic American cuisine; not terribly exciting, but not bad. The TVs were distracting, but the service was good
(3)Dewy C.
(3)Judith T.
(2)E M.
Food and service is always good at this Ram ( better than Salem) great happy hour, try the vampire fries! Yumm!
(4)Theresa B.
(2)Alyssa M.

(1)Charles J.
(4)David J.
(3)Courtney B.
(5)Dan C.
(1)Shaun M.
(1)Megan B.
(3)Sam M.
(4)Marie W.
(5)Parker P.
Server was nice but other than that we won't be going back. Food was blah. Really no flavor - burger was so wet, you had to eat it with a fork and spoon. Coleslaw was a confusing flavor. Sorry - had high hopes but we won't be going back.
(2)Jen K.
MVP Club for special offers: theram.fbmta.com/members… Happy Hour: Everyday 3pm-6pm | Sunday - Thursday 9pm-12pm | Friday - Saturday 10pm-12am
(3)Julianna M.
I've been in both the restaurant and the bar side, and I would recommend sitting at the bar if you want to get better service. Food is good. Bartenders are amazing. It's a bit more expensive than I think the food is worth but it doesn't stop me from coming back. GOOD for happy hour
(2)Jeremy H.
Yelp apparently doesn't like it when we voice support. Or when we offer feedback based off of first hand experiences. :) lets censor public opinion. Always seems to work out well.
(5)Jeff B.
It was... nice, but nothing spectacular.
(2)Whitney G.
(4)Katherine W.
(2)Tam F.
(4)Nick H.
(3)Jane C.
(1)Jess K.
(4)Bradford D.
(3)John E.
Keep it up!
(5)Tirzah N.
(1)Angie F.
(2)Deb F.
(3)Allegra P.

I got an amazing Burger, my fries were crispy and delicious. Buffalo wings, twice baked potatoes and calamari were yummy. Good service even though it gets busy.

Just like every other RAM I have been in. Fried food and OK beer. Open late is a plus, but nothing special at all.

Mahi Mahi grilled fish tacos were excellent. Great place to grab a bite and a local brew ha ha

Been here twice. Got terrible service both times. I will not be going back
