Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Most of my experience with Perfect Pizza centers around lunch, and I would go as far to say they probably have one of the best lunch specials in town! For $5, you get two good size pieces of pizza and a soda. Sometimes I can't even finish both pieces because of their size. I also really enjoy the taste of the pizza, always a plus, right? The crust is the prefect combination of thickness (it is on the thinner size), crisp and sauce amount (not too much). My favorite kind is the hawaiian. The staff is always friendly, and the menu seems to have lots of choices for whole pizzas. A great little pizza place to have in the Wilsonville community.

My favorite place for pizza!!! AMAZING dough!! Owner is wonderfully nice and talks to you like a human! Tried the Margherita tonight... Phenomenal!!! Love it!!!

Well we did indeed return and picked up some takeout. We got a pie, a caesar salad and some bbq wings. The food was definitely an improvement over the first time we went. The pizza is certainly not exceptional by any means, but it was pretty good. The size was definitely good for the price (it was huge). The wings were ok, the salad was pretty good, and the pie was good, but not great. We tried to order online and ran into all kinds of problems, so we called to order over the phone and (what sounded like) a 10 year old answered and awkwardly took my order. Luckily I asked to speak with a manager and asked the manager to confirm my order. I say luckily, because the 10 year old totally screwed it up. Also, we tried to order gorgonzola on the pizza, only to be told that they don't have it, even though the online menu says they do. The lady (presumably the owner) said they had been having problems with Grubhub.com listing lots of incorrect info on their website. I'm sure that's inconvenient for the owners of Perfect Pizza, but it is more inconvenient for customers of Perfect Pizza. If, like you said, Grubhub is not fixing the problem even though you've been asking them to do so for "over a month", then fire Grubhub and take your online business elsewhere. So, long story short, I think the owners have never owned a restaurant before, and it shows. The pizza by the slice was nasty, the fresh cooked takeout was pretty good (but still miles away from the neighborhood of 'perfect'). 3 stars.

Stopped in here tonight to try this newest joint in town. We weren't disappointed! Apparently they opened 9 days ago. I'm positive that the kinks the other reviewers mentioned will be fixed and were part of the learning process for any new business in their first week! 4 of us had a large pizza (the size of most companies Family Size pizza). We got a half and half (they had no issue with us mixing pizzas) - 1/2 veggie and 1/2 meat (whatever their speciality is called with pepperoni, sausage, chicken, etc.). The pizza was great - the homemade crust was deliciuos with plenty of herbs baked in, nice and fluffy, moist, etc. The pizza was VERY good! We also had the caesar salad (a small is good for 2 people to split, no problem) - it was very tasty with nice fresh croutons. The owner (I assume) was very friendly and wanted to make sure everyone had a good experience. He even brought out some of their "famous" garlic breadsticks to try - yum! We would definitely go back. A comfortable place, with great pizza at a truly affordable price. P.S. They deliver - only $2 charge.

We were looking for something different for dinner besides dennys, burger king or mcds and we passed this place, its a little hidden in the back but it looked like something new so we said what the hey. The 2 guys working greeted us as soon as we walked in, my girls were sure to let them know it was our first time here so they seemed happy we stopped by. The pizza didn't take very long maybe 10 mins line they said and it was hot and fresh. We ordered a half cheese, half pep pizza and lets jist say i don't know what kind of pep they used but my girls ate all of my side. It was delicious and i know whenever were on this side again we will be coming back.

We stopped in here after calling to see if they had room for our soccer team (telling him how many people we had). The man assured us that he did and to come on in. We arrived close to 8:30 to find the restaurant is very small and there was not enough room for all of us to sit together. We had to break into two groups which wasn't our first choice, and why we called ahead of time to see if he could accommodate us seeing we had never been to the place before. Anyway, we made do and ordered. We were bummed they didnt offer pizza slices as advertised. I was told they didnt have them after 7 pm or something like that. The pizzas came out quickly and were pretty tasty. The prices were competitive. Friendly employees. If ever in the area we might stop in again.

Nothing great and staff was rude over phone. Gave it a few chances and was pretty much a fail each time. Way to salty, go elsewhere for your pizza fix.
(2)Jonathan K.
I have two young kids that are picky eaters and they love perfect pizza. Family friendly and their lunch special great.
(5)Chris O.
I've eaten here quite a few times now and come to realize it's probably the most "meh" pizza I've ever had. I don't dislike it, but there is nothing unique or flashy about it. No pizazz. Even the steady stream of coupons isn't enough to make me crave it. Not that it's any worse than the other offerings in Wilsonville. About the best you're gonna do is Papa Murphy's in this town.
(2)Luke R.
They didn't bring my pizza I ordered for delivery. I even called and confirmed after waiting for 1.5 hours. And still no pizza!! I'm pretty sure the man I was talking to on the phone was drunk. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.
(1)Tony H.
Pizza by the slice if you prefer. They are usually flat and cool so they heat it in the oven real quick when you order. Lunch price is good but this is nothing special.
(3)Jessica R.
The two star rating is only due to the fact that when we finally got our pizza, it was good. Customer service - horrible. As a wilsonville resident, we received a coupon - buy one, get one free. I called in to order, asked for a combo and a Hawaiian. He said okay but it would be at least an hour. Not a problem. Others in the car were possibly interested in two combos instead so I asked if I could change but wanted to know what was on the combo to verify, his response "ma'am I don't have time to explain what is on every pizza we make, you'll need to go to the website and look it up." In an attempt to find out who this man was so I could report it to the manager, he responded "this is Winston, I'm the owner." Very helpful Winston and you very certainly lost multiple Wilsonville resident as we were in a large group. Had another member of our group call and order afterward. Food - decent pizza. Good crust and good flavor in the sauce. Toppings were generous. Overall - go to Bellagio's. Pizza is at least comparable (I like it better) and customer service actually exists there.

We've been ordering pizza from this establishment for the past year+. The last two times have been disappointing. Typically we order a very boring pizza-gluten free crust, cheese, sauce, and mushrooms. The GF only comes in a 12". With that said, the price is 19.99 and for that amount, my expectation is to have a reasonable amount of topping. Unfortunately, tonight's pie was significantly short on mushrooms and cheese, and whoever used the pizza cutter wasn't paying attention. That part is irrelevant. For 20.00 I expect a fair amount of toppings, especially when it's mushrooms, for goodness sake!
(2)N S.
Good pizza. Everyone at the table liked the pizza. The place could have cleaner tables. It's small inside.
(4)Don C.
I was surprised after reading the reviews and some guy called back and sounded grumpy The pizza was delicious and well made We had sausage and pepperoni And veggies The delivery man was pleasant and prompt We be there tomorrow night Again a perfect pizza thanks guys
(5)Sara C.
My husband and I bought a Groupon intending to have lunch at the Tualatin location. When we got there, there was a sign on the door saying it was under new management and closed. This is a grievance I will take up personally with Groupon for listing it as an avalible location when it wasn't even open for business. Still needing lunch and the Groupon was already purchased we drove to the Wilsonville location. There was only guy working and I was already a little peeved about the run-around, but I still wanted to give it a fair chance. We ordered and he brought our breadsticks to the table and I was really happy with them, I hadn't really expected much. The pizza followed and I personally really loved it, my husband thought the crust was too thin but I digged it. It's not the best pizza I have ever had but it was pretty good, and enough food for several meals.
(4)Jaren J.
I've read all if the reviews on here. That being said I have decided to post my own: Personally I think the owner is completely pleasant and down right fun to be around. What it comes down to is really simple... He has the best pizza in town, if you don't like the "customer service" you get from a PIZZA JOINT, then go buy that processed garbage from dominoes across the street! If your pizza doesn't come on time, don't order anymore. If your prego wife has a bad reaction to pizza, feed your prego wife a more balanced diet and stop lying about being a doctor. Want to know what's in pizza crust? Google it! Wilsonvillians are super whiny. Best pizza for 50 miles. Don't like it and have time on your hands to complain online? Go eat a carrot.

I'm originally from California, I'm not okay with pizza chains, back in California I had my favorite pizza place, hole in the wall, family owned. I moved out here and couldn't find a place that could fill the void. When I saw Perfect Pizza I was on my way to another pizza place (that I never found) and decided to give it a try not expecting much. The restaurant itself is very clean and modern. Friendly staff and family owned (which I like). And the pizza was fantastic! perfect crust, doesnt fall apart in the center, and not over greasy. The pricing is more than chain pricing but fair because you get what you pay for, real quality pizza. Coming back for sure.
(5)Gustavo A.
The service at perfect pizza Wilsonville is amazing. The owner is there helping his employees all the time, Too me that's rare and amazing to see. The pizza is good. And beats the heck out of a few pizzerias.
(4)Shaun M.
Pizza is great, menu is awesome, service is always great. I recommend the wildcat or the meat market. If you get there during lunch time, they have a great lunch deal as well. What more can I say!
(5)Yvette K.
Their pizza is very good, love the crust! although I feel like it's a bit expensive if you don't get the lunch special. The wings are not that good either. A single slice is $3.50 and not always fresh. There large is 14". God service though!

My girlfriend and I were driving from Washington to California the day before the 4th of July. Traffic was a nightmare! We needed a break and a bite to eat. So, we took an exit and googled the closest pizza place that was not a major chain. We stumbled across this little gem. In all honesty, i have eaten pizza from countless different places over the years, and I rank Perfect Pizza in the top 3 of all time for me! Some of the best pizza dough I have ever had! We liked this place so much, we planned our drive back north so we could stop at this place again for dinner on our way to Seattle. We ate outside in their patio seating while the sun went down. The owner was friendly, and actually delivering pizzas herself, which is something to admire about a business these days. The owners husband was also really cool both times we went in. He asked how our trip was and told us about his. Also, one of the cleanest pizza spots i've ever been in. They mentioned that they would be making their way up to Seattle to open a location, and we will definitely be on the lookout!
(5)Jay M.
We got a pepperoni and their Margherita pizza for take out. The pepperoni was not as fatty/greasy and had better flavor. I went back after the owner updated me from my last review that they changed their pepperoni vendor. The Margherita pizza was just ok. We usually get a Margherita from Apizza Scholls or wherever we go for wood oven or coal oven pizza. This one did not have that bite and balance of basil with the other toppings to make it simpler and flavorful pizza. I will stick more to The basics or their Wildcat pizza.
(4)Sarah R.
Eh, I'm not a fan. I went in when it wasn't busy at all. I ordered and was told that it would be 10 minutes. That's the first tip that it wasn't going to be good. The pizza was under cooked and doughy. The sauce was so so, but the toppings were generous.
(2)Amy B.
This was our second visit and it was done in a timely manner and tasted great. It was a huge improvement over our first visit and I was assured it would better. It was! This is a great pizza when serving teenagers. It's huge and the it has a thick crust making it crowd pleaser with the kids.
(4)Julie H.
Tried for the first time on Friday night. We were promised delivery in 40 minutes and it arrived in 30! Beautiful pizza with fresh, high quality ingredients. We ordered half pepperoni and half veggie, with a Caesar salad on the side. Everything was delicious! Crisp lettuce in the Caesar, and the ripe tomatoes, bright red peppers and sprinkle of feta were nice touches on the veggie. My son really liked the pepperoni, too. Our only small quibble was that the toppings were a little too heavy, which made the crust a little less than crisp in the middle. We'll stop by the restaurant for their pizza-by-the-slice deal with salad.
(4)C S.
The owner of this place is a complete asshole!! My fiancé and I had our first pizza from here last night and the crust was not original crust, it had some herbs and other stuff in it. Well needless to say we spent most of our evening in the ER last night, my 8 mo pregnant fiancé had a major allergic reaction to something on that pizza! All we ordered was our usual "cheese pizza"! I tried to call and the owner (the owner) of the store kept hanging up on me. He would not let me get a word in. All I (the doctor) wanted to know is what ingredients he puts in the crust or sauce! This man is very rude and kept informing me he was the owner and to never call back.
(1)Ann C.
Great experience with family! Had two pizzas - the Hawaiian and the wildcat! They were both great!
(5)Peter V.
Above the average pizza! Deff best pizza within 20 miles. The management is really nice too. Only downside I would say is the price. A little high for a 2 topping medium pizza, BUT their mediums are the size of most larges at other places. Deff worth trying!
(4)Beth M.
Eat before you go so you don't starve to death while you're waiting! Two pizzas took almost an hour to make. When I inquired after 40 minutes, I was told they "had just gone into the oven so it should be about 4 minutes." Longest 4 minutes ever. Oh, yeah, that's because it was 15. Then one pizza was steaming hot and the other was room temp. Gave them three stars because the pizza was delicious - just not sure I'm up for the wait in the future.
(3)Eric L.
Pizza sauce from a can?! No joke here, folks! Yes, you heard me correctly when I said pizza sauce from a can. Perfect Pizza could've at least hid the cases of pizza sauce in a can they had lying on the floor for all to see. Really? How anyone could give this pie a 4 or 5 star is beyond me? I guess they like that Hunt's pizza sauce in a can taste?! Funny stuff!! So I jumped on the Living Social deal for Perfect Pizza. It basically gives the purchaser half off so how could I pass up on pizza not from a major chain at half off? In their defense, the place is very clean and the workers are nice. Unfortunately, the pizza is VERY soggy and VERY greasy, and again, canned sauce? Wrong. Just wrong. Another pet peeve was that we ordered a large and had only eaten 3 slices because of the lack of flavor, and was taking the rest home. They only gave us tin foil to wrap a huge 18" pie?! Really, you guys can't be that cheap?! If we had a few slices I could understand, but we basically had an entire pie to-go, and to wrap in foil is not fun. Believe it or not, I will visit again to see if anything has changed. I'm all for mom/pop shops and if a non-chain pizza shop makes a good pie, I'll be there.
(2)Brian C.
Lunch Deal = Outstanding! Crust = Unbelievable! Service = First Rate! Taste = Yummy! Before 4:30 pm you can get 2 slices of pizza (good sized slices) and a fountain soda for $5. Can't beat that. The service was quick and friendly. My favorite part about the pizza was the crust. It was nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Not too chewy either. My overall expereince was perfect, I don't know why I didn't just give them a 5 star rating...
(4)Marcus C.
This is probably the best pizza I've ever had. The wings weren't anything special, but I'm not a foodie do take it for what it's worth. I got a South of the Border pizza and I really wish I could stay hungry to keep eating! Lol
(5)Richard A.
I am usually the ,"bad pizza is at least pizza" kinda guy, but I pass on this locations pies. Lackluster
(2)Shantel R.
May 30, 2013 We were on a road trip and found this place on yelp so we stopped in. It was clean and the people friendly. We had the gluten free crust pizza and it was really good. A 12" pizza, 2 drinks and one ice water came to $22. Not very expensive. I'd go back. They had a good selection of whole pizzas and by the slice options too.
(4)john A.
The wife and I went to walgreens to pickup our prescription, but they were a little behind. Pulling out of the drive-thru I saw the pizza sign, so we went to check It out. I usually don't care for New York style pizza, but it was pretty good. The crust was thin but had a little crunch to it and there was no soggy spots. My wife had the margarita and I had the pepperoni and we split the bread twist (nothing special, but yummy). I was talking to the nice man who was making the pizzas and he said they just opened a location in Tualatin next to Lee's Kitchen. My review is based off by the slice only, I'm hoping the delivery will be just as good experience.
(4)Justin N.
I've been here a handful of times. The pizza is usually very good here, but I don't think I've really enjoyed or appreciated the customer service once.
(3)Hunter D.
The best pizza in wilsonville. Locally owned business provides great customer service. If you go, you must order the Margarita Pizza.
(4)Rachelle K.
This place has amazing pizza with the best toppings! Definitely no skimping! Also, their staff is always polite and personable. The owner seems to always be around and is so friendly and funny. The place is always clean, and has games to play. I would definitely recommend this place!
(5)Laura H.
Excellent pizza! I was pleasantly surprised by the very flavorful sauce and toppings which were plentiful and delightful. Flavorful, nice crispy crust. Taco pizza was muy bueno! It seems to be a family owned place. Very nice people, very friendly and fast. The only recommendation I can make is offer a thinner crust pizza. The one on the menu isn't too thick per say but I tend to prefer a thin crust, it would be nice to have the option. I'll be back.
(4)Robert S.
Ordered one of their pies on Sunday afternoon. I truly enjoyed it. Good crust and fresh ingredients. Wish green olives were offered as a topping, but I've been to very few pizza joints on the west coast that offer green olives..... I'll be back for round two.....
(4)Courtney Y.
This place is a great establishment! Very polite and all around awesome staff with delicious pizza! The name fits the business. Defiantly would recommend them over other corporately owned pizza places. Caesar salad is very good too. I have been there several times and have tried a lot of different types of pizza and have yet to be disappointed. Fresh ingredients and fast delivery. Try it next time
(5)Gavin M.
I work close by so it is convenient, but I would go out of my way to eat here because it really is Perfect Pizza. My friends have started to make jokes that I am moonlighting because I eat here three times a week or more and usually "check-in" on Facebook. A great deal for the lunch special (all-day) too! They use quality ingredients and it has a nice atmosphere. The owner is usually behind the counter and very friendly and personable. I recommend it highly and I'll probably be there tomorrow.
(5)Beth V.
I bought this pizza for a company event. Winston made it really easy for me. Pizza, Salad, Breadsticks, Dipping Sauce and Soda. The staff loved the pizza. I'm a huge fan of the crust, it is so flavorful I'd eat it plain all day! There isn't a huge variety of pies to choose from, but what they offer they do very well at. I'll eat there again!
(4)JOSE V.
First time I've had a slice of Margherita pizza this good outside of Italy ! The rest of the pizzas are very good as well (pepperoni, Hawaiian and cheese pizza so far)
(5)Hector B.
Yum! Easy parking, and great food. We had a pizza with feta cheese and thought it was rather tasty. Will go again for sure.
(5)Carrie P.
This is a great new pizza option in Wilsonville! We did takeout for our first experience and it was delicious! I would compare it to the likes of Pizza Schmizza minus the schmizza grease. Perfect Pizza has a great sauce, with delicious crust, and the cheese was in proportion to the rest of the ingredients. We also liked that we could order by the slice! Welcome to Wilsonville and I look forward to trying more on the menu.
(4)Geoff C.
I was disappointed in this pizza considering some of the reviews given maybe an off night for them. The crust and sauce completely flavorless and crust was not coked well. I ordered a simple pepperoni with pineapple, pepperoni was not cooked seamed like it was added after cooking simple put dissatisfied.
(1)LaShanda E.
Went back for a fresh pie! It was good!
(3)Ellie T.
Had the 2 slices and a soda it was good for the money. I am a HUGE ranch with my pizza person and they had bottled ranch. Homemade Ranch makes everything that much better:)!
(4)Kelle R.
Our family is a pizza-lovin' family and they don't go in for just any pizza... connoisseurs if you will. Anyhow, they were skeptics because they absolutely did not like the pizza place that was in the same location before Perfect Pizza replaced it. The pizza is so good and so fresh; we especially like the sauce and the crust (dough) - so good you eat it all and leave none. It is a little pricier than we used to spend for pizza, but well worth the cost, especially if you don't have pizza from take-out often. It is leaps and bounds above Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc., but also is preferred hands down over other places in the area like Bellagio's. If you haven't yet, TRY IT! The owners are very friendly and seem to be hands on owner/operators - give it a neighborhood feel!
(5)Garr N.
Took family on groupon deal. This is obviously a family operation and everyone seemed to be enthusiastic and working hard to make our dining experience positive. I am a pizza snob. Although this is not a gourmet wood fired establishment I was very impressed with the pizza. The crust was great, not too much sauce, great toppings. We also had Caesar salad which was very well done and generous portion. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and will return. You have to admire a family working so hard to make a successful business.
(4)Meredith E.
I have pizza from here 3 times. I was excited to try the gluten free crust, and I have to say, it is the best I have ever had! It actually has taste and flavor, and isn't as hard as a brick. Last night I had the Margaretta pizza, and it had fresh ingredients, it was delicious! I have always called ahead and my pizza has been there waiting for me when I arrive. Excited to try their delivery, as I was told last night is free in Wilsonville.
(5)Shauna K.
We have been wanting to find a closer pizza place, so when I saw a Groupon for Perfect Pizza we bought it hoping it would be better than Flying Pie in Milwaukie. The older gentleman, who I'm assuming is the owner, was very abrupt with us while ordering and that was before I had even pulled out the Groupon. When I did hand him the Groupon he literally snatched it away from me and then with a very loud and irritated tone he told me what my balance was. We ordered a large margarita pizza and some wings. The wings were absolutely disgusting. I think they had been boiled and the sauce didn't stick to them. My 15-year-old son who is a human garbage disposal wouldn't even finish one of the wings. Even my husband who looks at every plate of food as a dollar amount wouldn't eat his second wing because they were so bad. When the older gentleman brought out our pizza he literally tossed it onto our table as he walked by, and never slowed down. It was extremely awkward. My 13-year-old daughter asked me if I pissed the guy off. As far as I know, I simply ordered a pizza at his restaurant. My husband just looked at me and kind of chuckled because it was really strange and I think we were both kind of hoping we were getting punked or something. Our pizza was...not good. I LOVE cheese but this had too much cheese or wasn't cooked properly because the cheese was coagulating and there was grease forming on the pizza. It wasn't "normal" pizza grease, it was like I microwaved some cheese and the cheese weeps a little. It was strange. The tomato and basil tasted fresh but each one of the four of us only ate one piece of pizza and then couldn't stomach to eat any more. It wasn't because we were full it was because it was a little gross. I went up to request a box to take the rest of the pizza home in and there was a woman in front of me who was ordering. When she finished then the gentleman turned around and began folding boxes, even though there were already stacks of every size already premade. He looked at me, made eye contact, I smiled, then he turned around and started shuffling items on the counter behind him. He literally was not being productive, just moving some items from one spot to another spot 3 feet away. I turned around looking at my family and just chuckled thinking, "I'm a business owner myself and there is no way in the world I would ever even dream of treating any of my clients like this." After what seemed like an eternity, and me saying "Excuse me" with no response, the gentleman finally looked towards me and irritatingly said, "Whaddya need?" As he was handing me the box he called for a young female blonde employee, whom he had been hollering at the entire time we were there, and told her to go clear our table. She came straight out and started clearing off the table while we were boxing up our leftovers. We were given one of the smallest boxes so all of our pizza was stacked up on top of each other. We were trying to get it all in this box and she was somewhat politely asking us to move away from the table so she could wash it off. There were more empty tables in the restaurant, even though there are only about 7 tables in total at this restaurant. There were no customers coming in or waiting to be seated. I don't know what the rush was for but it just seemed as if the gentleman was just on a constant power trip and wanted people to do exactly what he said when he said it. We will absolutely never return to this location and have already told a few people about our experience. I will gladly drive an extra 20 minutes and pay a bit more to eat at Flying Pie in Milwaukie.
