It's like any other white American type teriyaki restaurant. The inside isn't anything special but it works. The unlimited egg flower soup is awesome!!!! And I recommend the hot and spicy chicken. It's nice, affordable, and convenient.

My family has been here a few tines now, really enjoy it. We've learned what we like to order. I still wish the meat wasn't all over cooked, but for a quick to go meal we keep coming back. Friendly service, still love the soup while I wait!

After my first review, I had no real intentions on coming back. Well, that changed and while it took me much longer than I anticipated, I did. Why? Because the owner reached out to me via private message on Yelp and made some good points and asked that I give it another shot. I'm not looking for special attention, but I LOVE IT when an owner takes the initiative to A)read what is being written B) instead of trying to argue in public, to write me in private and bring up some good counter points without attacking me. Kudos sir, kudos. So I went back, and I'm bumping my review up one star based on him reaching out to me, and for what I felt like was a much better product than the last time. While it is a little more expensive than I would like, in fairness, it's a reasonable price for the amount of food you receive and the quickness in which you get it in. As mentioned in other reviews, the place is super clean, the counter worker was friendly and the service was fast. All in all, not a bad place and although I still prefer Rice Time, I will come back here more often.

Not bad but nothing to write home about. Good value on lunch specials. Staff was friendly. Clean modern environment.

Tasty, acceptably priced, and friendly staff. Add a convenient location, and I'm pretty pleased; it's basically what I'd expect, in a good way. My husband enjoyed it as well.

Love the Spicy Chicken. Their lunch specials are reasonably priced. I would be in trouble if they would deliver across the parking lot, since I can't leave my store unattended.
(4)Brandon P.
I have tried a lot of things in the menu. I have never been disappointed. Good portion size and the prices are very reasonable.

Our favorite teriyaki place in town, free egg noodle soup while you wait. Service is awesome! We get combination chicken and gyoza often, along with they're yakisoba

Great service, great food, and a friendly atmosphere. If you're looking for a great dinner restaurant in the Wilsonville area I highly recommend ichi teriyaki.

Service was really nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. The establishment is very clean and that is always appreciated. I ordered the chicken bowl and it was pretty good. The sauce on the chicken was a little strong but it wasn't bad. There is free egg flower soup if you eat inside and it's pretty good! Overall, it filled me up, the prices were reasonably cheap and it tasted pretty good.

Very clean. Did I mention its clean? You could literally eat off the floor. Obviously a mom and pop operation and you can tell they care because mom was on her hands and knees wiping the floor by hand. The food looked exactly like the pictures in the window and it was quite tasty. Service was great with a sweet young lady who has a beautiful smile and very pleasant voice. There was a excessive amount of steamed rice in the chicken and beef bowls though.

My wife and I tried this place for lunch when we were in Wilsonville. It was terrible. Nothing remotely Japanese about this place. The food was nothing like those nice photos in the window. not even close. Had the chicken/rib combo. Chicken was dry. Seems it was grilled before then reheated. The free soup sucks. They used frozen veggies in soup and fried rice that reminds me of school cafeteria food. Guy at the counter seem to care less if we liked the food or not. I can't see this place lasting too long. Too bad it's is decorated nice. Oh and the finishing touch was the cooks bringing the garbage bin through the dining area and out the front door. Appetizing.

Best Teriyaki! I recommend the hot&Spicy chicken.

Really good teriyaki beef! Decent prices and friendly service. We will be going back!

Second visit here, this trip hasn't been as great as the first. I ordered chicken yakisoba both times - yakisoba is one of my favorite dishes ever. First time the food was pretty great. Got a huge plate for a decent price, crap loads of chicken and veggies - all around yummy. Only criticism would be the red bell peppers. What on earth that was doing in yakisoba, I have no idea... This visit was... odd. They were busy but the gal at the counter was pleasant. When I got my dish I was a little... confused. My yakisoba was spicy. ...What? Again, red bell peppers to be picked out and... Some kind of mystery spice. Maybe cayenne sprinkled in the sauce? It has overpowered the distinct flavor that yakisoba should have. In fact overall the dish just tastes funny. And the chicken is just slightly overcooked and a hint burned. I know this place is listed as serving Korean and Japanese food, but Korean spice shouldn't make its way into a Japanese dish, if that's even what's happened here... I had to ask for napkins - they're kept behind the counter. If I'm eating in and not taking out, I want to be able to just grab a damn napkin at my leisure and not have to ask for one like we're in war time rations. Also I want to eat my yakisoba with hashi (chopsticks) without having to ask for a pair from behind the counter... btw, the egg flour soup is available on a stand, self serve style near the drink area. So, customers can be entrusted with soup rations and beverages, but not paper products. Be advised, friends. Be advised. Due to the inconsistent nature of my visits and having to beg for basics, I'm only giving 3 stars. I think this place is capable of improvement but needs some work.

Every time I come to Oregon I make a stop in Wilsonville to come here. The staff is friendly it is very clean they offer soup while you We only like white chicken breast meat and usually people skimp or they don't offer the breast. As a bonus if you check in you can get a free soda as well! Oh and the prices are good along with parking.

So here is what I like the most about I hi. It isn't the cheapest. Prices are fair but it definitely is not the cheapest. What impressed me is how flexible they are with making their dishes healthier. Teriyaki isn't the healthiest thing. But these guys are great about putting the sauce on the side, replacing white rice with brown, replacing rice in general with veggies etc. I so appreciate them being willing to make a dish healthier if requested because that can be a rare thing especially with things like teriyaki. I try to do paleo and it is often hard to go out and eat because, especially without actually looking for paleo food, almost everything feels like a cheat. However I love getting teriyaki here without much of the teriyaki sauce and vegetables, I always feel good about my meal. Thank you for allowing me to eat healthy and enjoy teriyaki:)!!

The teriyaki bowl is delicious and a very good size portion as well. I'll be back for sure
(5)Reba M.
Wonderful! Great service. And the food came quickly hot off the grill. We don't live around here but it's near I5 so we will be stopping in again sometime.
(4)Morgan S.
Both my boyfriend and I went there last and we both got food poisoning. I would not recommend it. The chicken wasn't that great either.

Whether you want a quick rice bowl or a full meal, this place has it all at reasonable prices. They even throw in free egg flower soup while you await your order. Place is clean and nicely furnished. Service very friendly.

The location of this place was close to my home and I went in yesterday around 5pm. I ordered the chicken teriyaki for $7.75 and paid an extra $1 for brown rice. The food was ready in 3-4 mins which-as terrible as this sounds- seemed a little too quick. Obviously who doesn't like fast service but i like to know my chicken is cooked after I order it. 3-4 mins makes me wonder how long ago the chicken was cooked. The salad was served in a separate container which I liked and it was a good size. The chicken wasn't good at all. I only had a few bites before giving up bc every bite was disappointing. Chicken was dry and didn't taste right. I did eat the brown rice which was alright but I needed to put sauce on to enjoy. Overall I'm not planning to go back. Perhaps other items on the menu are good but if you can't get chicken teriyaki right... I don't have much faith in anything else.

My family and I live in West Linn. This is one of our favorites places. The service is wonderful and friendly and helpful for new comers. They always have a smile and fast and effeicent. The place is always clean. As a chef I love how everything is made to order its taste fresh. I enjoy this place a lot.
(5)Carla L.
It is good food at a very fair price. Very clean and wonderful service ..will continue to return for more .

Dropped by to grab a couple of lunches to go. Place was very clean and the young lady behind the counter was pleasant. When I placed my order I could see into the kitchen and several people were cooking. Always a good sign in an Asian restaurant as Asian food is meant to eaten fresh. Ordered the spicy chicken to go. Order was ready very quickly. Food tasted fresh and chicken was tender with just the right amount of heat. For $6.50 I thought it was very reasonable. Didn't bother with the salad that came with it as the portion was good enough to fill me up. Will try their chicken teriyaki next time.
(3)Cat U.
Good, inexpensive food. Lots of choices and everything I have tried was good. Lots of fresh vegetables and the chicken tastes fresh and is tender. For a fast, inexpensive meal of tasty food this is a good choice.
(4)Ben B.
Great food, variety and portions. Spicy chicken teriyaki and some gyoza makes for a party in the mouth :)
(4)Ed L.
The food tastes fine. The problem is, I have experienced extreme intestinal distress the last two visits. It isn't coincidence. I will not be going back here unless I want to spend yet another night twisted like a pretzel in pain on the toilet. Whatever it is you're doing, you're doing it wrong.
(1)Kelsey B.
Beef yakisoba was less than ok. The beef was more fat than beef, the veggies were bleh. For the price was expecting a bit more. The portion in a whole was large but it consisted of rice and noodles. Pretty disappointing.
(2)Jerry K.
We were told this was better than panda and drove further to get here, wow what a bad choice. Chicken was fried too tough, the beef was alot more tender and the white rice tasted stale and old. The teriyaki sauce tasted like chalk, the service was great.
(1)Mary K.
The egg flower soup is the best we have ever had. Large portions and good price, too.
(5)Juli H.
I've had the chicken and veggie yakisoba and the teriyaki chicken. I think they all should include more veggies and less chicken. Price is too expensive for lunch $7.75, but the food is really good and they have large portions so it is always enough for me to eat 2 lunches so I rationalize the price by knowing that I will get two meals out of one lunch.
(4)Molly B.
Worst food ever! Yakisoba, Kung-poa, fried rice. Was all horrible. They use frozen vegis in the fried rice. I threw my dinner away. Worst experience in food ever. I will never go back. I will say the counter lady was great but the cooks did not follow the order on the paper. I ordered very spicy and I got very sweet! I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody :("
