Was visiting a buddy on the Alsea and ventured in to watch the Duck's game. Good sports bar scene with multiple TVs. Friendly barmaid. Met some cool locals-had some good beers. Karaoke playing while game still on, could've done without squealing singers, but made place entertaining.

Stop for dinner one evening. Wifey had prime rib. The meat was so tough and stringy you could nor eat it. Although the waitress took off 10 bucks for the bad food the whole experience was below par would never return there. People were smoking on the outside patio. Doors were left open, smoke was coming into the dinning area, which added to the unpleasant experience.

Had lunch here yesterday, first and last time!!! Waited 1/2 hour for salad, then the waiter served my husband's dinner and not mine. When asked where mine was, he mumbled something?? 15 minutes later he presented us with the bill, and I asked him again where is my steak, he said what steak!!! Salad was good, My husbands Oysters and fries, terrible. BEWARE!!!

Warm and friendly bar. Food is good and the beer cold and refreshing.

Here on an Wednesday afternoon. Had a cup of soup and salad...all good. Marina the bartender/waitress was attentive and poured a good drink. Clean place. Large and old school bar look. Don't know how evenings are, but our afternoon was great. Will try more menu items next time.

Went here for a beer one evening since I am a local. Has a typical 'dive bar' atmosphere, but the service was very friendly and fast. However, there was a group of drunk locals taking to each other across the bar so loudly we couldn't even hear ourselves. We left after one beer even though we wanted to stay. Not a place for a relaxing after-work drink, but if you like the rowdy locals bar scene, this is what you'll get.

Locals dive with redneck mentality and drama (at least when we were there).

Had the halibut fish and chips here. The halibut was a bit over cooked. Fries are great. The bartender was also the waitress which is obviously going to be a problem if they are busy. I would go there again.

This place makes fabo pancakes! If you go during 4th of July, they make strawberry and blueberry ones..rock on! It's dark with heavy furniture, kind like you are back in the 70's. Alas, the food and strong drinks are worth it!

What you want in a beach tavern. A locals place with good broasted chicken, burgers and fish and chips. The choices at the salad bar haven't changed since the 50s. Good beer choices, but the wine is only bulk wine served by the glass or carafe. They usually will allow BYOB wine.

Too scary to go in. Last monday 4/09, drunks hanging out front waving to passersby. Even my date said no way when he looked over at the parking lot.
