I'm new to Jack in the Box. We didn't have them in the south. I'm still trying to figure out what's good here. I haven't strayed far from the burgers, mainly because they make a solid burger. And their tacos are fantastic as well. This location gets a 4 because of the awkward location. Shouldn't blame the twists and turns it takes to get in there on the restaurant, but I am. But if you can get there, by all means eat there.

This location was recently completely remodeled. I didn't think they needed it when I saw they were starting but I have to admit it classed the place up a little. Gone was the nonsensical layout of chairs and tables and booths. In came just tables. Out went the blue motif and in came earth tones. Nice touch, Jack!

Yeah. Two whole stars is probably a little high. Even if you ignore the evil design of the parking lot/drive-through (you better be in a tiny car or on a bicycle) and even if you don't need to use their questionable restroom.... Our food was not hot. Not even when she handed us the bag of food from the window. And since the saving grace for most burgers/fries/tacos etc is the steamy freshness -- serving them already luke-warm is the kiss of death.

4 separate orders in our party - the only order that was correct was the order of curly fries. When the mistakes was pointed out they acted irritated and inconvenienced. Never once apologized. Fries were cold and old. Jack should spend some time here. Terrible service

The night crew here is extremely unprofessional. They are screaming and running around, and screwing up every order. On top of that, their attitudes suck!

Yuck, it was so bland. I don't know how people can eat this food. The only way to down it is by drowning it in ketchup. Which is just high-fructose corn syrup... it's a sad world eating this "stuff"
