This is a disappointing review. I ordered some wings to go, 5 spicy garlic and 5 lemon pepper traditional wings. And a a side of fries. The wings weren't hot being that I ordered them to go which is good, but they were extra dry as if they'd been siting all day. Flavor was good but the food tasted old. The best part of my meal was my beer. A little quality can go a long way guys. - Andrew.

Here goes, Service. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Did I mention service was TERRIBLE. My boyfriend and I. Party of two went there on a Thursday night, late, it was super slow. We walk in and the two people at the front, avoid us, and walk right past us. Ok, sure you're a waitress-I got it. Then, the hostess and another guy see us, make eye contact and scurry in the back. Ok, fine. We get sat down at a dirty table, our waitress avoids us and we wait over an HOUR for two sets of small boneless wings. I was more than a hangry B-word after this experience.

Happy hour pulled pork sandwich absolutely sucked! Tasted like gas station food. Complete disappoint. $5 for a stomach ache. Meat was way too dry. Bun was old (stale) The food servers don't know what it means to assist a Co server. I waited forever to place my order and had to ask the manager I was ready. Then the original server showed an attitude. PLEASE DO NOT SEAT A COUPLE WITH NO KIDS NEXT TO A HUGE FAMILY WITH KIDS. NOT COOL.

I have been here before because I wanted to try the fried pickles and then another time which I ate so much food I hurt so when we came here I was excited and ready to try something new from here..we ordered fries and got then with cheese and a side of queso well the portion size for a 6$ item was a total joke the cheese was barely there and the queso side was old and not edible...I got the steak wrap and it was disgusting I didn't even finish it I am honestly writing this and feel my stomach beginning to roll from all the grease...and I know its a place that serves food that's supposed to be greasy....but its dirty grease that's not been changed for ages...its seriously sick. I will never eat here again...I need to go take something to make my stomach feel better :-(

I actually had great service. My server was Tessa and Heidi and they were great. There was a guy server that was working that I had my eye on. I unfortunately did not get or see his name. He had no expression in his face, no expression when he walks, and as he was serving his customers while he was eating carrots! EATING CARROTS!!!! I was very disgusted and wanted out of there!!!

Elise was our server this evening and never missed a beat! Was attentive but also gave enough time to make our decisions when ordering. Our food came out within 15 min from ordering and it was cooked to perfection. We are from California and Oregon Bww hit the spot!!

Value 2 stars. Overall experience 3.5 This is one of the smaller BWW's I have been to. Not my favorite of their locations. I still believe they have some adusting to do. When I order wings, I would rather have a wing count rather than a "small, medium, large" option. The place was full though, so I am sure that as much as it bothers people, it wont hurt the biz. Prices are a little high for what it is.

Hooters knock off with covered up girls. Basically deep fry and they want you to spend most of your money on liquor. Gave you a thing to play their games

We were seated promptly which is always a plus. The seats were too close to each other which I didn't like. The back of my mom's chair was literally touching the table behind her. The service was ok. I didn't realize they had a limited sauce on the menu which would have been nice to know. The waitress did an ok job refilling our drinks, but she didn't bring out wet towelettes with our meal. It was pretty crazy today with the Oregon Ducks vs Oregon Beavers game being on... so I can understand it being hectic.

Not a big fan of listening to gossiping, how much money in tips they made and other shift issues. Little more professionalism would be appreciated and put your phone away when you working.

If your looking for sports and wings, come here! Buffalo Wild Wings has huge TVs to watch every game with delicious wings. All the wings are great, but my personal favorite have to be the Asian zing. They have the perfect amount of sweetness and a bit spicy. Though, I just went here tonight and our waitress wasn't the best, but the wings were great! Can't wait to come back again!

Went here with a couple of friends at 10:30. We saw there 10 appts for $3 deal and so we jumped on it. Everything we ordered was fantastic! Cooked great, and it tasted DELICIOUS! Also, we order a small of the boneless wings with the honey bbq sauce and it was wonderful! I will 100% be going back.

Consistent service, consistent food, can't ask for much more. I realize it's a chain in Portland but what the hell.. good wings and lots of beers on tap, AND tons of sports can never be a bad thing! Will continue to come here as long as they keep doing what they're doing.

I used to enjoy this place...until yesterday when I was not only served boneless wings and veggies, but also a real hefty serving of food poisoning to go along with it. I've been in bed (stomach permitting) for almost 24 hours and have lost 3.5lbs (for that I gave not one but two stars and thank you). But I will not be returning.

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings food. Good, not great, not bad. Service always seems a little slow here, but this location also always seems to be insanely packed. I have never been here when the line isn't out the door. I've had drink and food orders get lost or be forgotten many times, so don't always assume that because someone took your order that it is just slow coming, it may never arrive. Prices for BWW locations have been on the rise as of late, so keep that in mind if it has been awhile since you've been.

Food is good here not great 60 cent boneless and large beer list draft keep me coming back service is ok.....Till tonight Rachel is the best. Was seated not less a minute she came over checked on me quite a bit beer was never empty. Lots of cute ladies here shes one of them but a great server too. Should be.proud. Rachel your the best.

Went in on a Sunday early evening. Place was pretty empty. I'd estimate about 30% of the tables were filled. Service was okay. The usual apathetic attitude who would get sidetracked in coworker conversation while we were waiting for napkins. Food took 40 minutes or so. All we ordered was a small order of wings. The one by the airport was busier and had them out in 10, if that. Having said that, the wings were good. Hot and crispy. -5 for time from order to food on table -2 for server +3 for food

Wow horrible service at this location this last Saturday night! Didn't even get as much as a sorry when our order was messed up or when they double charged both myself and my friends that were joining us. CHECK YOUR BILL HERE ON BUSY NIGHTS! Drinks were all empty for so long, didn't ask for refills but wasn't offered any either. Girlfriend ordered a margarita on the rocks, server didn't ask salt or no salt on the rim. Just assumed it would come with salt, well when we asked nicely if it would be to much trouble to bring it back and salt the rim the server was awful and just grabbed drink and left with a bad attitude. We have been customers at this location since it opened and have generally had good service but this was really bad, gave them opportunity to make it right but it was they didn't care at all.

The service at this location is horrible. I've given it several chances, but it always takes about ten minutes to be seated, and then the servers seem to forget you exist while standing in little groups and talking to one another. The very first time I came here, the server brought the wrong drinks to our table, realized it about five minutes later, after we had been drinking them, and took them away. The food? Pretty damn good, but it hardly makes up for the lousy wait staff in the front section. The bar area is a lot better.

Yikes, I never thought this would happen, but I found a BDubs That doesn't make good drinks. Our server Sadat was great but my drink tasted like total powder. Like the stuff they used to make protein drinks. And if that is what they used, it does not taste like strawberry mango, not even a little bit. Food though is always good.

Never been to a buffalo wild wings before and thought since we are in the neighborhood why not check this place out, as far as sports bar go the place was pretty quiet as It was during an early saturday afternoon, and not too many people were in here which I kinda liked. The service was prompt but the food was a real let down! The basket of fries we had ordered for an appetizer were only slightly warm and to be honest $4.99 for a basket of fries seems overpriced especially when they taste like McDonald's fries and yet you only get as much fries as regular McDonald's fries, Totally a rip off and well not worth the money! The Asian zing chicken salad was inedible because the amount of spicy sauce they had marinated the chicken in, we had a couple of little bites of it and our whole mouth was burning. We don't mind spicy food but we had no idea how overpowering the spices in this dish really were, especially when the menu doesn't explain how spicy the Asian zing chicken salad really is either, yes it says zing in the title but not mouth burning and stomach hurting chicken salad! Thankfully Alex the server gave us an endless supply of water to try and stop the burning sensation. After nearly burning our tastebuds off with the asian zing salad, I tried the nacho supreme with chicken that I'd ordered and it looked nice when brought out and placed in front of me but the menu didn't explain that it had ground beef in the recipe - we don't eat red meat so of course we couldn't even eat the nachos supreme either. I asked the server about the nachos having ground beef in the dish and she said, yes they use ground beef but it's listed in the menu as chilie? Chilie could have meant the pepper for all I know. Whoever made the menus need to be more specific and spend more time writing out the ingredients for the items on the menu and perhaps they can use a spice rating for some of the dishes. We left dissatisfied and still feeling hungry. Maybe it's just this location the food isn't very good - but either way we won't be coming back to a buffalo burning rings anytime soon and to be honest I wouldn't even give the food we tried today to a homeless person!

Good place to watch sports for a hour or so at a time. The food is pretty sports bar typical, I've had some decent burgers, etc, Prices are a bit steeper than I feel appropriate, but I get it. The service has has been pretty good, never had an issue there. I will say, avoid the salsa that comes with the chips, it's atrociously bland and cheap. If you are going to watch a specific event (big game, fight, etc), you want to get there early because it fills up fast. Going back to the first sentence, Buffalo Wild Wings furniture in the bar is perfectly crafted to be comfortable for about 45 mins or so, after which it starts to feel like torture. I'm sure this was planned out to keep traffic flowing, which makes sense, but does make for a less than pleasant experience after a hour or so.

Buffalo wild wings is one of my favorite places to eat. I am practically addicted to their queso, plus the wings are consistently good. For queso, about 20 wings and a couple drinks a tasty dinner is about $35 plus tip. You know where to find me come football season.

I love Bdubs! Garlic spicy or hot is the best for me! Great place to watch football and eat some wings with a great bar to wash it all down! Burgers are just okay, but the wings are delish!

I have been here before. I am meeting with friends for a UFC fight. It is Loud but that is to be expected for a fight night. The food is good, they do the wings right. There is a good choice of beers. The burgers are good but nothing too write home about. The service is outstanding! Especially if you are a guy.

Entree price: $7 Notes: go durning lunch, not as busy Should you go: not a must go Buffalo Wild Wings is a pretty good chain in that it keeps it's food consistently pretty good. I have only gone during lunch and haven't experienced the terrible service and long wait times in other reviews. Our waitress was extremely attentive and had more water at our table before our glasses were half emptied. The food was pretty good, nothing to write home about but if you are looking for a sports bar with every game imaginable where you can drink some beer and eat some pretty good wings then Buffalo Wild Wings is for you.

I'm a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings weather i am getting an order to go or eating in the restaurant. The food is always good quality and the service is usually the same. The only thing that keeps this from a 5 star is that it can take a while to get your food sometimes and it's hard to find your server when you need him/her. Besides that i'm a regular here for the lunch hours and will continue to be.

I like wings every once in a while. These were much bigger than the ones you find in the grocery store. The sauces are good, just too many to pick from. I made the mistake of ordering too much though. 10 wings along with a few other menu items would be more than plenty. Service was good and the waitress was courteous.

Advice from experience. Don't order a burger and fries from a place that specializes in chicken! Duh! Burger was cold on a non toasted bun. The fries were even colder and just a few on the plate. My wife had a great meal, some sort of flat bread concoction. The wait staff, hostess, were great!! I will go back and order chicken, take burgers off the menu!!

Horrible service! Dry, cold food.. They forgot the fries that come with my meal, they totally forgot to bring out 2 of my friends meals, and never did they once ask if I needed a refill on my soda! I will never come to this place again.. It's a shame, because I had a great experience at the one downtown Portland. The day that me and my friends were there, they weren't even that busy, and they had PLENTY of staff working.. The manager working at the time was not even a help. I respect waiters, and waitresses, and am by no means a bad customer when it comes to tipping, and going out to eat.. If I was like most people, I wouldn't have left them a dime.. But because I have been a waitress in the past, I know how hard of a job that can be.. So I left 2 dollars which is the worst tip i've ever left.

In for lunch in the bar area. Not many folks in as it was less then half full. was able to order right away and our appetizer was out just as others around us were ordering as we sat their waiting for our food those others were served and had started getting ready to leave. Took over 50 min for manager to come out and give a poor excuse as to why we should stay and wait another 20 more min for our food. Poor management and service. Will not go back to this location

I love BWW, but this location is the worst one I've been to. First off, I felt like it was super dirty. The staff is okay, but every time I've gone to this one, I've waited forever to be even greeted once I sat at the table. Second, the wings don't even have much sauce on them. One side is covered and the other is completely bare and unsauced. Very frustrating. A few times, I've found the glasses are dirty and there's always something floating in my water. Yuck. I've been to this location because it's conveniently close to my house but I would rather travel the 10 more miles to the next one for better service/food.

My first trip there, I ordered 3 different flavors of wings, and was asked if I wanted them boneless, or with bones. Thinking they would be easier to eat, I asked for boneless. What I wasn't told is that boneless are nothing more than glorified chicken McNuggets with three times the amount of bread. They were absolutely terrible. I may try one more time to eat there with bone-in chicken wings just to see if they taste better (the sauces did taste good). What a wasted time out for dinner though. Nice atmosphere if you like watching sports though!
(2)
Brian J.
I eat there frequently, but I always do takeout. The place is always packed for dinner, and the noise level is ear-shattering. In any case, their chicken salads are excellent, although it continues to confound me how when I order my salad, right off their menu, I initially get blank stares from the servers (like they've never heard of such a thing, even though it is featured prominently on their menu). I also like their boneless wings.

45 min for two order of wings is unacceptable. Especially on a Tuesday night. There are plenty of other places that serve wings. I suggest going to one of them.

So I used to really enjoy this place, they have a heavy abundance of tv's to watch sports on and the wing's are pretty decent. I know they have some midweek specials and I'm generally not one to complain about price, but man oh man! My favorite meal to order is the half traditional and half boneless combo meal, well it's a whopping $16.49. O_o yeah guess I'm just gonna have to get my wing fix somewhere else (Fire on the Mountain maybe?)
(2)
Jeremy J.
This place is all about expectations. The food is not gourmet but it has a lot going for it. Lots of different wing sauces, of which the Jammin Jalepeno is my favorite. Plenty of TVs to watch 'the game' on. Servers are always friendly (and generally cute). There are a decent amount of choices even if you don't like wings, like the Asian Zing chicken salad for those of you healthier people and you still get to enjoy a delicious sauce. Plenty of beers on tap although I routinely order a beer and find that their menu is wrong and they don't have it (this has happened 3 times). Essentially this is your run of the mill greasy American food place with above average flavor variety and good atmosphere for a sports bar. I always end up going back.

You need to remind yourself of things with a Mantra sometimes and when I'm writing a review for Yelp and it's a place like Buffalo Wild Wings I tell myself, "It's a chain." No, it's not Fire On The Mountain, they aren't trying to be, they are pushing wings, sides and beer as fast as they can to as many people as they can. You know what? They do it damn well. I've been here several times and they impress me every time beyond my expectations (which are that of a chain). How hard would you have to work to screw up buffalo wings? In my view two things can make them bad, small wings with little meat and a bad sauce. Buffalo Wild Wings has large, meaty wings and while they aren't too imaginative, they have some tasty damn sauces. As good as Fire On The Mountain? Probably not, but I don't work near that place, I don't live near that place and when I want wings this place has what I want. When I want Fire On The Mountain, I go there. Yes, sometimes the volume is a little too loud and occasionally you get a server that just doesn't care or wants to be somewhere else, that can happen anywhere. Luckily, a little less here than other BWW's in the area. It's nice to be able to detach from the office, enter a sports heavy environment and just get lost looking from screen to screen from football to basketball to motocross to soccer to trivia. If Sadat is my server, then things get even better; Sadat is the man, he makes sure I have a bone basket and lots of celery (or he mixes celery and carrot which some servers won't do) and napkins and most important of all, he makes sure my iced tea never hits bottom and that I always have Splenda. Ask for Sadat, eschew the bleach blonde servers and realize what BWW can be. I love the mild sauce, the teriyaki, the garlic parmesan and the spicy garlic sauces. Loads of flavor and very satisfying. Skip the fries and go with the potato wedges instead if you are so inclined. And finally leave specialty pre-conception at the door, this is a chain that does it's job pretty well, go with it and enjoy the ride.

Went to happy hour here on a Friday. It was pretty busy, but we got a table and were served promptly. Three of us ordered the Pulled Pork sandwich, and all three were cold. The fries that came with the meal were on the cold side, too. The side salads were pretty standard, but more than a few pieces of the lettuce were brown. This was the second time I have eaten there, and I wasn't impressed. I gave them a star, because they are good about doing fund raisers for the community. It's a chain, so if you want to watch a game and aren't picky about your meal, it will be fine.

For a chain restaurant they have decent food. I have always enjoyed their selection of sauces and it's a good place to go for some fried treats. On my most recent trip to the Tualatin location I showed up on a slow Saturday afternoon. The waitress was slow to take our orders, slow to bring our food or any extra sauce we asked for, and in quite a hurry to take our plates before we were done. This seemed to be so that she could make room for a table of men she could flirt with. Her long acrylic unsanitary nails were pretty gross too. But the most annoying part was when one of our plates was wrong and the corrected plate was not brought to our table until everyone else had finished their meal. The waitress did not come by to apologize nor did she realize we were missing a plate until I told her we were still waiting. I normally enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings but this experience will probably keep me from going to this location.

BWW doesn't seem to want customers over 50!! A friend and I stopped in for a beer and to watch the game for a while. The place was nearly empty when we went into the bar. We sat at a table for over 10 minutes and couldn't get anyone to serve us. A young couple walked in---right past our table---and sat one table away from us. The bartender nearly killed herself getting to their table to serve them. Well, off to Wankers Corner we went where the server was really happy to serve us and I think was happy with the $10 tip she got too. I may be getting a little older but I still value a little customer service and will always reward it. None of us deserves this kind of treatment.

Wings! And beer! And sports! Do I care that this place is a chain? Nope! Couldn't care less. Good for them. They are still in business and actually expanding, so they're doing something right. They picked a great location in an area that needed a place like this (re: I needed a place like this, I can ride my bike and there's a Tri-Met station across the street), and I have another place to watch the games with multiple screens. (I'll report back on this aspect once NFL starts and see how crazy it gets. ) Beer! I went in expecting Bud, Coors, maybe Mirror Pond if I was lucky and was surprised to find they had a great taplist including a lot of local beers like 10 Barrel. Whoever is buying the beer for this location knows what they are doing! Huge variety of wings and sauces, I like the Mango Habanero sauce! 6 traditional wings run around $5, boneless are $7 and so on, obviously the more you order, the lower the price is per wing. On Tuesdays they do $.55 traditional wings and Thursdays they do $.65 boneless wings. If you don't like wings, there's plenty of burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc. On our last visit we enjoyed the southwest bites which were a little concoction of tortillas, queso, chicken, jalapenos, black beans and corn, with their spicy ranch sauce for dipping. We also liked their quesadilla, but it was pretty basic, so don't get your hopes up for anything spectacular with this item. For a place that had only been open a month I was prepared for some kinks in the service, but our food came out quickly and our server kept on top of our large group and kept track of all our beers, which was pretty much a Herculean effort given that we were REALLY enjoying that taplist. I'm definitely going to be back, my mission this year will be to ride my bike there for each visit, try all the wing/sauce combos until we find one that the boyfriend will like, enjoy that fabulous taplist, catch all the Colts games and win my fantasy football league for the second year in a row. A girl's gotta have goals right?

I am a big fan of B dub dub, and the key to enjoying your experience is knowing when to go. We only go on Tuesdays and Thursdays, why? Because Tuesday they have 45 cent wings and Thursday they have 55 cent boneless wings. If you don't want wings, I don't know why you would even eat here. I have never ordered anything else on the menu except for wings and various side items, but I imagine they don't make anything nearly as spectacular as those hot little sauce drenched wings. My enjoyment of said wings is amplified from knowing we can get 18 wings for just under $10. My husband loves the Caribbean jerk, while I find the Asian zing to be my wing a ling soul mate. They have a pretty solid happy hour too. Love the pretzels which are big and warm and have an amazing cheese sauce to dunk them in. If you can, eat in the bar because the big screens are always showing various games from various sports and you won't have to endure any screaming children. We have always gotten excellent service in there too. On more than one occasion I stopped in for lunch and been in and out in less than 30 minutes. All in all, BWW is by far our favorite sports bar in the area and I assume we will continue to frequent here for many years to come.

Well-Traveled I.
It's a chain, get over it. I'm not a big fan of chains, but I like BWW. It's not Fire on the Mountain, but that's like comparing apples to oranges. Went to this location last Friday and was seated promptly - because we specifically asked for bar seating knowing we would have to wait otherwise (for the dining room). Lots of TVs, so you can definitely watch your game of choice. Ordered the pepper jack steak wrap; the Viking ordered wings and tacos. We both agreed our food was tasty; I love the sauce they put on the pepper jack steak wrap and they really pack the wraps, so you have lunch if you want (or a really hearty dinner). The chips are good, but I wish I'd opted for fries. Service was good. All in all, I like this chain - and that's saying a lot from someone who doesn't care for them. Prices are reasonable; portions are good; and, overall, a good sports bar.

Very disappointed in the past two visits I was there. Tonight topped it off. It wasn't extremely busy when u arrived. I ordered a beer, I got that in a timely manner. Then I was trying to get the attention of the waitress for 20 minutes straight. Finally she came back to me for me to take my order. I ordered my wings. Then she walked off taking my order as if I was done, and could care less if I had any questions. I wanted to reassure that she heard me correctly. At this time I only had maybe a quarter of my tall glass beer. I paid for mybeer that i barely had anyof and left. The probability of me returning to this location is slim to none. 11/14/13

Service is sooo terrible. I order two types of wings EVERY time i go. Honey BBQ and hot BBQ. I've had a different server each time... I always point to exactly what I want AND repeat myself. However, despite that, the servers have failed to bring me the right wings the last 4 times I've been in there. The waitress we had the last time was looking at the tv while I was ordering. We had to get up and ask someone to refill our waters and get more drinks. Being a server myself, I completely understand that when it gets busy it's hard to meet every table's needs... however, the last 2 times I've been in, there has literally only been 5 or 6 tables in the entire restaurant. Sometimes there is just no excuse for bad service besides that the server is not doing their job.

The usual BWW with a well priced happy hour and late hour menu. The thing that makes this BWW stand out is the service. The employees (one gal in particular) are very cheerful and happy. They remembered me and seemed happy that I had returned. Made a lonely boy happy inside.

We eat lunch and dinner here and we've never been dissatisfied with the service or the food quality. Of course, this is not gourmet food nor is it priced like it is; just good honest bar food that consistently meets expectations. How can you go wrong in a large room filled with big and huge TV showing sports nonstop. Go and have fun!

Exceptional service. My buddy and I usually sit at the bar and the bar tenders know us after one visit and asked us if we wanted the same drink and what 50 wings we wanted. Cool to have servers that pay that close attention. I didn't think we were memorable at all the first time. Food tastes great, their new flavors are worth a try. I love Parmesan garlic and a few others. The traditional wings always taste better then the boneless.

We went for happy hour and showed up about 4 minutes early, we had to wait 4 minutes to place out happy hour order. The Corona-Rita was good, food was sub par. On waitress informed us an hour into our stay that she was leaving and wanted us to cash out..... Brought us out check and took it...... Didn't offer to transfer it, we felt as if we could not order more and that we should leave. RUDE. I will not go back.

We came in to Buffalo Wild Wings as a group from work during the lunch hour, and since our office is only about 5 minutes away, we figured we'd have plenty of time to eat and get back into the office. Our orders were taken, but 50 minutes later there were still no plates out. Several people had to leave with their food in boxes because they had to clock back into work. The manager was very apologetic and made amends, but an hour on a day that wasn't even all that busy? Definitely not a fan. The food was very "eh." Decent, but overpriced, which has been my general experience with other locations of BWW. If you're not going to go on cheap wing night, where you can get wings for a decent price (which are quite delicious), skip it.

Tried this location a few weeks ago for a Blazer game. It gets really crowded because it is a very small example of BWWs. They have a very good beer selection and the food is good. We had good service the night we went. We were hoping for a good happy hour menu. While it wasn't bad (the sliders were really good) it didn't have a single chicken item on it. Thought that was kind of funny for a wing place. There weren't even chicken strips on it. They must want to force you to buy it at full price off of the regular menu. Oh well. The sliders and beer were enough for me. Would have rated it higher if it hadn't of been so cramped and the "HR chicken issue".

Party of four ordered wings at 1:00 PM. Another friend joined us at 1:20 PM and server took his order for wings. He received his wings at 1:35. Still no wings for the original four. We asked, "Why?" Server said after we ordered about 50 people came in and ordered and our order got lost or "something." WTF. As we were leaving the table at 1:45 our order finally came. We said, "We don't have time to eat it now," and walked out. FAIL

We just moved here from the East coast and needed a good sports bar to watch the Redskins on Monday Night Football. We decided on BDubs since it was always a good go-to back home and we haven't found "our" sports bar here yet. I think we found it! We typically don't go for chain restaurants, but the Tualatin Buffalo Wild Wings is fabulous!!! The happy hour rocks (would be great if it lasted a little longer) and the QB1 game (guessing the plays - winner of each quarter gets a gift certificate) is really fun. Our waitress (Danika) was super cute and amazing, handling a ton of tables at once while still making us feel like we were her only customers. We will definitely be back wearing our Red and Gold!

First time experiences are what make or break a business. Although I have a friend who works at BWW, if she hadn't been there, Im 100% positive that the service would have been just as great! FOOD: Great. Lots of choices and lots of flavors. DRINKS: Excellent. Many cocktails to choose from and for the happy hour menu....STILL THE SAME GREAT COCKTAILS for half the price! MUSIC: Fantastic! There's nothing worse than going somewhere that plays elevator music or music in another language you don't understand. The music at BWW played all the hits, from rock to alternative, from the 70's to today. SERVICE: Spectacular! Always a smile on their faces, and even after going out for a brief (and well deserved) smoke break...we were greeted with, "Good to see you back again!" OVERALL FABULOUS PLACE TO DINE, CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN :) (wish they had outdoor seating though)

Much better than I expected. I assumed it would be a cheesy chain type "party" restaurant. What I got was a nice family sports bar feel. Their tap menu was surprisingly good with lots of NW micro brews on tap. We had to wait a while for them to seat our party of 10, but they apologized and even brought a round of appetizers on the house. FWIW, they lie about the "Hot" sauce. It's not a garden variety "Franks" type sauce. It must be a spawn of Frank and the devil. Wings 1-4 tasted great, then BAMM! Eyes started watering and I was losing my taste buds. I managed to get 15 into my 18, so I call it a success. I don't think I'd drive out of my way for this, but if it's nearby I'd definertly go again. They also do All you can Eat nights.

I've been here a few times and the food is not very consistent. This is a good place to order happy hour food AND bring your kids. For $3 on the happy hour menu you get 2 cheeseburger slammers and fries. You can't beat that. They always seem to give good service, but 1 out of about 3 times we've been there the food was a little below average. The food wasn't as hot and not as fresh as it usually tastes. But, hey, for the $3 price tag on food you can't go wrong. Finally a restaurant where you can bring your kids in and everyone can order off of the happy hour menu.

Came here with my friends a few days ago for my birthday/Christmas get together, and here I thought I was going to get this amazing hamburger at this oh so awesome sports bar restaurant. Um, not so much. I'm always trying to find a place with awesome burgers, besides Red Robin, and my beloved Chilies (R.I.P), and my husband and I (who has the same taste in flavorful food) both ordered the black and blue burger, thinking that we were going to get what the description had described it as being, which was a hamburger with blue cheese on it. Wrong on so many levels. We got a regular hamburger with a light spread of blue cheese DRESSING, NOT BLUE CHEESE CRUMBLES. We paid $9 for a regular hamburger with some stupid dressing on top. The regular hamburger was maybe $6 or so, and to add the dressing would have cost an extra $1 at the most. So we over paid, for nothing. My husband and I LOVE our blue cheese. Nothing on this burger was good. The way they made it and everything. So blah! And not only that, but when they gave the burger to me, and I went to put the top on it, the top bun was COLD! And as I was watching them serve my friends, my one friend ordered a hamburger with cheese on it, and the cheese wasn't even melted!!! It was still a whole slice, hardly touched with heat! I couldn't believe it. I almost wanted to take it and ask them to take it back and serve her the meal she ordered, but with all of the distractions of everyone being there and my son in the corner of my eye, I decided to let it go. I do have to say though, that the mozzarella sticks here are DIVINE. They are probably the best mozzarella sticks I have ever had, and the place who won that title, was Applebees, across the street. You bit into these sticks and you literately had to cut the cheese as you pulled it arms length away. There was so much elasticity to them, it was absolute heaven. And to have gotten them on happy hour, made them even better!!! Not going to come back here again, for anything else but the mozzarella sticks.

I remember the days at BW3. Supposedly the place became "Buffalo Wild Wings" chain. Suprised by the awesome service we received there. Food came out very quickly despite the place was packed. The staff was always smiling and even the manager stopped by and asked if we needed anything. They did have a good beer list. With a tall glass of IPA and some decent hot wings, I was a happy camper. Try the Asian Zing sauce. It was my favorite. The "wind" hot sauce which was the 2nd in pain scale was not that hot.

This is our Tuesday night spot... It dose get busy, so service may be a bit slow. the wings, soft pretzel & beer make it worth the little wait.

The wings here are great. So many sauces to choose from! My favorites are the honey BBQ, Thai Curry, and the Jalapeño. Boneless or bone-in, you can't go wrong. Basically, you know what to expect. It's exactly that. This place does wings (duh?) and they do them well. Plus, they're open late and have a LOT of different beers on tap (in a suburb, this is a real find). These factors keep me coming back. And bartender Tracie. She's the best, so show her some love!

Were seated right away. Server there almost immediately. Order went fine. I ordered boneless wings my husband & daughter ordered traditional. Out came our order. Traditional wings were so hot steam coming out of them. Boneless wings: No sauce to speak of. Sent them back to be "spun" again. Five minutes later they came back w/more sauce. Took a bite. ICE COLD! Sent them back again! Now: I watched as the server went into the kitchen & I don't know what the kitchen staff said to her but she had an angry look on her face coming out as she marched up to the manager. The manager went into the kitchen for a few then came over to me & profusely apologized. Wings arrive a short time later. A double order of hot boneless wings. I GIVE THE MANAGER & SERVER 5 STARS!!! KITCHEN STAFF YOU GET A ONE STAR! JOBS ARE FEW & FAR BETWEEN THESE DAYS BE GLAD YOU HAVE ONE & ACT LIKE IT!

I'm not sure why it was just until recently that I had the chance to visit a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. I've never been near one until now. The town I moved from got one right after I left. Luckily, Tualatin got one right in time for football season. The wife and I made a trip there on opening night of college football in hopes that they were carrying Mississippi State's road opener against Memphis. Alas, they weren't showing the game, but the wings made up for this. We split 12 wings between the Mango Habanero and Asian Zing flavors. The Asian Zing had a nice teriyaki flavor and a slight bite of spice. The Mango Habanero, however, blew me away, not just with its intensely potent heat but with a sweet flavor that made the punch of the fiery habanero slightly tolerable. We also split a nacho burger, which was also very good. On a second visit, where indeed my Bulldogs were televised against the LSU Tigers, at my wife's request, we toned down the heat and split our order between the Thai Curry and the Jamaican Jerk. I still got Mango Habanero on my Grilled Chicken Buffalitos, and the cheese and sour cream on these fantastic soft tacos made the fire a bit cooler than on a straight wing. The service is as good as the food. Their staff is quick and attentive. The vast array of sports displayed on the TV's surrounding the dining area give you option after option. And for the trivia nerd, there's Buzztime trivia as well. Haven't played it in a while, but if I'm ever in here and not on business (that is, coming specifically to see a game), I'll take everyone on. With so many indie restaurants in PDX and its surrounding areas, I usually wouldn't suggest a chain restaurant. But the quality of the food and sports viewing selections, you can do a lot worse than Buffalo Wild Wings.

I would write a out the food but i can't because we didn't get any. I've been here plenty before and it has always been ok but this experience was terrible. We show up for the Ducks game and it's busy as we expect but it was only busy because no one was eating and if they did people stayed in their seats drinking water. We stood there waiting for a table for an hour and a half before we left and we weren't the only ones. Some people just ignored the wait list and just sat down. Good for them because otherwise they would probably still be standing there. BTW, while we were standing i was askes once if i wanted something. I ordered a drink and was never asked anything again. Much of the time we were sitting there Jeff thr supervisor this night was just standing there watching sports and talkimg about how the Trail Blazers should be on. I have an idea Jeff, bus some tables and get them turned you are a restaurant afterall and serving food is how you make money.

Wings were pretty good, and I liked the buffalo sauce. Burger was disappointing. The patty was a tasteless perfect hockey-puck and looked very processed. It wasn't even very hot, and seemed re-heated. My kids loved the loud sports-bar feel, but I'll pass next time. Glad we had coupons. Best for people wanting wings, sports, and drinks.

Where is Undercover Boss and Kitchen Nightmares when you need them??! I wish I could go back in time to decide not to eat at BWW and get my $52 back. First impression upon walking into the establishment was, "Ech, did I just walk into the wrong door? The outside looks sharp and clean, making you wonder if you stepped into the wrong eating establishment. A few high end tv's intermixed with larger projection tv's (to save money?) makes it appear busy and mis matched. The seating looks inexpensive, crowded and our booth was odd, the table so far from the seating my kids had to balance themselves forward just to eat. The pictures and descriptions on the menus make the food look appetizing. However when the food arrives, I was shocked at the lack of quality and presentation. Now, I'm thinking this was going to be like Red Robin, TGI Friday's kind of place..uh SO not. The food comes in paper trays (yes paper!) like you would get at a snack bar or school cafeteria. How expensive can restaurant table service really be? They must really save on dishwashing! My chicken wrap was a large white tortilla that looked uncooked and tasted absolutely horrible. Came with chips and salsa..which was strange to me. As if they didn't know how to make sides/fries/fruit that compliment? My son's mac n cheese, also in a paper container, obviously microwaved, was steaming hot but cooled quickly (as microwave food often does) leaving a sticky residue where the food stuck to the sides. Tasteless also. My husband and older son ordered a full order of boneless wings each. At $12 each you would expect some decent wings...HENCE the name. What they got appeared to be a frozen chicken nugget that was warmed and drowned in sauce. Neither could even get through half, saying "this tastes funny." I was expecting maybe a slow cooked chicken wing, with secret seasonings and sauces, like from a place NAMED Buffalo Wild Wings..not Rewarmed Frozen Wings. Just looking at a table full of paper trays and paper sheets and paper napkins and a bill for $52 (including tip) made me regret even putting any of this into my body. We are a family that go out to eat on an occasional "payday" after keeping to a budget all month. So, eating out is a special thing for us, and this just added insult to injury, Our server was fine, had to ask for refills on drinks to wash it all down, but overall no complaints regarding him.

this place is definitely better than fire on the mountain...i am ohioan, pennsylvanian, arizonian and oregonian..and bdubs has always been good...except the hillsboro bdubs which actually sucks and needs to shut down...beaverton is great too but tualatin is absolutely the best...almost as great as the one in akron oh...:) you can order splits or drums separate, wet, dry or normal dosage of sauces ...plenty of flavors...carribean jerk is my favorite...slow heat...:)

I'm from Michigan, so I have to have love for Bdubs. People always get confused when I suggest BW3s, so I have to remind myself...no more weck. (Oh the days of the $0.25 wings). My standards are the traditional wings in teriyaki and the buffalo dry rub, and I always get wedges. Last time, they only sprinkled the rub on the top of the wing pile, which was seriously irritating. It doesn't spread well once it warms up and sticks to the grease. The sauced wings are usually oversauced for my taste. Also, it seems like you only get 10 wings now per order when you used to get a dozen, but I can't confirm that for sure. Pretty big beer list including a few large distributors of local beers. The TV/sports issue is overwhelming and stressful, but that's their theme. It's the place to go to watch 6 games at once, hang out with like-minded midwestern folks, and drink a boomba.

I'd give them an average rating because I'm never blown away by the food or service, but their Happy Hour menu is awesome! Not that their food or service is gross or bad, it's just not super memorable. I mostly go sometimes only because it's super close to my house.

We had never been to Buffalo Wild Wings and thought we'd give it a try after a round of golfing. We ordered drinks and when the waiter came back to take our order, he informed us that everything we ordered - they were out of! It was early afternoon on Father's Day and they were out of ribs, chicken tenders and lemonade! We ordered onion rings that never arrived and the chicken wrap contained three chicken wings cut up with mostly tortilla wrap! The two other entrees of chicken wings were definitely not worth the $14.99. We definitely won't be going back there or recommending this restaurant to anyone. We realize that chains can have an off day.....but this was "way off".

It was better than I expected because of some very harsh reviews. I took a chance and went anyway. My son and I were looking for a place to watch the Duck game and get some wings before some other plans in the area (we were 1.5 hours from home). We arrived just before kickoff about 1:00pm, not too crowded but it was getting there. We were seated right away and a server from a different area overheard we wanted a view of the game and helped us out. The drinks and food came out quickly and we really love the wings. The servers used a team method for making sure all of our needs were fulfilled. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because I personally think their nachos are terrible. Not just average but below average. We can get better nachos just about anywhere. And they weren't cheap. Otherwise it was a very positive visit and they didn't rush us out, which was good since we wanted to catch as much of the game as possible. I would return if given the opportunity.

The wings are good, no real surprise. They are not life changing or anything, but they will hit the spot for anyone craving wings. I have tried most sauces, am a big fan of the Hot BBQ, Thai Curry and Jerk. I am a fan of spice and can say that Buffalo Wild Wings does not mess around with heat; the Spicy Buffalo sauce is surprisingly very hot, and they have several hotter ones! I have tried several other dishes than the wings, and usually end up wishing I ate wings instead. The beer selection is good, broad, safe and corporate. On tap you can get Bud, Bud Light, Coors Light, Miller Light, etc, as well as a half dozen IPAs. Every beer drinker will be happy! This is clearly a very corporate restaurant. It aims for broad appeal and takes nothing resembling risks (even nothing close to Applebees and their black-light parties next door!). In it's own way, Buffalo Wild Wings is very successful.

Good wings, good service. If you're a party of all men the servers will flirt with you. But they'll do that at the strip clubs too, so only go here if you want wings instead of steak. Not too expensive.

My wife and I live in Tualatin. She has always talked about how many types of microbrews our local Buffalo Wild Wings has available. So at about 2:30 pm on Saturday afternoon Sept. 1, 2012 were arrived at this location. As we walked to the bar area, we noticed most all the restaurant seating was empty. This point of information becomes relevant soon. We sat down at a table in the bar area and faced the bar. The bar was about 1/3 full. About one minute after we sat down I made eye contact with the female bartender. Several female serving staff passed us by on the way to take orders to other tables or deliver food and/or drinks other. None of these staff gave us one look. Since most all the restaurant wasn't busy they had time to come over, greet us and take an order. We fault the "bartender" for not alerting anyone to our presence. Honestly, they all looked disinterested and like they didn't want to be there. I completely understand how it feels to be at work in a restaurant on a sunny Saturday in late Summer. Not where ya wanna be. I get that. But they are there and have a job to do. I have done restaurant work before. Other patrons arriving after us were approached and greeted. After a full 5 to 10 minutes we left. Now waiting this amount of time may not seem like very long but think about the last time you entered a restaurant or bar and were not approached at all by any staff for 5-10 minutes. This was a first in my life. One of their issues may have been that we are older people. We are both age 61 and we must not have passed thier attractive test. I complained to the manager on the way out as he busily scarfed down nachos. He made a perfunctory offer of an appetizer to appease us. I declined opting to write reviews of this incident EVERYWHERE, complain to corporate via thier website and add to blogs about BWW. I never would go there for "the food" such that it is. It is no more than average bar food which it seems a lot of people like. Whatever.

Ok this is the second time I have tried this place. The first time we had wonderful service and mediocre food. The chicken seemed a bit dry and like it was completely depending on the sauces to define it. We went in again today, 3/23/13, for lunch And again the food was mediocre but the service was very subpar. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so maybe our server Alicia was just having a very bad day. It seemed that way. She did not greet us with her name like the servers around us greeted their tables. In fact we had to flag her down to place our order which she seemed annoyed to take and when it arrived parts of it were missing and we had to remind her to get them. Nobody was offered a refill on their drinks and although we were checked on by the manager our server never checked back to see that we were okay or needed anything else. I can deal with mediocre food and excellent service but mediocre food and bad services spells the last time we will be in. :0(

Just a bad overall experience here for happy hour. Mostly empty when we arrived...server to customer ratio was probably 1:1. Yet, we must've sat ourselves in a vortex...there almost 10 minutes with servers walking by our table, even bumping our chairs, and not a single greeting. It's like our table wasn't assigned to anyone so no one bothered to help us. It got awkward, then a little funny, then we finally stopped someone to see if they were our server. Were told one would be right with us...then a few more minutes. Just got off to a bad start, then the food wasn't very good and the beer selection is mainly limited to the Bud variety. With so many options around town, the new kid on the block didn't make a very good first impression.

(3)Leo S.

(3)J J.
Hooters knock off with covered up girls. Basically deep fry and they want you to spend most of your money on liquor. Gave you a thing to play their games
(1)Pearl W.
(3)Yils S.

(4)Jessica C.
(4)Ryan P.
Consistent service, consistent food, can't ask for much more. I realize it's a chain in Portland but what the hell.. good wings and lots of beers on tap, AND tons of sports can never be a bad thing! Will continue to come here as long as they keep doing what they're doing.
(4)Sarah S.
(2)Ramie M.
(3)Dan C.
(5)Justin G.
(1)Steve S.
(1)Teala R.
(2)Hannah J.
I love buffalo wild wings. The sauce is just amazing. Even if the service is slow, I don't care because I know what will be entering my mouth soon. Amazing jammin jalapeno wings
(5)Gustavo A.
Best place for wings and beer! Service is always great and food is always fresh. My 5 year old daughter loves the chicken tenders and frys's.
(4)Suki S.
(3)Benjamin K.

(5)Leean P.
The food was good like always but not super happy with the black and blue burger this time , took a really long time to come out. Our server Mark was great though!!!
(3)Chris H.
I love Bdubs! Garlic spicy or hot is the best for me! Great place to watch football and eat some wings with a great bar to wash it all down! Burgers are just okay, but the wings are delish!
(5)Dewey S.

(4)Danny R.
(4)David H.
I like wings every once in a while. These were much bigger than the ones you find in the grocery store. The sauces are good, just too many to pick from. I made the mistake of ordering too much though. 10 wings along with a few other menu items would be more than plenty. Service was good and the waitress was courteous.
(3)Pui S.
Didn't have any problem at all, we were seated right away. Service was very good, everyone was attentive. Food was decently good. Fun place to hang out.

(3)Carrie S.

(2)John E.
(2)Brian J.
(4)Joe M.
45 min for two order of wings is unacceptable. Especially on a Tuesday night. There are plenty of other places that serve wings. I suggest going to one of them.
(1)john A.
(2)Jeremy J.

AWESOME PLACE TO GO TO WATCH THE NCAA TOURNAMENT!!! Constantly checking in in how I was never missing a beat on which games to play. Best Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. With out question.

(4)Well-Traveled I.

(1)Matt H.
The usual BWW with a well priced happy hour and late hour menu. The thing that makes this BWW stand out is the service. The employees (one gal in particular) are very cheerful and happy. They remembered me and seemed happy that I had returned. Made a lonely boy happy inside.
(4)Dennis S.
(5)Pete K.
(4)Candice J.
(1)Tabitha B.
(2)Sean G.
Love this place! So happy they have one closer to me! Wings are always good.
(4)Tim S.
(3)Buster K.

(4)Tim T.
(3)B W.

(4)Karri M.
This is our Tuesday night spot... It dose get busy, so service may be a bit slow. the wings, soft pretzel & beer make it worth the little wait.
(4)Meagan L.
(4)Ruth W.

(4)Ryan D.

Good for wings and beer
