Great food, great beer/cider/wine and great service! Looking forward to going back!

This place is pretty cool - they have beer, wine, and kombucha on tap, and daily specials from Monday through Friday. Since it is pretty close to our house, whenever we feel like slacking (or additional motivation) to during our renovation projects, we stop by here to have a couple of drinks and take a growler home. The staff here is very fun and friendly, the place is laid back. They have outdoor seating by the parking lot and a food menu, as well as hard liquor. I am still hoping they'll have a popcorn machine for me to munch on, though!

ok... where do i start? My biggest criticism would have to be the lighting inside. I felt like I was sitting in my high school cafeteria. BARF!!! Other than that the flooring is pretty cool... Just take the lighting down a notch and it would do wonders. The food was surprisingly well. The beer... Well, its kegg'd beer. How can someone screw that up? They did have some solid options to choose from though. We ordered a Club, BLT and the Pretzel bites. Both sandwiches were good. The pretzel appetizer was ok. I would go back. This place has a lot of potential and there are not a ton of places in the area like it. Lets just say, i'd go here before Obriens in a heartbeat!

Very nice staff, friendly, conversational. Good selection of beer, but not Kombucha. Bummer! They do sell the Humm Kombucha, which is the best.

The drink selection here was great having beer, wine and cider. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The menu was really small and limited, was not impressed with the quality or quantity of food. Happy hour is a limited 1 deal a day sort of thing. I think for the day I was there it may be been a discount on some bartender specific drinks, but it wasn't obvious/evident what those were. It appears some of the happy hour options were discounts on growlers, while that would possibly make a very happy hour, not really what I consider a valid happy hour deal. My friend and I were the only people here when we arrived, within an hour and a half the place was full of young children. Did not realize this place was so kid friendly. Ended up closing out and escaping to the sports bar next door. Every table had kids, some were running around. Great for some people but not my place.

We were happy to stumble upon Tapphoria while visiting family in Tigard. We loved the electronic menu with gauges showing how much beer was left in each keg! The staff was very likeable and there were some excellent beers on tap. Despite them having a lot of taps though, there were zero stouts or porters and only one red - almost all IPAs and Pales. That was disappointing but I'll give it another shot the next time I'm in Tigard.

This place is awesome. It's small but has BIG fun. Me and my handsome boyfriends first time here and we enjoyed it so much! They know their shit and are very helpful. Can't wait to try their food. Granette is a very good asset to this place for sure.

The wait for service was a little longer than average. But aside from that, the bartenders were AWESOME! My husband and I had a fantastic evening of sampling beer and enjoying dinner. The bartenders were very knowledgable about the beer they had on tap, and they were both very pleasant and approachable. Cool atmosphere for sports fans as well. If you're in Tigard, check it out!!

We needed this so badly over here. Thanks for having good Tv's, good food and great staff!

Tigard needs more places like this. It's bigger on the inside than I expected. I didn't try any food but the service was great and the beer choices are awesome. For that, it gets 5 stars.

Love this place!! Nice neighborhood Tap house with a large variety of rotating beer and the friendliest bartenders around! They also have 4 whites and 4 red wines on tap. Food is great and they also have a few vegetarian options despite what a previous review stated, including the pretzel sticks as well as a tasty black bean burger. It has a nice rustic atmosphere with super comfy bar chairs. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to fill a growler or come in to relax, have a beer, and watch their team.

The best growler fill/bar in the area by a long shot. Maybe best in Portland? Ok I might be biased, but I've had a great time every visit. The staff is fantastic, and each of them are genuinely interested in making sure you enjoy your time there. The decor is cool and comfortable, and as another review said, it's definitely a place where you want to hang out and enjoy yourself (not just fill a growler and get the hell out). The beer selection is excellent, and they do listen to the suggestions. I've managed to have something different every visit, and it's all been pretty much awesome. The food is great too - Ted runs a top notch kitchen and the menu has lots of tasty options. Do yourself a favor and stop by - you'll definitely end up making that a regular habit!

Why my first review was taken down, I have no idea!

I decided to give this place another try and was pleasantly surprised! It was very clean, no odors, and the beer was great. I am excited that my original experience was just a one-time thing. If they offered more beers, I'd rate them a 5. Maybe in time they will expand.

GREAT local shop! Beer - Beer- Beer!! Nice area to hang out and eat by the big-screen. I always prefer the "Mom & Pop" places and this is it. Love it!

I stopped by a couple of times since they've opened and I really like the place because they've got a better selection of wine than any other growler place I've gone to, which is fab! So many growler places have a super duper limited wine selection. If you ask the cool owner dude (who is frequently there working the bar) he'll tell you about why he can do that and the other places can't. I wish they had a little more varied selection of eats, but I do love Wino Weds and the other fun stuff they do throughout the week. Interior is unexpectedly funky and cool and I love the semi industrial feel with lots of custom wood work - way nicer than I expected. The patrons are a varied lot, all nice and fun and there are lots of families that stop in to get stuff refilled. All in all, my favorite growler place, but I end up hungry for something healthier? Also, had to put in a word for their extra cool server - Kayla - she's awesome and real great person to chat with when she's not busy pouring and taking care of business.

I'd been wanting to check this out since they opened. My folks live in Tigard and where can I get some craft beer? Maybe Home Turf will have a cool rotator, but the options are nil in this town. The first attempt was their opening night, we didn't make it in there, too many little kids running around and it was packed! Hey, suburban families need beer. Second try, a recent Saturday eve. The place was brightly lit, a small family enjoying a meal at a high top. There were plenty of seats at the bar and lots of choices for ale. I enjoyed showing my dad how to read the menu and said, 'hey they have Coors Light'. He insisted on a craft beer. I chose a Fort George Fresh Hop for myself and a 3Creeks HooDoo VooDoo IPA for him. The staff was kind, attentive, and engaging. They have a food menu and 8 taps of wine. The wine idea is a little overkill, but perhaps there's a demand. They were willing to change the channel for a gal who asked for the St. Louis Cardinals. I thought that was nice of them. Huge, beautiful big screen TVs. Look forward to trying a new beer and a snack soon.

Love the Pacific Northwest? You will feel right at home here!! Natural wood counter tops, particle board floors (you have to see them to believe me when I say they really do work well here!) and LOCAL beers on tap make this feel very pac nw. Friendly staff and ciders or wines to choose from too if you have someone in the group who isn't fond of beer. The traffic is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars-took us 30 minutes to get 3 miles from I-5 on a Wednesday Eve at 5:15...being from salem I have no patience for that kind of traffic

Amazing new tap house Great food! Amazing chicken buffalo dip Great staff, great people! Very clean Minors allowed until 8! Even a place and tv just for them

While the beer selection is great, and the wine selection, though narrow, also delightful, i have two major problems with this venue. 1) The hours. If you don't work a 9-5ish gig, you'll have trouble finding a time to stop by here to fill your growlers. 2) Apparently they hate vegetarians. Yes, i know the menu is small, but it's a bit ridiculous that the ONLY vegetarian thing is the pretzels. The staff is lovely, the space is welcoming, the location is awesome. If i could, i'd be there all the time to eat and drink. Alas, i can't, twice over.

Nice growler fill station which has a sit down locally owned feel. The people who work here (often one of the owners) know a lot about their beers and they are fun and friendly. There are so many growler stations around, so many feel stale, cookie cutter and "chain-ised", but not Tapphoria! They also offer ciders, Kombucha and local wines on tap. I haven't tried their food, but this is a beer/tap spot and since they just opened they appear to be slowly branching out with the food. Give them time. From what I've seen of the food, it looks like fine nosh food to go with a great beer/cider/wine. It's not meant to be fine dining. We have been to several tap/growler fill stations within a 10 mile radius in the burbs and this one has the best vibe, friendly service and down to earth prices and feel. Tigard is lucky to have Tapphoria!

Came on a Friday night right before closing time so I missed the crowd. The staff was really friendly and outgoing. I wish this place was in a better location, but I over all this place has a good selection of beer and I will be coming back.

NOM NOM NOM NOM! GULP GULP GULP GULP! Okay, now for my review... NOM NOM NOM NOM! GULP GULP GULP GULP! Love this place! Be back hopefully sooner than later. It's quite a drive from Methford, Oregon. Thanks Ted, Mike, Molly, and Chelsea! You make this place what it is!

Wow Wow!! Great atmosphere/Food n BEER of course!!! A friend told us about our newest local growler fill spot, and I'm so glad they did!! We looked at Yelp and found the pics from the last poster n that Buffalo Chicken Dip was calling our name..so we went, we saw, we tasted, stayed awhile.. And of course filled!! We of course had the Buffalo Chicken Dip n let me tell you.. SSSOOO Yummy!! We had the flight with the Dip.. Had a good selection of Beers.. And Wine!! Next we had the Antipasto Platter and we had a couple of Pints.. Also so very tasty.. The bread was soft n fluffy.. Artichoke hearts were not too tangy n the meats n cheeses.. Delish!!! You have to try the Blood Orange beer if it's there when you go.. AMAZING!! Now let's talk Staff/Owners.. Mike (1 of 2 Owners) started us out.. Great guy, Friendly n knowledgable.. Then Chelsea came in n helped us out.. Super cute, sweet, and also very knowledgable.. And Ted 2nd Owner.. I want his JOB!! He left with multiple 22's of new beers to try.. Wish I had to go home n drink good beer as my job!!! Also such a nice Guy!! I'll be honest.. We have been hitting the Growlerie up to now.. This place is honestly a better experience all around.. It's open with a lot of tables n a cool wooden bar.. And you actually feel like its a "come in, sit down, relax, have a flight and a plate to share.. Then fill some Growlers to take home!!!" place!! Rather than stand 10 deep at Growlerie, fill and go. Final note: if you don't see a beer you would want to fill.. They want to hear your suggestions.. grab an index card n list your desires.. Mike says they are trying to pick at least 2 Customer Choices each time they order.. So let them know!!! Needless to say, we'll be back.. Thanks for the great afternoon Mike, Ted and Chelsea!!!
