Most of the help is as bad as other McDonalds down the road on Main St., with poor attitudes. Usually screw up simple orders. Now I just order vanilla shakes (every other time they try to give me chocolate or strawberry instead) when I use the Redbox or P/U McNuggets for my neighbor.

OK so i haven't had fast food in over 2 months. I went to this drive through 1- frappe on the way to work and then 2-after work for food. HORRIBLE BOTH TIMES!!!!!!!!! Went to the drive through on way to work knew i could get a frappe, get the caffeine and burn off the extra calories at work. It took them 5 mins AFTER i paid at the 1st window for ANY acknowledgement I was waiting for the frappe then once the manager saw me, it took him another 5 to get it never going back to this one even if its the only place left

I haven't been to a McDonald's in about 2 years. But...I wanted some chicken nuggest. I have no idea why. Just...had to have them. Mistake. I regretted eating the abnormally shaped pieces of chicken within about 30 minutes. So THIS is why I've stayed away. Plus, they didn't have any honey which I used to use when I was younger with my lil' nuggets. For shame. (Their fries are good. I admit it, not the best, but say, better than Burger King. SHOCK). But more importantly, the soda was flat. FLAT. No little bubbles, nuthin'. This location had managed to...run out of carbonation. How does that happen?! They couldn't explain it. So I'll probably write an update to this review in about 2 years, unless I've finally learned my lesson for good :-/

Wow. Okay, so they just did a remodel. We used to come here because they have $1.50 hamburger happy meals on Tues. How an establishment can get an order wrong in so many ways, so many times is beyond me. I highly recommend to people- if you are starving and must go to this Mc Donald's, PLEASE go when it's slow. We have had to forego a paid for ordered item more than a few times simply because we didnt want to wait 5-8 minutes for it to be taken care of. There were at least 2 times we would order a couple of meals and be asked to pull up while it's items are finished being cooked (fries? Hamburger? Nothing exotic) and we literally waited 10 minutes while other people were getting their orders through the drive thru and driving away. If they get your order wrong, and forget to add an item you asked for, they will not comp it to you. If you have to drive back to get an item they forgot, they also will not comp you. This facility does not have a play area for kids. Really, the service was just really really bad. There is another Mc Donalds up the road on Hall and 99w that you can go to instead, even though it's not as easy to get in and out of, the amount of time you spend getting in will still be shorter than the time it takes for this particular Mcdonalds to get your order right/deliver your order to you.

Dear Ronald, For Tiny Tim's birthday, all he wanted was to visit your famed establishment and have a hot, juicy Big Mac meal. After asking Mr. Scrooge for an advance so I could fulfill my son's dying wish, we headed off to the golden M in my carriage. He thought it would be fun to go through the drive-up ordering station so that is what we did. He got his Big Mac package deal and I opted for nothing, since I could only afford one meal. Imagine my surprise when Tim opened his bag up and got no ketchup. Fries with no ketchup?! Obscene! So we asked for some and received three little packets. Then after we had driven off, we realized that we received no napkins! Unbelievable! And since I had to watch the horses, Tim had to get out of the carriage and hobble to into the restaurant through the dark, rainy night. He ordered his burger without onions, which thankfully they omitted, but the burger and fries were both barely warm. Tiny Tim was so sad from this let down and now I owe Mr. Scrooge an extra weekend of work. For what? A Luke warm burger and fries, no napkins or ketchup, and the aggravation of enduring a micro-managing boss for another 20 hours. Thanks a lot, Ronald. Sincerely, Bob Cratchit

I was given cold fries twice, and by the third try they were warmer but tasted like they had been re-fried?!?! Pretty embarrassing...from the other reviews I've seen, this place is a joke if they can't even make fresh hot fries.

  • Christina P.

So, I order some fries, a cheeseburger and a vanilla cone from the drive thru. I get home with a McChicken sandwich and fries that taste like they were made days ago. At least the cone was good.

2 of us went thru the drive thru. Told them we had two orders. After taking the first order we were told we weren't allowed to place a second order. What?! You can't place an order for food???? We were told (rudely) to drive to the first window and we could then place a second order. At the windows, were told we couldn't place the order there. You are only allowed one order per car. What kind of customer service is this!? Then we were told we had to drive around the building, and wait in line again at the drive through and then place a second order. I went inside and complained to the manager who said this is this policy....if you want more than one order you have to drive through for each one. Worst customer service I have experienced in years.

Nearly across the street from Burger King is McDonalds. And I have sworn to make a LIST of breakfast fast food biscuits. So I guess I have to do Mickey D's. But I've never cared for their burgers and this one is hard to get in and out (pun intended) of. McD's breakfast is well...ok. (I am trying to be less extreme in my reviews). The breakfast McMuffin is a little dry and the egg....well I can taste a recently cleaned with a pumice stone, grill. But who doesn't like a little sulphur taste first thing in the morning? I'm trying to be more tolerant lately. This is a good place to practice. Their fries are good.

Better tasting nuggets and seemingly fresher food every time I have gone versus the McDonald's in Lake Oswego. But otherwise, a typical McDonald's.

  • Bartek K.

There are only two things I expect at a McDonald's. 1. Be able to take my order 2. Be able to make my order You fail at both.

Fast food is fast food, especially at McDonald's where almost all the food is centrally processed. I have to admit I am a fan of their sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. Chicken nuggets remind me of my childhood and every once in a while, I get a craving. But this branch is not very good. For now, it is undergoing renovation and the tables are card tables. Honey bucket? No thank you. Another problem is that this branch doesn't participate in some of the promotions that other branches do. Come get your Mickie D's, but as they say, beware this may not be a "participating location!"

Everyone knows McDonalds is bad for you.... So when the drive thru guy recognizes me on my (not super frequent) McDonanls lunch breaks... Im gonna stop going. haha, I actually sometimes go to the one a few miles further away cause this guy creeped me out.

Two lane drive thru. Two lane drive through which unfortunately seems to not be first come first serve. Red box is the deciding factor of the 3 star rating here.

It's a McDonald's. There's nothing stellar or exceptionally bad about this place. The menu is the same as everywhere else. I can drill down on a couple of things: Bad: The front-line staff don't seem to communicate well. Almost to the point of making me think that they understand enough English (or, menu-speak) to take an order mostly correct, but not enough to actually speak back to you. Making this worse, there is not much eye contact from any of the hurried counter employees. Proving my point, I saw, in a matter of 15 minutes, 3 orders come back wrong. Good: The place is clean and recently updated. The interior is pleasant and modern and the drive-thru has multiple lanes. The parking lot is freshly coated and painted and there is clean, safe outdoor seating. The best thing about McD's, however, is the fact that you can get a $1 Iced Tea and use the free wifi with your device charging on the power outlets that you usually don't find in other places. It's McD's, you know what you're getting, so a 3-star review seems appropriate. Unfortunately, chains will always have to work harder for more stars than the local guy.

I work not to far from this place. I work with people who have developmental disabilities. We go in there because of the dollar menu and having limited funds. We sit in the back and enjoy the treat for the day and then leave. Always cleaning up after ourselves. We are treated rudely by the staff who do not appear to want us there. After reading the reviews I think I will find another McDonald's to try out after this. They don't deserve our money.

This McDonalds was recently remodeled with the new corporate theme. This refresh is a substantial improvement. Unfortunately, this remodel also resulted in new management. Previously, this McDonalds was well run efficient and clean. Things have changed. The most noticeable is the lady frequently occupying the first table by the service counter. She peddles homemade food to the employees while her kids wreck havoc throughout the restaurant. It's annoying to wait for the employees to take your order while they place theirs. The most unsettling aspect however, is to see kids walking on the next table. You can't help but wonder if the soles of their shoes previously occupied the space containing your Big Mac.

I don't expect grand things of a McDonald's, or any fast food restaurant, usually. But I do expect that they will actually get my orders right more often than not, and this particular location is not very good at that. Be careful what you say - if you say "no sauce" well, apparently neither mustard nor ketchup is a sauce. When I complained, I got some coupons and gift certificates which was really nice, so I started going back instead of swearing off it. (This particular one is well-located for me to easily drop in.) They do serve food, and if you order straight off the menu with no odd requests they will usually get it right. Usually, anyway. Today I ordered a strawberry shake, and when I got it, the top was white. Warily, I took a sip - and it tasted of strawberry, so I left. Halfway home I was drinking chocolate shake. My receipt says strawberry, I said strawberry, but as far as I can tell I got some kind of Neapolitan shake? That's actually sort of a cool effect, but not what I ordered. I'd say try another location, but if you're like me, the decision to get McDonald's is based on it being conveniently close to begin with. Just...be aware of this one. And check your orders out before you leave.
