No comparison! Here work the nicest people! They are awesome! They deserve your kindness! a $$ Tip, which they appreciate it by ringing the bell and singing a song. My usual Sweet Cream, almonds, marshmallows, cherries and gummy bears! or Sweet Cream with Oreo Cookies and marshmallows! Enough said! Everyone knows they close at 10pm, but last night they closed later. Man! I was very thankful!

Pretty disappointing experience. My birthday certificate wouldn't come up and they didn't give it anyways even with proof of my birthday. They screwed up the order, didn't put it in the cup I asked for and was completely messy. My friend came with me, ordered a standard type of creation and they messed that up as well and put it in a waffle bowl with graham cracker on it when she specifically said the one with nuts because she doesn't like graham cracker. They also had too many people working (4 people on two ice cream creations) and kept making backhanded comments about getting things in the ice cream for free because they screwed up and put wrong ingredients in the ice cream. Get it together Cold Stone!

There is an employee here who will short you on your order if he doesn't like you! Older dude shorted me on my love it size mint by shaving the top exactly even wtih the cup, rather than the usual over the top. Complained to customer service; they said someone would get back to me. They have not. I will know better next time I'm in the area to go next door to McDonalds and get my money's worth. I thought they were cutting back on product until I saw someone in the parking lot with the exact same order I just had but had the product over the top.

This is a case where I feel the sound of 4-star ice cream is too much, but I want to give it 4 stars because I can make fantastic creations and their base ice cream is none-too-shabby. It's a chain, you can find one in most suburbs. But unlike other chain ice cream the magic ingredient is you. Pick a flavor you like, pick a size, and go from there. You can stick to one mix-in or get crazy. They even have several suggested combinations to help out those who (like me) sometimes have a hard time getting the creative juices flowing. Even though I feel it can be a little overpriced for ice cream, I appreciate that the sizes usually take me a couple seatings to eat which makes it not seem quite as overpriced. One suggestion I have, if you find the magic combination write it down. I've made and lost many a perfect creation, never to recover that heavenly blend again.

A little expensive for ice cream however once you taste it you forget about the price.

It's a cool place. The only reason I went was because my little sister wanted some ice cream. I would have rated this place a lot higher if the table - at the time- didn't have crumbs of ice cream leftover from the previous customers. Overall nice atmosphere and a variety of choices.

Ice cream is great, customer service is awful. We've been there several times in the last couple months and the girl that works there is sooo rude. She overcharged me on the ice cream then gave me a hard time when I wanted the difference back. They are supposed to sing when you leave a tip and this is the second time she's rang me up and totally ignored that I left one. She barely smiles. Not so sure I'll go back anytime soon. Unless she's not there.

I am from Portland, but my husband lives about two hours away and one day when he was visiting when we were first dating I brought him here. He and I are obsessed. The ice cream is so whipped and fluffy and there is a perfect topping to ice cream ratio. My favorite type of their ice cream is the sweet cream; IT IS TO DIE FOR. Normally I get the "Founder's Favorite" without pecans and add cookie dough. HELLO. My husband gets Cotton Candy with marshmallows and white chocolate. The Cotton Candy is surprisingly very good and not too sweet. We tend to drive every weekend two hours to get this ice cream. ITS THAT GOOD!

When we're going home and the kids or the wife are dying for something cold and tasty this place generally hits the spot. Not insanely good, but the best big chain by far.

I very much enjoy ice cream. In fact, I LOVE it. I even enjoy chain Coldstone. But this one... eh. Not so much. The kids that work there are usually too busy talking to each other to notice much, there is plenty of attitude to go around. The portion sizes are very inconsistent. I really am disappointed by this location. We've been here at least 4 or 5 times in the last year, so this is a continued problem. If there were a Coldstone closer to us, we would abandon this one. But convenience wins and once in a while, we will head over for some of our favorite creations. I will say that I love the little cupcakes, only buy them when they are on sale. They used to be like $10 for the 6 pack, but now they are much more outrageous.

This location, as well as the one in Tualatin (I think they have the same owner) are really fantastic. I have purchased cupcakes for events from both locations, and I called ahead of time to see what they had available. They had exactly what I wanted, and offered to make me anything else I wanted. The customer service over the phone, and in store was/is really great. If you are looking for a special pie, cupcakes, or cookie sandwich combo, you should give them a call. Another thing they offer is take home ice cream that you can make. I love the pumpkin ice cream, so I purchase the mid-size option to take home with me and enjoy. Love it!!

Seriously, if this chain would just add some chairs, the price on their grade-A ice cream is totally digestable now that inflation has caught up elsewheres.

How can you go wrong at Cold Stone. Ice cream is my dessert dish of choice, and mixing ice cream with anything else is the best yet. I loved Cold Stone since the first time I visited. I nearly always have the same treat, and it is now listed as the Founders Favorite: sweat cream, brownie, carmel, fudge, pecans. I substitute fresh strawberries for the fudge sauce. To die for.. This is not at all like the DQ Flurry.
