I always enjoy going to this location. It is easy to get to and since it is in a location with other businesses there is always parking. I currently works night shifts and when I get off work, like people who work day shifts, I am ready for dinner. It is really nice to know that there is a place that has that type of food available and ready whenever you need it. The people who work there are friendly and do what they can to make sure your experience is a good one. For example with one trip there I ordered the mile high bacon burger which was good. But I noticed before my first bite it that it had what looked like bacon bits on it instead of the strips of bacon. I took it back to the counter and they stated that is how it is supposed to be made but they would be happy to make another one with the strips instead at no additional charge. Awesome. Get the delicious food and personalized without penalty.

Today was the 2nd time I have picked up a drive thru order and later found out that they only filled my milkshake 2/3 full. They try to hide it with a dollop of whipped cream on top but if it sits for a few minutes the whipped cream drops down into the cup because it's so empty. Hopefully you will remember to check when you go in. Me, I'm going a 1/2 block away to somewhere that makes a good shake and fills it up. Burger was OK but fries were a bit cold.

I have had burgers here before and they were good. But THIS review is for my list of cheap breakfast sandwiches on the fly. And we have a WINNER here. And by "HERE", I mean the old KFC location across from America's Tire. These guys also have a secret menu pricing deal. Their sausage OR bacon breakfast biscuits are menu priced at $ 2.50 . BUT if you order two, they are 2 for $ 3. And that makes them better than BK, McD's, or Jack's. The pricing appears to not be temporary except Carl cuts off breakfast at "about 10:30". Easily the best biscuit, best bargain, good sized tasty, easy to eat and does not not fall apart. THIS is my winner of the JD's "Tigard Tasty Biscuit Taste Off" Now would i be TOO CHEAP if I used a BOGO coupon too?

The staff here is often hard to underdstand as the outdoor speaker is pretty shoddy. The staff are nice enough, though they seem to go through a lot of turnover (to be expected in fas food). They are happy to accept OnLine coupons if the 4 digit code is valid but special orders often fall on deaf (non-understanding) ears. The breakfast sausage patties are ALWAYS dried out and gross and the biscuits are no always ready, even when there is not a line. I once waited 20 minutes with no warning that it would take so long for two breakfast biscuits on a Wednesday morning at 0700.

I'm actually apalled at how terrible my service was yesterday. I ordered a spicy chicken combo, plain and dry. Pretty simple. I asked when the employee handed me if the bag if it was plain, just to be sure. He said yes. A couple minutes later when I opened it, well sure enough it was neither plain or dry! And of course there was no ranch. I went inside and told the other female employee (manager?) what had happened. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the bag out of my hand, tossed it, and barked at the kitchen to make another. When I got my food this time, there were no fries and still no ranch. She yelled at the kitchen for a small fry. The man in the kitchen asked if she wanted a large instead and she said no. She said no to upgrading me while I was standing right there. Then when she finally dropped ranch in the bag, she gave me ONE. I asked for another and she rolled her eyes once again. This woman and the Tigard location should be ashamed of how poor their customer service was. This was Wednesday 8/27/14 at about 3:00. It is not that difficult to be NICE to people and not make them feel like they are a burden. Oh and the fries were cold. Never returning to the Tigard Carl's Jr.

I'm beginning to realize Carl's Jr. employees are the worst listeners ever. Not just this location (but they have been the worst out of all that I have been to), but all locations. It must be a prerequisite to be hired here. I realized after 3 incorrect orders that I can never go through a drive thru there, as they have NEVER gotten it correct. I now realize, after getting every meal from inside, that I will now have to physically unwrap my sandwich every time before leaving. I just got a jalapeno turkey burger with no sauce and wrapped in lettuce. Nothing else. I ended up with it indeed wrapped in lettuce (that's usually their biggest mess up), but it was an entirely different turkey burger with no cheese even. Oh well.....I will learn not to go to ANY Carl's Jr. anymore.

This location has been a disappointment. 1st issue, went thru drive thru for food and when we got food home I went to eat my chicken sandwich and no chicken in it only the bun and lettuce (REALLY) called and manager said come back and we will give you a meal. Ok still had the inconvenience of going back. Sent email to corporate and got an "Sorry we messed up" email back. Gave it a second chance, the tacos had a smidge of meat (took picture to send with email to corporate) nachos had minimal meat and beans while chips were rancid and not edible. Criss cross fries were greasy and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Wasted my money and time and while I waited a half an hour for my food I had to endure watching a staff that looked like they were lost.alarms ringing constantly longer than they should, another patron complained about his fries and the girl behind the counter responded (ok, thank you for telling us (REALLY) another lady brought her taco salad up because they made it wrong and a guy who only ordered a fry stood there as long as I did waiting for his order. This location has major issues and it is very disappointing.
