This place is pretty awesome. They have pizza and salads and really great beer. They also have a sick pinball machine and a asteroid game. The service was friendly and helpful. Stay cool.

We went to the Grotto on sa Saturday night. It was crowded. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. We ordered the Sicilian Pizza and it was excellent. The crust was delicious. Lots of beer choices and wine as well. Loved our meal?

Way overpriced! 5.50 for a tiny add on salad. The veggies for the veggie sandwich were premixed so cooks were not happy that I didn't want mushrooms. The only chicken available was breaded. Then to top off the 40$ bills for the two of us was no drink refills.

Let's face it... Terrible pizza! Really the only reason we order is that we're too tired to cook and it's the only choice we have. Paid $16+ for a medium Cheese an 1/2 olive onion, and mushroom. There was one ONE very small slice of mushroom, three, yes 3 pieces of onion. Ridiculous. EVERY time I order the young woman on the phone tells me she can't get approval on my card. I spend the next 15minutes online looking up my "guaranteed" bank account to find out there is MORE than enough money to pay for every order they've taken tonight! THE LAST ORDER I WILL MAKE FOR THIS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PIZZA. When will someone figure out, all they need to do is offer delivery and you can make it in Talent. The Grotto IS NOT successful due to good food or customer service.

I decided to give them four stars not necessarily based on the food quality but that it is a neighborhood go to for Talent we bring the kids there enjoy sitting on the porch. They really upped their beer selection and now offer growlers which is a nice addition. Never really cared for the sauce on their pizzas much but I found a way around that, The barbecue chicken pizza! the barbecue sauce is pretty good and my kids really enjoyed it, and anytime my kids will actually eat something it's a win!

Met friends there on a Friday night. There was one large group of maybe 10 & that was it. All the other tables were empty & dirty. We had to wipe our own down. Ordered a couple beers, but they were out of clean pint glasses & wanted to know if we were willing to wait while they washed them. Yes? Our friends had never been to the Grotto & I could tell they were not impressed with our choice. We were there for about an hour, no one ever came out to wipe down tables, and no other customers came in, except the employees boyfriends. I guess when you're one of the few restaurants in Talent, you can afford to be mediocre. I'm giving it two stars because my past visits have been a little better.

called to order pizza to go. they kept me on hold and I had to call back. I told her I have been on hold for 5 min and she said "no sir 3 min. and I have to put you on hold again" . she did not even apologize. what kind of customer service is that. no wonder the bad reviews.

Can't say much for their pizza but I can say they told me they couldn't deliver even though I am literally 1 block from the cut off. REALLY?!! If I liked their pizza I would of been a loyal customer but what can you say for bad customer service and even worse business sense. Guess I will go somewhere else lol.

Best pizza in the valley! I love their sourdough crust and awesome beer selection! And there is always a friendly server to help you figure out which pizza to choose!

This an inexpensive pizza/pasta restaurant that has been in Talent for many years. I was in a rush this visit and ordered spaghetti with meat balls. It comes with a salad that included tomato, onion, cucumber and baby greens. The spaghetti was served in a large bowl containing well cooked noodles covered with with a thick tomato sauce hinting of hot pepper and very well done and tasty meatballs. I haven't had the pizzas for some time but they were okay This is a good salad bar.

I don't go for the ambiance or the "positive" attitude of the owner.... I will say the garlic lover is on point most the time... Kinda depends on who is making it, but when it's done right, one of my fav pies!

Pizza is meh, costumer service was horrible had the AC on in the middle of winter took forever to get the pizza and did not enjoy the atmosphere

We were regular customers. That was until we called an order in so it would be ready when we got there. Told us they were busy and it would "be at least an hour". We arrived in a little over an hour and were told the order was not ready. Another half hour goes by standing in tiny lobby, and checked again. This time we were told "obviously we are busy, you need to be patient". At the two hour mark checked again, and was told that the order was never phoned in and had not been started. Then to add insult to injury the woman tells us that we can order again but, you guessed it, it would be "at least an hour". That was a few years ago. Never been back. Plenty of good pizza in the valley. Don't need to be disrespected like that

I really enjoy the Grotto! They have a wide selection of pizza that goes beyond the typical marinara and cheese you find at many places. I've been to the Grotto many times and it never disappoints. We usually go there with a large group of friends and everyone is always satisfied. They also have a good selection of beer and wine for a fair price. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very alluring and the seating on the deck is a great place to enjoy a cold beer and pizza on a hot day! I've never had any problems with staff and will be going back there many times! I highly recommend it!!
