What a brilliant dinner we just had at Harvest! Chock full of the reasons we moved to and live in Talent, Oregon! Harvest offers dinners its lovely, quiet, low-key (but artful) decor, relaxed, fun. We had a friendly, open Good People server -- and our dinners! Local ingredients, beautiful seasoning and preparation -- ALL, MUCH better than nearly all of the over-priced, often pretentious (yet all too often NOT savory) assembly-line chow you get stuck with, in all too many nearby Ashland restaurants (often for far more money -- a double insult). Two of us had had chef John's strip loin beef -- which came gorgeously cooked and prepared, garnished with imaginative crispy shallots, perfectly-roasted Brussel Sprouts and delicious crispy roast potato slices, plus REAL blue cheese bits and a light balsamic reduction. Arty, DELICIOUS, and very carefully put together -- and $24.00 (not $35 or worse). We also enjoyed a small yet very interesting (mostly Rogue Valley) wine list. In fact, the entire menu was appropriately small -- such that everything we saw on coming out of the kitchen of down-to-earth (oh, Talent!) 'HARVEST' looked equally savory to ours. A small place is wise to not try to be everything to everyone. Harvest is so good, in fact, that I'd almost call it 'French' -- but in that country French way you find in the country in France, in ridiculously good small family restaurants, including human, delightful staff. And you could tell that we (yes, world-traveling foodies) aren't the only ones who are sold on Harvest: it was comfortably full on a TUESDAY night, with mostly Talent people, So probably I'm doing a terrible thing here, because we'd (greedily) prefer Harvest to not get 'discovered.' But seriously, seriously good on all fronts.

I live in the hills above Talent and I go here fairly regularly and I think this place is great. The chef is an artist of sorts and his use of flavors and textures is quite amazing. This is not for everyone I am sure, but in Southern Oregon where the local palette is bland and blander (would you like some Ranch on that?) this place is an oasis of edible ideas waiting to be discovered. Without the pretension of nearby Ashland, Harvest strikes a balance between casual and well dressed, the food is the show here! They are working hard to make healthy , local food that is both delicious and beautiful. Please disregard those that bring their attitude to dinner, and keep this place alive and breathing.

The best meal we've had in the last 10 days in the medford/Ashland area. We're food snots from sf and mom has been stuck in the medford hospital so we've been dining out a lot lately of area restaurants this week. We randomly stumbled upon harvest and we're almost in disbelief about their perfect five. But they deserve it. Harvest wins. Food quality, atmosphere, service. All fantastic. Thank you for a great evening harvest team!

Omg amazing, what a find. Great service, every dish delish, aircon, clean. Ribs TDF. The best, you will not be disappointed

The restaurant features fresh, local ingredients in the dozen or so entrees on its lunch and evening menus. It is a small space previously occupied by other restaurants, coffee shop and bakery in the past. While more seating has been added, especially outside, the kitchen is very small. Since meals are made pretty much from scratch, don't expect a quick meal. We ordered a chicken salad and bbq beef sandwich. The salad was large with lettuce, a few corn bread piece and long slices of chicken breasts breaded in cornmeal and sautéed. It was very tasty and filling. The bbq slow-cooked beef sandwich contained beef, sauce, cheese slice and shredded carrots inside a large hard sourdough roll. It was very good, but a bitt messy as a lot of sauce dripped out. However, large linen napkins are provided. The salad and sandwich were both priced at $13. Not cheap but fresh, locally produced food.

June 17 was our first visit to Harvest Restaurant. It was clean and attractive inside and the outside dining area was inviting, too. We had a prompt, friendly greeting, and plenty of attention throughout the evening. Although the menu is small, there is a great variety and several beautiful selections. I had a very fresh Columbia River salmon served on a light vegetable medley and the mister chose ribs atop a sweet & sour slaw with peanuts, both awesome. Everything is organic and sourced locally, and a list of their farmers is on display. We will be returning soon to try other offerings. Loved the people and the food...it's clear they feel passionate about what they do.

This is an incredible restaurant. I've been twice now and regret not having come more! We will be back again and again. The food is sensational, and specifically the salads. Both visits, the entrées were very good, but there's something special about their salads! Very creative, with fabulous flavor combinations that will make you want to return again and again.

Fresh, local, organic (GMO free, I think). Delicious! Husband had the fish & fries. Fish was moist & tasty (he gave me a small bite). I had the falafels with a delicious salad. Asked the waitress why the falafel was green -- chick peas aren't. She said they add peas & parsley which added to the flavor. The salad was heavenly. Too few (IMO) beet pieces on top - so I asked for a take out order of beets. Chef said they're roasted in a little olive oil & white wine. Mmmm Just wish it weren't so far away; I'd be there a minimum of once a week, if not more frequently. So rare to have food not mass prepared & yes, I'm repeating myself: FRESH, local & organic, plus it's reasonably priced.

This restaurant was awesome from top to bottom. The decor is trendy and at the same time inviting and The interior of the restaurant is trendy but unassuming at the same time. The dining area has about eight tables while the outside seating has plenty more. This place is only a few miles outside of Ashland and is worth the trip. Plus you are able to get away from the frenzied tourists. Here you can eat among the locals. I got the skirt steak medium rare and it came out as expected and tasted just phenomenal, spot on delicious! My meal also came with golden and purple potatoes that were cooked perfectly and the presentation was splendid to the eye. My wife got the fettuccine with vegetables and she said it was delicious. The sauce was very savory and delicious. The only catch is that the menu changes according to the availability of the local produce and meats. That's why they call it harvest. I'm not from anywhere around and it's a shame I will not be able to frequent this place, it's delicious!

Expertly crafted food! The menu specializes in seasonal plates! Atmosphere is charming. A nice date place for dinner or lunch

Four of us had dinner here last night before attending a concert at the Camelot, which is conveniently, literally across the street. It is a good thing we had made reservations, because the restaurant was full to capacity. Two of us ordered the grilled pork chop with brussell sprout mashed potatoes, another had the brisket of corned beef and the fourth, the Petrale sole. I would venture to declare my pork chop was the best I have ever eaten in a dining place and the brussell sprout potatoes were surprisingly delectable! The corned beef offering was absolutely lean, tender and delicious. The sole was equally yummie! In sum, for a tiny restaurant in a tiny town, we were all delighted with the selection of The Harvest and will be back. One more pleasant note, the menu is very brief and, I would predict, not an offering would disappoint anyone who enjoys good old home cooked food!

I can't even describe how perfect this meal was for me and my boyfriend. We are both, admittedly, spoiled, picky, nuanced eaters that live in LA and SF, respectively. We stayed a night in Talent while driving back to SF on the last night of our Pacific NW roadtrip. We had had a lot of amazing food. But this place! To our almost jaded palate, this meal stands out. We only ordered two dishes (had been eating a lot on the trip!): a salad with roasted squash and a homemade fettucine pasta. Both were incredible: fresh, flavorful, inventive, warm, light but filling. The quality of the dishes undoubtedly comes from ingredients lovingly grown and lovingly cooked. Plus, the place seems to be owned by young people who are passionate about food. Perfect! One of the chefs came out and served us himself. Our waitress was very sweet. AND, what a value! Come support this amazing local restaurant. I wish I lived closer!

We just tried this restaurant last Friday night and it was great! We sat outside which was lovely, though a little noisy when motorcycles drove by. The service was perfect, as was the food. We shared a green salad that was good, accented with cheese and hard-boiled egg, with a lemony vinaigrette. Then I had the ribs which were delicious. The meat falls off the bones, cooked to perfection with a cherry sauce, including yummy whole cherries. My husband had pasta. This appeared to be homemade pasta, big thick strips of it. The dish included bacon pieces, cheese, olive oil, etc. We swapped plates for a minute or two, and I definitely liked his pasta, but I was glad when he returned the ribs to me! For dessert we split the flourless chocolate cake. It was delicious, served with vanilla ice cream. This restaurant is a respite from the hoity-toity touristy restaurants in Ashland and we hope it does great!

My sister and I were traveling from Salem Oregon to Redding Ca. It was around 2PM and we were ready for lunch. We started looking at restaurants in Ashland and Talent Oregon. They all seemed to close between 2 and 5 PM. We booked into Talent and the Harvest Cafe. It was around 2:15 the waitress said we close at 2:30 but come on in we are happy to serve you. We were so grateful. I chose the fish and chips and the waitress said the fish was from Seattle. Funny so am I. My sister chose the goat cheese and beet salad and a bowl of homemade chili. We topped off with homemade cheesecake with orange ginger sauce. It was all reasonablypriced and delicious!!!!! They have a list on the wall of all the local farms that supply them. They make everything in house and have an eclectic menu. Also I got coffe with dessert and it came in a cute little french press. Being a former Seattleite I love love loved that. I had recently been to fancy french restaurant in Seattle and the coffee should have come this way but it did not. We had a great meal in a cozy warm atmosphere with friendly perfect service. I travel frequently between Redding Ca and Seattle and I will definitely stop here again if I can make it before 2PM.

Holy Moly.. Have not had a meal that pushed all the right buttons in a long time! This was delicious!!! Beyond reason... Ribs, skirt steak, plum sorbet, flour-less chocolate torte, great wine.. I could go on forever! I say go! We will be back without doubt!
(5)Kevin V.
One of the most satisfying dining experiences I've had. Started with the squash salad, one of the best salads I've had- all the flavor were on point, felt like it bridged a meal to dessert all in one dish. For the entree, had the braised short rib. Again the pairing of the different elements of the meal were stellar - the soft, fork tender rib contrasting against the crust of the croquette with the bay shrimp and greens. Usually we go with the flow and get dessert where we eat but don't usual expect to be blown away. The pumpkin cake was fantastic, we were battling our forks on the plate for the last bite. On top of all this- excellent atmosphere and great live music. Enjoying eating here before it gets too well known and subsequently harder to get a reservation.

I went to Harvest on a recent motorcycle trip and was very impressed with the food. John is a very talented chef and you can tell he cares very deeply for the food. He also tries his best to source his ingredients locally and organically when possible. Try his home made egg noodles... ridiculously good!

I traveled to Talent on business recently, but didn't do my due diligence in finding a place for lunch before hand. Luckily I made my way down Talent Avenue, and took a chance on Harvest. It's an unassuming place (which I prefer), but has a great layout, and a really beautiful patio area. My waitress was very friendly, seated me quickly, and got my drink order started quickly as well. For lunch I ordered the Tortilla Espanola; I honestly didn't know at all what to expect, but they had me at sour cream, avocados, and cilantro sprouts. My lunch arrived, and it was a work of art (and huge)! It tasted nearly as good as it looked (some of the potatoes and beans were a bit under done), with great flavors, and just the right amount of each ingredient. A really creative dish, and done nearly to perfection (and could easily feed two people). I had their cheesecake du jour (my server told me that the flavor changes) for dessert - cheesecake with raspberry coulee. Honestly, one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had: perfectly smooth, lusciously rich cheesecake and perfectly spiced and baked crust. I wish that I could subtract just a half a star for the undercooked potatoes and beans, but since I can't they get five. :) I wish they would open a restaurant in Eugene!

While traveling south, we dined here. It is an intimate venue with original, fine tasting foods. This is one of the top dining experiences I have had. We sampled several menu items and all were fresh, local and exquisitely prepared. The staff was relaxed, friendly and competent. All in all: perfect. Treat yourself to a meal at The Harvest.
(5)D G.
This restaurant is an amazing addition to the area! Service was very friendly, the owner/chef checked on us to see how we liked our food & experience, and it's very obvious he takes much pride in his work. We had squash salad, pork chops, a ramen noodle dish, dessert, and drinks which were all excellent. We look forward to returning and supporting this establishment!
(5)K T.
It's great to have a new place serving high-quality local food in Talent. We have just been once but loved everything we ordered, especially the ribs and the noodle dish. We will be back to Harvest often.
(5)Gwyneth R.
The food is wonderful, the servers are good but the meal took FOREVER to come. Hope they can work out the glitches in the kitchen
(3)Serenity S.
Harvest has EXCELLENT, all organic, local food!!! It's all made from scratch in the house, so the wait time is a little longer than normal, but it's so worth it! And the servers are very professional.
(5)Scott T.
The Harvest Restaurant, featuring fresh, local, organic, and seasonal fare skillfully prepared by Chef John Biles deserves the attention and patronage of any food lover within 250 miles of small-town Talent, Oregon. Our salads, entree, and dessert were superbly prepared, proportioned, portioned, and served with the love and attention that exudes from the very talented Chef and his kind staff. Every bite was full-flavored and taste-bud tantalizing. The only downside, thus the four star rating was the after-meal coffee. The addition of any one of the incredible award winning craft coffee roasters at hand nearby (plus table-side brewing training) to the menu would take the experience over-the-moon. Everyone pay attention this is a restaurant that should be on your Yelp bookmark list for the Southern Oregon region. I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

What a unique and delicious treat in Talent. I've been three times and am consistently impressed. The chef there does a great job, and I've enjoyed everything ordered so far. So glad this restaurant exists!
(5)Michael B.
A very welcome addition to the Talent Dining scene. Well-balanced flavors came through on the delicious warm potato salad we shared and on the two entrees. Service was attentive and friendly. The only minor criticism was the lights could have been ever so slightly lower for evening dining.
(5)Michele B.
Amazing food we loved the fettuccine dish was thick and creamy with bacon heaven and ribs were sweet, tangy, and delicious. Good wine and beer. Love the beautiful outside seating as did our dog. The cheese and octopus apps were great. Omg and the flourless chocolate cake a must! And lovely live music!
(5)J M.
I am a French fry snob. These guys have perfected the art of French fries. Their oil is the correct temp which is where most go wrong. The food is a little pricy but it is mostly organic. Their menu is a little fancy for my taste but their food is excellent. I would like to see a few more traditional organic offerings. Iced tea is outstanding as well.
(5)K C.
Such a wonderful place! I've been coming here after work with a friend since shortly after they opened. We had searched wide and far for a place that could offer good fresh food, good wine, and nice atmosphere at a reasonable price. Harvest has become our default. The food choices are creative and thoughtful. We don't always love everything, but we've never had a bad meal and we appreciate trying new things and that our feedback is welcome. I frequently attempt to copy meals inspired by harvest (alas, they are better made there). Above and beyond great and inspiring local food and wine choices, we go because the ambiance is homey and community minded. We know the waitresses- all of whom are thoughtful, competent, and helpful. The excellent chef comes to say hello after we finish our meal. Kindness exudes from the staff which makes the dining experience personal, comfortable, and satisfying. It's our favorite place in southern Oregon!

ASHLAND--GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!! It's a real pleasure to report on Harvest. It was a five-star experience, top to bottom. Chef John Biles and crew provided our group of five with one of the most memorable meals we all have had--EVER. The food is exquisitely good. We all shared in order to try many dishes, and everything was excellent. The chef has a gift for layering flavors--consider a plate of citrus, parsley, marcona almonds, green olives that managed to bring out the creamy and subtle umami of octopus. IT WAS TERRIFIC. Oregon Shakespeare Festival-goers, plan on an early (5:30PM) dinner, so you don't have to rush and can make your 8PM curtain. It is worth the drive, and frankly--this is better (and better-priced) fare than anything I have found in 36 years of visiting Ashland. Just go.
(5)Shannon D.
The cuisine is absolutely delicious and has the fresh feel that I would expect with a name like Harvest. The wine list is short but well balanced and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I initially gave this restaurant 5 stars but felt the need to edit the review they were not very helpful when I asked for an itemized receipt. I travel for work and need itemized receipts when I use the company card (even the hand written order ticket is sufficient) and food X1 on the credit card receipt is not acceptable for my expense report. I was able to get a photocopy of the hand written ticket but the process left me feeling that I was burdening them by asking.

Part 2: He tells us the following: it was our fault the food took so long since our friends arrived late. We responded that the place was empty, but he kept arguing that baseless, idiotic argument. Our friend got furious over John's insistence this was our fault & denying it took an hour for the food to arrive, implying we are liars, so he slammed his hand down on the table to signal he was done listening to John's victim mentality; John immediately lectured him not to bang on the tables he built, further shaming us...but I guess it's ok for Angry Victim to slam bottles on the table but a hand is too far? John then told him to prove we'd waited an hour. Really?? Where's the, "I'm sorry your experience wasn't great. We take pride in customer service & value your business. Let the house buy you xyz." Nothing like that was ever said by anyone working here! Instead, we get paranoid accusations based on assumptions, not facts. My husband brought up the high prices for a casual place, comparing it to New Sammy's/Alchemy. John got upset over this & argued his place is much cheaper. Not true. Then John spat out: "I know who you are [gesturing to me & my husband]. I've seen you around town!" I immediately said, "We don't know you, so how do you know us? From where exactly?" & he faltered before saying, "You live in Ashland!" We said, "No. No we do not. Not anymore." John clumsily added, "Well, then you have doppelgangers going around in Ashland!" This was all said with a tone heavy in judgement & implication--he knows who we are, yet without ever having spoken to us, knows all about us? This sat very poorly w/ me; these are inflammatory, irresponsible words shot out by a hotheaded bully. What did we do in your imagination exactly? I don't take well to having my character called out based on some supposed thing he associates us w/ in Ashland that we are not privy to; basically, he dislikes us based on some experience he never had with us? How insulting; it reveals so much about his lack of character & maturity. What a child. He switched his argument over the food taking so long by whining to us, "You try working in a former gas station in a tiny kitchen. Did you see how small it is back there?!" Ok, how is this our problem? You chose this place! You chose the ambitious menu! If you can't keep up with the demand, then make a change. Blaming your customers is a largely ill-advised tactic but that ship sailed. He told us, with self-righteous smugness, that he would appreciate us not paying for the food, leaving & never returning to his restaurant. Stunning. Our friend put a $50 down & my husband tried to pay. We didn't want a free meal. John, again, the self-righteous victim, refused our money. He would not stoop so low as to take our money as he was taking the (deluded) moral high ground, convincing himself we were Bad. That's a good story he tells himself but it's not the reality. The waitress did bring my husband a corrected entrée btw; he did not eat it, but she did try to make up for her mistake. I think what happened is that Angry Victim ranted to Mr. Self-Righteous over the wine pouring confrontation & he took her word, came out, guns a blazin' w/ his mind made up that we are jerks before hearing about our experience. Two angry hotheads, ruining a night for many people over their big ego issues. What a shame and what a waste. The word that comes to mind for John Biles and Angry Victim is "entitled." These are entitled, classless twats who never learned how to play well with others & function via constant excuses coupled w/ self-pity. If you have no interest in providing a great customer experience, then you shouldn't have a restaurant, period. After all that, I can honestly say the food was decent, but overpriced. Before the blowup, I was going to give them a solid 3 star rating. The steak was really good; the potato that accompanied it had no seasonings. My gluten free friend's steak arrived solo on the plate so she had to ask for a potato substitute by the waitress...again. Another thing to remember: money is personal to people, so when you are screwing people over with unequal pours, that is costing THEM money, hence the understandable frustration my husband felt. Could he have used a kinder tone? Absolutely. Did he or any of us deserve what happened next? Hell no. No one does. What may be nothing to you may be everything to someone else, so I advise you to tread more carefully when dealing with things your customers view as wasting their money. It's not good business. We are not jerks or mean people, really. I know you disagree, but we deserved better from you. A simple, "I'm sorry that happened" goes a lot further than insulting decent, paying customers. And you should fire Angry Victim. Just sayin'.
(1)Ben M.
Wow! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and fantastic food. That's the rare resturant trifecta, and Harvest has it. Like another review stated "EAT HERE!". The duck confit was perfect: crispy skin and juicy meat bursting with flavor, paired perfectly with pear to add a balance of sweetness to this decadent dish. This honestly was one of the best meals I've had the pleasure of enjoying.
(5)George H.
A sparkling gem! Local foods brought to the table. A chef that knows what to do with the fresh crop. Menu changes frequently, depending on the availability of ingredients. And John Biles paints a portrait for your palate. Local wines populate the list, few but well chosen. Why can't all restaurants get it right like this one?
(5)Stephanie D.
Farm to table casual elegance. Amazing, fresh, locally sourced delicious food! We had the steak and the ribs and they were amazing. Great flavors and ingredients. We have come here probably a dozen times and are always impressed. Thank you Harvest!
(5)Rose A.
Good food, good customers, perfect location right off the freeway. A bit pricey for what was offered, the servers were slow, but I received my food quickly.
(4)Derek M.
This restaurant is exactly what the valley needs. Medford couldn't support it, and in Ashland it would disappear into a sea of trendy restaurants that cater to tourists. Being located in Talent allows The Harvest to grow with a loyal, local clientele while making some of the best, simple entrees in Southern Oregon. Ive never had a bad meal, in fact most of the meals leave me wonderfully surprised with their elegant simplicity. Go to this restaurant, you won't be disappointed.
(5)Benjamin K.
This is an Open Letter to Harvest from a "banned" customer. For each of you reading this review, you will have some insight into the belly of the beast. Dear Mr. Biles & Harvest, thank you for the dining experience of a lifetime--a truly remarkable experience that all of your customers should know about as they consider your establishment as a place to partake in over-priced, mediocre hipster food. Upon entering, we were greeted by your hectic staff. Before being seated for our reservation, we were asked if we had one, which we did. Next, menus were hastily dropped at the table. The "nice" server was seemingly in a rush, but attempted to get us to order. We explained we were waiting for friends. Soon there after, we ordered salads and drinks. Our friends arrived at 7:20 (20 minutes late). No big deal. Dining room empty. Multiple times, we had to wave the server down or make eye contact to get attention to the table. Red wine poured in dinky white wine glass, which was actually offensive to the wine itself...but whatever. Our friends' wine arrived in proper, larger red wine glasses. Waitress approaches and I made a comment something to the point of "These pours aren't the same", to which "Nasty" Waitress (we have "Nice" and "Nasty"...two different folks waiting on us) responds with "How would you know?" to which I responded..."I have a good eye", to which she rebutted in a nasty, challenging tone, "wanna see?" and storms off all red in the face. She was clearly combative because I called her out. Sorry Ms. Nasty--after running a bar as a bar manager & general manager of a very large restaurant, I understand pours & glass sizes. You were wrong. To debunk her own theory of the "perfect pour", when she came to fill glasses at the table, each of the glasses got a different pour as she was pouring by eye. Pish posh, I was over it--but she walked around in a fit of fury. Angry woman. She then slammed the bottle of water down on the table the next time she came back to give us more. Meanwhile, our food now takes an hour to arrive. When it does, the waitress puts down my dish & says "Wait, you're a vegetarian, right? There is bacon in that. You didn't tell me no bacon". Yes, yes I did. So many times! She missed that point. So, nice waitress now blames me. Huh? The chef is clearly annoyed. I told them to not remake the dish, because I don't want to wait at this point after the hour wait and bad attitude...So, she brings it anyways and drops it in front of me. It was bland at best--could have used some salt maybe? Hey Chef! What you take out in Bacon, you need to make up with Salt. I asked to speak with the owner, who then turned out to be the grumpy man behind the line. He wouldn't let me get a word in on our experience as he kept interrupting & getting defensive. He then went on some rant about how my party was 20 minutes late & it's our fault it took so long. He then said we didn't wait an hour which pissed off my dining partner who then became angry when the chef kept accusing HIM of ruining the experience. My friend then slammed his hand down on the table after being insulted by this truly crude, entitled owner & demanded to see the ticket, to which Mr. Biles refused to share. Mr. Biles then said that he doesn't like him hitting his "handmade" table & said we do not have to pay for our dinner & to never come back to his restaurant again. I then explained how everything that has gone wrong here is being blamed on us, & then I attempted to boil it down to facts, which I presented to him. Mr. Biles then went on & on about how his restaurant, the one he chose to build, was built wrong & that it's his architects fault. "You try cooking on that small 4 burner stove" he told me. HUH? Blah blah...it goes on and gets worse. Mr. Biles then sneered: "I know who you are...I've seen you around Ashland". No Mr. Biles. You have not. Never seen you in my life & I don't live in Ashland. And, what were you going to say if I did? Hmm? Bottom Line: Mr. Biles has bred a group of entitled workers who have horrible victim mentality--these workers, including Mr. Biles, should not be in the hospitality business. You do not argue, fight, & get defensive (or go on the war path) with customers who had a genuinely bad time after YOU messed it up. Are you that pretentious & arrogant to believe your place is perfect? No restaurant is, but a positive & engaging attitude & service level makes it much closer. Your food is pricey & bland. You don't accommodate dietary needs like you claim. Oh, & btw, your dishwasher wiped his own 'stache 3x & then touched clean dishes in front of my eyes--please address this--you know what they say about what lives in facial hair. You have made fast enemies with 2 sets of diners who spend a great deal of time and money patronizing all sorts of restaurants & businesses in this valley. I'm happy to report we quit you long before you fired us as customers. May you fail large.

You know when you're watching your favorite cooking channel and they're visiting a cool little restaurant that preaches local ingredients and great flavor, and you have to whipe your mouth because you start to get corner lip drool? Yep, that's this place! We stopped in for lunch, and it was fantastic! The chef was visible from where we were sitting so it was pretty Damn cool to see him roll out homemade flatbread and throw it on the grill for the falafel sandwich I ordered! The falafel itself? Probably the best I've ever had (falafel can be awesome if done right, or it can be like eating greasy tasteless cardboard if it isn't done right)... This place has a real chill atmosphere, decor is laidback with good music filling the small dining area. The waitress was very nice and the chef was approachable and super cool and appreciative. The wait time to get our food wasn't too bad considering it was all made to order, but we did show up while it wasn't to busy... The prices were well worth the quality of food we had, and the portion sizes were good... We'll be back to try the dinner menu soon... Highly recommend trying this place! ***Eat Local***

I will definitely return because of all the great reviews. We ordered a falafel sandwich and a bowl of soup to share. The soup was nice but the sandwich was sooooo dry, even an extra smear of tzatiki would have changed the whole thing. It was good sized for the price, I just wouldn't recommend ordering that item.

First time at the Harvest Restaurant and we loved every bit of it. From the service to the food we give it "Thumbs Up" . It was so refreshing to have a clean, delicious, and quality meal while eating out. Will definitely be back!

Great food! Small menu that is executed very well. Service was great! Betsy was delightful and was super accommodating, particularly since we brought in a small child. My favorite part was dessert. I rarely order dessert and am super picky about sweets. The lemon cheesecake was amazing! Probably the best cheesecake I've ever had in my life! Thin layer of lemon curd inside made it soooo tasty! We will be back for sure, even if it is out of the way for us...

Just go.

(5)Arthur Gordon P.

(5)Sarah L.

Omg amazing, what a find. Great service, every dish delish, aircon, clean. Ribs TDF. The best, you will not be disappointed
(5)R M.

(5)Joseph L.
This is an incredible restaurant. I've been twice now and regret not having come more! We will be back again and again. The food is sensational, and specifically the salads. Both visits, the entrées were very good, but there's something special about their salads! Very creative, with fabulous flavor combinations that will make you want to return again and again.
(5)Ric R.
(5)Stacey R.
Expertly crafted food! The menu specializes in seasonal plates! Atmosphere is charming. A nice date place for dinner or lunch
(5)James H.

Holy Moly.. Have not had a meal that pushed all the right buttons in a long time! This was delicious!!! Beyond reason... Ribs, skirt steak, plum sorbet, flour-less chocolate torte, great wine.. I could go on forever! I say go! We will be back without doubt!
(5)Janine B.
