Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

This is my favorite go to place for a nice bite. I usually get a salad and a panini, but my family really loves the Czech Pizza and Buffalo wings.

This place is no good. Do not eat here. I don't think they know what food is supposed to taste like.
(2)Marc K.
Fantastic service, delicious pizza and breadsticks! This will be our regular pizza place from now on...and they deliver!
(5)Chris K.
Enjoyed taking my family. The veggie garlic white sauce pizza was out of this world!!! Salad bar could be a ton better, however it worked. Will go again.

OK I am not sure whether to invite Gordon Ramsey (Kitchen Nightmares) or Mystery Diners. This restaurant was so out of control it is hard to describe. Our order was not taken correctly. There were about 14 people in the kitchen with the size for about 5. Most did have any idea what they were supposed to be doing. Everyone who came in after us for take out had their order screwed up. The staff was rude and didnt seem to know how to treat people. One girl was walking around pushing people to buy drinks and talking rudely it what sounded like Russian. The pizza was not bad, but for the $26 we spent I could have gone and bought crust, sauce and ingredients at the market and made a better pizza. . . . Also, reflecting many reviews here, was not told "thank you" one time . . . a message for the owner - been around SR a long time. Treat people this way and you will fall the way of about 10 other restaurants who have been in your location over the last 25 years. . . . oh and when I pulled up to the back of the building, during a very busy service, there were a bunch of employees behind the building looking at something on a phone giving me the look as if I was interrupting a drug deal. - creepy!
(2)Mariah C.
The service was pretty good but I was less then impressed by the food and atmosphere. The music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. There was a lot of yelling and the food tasted abnormal. The best thing about my visit was the Sun Chips that came with the sandwich. I won't be visiting here again.
(2)Jill C.
Great pizza. Everything was fresh. A couple of us had sandwiches and those were good too. It's owned and run by a super nice family.
(4)J.B. D.
Friendly. They let us buy a plain dough ball for the kids to make pizza at home, too! Unlike the place across the street. I would go back!
(4)Scott S.
Great pizza wonderfull service great people good for the whole family best for eating and watching the game
(5)Jerrad O.
Just ordered two large pizzas from here and they were delicious. My kids love it. Delivery was earlier than the quoted time. Definitely recommend this place to everyone over Blondie's.
(5)Martell O.
We are locals and these guys not only delivered the best pizza we've had locally, but went back to get us the liter of soda the driver forgot. That's amazing considering the crummy weather he went through to get us our complete order. Amazing customer service and pizza.
(5)Dustin E.
Wow this place is awesome! We had a very large order and they handled it really well! We called in about 4 hours before pick up (ordering 8 pizzas) and when we went in to pick them up we only had to wait a few minutes. The staff is awesome here, they were super patient with a man who couldn't talk or hear which really impressed me. Everyone else who was working there was super friendly and talkative, which is really nice when you are carrying 8 pizzas! Blonde girl is cute :) Overall great place, pizza tastes amazing - my compliments to the chef!
(5)Denise W.
Understandably a very busy evening in the village...however it was chaotic getting served - pizza came so fast that it wasn't cooked - and our server was so confused on who's ticket was who - i think they need to have a good ole fashion staff meeting - lots of potential here - if pizza was cooked more - it would of been really good!

It's our first visit to Sunriver. We love pizza and saw Panini had some good reviews. We were sadly disappointed. We ordered and sat outside. We were told they'd bring our drinks out to us. We got our appetizer. They just brought the appetizer and no plates for any of us. Pizza came. Still no plates or drinks. Had to ask for drinks and plates. 2 drinks came and my husband had to go in yet again to get our daughter's drink. One woman working was very apologetic, but the service was not good, the food was not good.
(1)Gary C.
I always find it odd when I read on review that says awesome pizza and another that says it's the worst. I ate here with a large group (all adults) and had salad, bbq'd boneless wings and two pizzas - Hawaiian and meat lovers. All of us were expecting average pizza and were surprised at how good it was. The crust was actually crispy all the way to the center of the pizza, which is rare to find. There were plenty of toppings and good tomato sauce. The owner gave us a complimentary order of fried mozzarella which was okay (but a very nice gesture). The bbq'd wings also were okay. Nothing spectacular. The only negative in my opinion for the restaurant was the tiny salad bar. It was something like $4.95 for unlimited salad but there just wasn't enough there to justify such a price. The service was exceptional. Extremely nice folks here.
(4)Ray B.
Great Pizza & Salad Bar! Had a great individual pizza with salad bar for lunch. Everything was fresh and tasty. The individual small pizza was amazing, I asked for extra thin crust and it was made to perfection. This so called small pizza can feed two easily and for less than $7, a great value, plus excellent quality. Very prompt and courtesy service. Everyone should give this pizza a try, you won't be disappointed!!!
(5)Jessica O.
We placed a large order for pick up and the woman on the phone was very friendly and patient. The boneless siracha and buffalo wings were really good, so were the mozzarella rounds! The pizza was good, but we've had better. The options in Sunriver are limited, but this place is worth eating at. I haven't tried the paninis, but I bet they're delicious.
(3)Renee O.
I'm glad they deliver.
(4)John K.
Best pizza we have had in long time. They even deliver to 1000 trails RV park in Sun-River
(4)anne l.
I'll give this pizza 5 stars because you can order any toppings you want by the slice! But the potato soup wasn't great. Very friendly service.
(4)Gregory D.
I am merely giving this feedback because I believe Paninis has the ability to be a great addition to our dining choices here in sunriver. I have not yet tried the pizza, but did order some salads the other day. What i got was some iceberg lettuce, some chunks of chicken, and some cheddar cheese. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel i can get the same at mcdonalds. I totally understand they are a new business and hopefully not new to the pizza business, but there is definitely room for improvement. Every time I pass by paninis, I never see a single person inside. They have taken over what used to be an old asian restaurant and so the interior still looks the same; very dated from the 90s. The menu has good variety but is also competing with the hugely successful and ever so popular Blondies, across the street. The mere difference is that blondies has built a reputation in town, offers discounts to locals, weekly specials, and blasts their social media ( facebook). I have worked in the food industry and specifically pizza industry for a few years. I only want to see this place succeed! on the positive side, I've heard nothing but great things about the pizza! My suggestions: --Get onto social media and run weekly specials...offer locals discounts as well -- get excited and upbeat when any customer walks into the restaurant. I felt like they are just running this for the $$ and not to succeed with customer service -- update the outdated decor, even if its smalll enhancements. Remember you are catering to locals as well as tourists. Give them something to remember and have them WANT to return and build your popularity and repuration. -- when it gets warmer, if possible, offer outdoor seating. Ate here over Christmas vacation and loved it! Some of the best pizza and service I've ever had! We will definitely be back!
(5)Cory M.
These guys looked fairly new, but we decided to give them a go and man it was a good decision! We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and it was excellent. Soft thin crust just melts in your mouth. Great service too!
(5)Susan B.
Ok, you guys have been here a year now and you should be better put together than you are. Pizza was initially good, but has gone downhill fast over the summer. Last few pizzas I ordered were so bad they were almost inedible. First one the crust was burnt - second batch was just gawd-awful. No sauce, no basil, cheese thrown on and mushy tomatoes. Time to shape up or you're not going to make it.

We've eaten here sometime back and decided to dine there again tonight. We ordered the Canadian bacon pizza and it was very good. Overheard another booth giving high praise for their dinner as well. The service was great and staff was very attentive to our needs. They were very friendly and seemed to be happy working there. The salad bar was very fresh in appearance and the restaurant was clean and orderly. Recommend if your into pizza or panini's. No disappointment here.
(5)Ahmad B.
Way way overpriced. $18 for a 20 minute pizza with barely any sauce and barely any cheese. It was a flat dry bread. We were told the cheese bubbled over. No it wasn't. There was no cheese. Woke up this morning and used the leftover and toast for breakfast. Roast beef turkey ham panini. You could barely taste any. One thin layer of each, for $8. Fried chicken, 4 rubbery dry pieces with potato wedges. Refired maybe? $12! The one good thing were the potato wedges and the garlic sauce that came with the chicken. Real sad, they could really serve good food for the prices they were charging.
(1)Kathy J.
Decided to stop in and have a pizza. Medium size restaurant, set back within the village. Booth and table seating, and a couple of TV's. They do have some beer options as well. We ordered a large canadian bacon, pineapple and olive. It arrived in a timely manner, could have been a little hotter though. Flavor and crust were good. Service was on point. Price wasn't too bad considering where it is located. We ended up taking half of it home with us.
(3)S S.
The pizza here is adequate and the service is really nice. Pizzas were pretty loaded with toppings but were a little light on the sauce. Their house lemonade is delicious. All in all.... A clean, friendly pizza joint that was worth the Groupon that brought me in.
(4)April O.
Friendly staff, great menu, and super yummy pizza. I would come back anytime I was in Sunriver. They accommodated my child's odd taste, which is always a bonus. They also have freshly made lemonade which was delicious!
(4)Jessica N.
Unfortunately after spending $120 on pizza and sides we were severely disappointed by the quality of this pizza. The leftovers all went to waste. :(
(3)Drew D.
So-so panini sandwiches and okay pizza. They can only do two sandwiches at a time - so it took nearly 20 minutes to get ours. Okay for lunch if you're in the village. Staff very friendly.
(3)David E.
The pizza here is amazing! They don't skimp on the ingredients. There was lots of cheese too. The owner is a really cool guy. He came out and talked to us for a while and shared his story. I shared two gluten free pizzas, barbeque chicken and buffalo chicken, with the kids and my wife got the salad bar. We would go back if we visit Sunriver again.
(5)A D.
Excellent fresh salads. Dressings delicious. We ate the mixed greens & caesar salads with chicken. Atmosphere nice. Love the outdoor seating! Will return!!!
(5)Alisa O.
The pizza is good but the service could use some help. We have visited this place the last two years hoping that the service would improve since we like the pizza. The gal who waited on us took forever to come over and greet us and then once she brought our drinks she never came back and asked about refills. Finally ,my son had to go up to the counter and ask for a refill. This place really should forget the wait staff idea and just let people order at the counter and have a self serve soda station. Not sure if we will be back next year.
(2)Taylor M.
This is an amazing place to eat food in Sunriver! As a family run business the owners make it a goal to be as friendly to their customers as possible! They checked on our table multiple times, even when super busy, and the food was AMAZING! This is the best pizza my family has ever had and we keep coming back for more! I HIGHLY highly recommend Panini's!
(5)Lindsay H.
Delicious pizza! Came here for lunch on a Thursday, just us and a couple other small groups in here. We were greeted right away when we entered the restaurant, and sat down at a booth. The menu options were great! Reasonable prices and lots of variety. We had the cheesy breadsticks which are truly addictive and each a personal pizza. Mine black olive and mushroom, the hubbs got a sausage and pepperoni. Both were delicious! We will definitely come back here next time we're in sunriver-- awesome staff and amazing food!
(5)James B.
Went here this past Thursday night. We started off with some wings which took about 35 minutes to get to us when the waitress told us it would only be 5-10 minutes. One of the plates of wings was frozen on the inside and when we told the waitress it took another 30 minutes to get the replacements. The pizza took over an hour to make it to our table and they weren't even that busy. By far the worst pizza I have ever had. Those $1.50 frozen tostinos pizza are better than the pizza at this place. I got the Margherita pizza and the only thing I could taste was the extreme amounts of garlic they put on it. Everything about it was terrible. I will never go back to this place again and will make sure that all my friends and family will never go here either. It was completely unacceptable. Worst dining experience I have ever had.
(1)Tim D.
From top to bottom this was possibly the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. After waiting 15 minutes to be greeted, our order was taken. We ordered 2 pizzas and an appetizer with the explicit instructions that we'd like it before our pizzas. 30 minutes later our pizzas were delivered after we watched an employee take selfies in a nearly empty restaurant, and a kitchen worker lick his finger while making food (yum!) I asked why our app wasn't delivered she said "well it's not done yet." I asked that the item please be removed from our bill, she brought it out and said "I'll give it to you for half off." Not sorry, kiss my ass or anything else. We were never asked how we were, how the food was or thanked the entire visit. I'd have been happier at McDonalds.
(1)Gary L.
Large pizza legitimately feeds four, but it's a little pricey. The tap beer was delicious! I think it was called "as sweet" or "its sweet" Anyway the pizza tastes like round table pizza with a better crust. Same combination of cheeses, including cheddar. The staff is friendly and accommodating, service is prompt. Good outside, or inside seating. So yeah, I'd eat here again!
(4)Lori M.
Blondie's is better. (But not by much.) Too bad Sunriver's only other pizza place is basically the same as Blondie's but not as good. The two places' pizza is sooo similar. Couldn't Panini's make an attempt to offer a different style pizza?? Anyway, it's edible. That's about it.
(2)Matt E.
This is where pizza came to die! Visiting Sunriver for the first time, this is by far the worst meal we have had here. Please, please do not come here. The breadsticks are average at best. The pizza was nasty, the sauce and cheese tasted extremely weird. To top it off, there was hair in our pizza, as well as both of our drinks. There was dust all over the artwork over our table. I repeat, the food was not good quality. Stay away!
(1)Matt B.
Meh...ingredients were ok (mushrooms were canned!); crust didn't have flavor. Sauce was good though. Sadly, not much better than a take/bake from Papa Murphy.
(3)Josh P.
Pizza dough is rather sweet and not much texture to it. The toppings were rather light. We had potato wedges and fried mozzarella with the pizza and they were both average. Not sure we will be going back.
(2)Amy R.
Generous portions, light and airy crust, standard toppings, acceptable salad bar, reasonable prices and Great service. Especially listening to one of the owners sing along to the radio from back in the kitchen. Very nice addition to the sunriver dining options and we will definitely be back. Also learned they offer free local delivery :)
(4)Jessica U.

I got the Margherita pizza and the only thing I could taste was the extreme amounts of garlic they put on it. Everything about it was terrible. I will never go back to this place again and will make sure that all my friends and family will never go here either. It was completely unacceptable. Worst dining experience I have ever had.

Stay away!

Meh...ingredients were ok (mushrooms were canned!); crust didn't have flavor. Sauce was good though. Sadly, not much better than a take/bake from Papa Murphy.

Pizza dough is rather sweet and not much texture to it. The toppings were rather light. We had potato wedges and fried mozzarella with the pizza and they were both average. Not sure we will be going back.
