last week after working a late shift my husband asked me to stop by there and pick him up a sub. It was about half past ten. My husband wanted a meatball sub, but when I ordered they informed me they were out of meatballs. This not the first time I've had this problem. Almost every time I go there after ten pm they are out of them. I've asked if they could make some and they refuse, saying they don't have to have them once they run out... I also overheard the employees over the intercom in the drive thru joking and talking when they asked me to wait to take my order. It has really gone down hill over the past few years.

Last night, my boyfriend and I went to this Subway location for dinner. We started to order and the woman who started my sandwich was awesome. A guy took over for the veggie part of the sandwich and was also working drive-thru at the same time. Clearly the person working the drive-thru should not be the person helping people in the store itself. Every veggie I asked for, he got wrong (due to listening to me and the drive-thru at the same time). The veggies he did get right, I got maybe one or two pieces of each (I am seriously talking one to three olives max!) Then to top it off, he rolled his eyes at me because he was getting flustered that the people in the drive-thru and I were talking at the same time! He asked what sauces I wanted and I politely asked for ranch. He proceeded to drown my sandwich in mayo, which I am highly allergic to! His face got tomato red and I let him know I was allergic and needed the sandwich to be remade. He got upset at this again and hid in the back while I was there. I waited until the room cleared and then had my sandwich made again. The woman who finished my sandwich was very nice about the situation. My boyfriend had already paid for the sandwiches at this point and when the woman asked if they were paid for, he said yes and looked at his receipt and found that he was charged for two of my sandwiches. Since we both were angry at this point he didn't make a huge deal about it and decided to let it go. All in all, I love Subway but I will not go to this one again. It also teaches me to not go through drive-thru cause you never know what they are going to do with your food. Customer service is hard to come by and this Subway proves that point.

Really wish this Subway was as nice as the one in Corvallis. I always feel like I am bothering them instead of feeling like I am the most important person. Half the time they don't listen to what you tell them.

Yikes! I have seen workers constantly touch their "Subway" caps, then touch the food ingredients, etc etc...There needs to be training on food handling...

By far the best sandwiches... I've never gotten a better sandwich and never got a bad one there. The girls working there are really nice and very polite. They are always willing to make my sandwich any way I like... If I want more lettuce they put more lettuce... Lots of pickles... Sure thing! Real great atmosphere and always busy!

I have gone to this subway for many years, and honestly the only bad thing that I have to say about them is that the service is a bit slow, as once I had to wait 10 minutes to get in and out of there with my sandwich. But for the most part, they have always made me good sandwiches which I am happy with, and as far as running out of ingredients, I myself have never had that happen to me. Very clean and friendly staff, and I will continue to be a connoisseur of their sandwiches.

Poor service. Poor quality. There are good Subways out there and this isn't one of them.

Most other Subways I've been to have been pretty acceptable experiences. But this particular one just doesn't cut it for me. 9 outta 10 times I've been in there, the staff seem as tho they do not want to be there and loathe everything about their job, including the customers. I actually had someone come out late one evening and say they had all been in the back, drawing straws as to who would come out and help me. That is not how I expect to be treated when I walk into a restaurant and I was shocked that she would admit that to me. That was the last time I ever visited that Subway.

Slow. Overpriced. Low quality meat and a whisper of cheese. I guess thats what you get from a sandwich chain that spends all its money on advertising, seems to be working for them, but I wont be part of it.

Mediocre. They have more bad days then good. I'll never go through drive-thru again, that's for sure. If you watch them make it, they have to make it right.

I went through the drive through with my daughter. We ordered a salad and 6 inch turkey with cheddar sandwich. I should have thought that I should forget the order or go in when the person taking the order seemed totally confused. I ordered the sandwich first, turkey with cheddar, toasted with only mayonnaise and mustard. I then ordered my salad with alot of veggies and oil and vinegar dressing. We did not look at our order when it arrived, because we were meeting my daughter, which was 10 minutes away. When we opened our order, we found my salad and my daughters sandwich with everything on my salad on her sandwich. First of all, her sandwich was supposed to be plain, but it was soaked in oil and uneatable. I drove back to reorder to only be told by the manager, "sorry". No credit, even though most of my afternoon was ruined running back and forth to this subway, we will never, ever go back to this subway.

We found a human hair in one of our sandwiches after we had left and hit the road to eat in the car...gross! The sandwich makers (despite one of them being exceptionally polite) worked very slowly even though they had a long line of customers waiting. We won't be stopping at this Subway again.

I can say that most of our visits have adequate, nice enough, and speedy service.... however, I must say that out of ALL the Subways I have been to from Sisters to Coos Bay this is the only one that seems to count how many veggies they place on your sandwich. One one experience I was being served by an employee in training and I could see how accurately she wanted to line up the pickles as taught. Truly... a great straight line.... all nine of the slices. My kids would rather drive 10 miles to get to Lancaster.
