There have been some good changes including a full carafe of tea over the last couple of months. The days of random t-shirts and lack of organization seem to be over. Good for them.

***AWARD FOR MOST DISGUSTING STORE AND STAFF BEHAVIOR.*** I've eaten at Quizno's several times in Portland and never had a problem. I rarely feel a need to do a Yelp review on fast food, but in this case I think it is necessary. I head into this restaurant on my way out of Eugene at about 3pm Sunday. There are 3 employees in the store and only 2 other customers. I'm starving, only having eaten an oatmeal packet so far this day. First off, the guy wearing the death metal kind of t-shirt (way to represent, BTW) who took my money at the register DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS before finishing my food order! After handling my money, he apparently thinks slipping on those flimsy gloves is sufficient enough. IT IS NOT. Yes, at this point I should have asked for my $ back and went elsewhere to eat. But I just wanted to eat and get on the road. So I sit and start eating. I'm halfway through my sandwich and this same jackass comes out to empty the garbage. He pulls it out from the bin and literally 3 feet away from me pulls the nasty sack out, and takes the new bag and fluffs it up and down in the air several times before stuffing the bag in the container. All this is right next to me when I'm eating. Appetite ruined. Sandwich ruined. Opinion of Quizno's ruined. I immediately discuss these problems with the manager. Her reaction? She just looks aghast with a confounded look on her face like she doesn't know how to handle a situation like this and really gave no other response. No remedy to this situation is offered. As I drive away, I thought of something...This was all behavior that they are willing to let customers SEE in this restaurant. Just imagine, what do you suppose goes on in the back of the restaurant? When they are out of view of customers. Yeah...suck on that for a moment. Don't eat here. I certainly never will again.

Quizno's is the only sandwich shop I like in all of Eugene/Springfield. Now that this is the only remaining location, on top of them being down the street from my work I am here quite too often. They're all very friendly and even starting to memorize my order which shows i'm there too much! Please don't close it down! I don't know where I will get a sandwich from if you do! Love you guys :)

I haven't had Quiznos for awhile until I had a craving to go there for lunch. I started with a large sandwich and a cup of soup. First I know it was busy, but the line behind the counter was just going to fast to where every sandwich being made was just a mess, including mine. I asked for olives and they put on so much because they were going to fast to take some off. Then there was the soup, broccoli cheese is known to be there best seller and they didn't even have any backed up and were having to heat in the microwave and it was just, so watered down and bland that I had to replace it with another soup, It was just a total disaster of an experience. I sure hope they realize that even when busy, quality still needs to be there.

Service here is good, I personally like Quiznos subs over subway so I'd def come here more than there. The black angus steak is legit. And the pink lemonade is awesome too. This specific restaurant is kinda small and cramped witch I don't like at all but I guess it's because it is a Quiznos not an actual restaurant. Anyway good sandwiches okay service no real complaints.

I love Quiznos. They really offer a good variety of sandwiches that taste very good. Of course, my favorite is the Chicken Carbonara plus guacamole. The staff is pleasant and they know how to keep the line moving during busier times.
