I have to say, the service here is always pretty good; friendly servers and hosts and food comes out relatively quickly. That being said, the staples (ie pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage) are pretty consistent from time to time. But if you order any of their special items...especially if they are new, prepare to be underwhelmed. I had a strawberry and creme crepe...not only was it not pictured with the tower of whipped cream it was served with, the strawberries/syrup and "creme" frosting we thrown haphazardly on the plate, and it was literally swimming in that fake tasting strawberry juice. I have had very good eggs, pancakes, even the ham and egg sandwich (which is my fav, because who doesn't like grilled ham and cheese with egg?) and they are all good. The simple dishes are the best as well as the most consistent. I also love the little french vanilla creamers they serve with the coffee...you don't need any sugar if you use one of those!

Over charged and waitress didn't say a word. Skinny 15 year old orders 4 Rasberry creeps thinking this is the 4 crepe $8 breakfast plate on the menu. Waitress obviously know it was for him when she delivered all 4 to him. Charged him for 4 individual creeps at $4 each. Apparently the 4 crepe plate does not come in Rasberry. To top it off they did not taste good... Hard to mess up a crepe. Paid for it and explained disappointment to cashier. She just shrugged shoulders... We live in Eugene and will never eat there a again!

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I went here for our first time last week for lunch. Location is on the iffy side for me and the waiters were a little cold but I dont even care about that, what made me happy was the food and family setting. Yeah, it was a little loud and crazy but thats comfort to me since my two year old is in the stage of talking really loud. I didnt feel like I had to whisper or keep her quiet because everyone around us was laughing and wrapped up in their own conversations, which I like. Now back to the food- LOVE. We got two orders of a half berry waffle with eggs, hashbrowns and sausage. Delicious!

Walked in and it had a smell. Smelled like a dirty diaper. Service was quick. Ordered breakfast. I had a tough T-bone steak that was over cooked. Left full but not real satisfied.

I love some good breakfast. When my parents come down to visit, my father takes us out to eat in the mornings. Usually its Denny's for the meal. I hate dennys.....greasy nasty grub. So when we stopped at IHOP the other day, it was a pleasant surprise. It's not the fanciest Eugene has to offer, but for a quick cheap brreakfast IHOP was pretty decent. Meals are reasonably priced, service was quick and friendly. Only thing that was annoying was it took about 3 plates per person to have all the food delivered. Leaving our table SUPER crowded with a mess of plates. Either larger plates or a bit larger tables would help. But its A-ok AM food

After a relaxing evening with friends at Cougar Hot Springs, the lot of us decided that we were hungry and the powdered doughnuts we had been snacking on while steaming ourselves had not been sufficient. The four of us arrived at about 11:30pm on Monday night. Gauging from the near empty parking lot, we knew seating would be plentiful. Unfortunately, the management of this particular IHOP must have decided that it was too slow to have both a hostess and a waitress on weeknights, The poor soul of a girl who was running around doing double duty all night looked haggard. Most of us ordered breakfast foods, and it was pretty standard. Hard to screw up on pancakes and French toast. I did order an omelet which was tasty, but the unexpected addition of Holandaise sauce smothering the top of it was not exactly what I would have ordered. I do believe this comes from me not thoroughly reading the menu before placing the order. The service was a little slow, but this is because of the one staff working, so it was mostly forgiven. Having a carafe of coffee at table side eliminated the need for swift refills, speaking for myself at any rate. The guys who ordered soda were screwed. I'd go back (after hours, when nothing else is open) as it is open 24/7 and has decent quality breakfast foods.

Good standard breakfast fare. I've come here 3 or 4 times in the last couple months usually Saturday or Sunday mornings between 8-10am, and it's pretty busy. Some weekends you may have to wait 10-15 minutes for a table, while other times you might get lucky---lesson=even at 8am this place gets full (mostly older or scraggly-type people). Prices are a little high for being a run-of-the-mill chain, but I haven't had any bad food from them. Hashbrowns are delicious, but there is something just a little off (not sure if they should be spread out more when cooked, or cooked a little longer, or just flipped more often. Like I said, they're good, but something's missing). Pancakes are always good. I particularly like the NY Cheesecake pancakes, they're worth every calorie (which is quite a few). Their eggs and omelets have always come out as ordered and as expected---good. Nothing amazing, but that's not why I go here. Waitresses do vary greatly in quality here (would write waitstaff, but they're always women, the only guys I see work here are a few hispanic guys that buss tables). General rule of thumb: be nice, don't linger too long, and do try to take some personal interest in them so they'll try to be nice and/or don't hate you. Pros: +Good food +decent service +fairly good turn-around between the time of ordering and the time when the food is ready Cons: -A little expensive for what it is. -Waitresses can be pushy (are encouraged to sell extras) -nothing extraordinary (is it worth more than a 10-15 minute wait? Not really...)

Run down and less then average service. Orders wrong on 2 of our 3 orders. Table next to us had half wrong. I know they are busy but need more staff and to slow down and listen. Really need a massive renovation lots of dust around, extension cords attached to extension cords doing nothing. Really clear the ownership is milking it and not keeping up with other IHOP locations. Will not return unless it looks like somebody cares.

So So SO disappointed with this place They have a room that has leaking skylights. Water dripping onto the backs of paying customers. We ordered extra crispy bacon.. hardly cooked the eggs were nasty runny. And to top it off, when Ordering I showed the waitstaff my coupon for a BOGO brekky. She said it was okay to use. When I went to pay, the manager refused it and said that an emailed one needs to be printed out. We explained to her that if doesn't state anywhere to print it out, and her waitstaff okayed it before we ordered. she said it doesn't matter, thanked us, and walked away.

The service here is pretty good, I can tell the regulars and workers here are close and it's pretty cute. However, the food is not far from what you'd expect from an IHOP in the middle of nowhere. I got the chocolate pancakes and they were good but 4 was a lot for me. I tried my friend's crepes and it was a nono. I'd say only get pancakes or waffles here, everything else seems pretty mediocre. Also they have two Wi-Fi networks here, both of which you can't actually access even though they're free and open. I probably should have asked the waitress about it though.

Horrible Service!! Run don't walk from this IHOP. We were seated within 10 minutes than it all went downhill from there. It was about 10:30a & they were busy, no problem. Our waiter Josh came over & took our order. That was the last we saw of him at our table. After 20 min my husband asked someone for our coffee & tea. He said ok but never came back (eventually came back to say he's not "allowed" to do that). We asked 3 different people after 30 minutes our coffee arrived. At this point we're pretty sure our food is getting cold in the back. People who arrived long after us are eating. No word from our waiter. We finally get up & leave. If they weren't so busy packing in the tables with people arriving and instead servicing the many waiting this I feel would be better. Also, the waiter shouldn't be taking 15 more orders when the tables that are already waiting aren't getting take care of. VERY VERY UPSET. Wouldn't even give them one star!!

Waited 15 minutes. Didn't even say anything to us. Other customers were ordering to-go to actually get served who've been waiting longer! We were the lucky ones! Very poor customer service before we even started! Time was around 2:25 AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning Definitely need more staffing for weekend, especially calling it a 24-hour restaurant. Couldn't even give this review any stars considering we haven't been properly served. Even if I can, I wouldn't give it a 1-star for this trip (or maybe I have to since it wouldn't let me post the review without a star).

Not that great! There is so many better places to have breakfast! Took 30 minutes to get burnt sausage links, wafer thin slap of almost burnt hash browns and 2 blueberry pancakes that had so much whip cream that you couldn't even see the pancake. Definitely not worth the $9!!!

This has got to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been to. I bet the floors have not been vacuumed or mopped in years. Our waiter was ok but the rest of the staff was completely apathetic and unprofessional. One of the waitresses was in the kitchen and yelled back to the cook, "You wanna see my armpit hair?!" The couple at the table across from us also heard this and looked as shocked as we were, I thought she was going to spit out her food because she was so grossed out. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Think of the worst gas station restroom you've been to, this place is worse. I seriously looked them up to see if the health department had cited this place, I can't believe they are allowed to serve food here. Completely GROSS!!!

I must be a glutton for punishment going to an ihop again. When we first sat down their was a strong smell of body odor that was so bad we switched tables. The waitress was friendly but the food seems to be very low quality; cheap cheese, syrup, etc. The bathrooms were really dirty, something I find unacceptable. My advice is just stay away.
