Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I really enjoyed chipotle. The girl with the blue hair was the best customer service I've seen in a long time. She answered all my questions and helped me choose a delicious meal.

I loooooove Chipolte, especially now that I have to feed myself while caring for an infant. Sadly this location seems to still be working out the kinks, one day I got mid rate steak on my burrito, last week a to go order where the burrito was made poorly and not even covered by foil, often the chips are stale. That won't keep me from coming, but does not make me happy. Hopefully they get it together.

The food is good, (if they pay attention to what they are doing) as I am sure they follow the traditional Chipotle corporate recipes. The staff in Sherwood however is awful. Seriously. We will drive to Tualatin just to avoid it, not to mention we can actually eat in there (since there is very little seating in the Sherwood location). They don't listen, they rush you through the line, the cooked my kids quesadilla so badly it was rock hard? How do you screw up a cheese quesadilla (by chatting with your buddy's instead of paying attention to what your doing). I have been four times, and only once did I get what I would consider reasonable service. I am so disappointed as I was really looking forward to making this a regular eating out destination spot.

I love Chipotle, but the sherwood one is very poorly run, I have been there about four times and each time it hasn't been a good experience. chicken was burnt and another time very very spicy. All tables and floor dirty while 5 employees are in the back chit chatting. Very disappointed in this Chipotle.

Love our Chipotle! There were hiccups when they first opened and were slammed, but the manager makes good. He even gave me a burrito on the house when I shared that I accidentally was charged for 2 chips and guacamole opening day, in addition to providing me with chips and guacamole on a separate visit. Great staff!!

I visit this chipotle at least once a week and it's delicious. The staff is always willing to serve my order with an abundance of goodness when I ask for extra. They always serve with a kind smile too!

Love Chipotle but not this one. The staff are rude. On my last trip there the manager or supervisor type person took the time to chastise his staff instead of serving us. For several minutes! Will spend my money elsewhere.

Don't listen to any of the bad reviews this chipotle is the best one I have ever been to! The staff there is willing to do whatever it takes and they all have great attitudes and smiles. This is a great chipotle! The food is delicious!!!!

I'm a chipotle fan but this one needs some work. The first thing I noticed was the funky smell when I walked in. Then the noisy staff that were no older then high school who were too busy chatting to notice me. If it weren't for the fact that I can expect the same good, high quality food each time I go I wouldn't go back.

Since my last review this place has dramatically improved! It's clean, staff is friendly and food is great. Seating is limited unless it's summer and the patio is open but thats typical for this chain.

I've always been a huge fan of Chipotle.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The food is not cooked properly and you WILL get food poisoning!!!!!! I've tried it twice just to ensure it was this location that was bad, and to my dismay (and horrific food poisoning) it was! Meat, especially chicken, needs to be cooked thoroughly, and it's just not here. The food is always luke warm, that should have been my first clue not to eat it!!!! Either way....stay clear of this place, unless you enjoy being poisoned!

I was really happy to try this place. 10 dollars for a burrito, soda and a bag of chips. A few hours later my rectum wants to explode and turn in on itself at the same time. At least when you go to taco bell the food leaves as easy as it went in. The service was almost as bad as the food. The guy making the "burrito" wandered away half way through and another clerk had to finish it. I asked for more lettuce and got a glare with my scant sprinkle of more. Thanks, but next time I'll just buy a weeks worth of beans and rice for 10$ and go to the DMV for better service.
