So I have started stopping in just to get my hot coco. Today out of old habit I ordered a Mocha. I took one sip realized my mistake came back in and asked for a hot coco. They made it right away I offered to pay due to it being my mistake and they said it was not a problem. They did a great job and took care of me. I will be back again.

This Starbucks has the best Barista's. I was at a competitors and they made me wait too long (I'll spare the long story, but the jist was the competitor took a long time to make the complicated order before me, didn't even bother to ask my order, but asked if they could serve the person waiting behind me {a regular}, first.) Anyway, this pregnant lady needed a hot chocolate and I was on my way to a meeting, so I went to this Starbucks a block away from the other coffee shop. The barista made me the hot chocolate and noticed I was down so he gave it to me for free. He didn't have to do that. I've been a loyal customer since. They barista's at this location are always friendly and helpful, they get my order right, and they treat everyone with respect and courtesy, even the bum who sits outside asking for change. A little courtesy goes a long way.

Another great Starbucks location. The inside is nice and updated and modern. This place has plenty of room to sit inside and has decent room outside as well. Dub artista are great too! Never had a problem with any of my drinks at this location before. The only knock I have about this place is the drive thru, the mine gets so long that it blocks the parking for people that park and go inside. It makes it very hard if you want to park and walk inside and trying to get out of there this is quite a task.

This is a nice Starbucks that is in a handy location in downtown Salem. I've been here a handful of times for a good pick-me-up and a cage-free egg wrap, with positive experiences on each visit. I'll be back!

Great service! I stopped in at 6:00pm on a Sunday, they were closing. They not only took care of me and made my drink, but didn't charge me! (I tipped well, however!) The barista was very friendly and welcomed me to Salem.

Good service and they remember frequent visitors. Nice place to relax and enjoy a coffee, but it can get noisy when it's crowded inside.

I love this location...used to come here all the time. Great place to read, write, or people watch. Larger interior. Customer service is always polite and friendly. One of the best interiors of a starbucks that i've ever been to. Seriously...check it out if you haven't.
