Came here today with my mother. I ordered the Half-Time Burger and she ordered the Eggs, Hashbrowns and Hash. The food was really good and in great proportions. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The prices are very reasonable as well. We would definitely come back.

Don't eat here. Thought that the food was good. Then I bit into the chicken. Completely raw. Almost made me barf. Save yourself from this place or you will be shitting yourself for weeks.

Wow. This place is a breath of fresh air. My partner and I stopped there after our workout one night recently. We weren't sure what to expect as it has the look of a dive outside. We were pleasantly surprised when we crossed the threshold. Clean, lively, and friendly. The staff behind the bar yelled hello as if we were old friends. We were invited to sit and immediately the Bartender/server came over. He was exuberant in his highlighting the menu. We both opted for the dinner special (A French Dip with Sweet Potato Tots.) The meal was excellent. I had never had sweet potato tots before and they were awesome! The service was impeccable and quick. The chef came out and checked on our meal personally! Honestly, the tots were plentiful and we took a good portion home with us. If I were to make any criticism, I would suggest they expand their selection of local micro brews. I have noticed with increasing pleasure that the parking lot is filling up almost every night now! Good job. We will definitely return.

I have went to this place several times when I have parties at my house because it is several blocks from my place. Every time I come in there with about 10 to 25 people and it seams that we 99% of the customers. The sad thing is that we get treated/served like we are the 1%. The service here is horrible and the servers always have a horrible attitudes. This place is depressing and we will pay for the Taxi cab down town or walk across the street to Boones Ferry from now on.

I have been here a few nights over the last month and "I'm loving it". They have a nice selection of tequila and other various top shelf liquor as well as the cheap stuff. Did I mention they have Mirror pond on tap, I mean what more can you ask for. Well for starters the Tenders are always helpful not too mention there easy on the eyes. They place is never crowded, but its never empty. Theirs always a few people in there enjoying some drinks and good music. They have a smoking section outside so you can bring your drink along with you. Also there are speakers out side so you don't have to wait for your favorite song to finish. I have not tried the food there because its usually late by the time I arrive.

This was their first breakfast since the owner took over and they definitely overdelivered. I ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast that came with eggs, hashbrowns and toast for $5. The gravy was flavor and had sausage in it, the chicken fried steak was crispy throughout my breakfast without getting soggy, and everything else had great flavor without the need of salt. The serving staff was very friendly and the owner came out, said hi and checked up on us. They have great drink specials and I highly recommend this great little hole in the wall goldmine.

Great new place. A couple of good TVs, comfortable seats, and $1.75 PBRs all the time. I've been to Half Time a few times to watch the Blazers and the staff has always been very accommodating in turning the volume on. I have never been here past 8pm so I can't speak to what the night vibe is, but during the early evening, it's a great place to go for a drink, a game, or some food. Speaking of the food....it's good. I'm going to put this out there, it's the best bar food I have personally had in Salem. I know, I know, there's a very low standard here, but these guys have a solid menu AND they serve breakfast all day.
