this is a very nice little store. the bagels are tasty but they're not New York style bagels. his little sandwich shop does a nice limited menu. if you buy a dozen bagels, you will get 15 bagels for $15. the store is open for breakfast and lunch. give him a try and I'm sure there are other things that he can bake as well, that's what bakers are.

What is wrong with people? I walked into this bagel shop for the first time at noon-ish, hoping to get a bagel sandwich. Guess what? They were out of "everything". They literally had nothing to sell. Yet they're open until 4pm. So, from 12 to 4 they don't have any food? What's the point? Won't be going back.

Fresh, huge, and delicious bagels!! So excited that we have a bagel place in south salem. We got the jalapeño pepper jack toasted with cream cheese- amazing, and perfectly spicy! We also shared a Reuben on the bacon asiago bagel, and oh man, that thing was incredible!!! We are already planning what to get next time we go because every bagel looks wonderful! Someone next to us order the French toast bagel with the cinnamon raisin bagel- wow that is my next thing to try! The service was quick and very friendly. It's not huge or real fancy inside, but it is clean. We highly recommend this place, and can't wait to go back ourselves!

I really enjoy bagel sandwiches. I tried bagel and beyond for the first time today, I went in for breakfast about 10:30 and the wait was not bad. I ordered the Italian bagel, i wasnt impressed with it at all. It was very very dry. My over all sandwhich- ham, egg, and cheese was alright. Nothing to jump over the moon for. It was dry, not much flavor. I had to put some condiments on it to give it flavor and take away the dryness. My biggest issue with this place was that the guy running the cash register in the front went to the back to work on cutting cheese and DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. Very unsanitary. I probably will not return to bagel and beyond.

6 months after first noticing this place, I finally tried it today. It is just around the corner from where I live, and right by the grocery store I go to the most (Freddy's). It is small with big windows, and when I came in on a Saturday morning, there was only one guy working the entire place, and he was friendly but quite busy! I probably waited 15 minutes for a half sandwich on a 3-cheese bagel, as well as an apple cinnamon bagel for my husband. The person working the shop suggested honey pecan cream cheese with it, and I'm told it was very good. The 15 minute wait was very reasonable given that there were several other customers and lots to do, but the employee was apologetic for the wait. Overall, it is a friendly place, and the bagels were VERY good. Today won't be my last time!

BOMB don't run or report me!! This place is BOMB we had the some type of cheese bagel with jalapeno cream cheese minus the bacon it comes with and it was Delicious, homemade bagels and great cream cheese. Best bagel joint I've been to yet in the great Pacific Northwest. We will be back when in that neck of the woods!

They opened on 9-15-14. Nice people really good large bagels, good selection of sandwiches, and even serve breakfast. The bagels were very good, will have to try their bagel dogs. Good luck to Bagels & Beyond.

Wow! Such an amazing Bagel Sandwich...I enjoyed the Harvest Chicken Salad on an Italian Bagel. I can't wait to work my way through the menu. Bagels & Beyond is in the old Jackie's Ribs location in south Salem next to Fred Meyer. You must give it a try!

Love this place, I really do, you guys are friendly and the food is great, but this is the second time that I order, other people come in, get there stuff and go and THEN they come and ask me what I ordered and THEN start working on mine. And it's not people who phone ordered. So I will keep giving you guys a chance but I hope the service gets better

Small, clean, simple and delicious! Enjoyed the three cheese bagel with cream cheese and turkey. Toasted lightly, made fresh and quick. Super reasonable prices and friendly service. I'll be back soon and often!

These aren't your typical bagels. They are large and slightly less dense than regular bagels. So if you are going to eat these, make sure you eat them right after they have been toasted. If you eat them when they are cold, they taste like you're eating cold flavored bread. I ate part of my pumpkin bagel (with cream cheese) after it was toasted and it was heavenly; but when I ate the rest of it about fifteen minutes later and it was cold, it lost the crispiness and the overall flavor was different. As for the service, I really liked the two guys running the shop. They looked me in the eyes and were genuinely friendly. My fingers are crossed for these guys.

I decided to try it out this morning, planning to buy a bunch of bagels and shmear to take into the office for a co-worker's birthday. Arrived at 6:45 AM. They only had two cream cheeses - pumpkin and lox. Yuck. Left without purchasing anything. Fortunately there was a Great Harvest across the street.
