Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

We have stopped at Tino's a couple times. The menu is super vegetarian friendly, which is always a plus for our family. The veggie burritos are filled with the usual suspects: rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, avocado, lettuce, salsa; and are very tasty! My mother in law was happy with the fish tacos as well. And do yourself a favor and order some horchata-- it's perfectly creamy, sweet and tasty. This taco truck is tucked somewhat behind the Shell gas station, very easy off of I-5, headed north or south! One of our favorite taco trucks along the I-5 while traveling.

LEGIT. This place has authentic Mexican food to the T. Prices are cheap, service is friendly and fast. I got the Tortas supreme and it was bangin! Only negative is the parking and crowd, but the quality food far outweighs the cons!

Used to be the best in town, quality has REALLY dropped. Let me know when they start putting spices in the food. Last thing I had here was a torta and the bread had all the flavor.

Soooo Gooood!! The torta supreme is absolutely D-LISH! It's Huge too. The Mexican Bohemith boasts a ton of REAL meat with ham, cheese and avocado. Beats ANY hamburger in town.. Hands down. When adding the homemade salsa and a bite of the pickled jalapeño.... Out of this world! Making my mouth water just raving about it. Only reason I give 4 stars is the hours can be random. All in all..probably my favorite take out in the burg if you can call it that.

Stopped here off of I-5 during a long car trip. Conveniently located in that respect, plus customers have direct access to Shell's bathrooms and there is a cute seating space protected from the rain if you don't want to take the food to go. They have a great food selection with a lot of veggie options, which I appreciated. I ordered veggie tacos with rice and beans. The downside is the wait was long for a Taco Truck (about 15 minutes), even though it wasn't very busy when we ordered. The rice and beans were mediocre but the tacos were delicious.

The service is always friendly if not fast. The tostadas are fresh and tasty. They make fantastic horchata. Overall it is an excellent value and a great pace for a quick bite.

Best Mexican food in town! Having lived in CA for nearly 20 years, we were spoiled with excellent Mexican food. After trying several Mexican food places in Roseburg and being disappointed, this tiny little taco truck next to the Shell station on Garden Valley has become our favorite. Did somebody say CARNITAS?!

Excellent place for lunch. My favorite Mexican quick lunch food in town hands down. A hidden gem of authenticity. Only down side is limited seating and congested traffic, but can't complain a bit about the food.

Extremely delicious tacos. Quick and affordable. Would stop if you're looking for something fast and good.

Don't be dissuaded to see that it is taco truck. This is the best taco/ Mexican cuisine in town perhaps all of southern Oregon; hands down.

It tasted OK, The presentation of the food looked great, just wish it tasted as good as it looked. BUT I will say the horchata was great! California still has the BEST Mexican food!

As far as taco carts go, this place is pretty outstanding. One of my chief complaints about our long distance travel along I-5 is that food stops right off the highway tend to be predictably awful "anywhere USA" type places. Generally, you have to know somebody or know an area to have the inside on cheap good food, especially if you are trying to make a fast stop near a major highway. This place is easy to find, tasty, friendly, and, priced according to taco cart law: inexpensive. It appears to be a favorite in the area, we watched moms and teens, ladies in high heels, mechanics buying food. We hoped the sighting of a nurse buying lunch there was a sign that the kitchen is acceptably clean. The food was exactly what I wanted, something with real flavor and freshly made!

I love the food here. It's the most authentic Mexican food around. The only drawback is you either order your food to go, or eat outside at the gas station. They share a lot with a Shell gas station. They are a van-type business, but they do run a clean kitchen. The food plating and portions are top notch too.
