I'm not a coffee drinker, but I do like going to coffee houses and enjoying a warm cup of tea, hot chocolate, or Italian soda. This location is quite nice; they have a large drive through for those in a hurry to pick up and go. Inside they have a nice dinning area and a typical Starbucks ambiance. I like the vintage photos of Roseburg they have strewn throughout the store. It is the only Starbucks in Roseburg that isn't inside a store. If your a fan of Starbucks and in the mood to hang out and enjoy a drink then this is the place to go. They are located inside a business plaza and right across from them is a Panda Express that shares a parking lot, so if your going to visit you may want to park on the East side of the Plaza. There is usually parking spots available and its easier to leave when you're done.

great location with a drive thru...yay! friendly staff as usual...always ask you how are you doing, etc. just 1/2 mile off i-5. there are a lot of new businesses nearby, so you felt like you were in a good part of town. worth the stop off i-5 for some caffeine!!!

Clean and attractive. Milk for lattes was over steamed to the point it developed an off flavour and I finally added milk from the pitcher when it took too long to cool to a drinkable temp. My berry croissant was heated to the boing point, which was a detraction.

I like the location and plaza that they are in. The employees are very nice here. The way they made my Carmel macchiato really impressed me. It's really good compared to what other locations make it like. Also it's a very clean place. Must visit the Starbucks. If you a coffee drinker

The most unorganized staff at a Starbucks I've experienced. Person taking my order would not slow down enough to get my order right. Then when the drinks were ready the way they announced the order caused me to grab the wrong drink. Food and coffee was fine failed on the customer service side.

Great location, nice seating inside and outside. But I must admit it's just another Starbucks. Staff is friendly, and will joke around with you if they aren't busy.

The weirdest starbucks I think I've been to. Never imagined i would hear 'no tap dancing is allowed here.' (Some guy dancing, employee snarky) Or to not even look up when I said, 'Thank you!' They did their job though very nicely.. They just acted not happy to be alive which is my only impression ever of Roseburg, OR. Thank you!

Extremely poor service today. Granted they were busy, but a woman in front of me had been waiting since I walked in, tried several times to ask if her drink was coming up and was totally ignored. My drink came up, the guy after me got his frap and the woman tried two more times to ask someone about her drink. Which was just a brewed coffee by the way. Finally a guy acknowledged her and got her drink, and wasn't very nice about it. All the while, the five or six employees were laughing about a sandwich that got sold and having other inside conversations.

A little on the slow side but the drinks were good and the service was friendly. Easy stop off the freeway.

Holy fly invasion Batman! The Starbucks was pretty much the same thing you'll get at any of the bajillion Starbucks, but I swear I've never had to battle so many flies in my life. I couldn't focus on my book because I was too busy swatting stuff. I could see if I was stinky(which I wasn't), but I'm sure the dirty tables and armchairs were the reason this location is a fly's paradise.

This is a convenient location to get coffee in Roseburg. The staff seem friendly and are time efficient. Unfortunately, the coffee consistently tastes burnt. In fact, I poured my last latte down the sink. I will stick with the Starbucks in Safeway. Their coffee drinks are much better, in my opinion!

Service at this store was so messed up that I assumed it was brand new with an inexperienced staff. Ordering was disjointed with an interruption during the order. The service was quite slow. When we got to the window it was discovered that my black coffee had been sold to someone who ordered an expensive drink. We had to wait for my coffee. Not sure what happened with the person who paid for a drink she didn't get. From reading reviews I gather this was unusually bad.

Good place to get some coffee. Starbucks is (as always) reliable. No surprises here - you like it or you don't. Parking is easy, and free, which isn't a surprise in Roseburg. However, there is also a drive-through window. Inside, there is plenty of space available for studying, or just sitting down at a table. It isn't too loud inside like some coffee shops can be sometimes. Outside, there is a patio with a few places to sit, which is cool if it's a nice day.
