Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I have the flu and confined to bed rest- I had a craving for Chinese.... Go figure. I used Yelp - wise decision and found out Asia Garden delivers. The woman who took my order was great and got everything right. They delivered in great time and the employee was great. The food was just what I needed and cooked well. I'd definitely recommend this place! You all have have a great restaurant!

It's next to the Hillbilly Heaven Resale. Staff are very friendly & service is quick. There's a holographic pic of Mao by the door. Lots of lunch options--we chose a combo of kung pao chicken, sweet & sour pork, beef chow yuk, & fried shrimp. Egg rolls were gigantic & reminded us of corn dogs (possibly double fried). Egg drop "egg flower" soup was good despite small pieces of meat in it. The kung pao chicken had very small pieces of chicken & too much celery but good flavor. The beef chow yuk was very good. The sesame chicken got better reviews by our table than the sweet & sour pork. I'd probably use their carry out more than dining in.

My favorite Chinese food in the state of Oregon. My mother lives in the area and we go out there whenever I am visiting. Great Mandarin Chow Mein, Mar Far Chicken is large strips of boneless skinless breast served with HOT HOT mustard and a unique (and wonderful) pink sauce. Hot and Sour Soup is delicious. Actually, everything I have tried there is delightful. Probably more Americanized Chinese food but still moderately priced, fresh and very tasty. Service is always friendly, quick, and unobtrusive. The place's decor is definitely dated, but the food is so worth it. A diamond in the rough.

Very mediocre. They have several 5 and 6 dollar lunches and you get a plate full of food. But, to me it was tasteless. The sweet and sour pork was overcooked and mostly breading, the egg foo young was a strange green color. Hate to give poor reviews but ... Lots of other places in town.

Delicious food. Try the chicken pan fried noodles, egg foo yung, and Marfar chicken. Mmmmm soo good!

Expensive, unauthentic Chinese food, the food doesn't taste good at all. I guess they are doing "American Chinese" style dishes, no where near authentic Chinese food for Asians. Not worth your time going there. Would never go back there again, was just passing by that town on the way home and needed to eat dinner. Found a Chinese restaurant, stopped by, huge waste of money. Would definitely not recommend.

Their food is so amazing! I live 300+ miles away right now and whenever I can I go here for Chinese food, still my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant. The thing you HAVE to try is their sauce, I have tried to re-create it at home and failed miserably. It enhances all of their food's flavors and makes you want to lick your plate. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants authentic, but not necessarily spicy (hot or overly seasoned) Chinese food. Their prices are really reasonable and you can order to-go too. It's family owned, not a chain, and the family is really nice.

I like this place. I have been going there for 30+ years. My family would always go here for Chinese when I was a little girl. They are still the best place in town! I love their bbq pork! You get a lot of food and really good service! Prices are really good... Food is even better!

Decent sit-down American style Chinese restaurant. What can you expect in this small town? I have to admit, the general tso's chicken and the Mongolian beef were very good and can be as spicy as you want. Overall a good experience if you're wanting fast Chinese food that's affordable.

Clean, friendly service, good food, and large portions.. I'm just a visitor from Cali, but enjoyed my birthday dinner with my family!
