I don't eat here, except the occasional curly fry, but my kids love the place! There is one guy who works there, in particular, who is so friendly I wanted to leave a positive review. If only more people were as nice as this employee, the world might be a better place! You'll know him if you see him- bright eyes and a happy face. Not a look seen often amongst fast food workers.

This restaraunt has struggled from the beginning. Poor management seems to be the issue. Over the few years it's been opened there have been a few very competent employees that seem to dissapear into thin air. The replacements seem to be undertrained and over stressed. I have heard management yelling at employees. I am willing to keep going there because I like to get the tacos sometimes. You cant mess up deep fried tacos!

Rude, disgusting, lazy, dirty, stale. Bring plenty of rags to clean up the mess they will practically throw at you if you use the drive thru. By the time you look back to ask for napkins, (too lazy to throw a few in), they've slammed the window and turned their back on you. They should pay their customers to put up with their obnoxious behavior. On the bright side, if you happen to be a lazy, disgusting, rude person yourself, I'm pretty sure that's a plus in the job interview!!!

Disgusting food. The Buttery Jack is greasy. Who butters the outside of a burger? Jack in the Box apparently. With fake butter. It was eeeeeew. The patty obviously isn't all beef, it reminded me of the school hot lunch burgers. The service is terrible. Rude. Slow. If you use the drive-thru let them know in advance that you expect napkins and condiments. Cuz they slam that window shut fast and disappear. If you use coupons expect some glaring. They act like it comes out their own pay or something. Rude... They've done this several times to me over the last year and I won't go back.

The lady at the window was eating as she was handing me my food, the forgot some of my order and when i called back to tell them she acted like she was from a different store the food was cold and you could tell it sat for a while andni was afraid to eat it for getting food poisoning. Whats up with people these days, no one has any integrity or self respect. Negative 5 stars but to post this i had to select 1 star
