Popped in here on a Wednesday night and the place was packed to the rafters! Hey, what's gong on? Wednesday night tacos - cheap and great. Two of the four of us enjoyed the tacos, while the others had a great looking steak salad and a happy hour burger and spuds. Everything was well prepared and promptly served - particularly considering the crowd! Service was great - our staff person was attentive and efficient in spite of the fact that we were just one of the many table she had to take care of. If we lived in this area, this would be MUST STOP. During the summer time they have an awesome patio/deck. Good stuff all around!

Came here the first night of a trip to Bend. Good pub grub food, generious portions and super fast service. Really liked the beer, nice introduction to the local beers out here. Impressed with the place and recommend it to others.

Fantastic beer, good wine. Liked that they had a full bar even though they are a beer brewery. Excellent service from Amy Patterson!!!! Thank you Amy!

I can't believe all the positive reviews for this place. Everything was out of a box or jar. The burger tasted like it was as cooked in rancid oil. Frozen fries & appetizers were terrible. Honestly the worst, most overpriced meal I've had this year.

Enjoying a Hop Smack ... A super crisp and delicious IPA that the boys where kind enough to pull right of the line for me. Great place, fantastic people, worth a look, see, & taste..

As a fan of the Monkey Face Porter, this brewery and restaurant is a must stop! Great decor, clean, and yummy foods make it even better. The BBQ Pork sandwich is great, fries crispy, and the large nacho plate takes up literally two whole plates! Not sure how often they switch the Nitro tap but worth asking what is available and trying it out....hopefully its Monkey Face!

Visiting from Fort Collins and doing the Bend Ale Trail! The beer is great - my favorite is the Monkey Face Porter with the 20" Brown a close second - and the food is delish. My partner and I split a falafel sandwich which, beyond being quite tasty, had the *most* incredible pickled onions on it. I absolutely must learn how to make these. The service was also fantastic - we came about 15 minutes before they opened and Michelle took great care of us from the moment we sat down!

We tried to hit up 10 Barrel Brewing but it had a 90 minute wait at 5:00 on a Friday. Maybe another time. So, this was a backup. It's a pretty good bet. Good beer, so it's hard to complain. It didn't blow my mind, but I came in here with the parents and kids for happy hour (4-6 M-F) and had a pretty good time. Kids had dinosaur nuggets which for them was a 5-star meal. The kids' menu was pretty comprehensive, containing most of the things that we find gross but kids for some reason can't resist. I had the brisket dip, which is really just a French dip with shaved brisket, horseradish, and au jus. I think really, the prime rib/roast beef works better for this, but it was not bad. Having spent some time in Texas now I didn't think it was awesome, but it was ok. The bread could have been better but I'm kind of nitpicking here. Fries were crispy and my dad had the fish and chips (beer batter of course). I tried a fish and it was at least fresh, though I think the batter could have been crispier. Again, minor complaints here. Fresh fish is always a good thing, no off flavors. I enjoyed the beers. I tried the Cyclops IPA and Jefferson IPA. They were both pretty bitter as I would expect for those west coast IPA's, but they were not over the top and I liked them both. My mom had the Mahi Mahi tacos and she said they were good as well. Portions overall are generally what I'd call "large", so come prepared to eat. The happy hour is a great deal. As I said, M-F 4-6pm and there are a lot of things half off, and $3.25 pints if I remember. Prices outside those hours or off the regular menu are generally $10-$15/plate, seems about normal these days. I'd come back!

We stopped in here for refuel and drink some well earned beer after summiting South Sister and woa we were SO impressed by the food! Best. nachos. EVER. And it wasn't even just because we'd done South Sister. Seriously super impressed by their food. The beers were good, the growler refill price of $10 is pretty killer so we took home a growler of Amber!

Well worth a visit .. Great food & Drinks, always ... I am sorry and I know many locals may not agree with me but CLB is always a fresh place to have a drink and some chow. We are kind of regulars and usually split a meal but everyone there is cool about it. We are not cheap, we tip excellent but just cannot eat that much food. The quality of food is well above Pub Style and some of the items are unique. Be aware the meatloaf is enough for three loggers and if you're on a diet be careful with that dish as it is delicious and you will find yourself licking the plate clean of gravy. Yes, speaking from experience... that was a bad night ! The staff are some of the best in Bend and turnover seems low so being a regular has its advantages. The bartenders are more than fair in their pours and spot on with requests, they are real bartenders. Outside seating is as good as they can make it so no complaints. We sit outside whenever possible watching the cars circle the roundabout which is as much fun as, well waiting to see a crash as some people just have to show off. This is entertainment.

We sat on the patio on a sunday night, they allow dogs out there, which is great. There was no wait for a table around 6 pm, which was also nice, bc 10 barrel had a 1.5 hr wait! forget that!!! The food and service was good. The beer was amazing! Their porter was so delicious! The darkest lager came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in it.. how great dark beer float! I had the stir fry and my mom had the chix avocado sandwich with pub fries and everything was pretty tasty. I would recommend :)

Good atmosphere, great selection of micro brews. Had a huge pork sandwich and a pint of beer for $12. Great service and a homey feel to it. I'll be back for lunch the next time I have to be in Redmond. I might add that I prefer this location to the Bend restaurant as far as the atmosphere goes. The servers seemed friendlier.

First time patronizing this establishment in Bend. Decided to stop for lunch on our way to the Cascade Lakes Hwy for a drive. Great place with ample space. Restaurant, bar, lounge, and an upstairs area for games. My friend and I found a table, and were immediately welcomed and given menues. After ordering our brews and appetizer, we settled for pork belly mac-n-cheese, and yakisoba with vegetables. Our hummas plate was huge! Full of veggies, three types of hummas and breads. Then our lunch arrived. Food was very tasty, but too much to eat it all so we took it in to go boxes for later. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, reasonable prices. Will definately return soon.

Great food, great beer, great atmosphere, great service. The food is very consistent. I'm a local, and I eat there all the time, and it is always great. Try the brisket dip sandwich, its great. Great onion rings! Available in the winter season only is a fantastic chicken pot pie.

Don't put too much weight on this one... but I stopped in since I was staying across the street on a recent visit. I'll say this, the service was great. My server showed up quickly, at just the right times, and not too much more than that (given that I was clearly hiding in the corner to edit some photos on my laptop). I had a crispy chicken cobb that was, for bar food, pretty dang good. I had a pint of the Monkey Face porter, which was really pretty good, too, but probably based on the multi-hour bike ride and insufficient water consumption I'd had that day... I was pretty smashed when I left. Luckily, I could walk back to my hotel and plop into bed afterwards and deal with the headache later. Four stars only because, it's a brewpub. Pretty good one, though.

Must go here on Tuesdays for their taco Tuesday deal, absolutely the best! They have a great atmosphere and service. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu either.

Had a beer and the Mahi Pita Wrap after an epic MTB ride. Both were excellent, as was the service. Mary says the fried oysters were awesome (blech!). We'll be back.....

Atmosphere is above average anywhere else, but Bend. The beers were NOT special, more like filtered water with a dash of carbonation and maybe a hop leaf or two strained and removed. We came down for the brew pub trail and this one is the lowest on the totem pole and they can't hold a candle to Bend Brewing Co or Deschutes

Well, I've been in Oregon for 7 years now and this is the first time I can remember where I had great customer service. We stopped by after playing some golf and had good food and beer. I really would love to give this place 5 stars, but it did lack a couple of things that I like, so please don't discount this place. The food came out in a timely fashion and the service was great. I will definitely be returning on our next trip back.
