Can I just say yum??? Super fresh, delicious and cheap! We got the salad rolls with peanut sauce, shrimp pad Thai, and general tsao's chicken. Great staff, super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

When I saw the outside I wasn't sure about this place, but my daughter convinced me I would really like it. I loved it! the food is fresh and cook perfectly. I was really impressed and would go again. I have already recommended to someone.

Good teriyaki chicken. Cheap and quick. The teriyaki was not overly sweet, just the right balance. The shrimp rolls were different. They had pickled carrots and cilantro. Not my favorite.

Their food is not bad at all but the people loitering in the parking lot all look like the meth heads on Breaking Bad. If I had a family I definitely would not feel safe coming here in the evening. The space itself is very clean and inviting. Had the pad thai and thought it was decent. Not bad but nothing special, a tad bit on the sweet side. For the price you pay you can't really complain. Also had the nem salad rolls with beef which were okay, however they are nothing close to the size or quality of the ones you can get at Pho Oregon a couple blocks down. Overall this place is worth trying out (in the day time) if you are in the area but I wouldn't go out of your way to try it. There are many other safer places in town with the same type of food WokShop offers.

Wok Shop has become my go-to stop for quick and affordable Asian cuisine. Great value, good food, and incredibly fast. I typically go for the sweet and sour chicken, which has a balanced sauce with chicken that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

I (insert heart emoji here) Wok Shop Kitchen. I can either go to a place just a little ways down the road that rhymes with Blanda Express and get food that's been sitting for hours, or get tasty (& freshly made in a wok) Asian Fusion takeout at the Wok Shop Kitchen. The General Tso Chicken is my jam with the Litro bottle of Mexican Coca Cola that they also have- and I'm set. The Salad Rolls are also very tasty.

So glad to have Wok Shop in the neighborhood they have the best salad rolls! Everything tastes fresh, I have never been disappointed.

Got the beef yakisoba. It was really good! Nice amount of flavor and affordable. It was a lot of food for me, so got to eat for two days! :) the worker was nice and was telling us what was popular and well as what they had. That was really helpful! They have a small menu, but all they make is great, so cannot really complain! :) they bring the food to you! :) I love being served food at casual, fast food like place! Makes it seem a little more personal! It was great, but not amazing in my opinion, so not the full 5. But I would go there again :)

I am new to town and was looking for something different so obviously I went to yelp and this place did not disappoint! I placed my General Tso's chicken with noodles and I got it faster than any order I have ever gotten from a drive up window. The chicken was great and perfectly cooked and the noodles were great as well. I will certainly be back!

Great food, great service. I usually order the chicken yakisoba and it always taste great! I usually come with co-workers or order take out for work because as soon as someone hears we're going to the wok shop, everyone starts placing thier order. And they never have gotten our orders wrong. You just can't go wrong with this place!

I have to up my rating after eating here a few more times. Fast and super friendly. The food is good. Very good. And heck it's super close and open late. They have upped the prices on a few items but really nothing over $9 now. See the Good Points list in my first review.

I live is this neighborhood and was very excited when this place opened as there are very few takeout options. At first the food was really good and at a good price. Then the quality seemed to go down a bit and prices rose. I quit going there, but saw they added a few new items so I decided to try it again. I called for a take out order and was shocked at how much prices had risen; a basic one item lunch is now $9.00. I have no idea is the quality has improved - they messed up my order and decided to fight about it instead of fixing it. I won't be going back :(

Best salad rolls ever. Small menu, fresh ingredients, done exceptionally... I will be returning. The best you can do for a small amount of money. Craving it now!

Really liked the beef short-rib teriyaki, and the chicken yakisoba was pretty good too! Really nice people and they are open late which is a big plus! I'll be back!

Holy crap that is the best chicken pad thai ever. The chicken pieces were the perfect size, and they were ever so slightly crispy and very tender inside. The sauce was delicious and the noodles were a great texture. The gyoza was phenomenal too. I will definitely go back. By the way, for anyone who is confused, this is the kind of place where you go and order at the counter like a sub shop. The staff is wonderful, too.

Krissy V.
Always go here for a quick lunch. Their pad thai is one of my favorites. The chicken teriyaki and nem rolls is also very delicious!!! And always there's great service from the owners and the people that works there which makes it even better. If you haven't discovered this place, it's a must!!!

For the price, portion, and a patron, I absolutely dig it!!! Its a counter service restaurant that serves all around classic asian dishes. Did I mention they have hard alcohol and Video poker?!!! I ordered the classic Pad Thai with pork and some Chicken Salad Rolls. This was one of the best Pad Thai I ever had. It was so fresh and steaming hot I had to take my patron on the rocks first. Very Friendly, Very Fast, Very Flavorful. I just love it...
(5)
Cass M.
I have officially had everything on the menu now and I love it all. They have the best salad rolls and sauce, a great curry, and the ubiquitous pad Thai has a great mix of sweet and heat. Free tea, generous hours, super cheap pricing, an awesome friendly staff, and the ability to walk down the hill from my house to this place all add up to a SUPER five star rating!
(5)

Fast, friendly, and exceedingly delicious. One of my go-to's. Wish they had more shops!

One of my favorite places to eat, I wish I lived closer! They are so quick, employees are friendly and accommodating, and the food is very fairly priced and so delicious! I have been here numerous times and never been disappointed.

Although this place is in a very ghetto area they have restaurant quality food and great tasting!! I really recommend coming here. We had the short ribs the soba with beef and pad thia none were a disappointment we loves then and if it was close to where we lived we would definitely come back!!!

Ok, so it doesn't look very thrilling from the outside, but this is a hidden gem. The salt and pepper squid is yum yum.

This place is in an area that's a bit shady and that's why it didn't receive a five star but the food definitely can be rated five star. My bf had the shrimp pad thai, I had the grilled teriyaki beef, son had the chicken grilled teriyaki, and daughter had the general tso's chicken. My bf enjoyed his pad thai so much that he practically inhaled it. My daughter and son liked their meals a lot. My daughter ate most of hers and I almost finished mine as well. Everything was perfectly cooked. The portions are really big for the price and the lady taking the orders was really nice. Thanks to yelp we got to try this place out.

Hungrylone W.
This place came out of nowhere! And upon entering i knew I was right where I needed to be. Menu is straight to the point and simple, the way I like it. Classic favorites all around and all sooo flavorful! Well we only had teriyaki and pad Thai, but they did it justice and I can't wait to try more! Price ain't bad for the proportions either. Found my new neighborhood Asian spot!

Brenna M.
I actually eat here about once a week for convenience. It is pretty good food for the price and speed. Their only flaw is consistency in quality. It completely depends on who is working the kitchen when you order. Sometimes it is great and flavorful; others it just tastes like cooking oil (lots of hot sauce required to make edible). Good place that just needs to work on maintaining quality.
(3)
Rusty S.
Great food!!! The employs are young and make some very good food. we got salt and pepper calamari, pork chow fun, and lemon grass chicken. an excellent choice, I recommend them all.. We will be back for sure.. only complaint was that the portions are a bit on the small side but the quality did make up for this. can't wait to try in house:) great tea too, Green/Jasmine, from Thailand i do believe!!
(5)
Michelle H.
Got the chicken pad thai and loved it! The only thing that bothered me was that the noodles seemed to stick and clump together a bit. However the staff was very friendly and was ready to help answer any questions we had. The food also came out very quickly. There was hot tea next to the water which I enjoyed! Also, there are take out boxes right next to the register, I didn't notice and had it pointed out to me when I asked him for them.

Ordered the chow fun with chicken and it was delicious! Super fast service and would recommend! 10/10 would come again.

Nice & neat place, good service. I tried pad thai and coconut curry today, different cooking style from other Thai places i've tried and the food was very delicious. The chicken meat is tender and tasty! Definitely coming back to try all their menu!

Wok Shop is a pretty small joint, but seemed clean and neat. I assume either they don't have AC or it was broken, as the heat was the only real thing that made my trip in enjoyable. I had their General Tso's chicken. I can't speak for it's total accuracy to authentic Chinese cuisine, but heck, if you want that you probably need to go to China. The chicken was well prepared, and the sauce made it taste fresh and homemade-ish. They had the USA-Belgium World Cup game on, and the dining room is small enough that different patrons were chatting table-to-table about the game. It gave the place a very low-key and informal vibe that was relaxing and fun. The staff were pleasant, not rude and not obnoxiously charismatic. Typical nice-ish Asians. I will be coming back, but on a day cooler than 98. God have mercy on their line cook.

This place is so bomb love the vibe and the food is amazing!! This place totally deserves 5 stars!!

I was craving chicken wings the other day and did a quick yelp search that led me here. It had good reviews and I wanted to try a new place for wings. My go to place for fish sauce wings is Utopia down on 82nd avenue near Halsey St. This place did not disappoint! It was not as fish sauce heavy as Utopia and I think it may have been breaded. The sauce itself was reminiscent of general Tso's chicken with fish sauce and garlic. 6 wings to an order that was 9 dollars. A little expensive IMO. Their pickled daikon radish and carrots on the side were a bit salty for pickles as well. The order came with a side of rice and they use good rice. This I can appreciate. I always hate the rice you get at most Chinese/Vietnamese establishments. It's tasteless and usually cooked terribly, you get either brown crusty blobs of rice or mushy mush rice. The rice here was a short grain rice, I believe? It's chewy and fun to eat. Service was quick and quite friendly. They also offer beer and hard liquor at the place. You can also go past some swinging doors and get your video poker fix. There were other customers there with orders of yakisoba, which looked pretty tasty. They seemed more reasonably priced than the chicken wings, as well. Overall, I liked it enough. I probably wouldn't get the wings here all the time, but I would come again.

We flew into Portland at noon and by the time we picked up our rental car we were hungry. WokShop was nearby and just looking for a quick bite, we went in with low expectations which were quickly exceeded. First, let me be honest: this place has no atmosphere. It is rather like a typical strip mall Asian food joint and the bathroom leaves much to be desired. If you can get past that, you'll be good to go. I ordered the Thai lemongrass tofu and my husband got the Genera Tso chicken. Both were outstanding. (And my husband agrees even having just arrived back from a trip to China.) The meals were freshly prepared after we ordered and we sat sipping the complimentary green tea while we waited. I would definitely recommend this spot if you are craving Asian food and are in a hurry.
(4)
David A.
Great Chinese food. My 4 Star rating is bursting at the seams trying to be 5 stars. The fact that it is a small strip restaurant is the only thing holding them back. Tried a wide range of food. Pad Thai with chicken & shrimp. General Tso chicken. Garlic caramelized wings & beef & shrimp Chow Fun. All were great! !! This was a great find. Do yourself a favor and try it out. You'll get hooked when Chinese is on your tasters.
(4)
Jeremy B.
Very tasty, and the folks who run the place are great. It's a small counter-service place, but don't let that fool you, the food is fresh and delicious.

Best chicken salad rolls I've ever had! Usually you can get shrimp or tofu, so the salad roll variety is pretty awesome. Entrees as well are totally delish. I've tried just about everything they have to offer and have rarely been disappointed. If you're looking for a recommendation though, the yakisoba with beef or chicken is so good.

Was good...NO MORE. Not sure if the management has changed but I am sorely disappointed. Just got 2 different things for lunch today, the same 2 items i've had at least 4 other times in the past 12 months. I got the Chow Fun with Pork and Coconut Curry with Tofu. Based on my experience today, it feels as though the care and attention of the food is no longer there...in it's place, they care only about making money. Several things were wrong about my order. 1. I ordered the Chow Fun to be made spicy, it was not spicy at all. 2. Both items lacked the typical full flavors...they were both flat and bland. 3. In the Coconut Curry with Tofu dish, there were exactly 6 "small" pieces of tofu. Now I know food costs are high, but really? For anyone who's ever had that dish, it's basically a few strands of canned bamboo strips, onions, curry sauce and the protein of choice. For $8 dollars, one should expect more than 6 pieces of tofu (which BTW is not an expensive food item). I will not go back there again. There are way too many other "better" food choices in Portland. Eating out should be a treat and increased enjoyment, and not a bad experience for which you pay for literally and figuratively . Check out the picture of the Coconut Curry with tofu dish...I numbered the tofu in the picture. Please note that the picture is a zoomed-in view, therefore everything looks bigger.

Quite possibly the best Chix teriyaki I've had in portland. All the ingredients were FRESH and you can tell they take pride in their product & preparation.

Best freakin' chicken ever, according to my boyfriend. I think this is one of the most authentic as it can get in Oregon with this restaurant. Asian-owned and although they offer limited menu choices, their food were great! The beef teriyaki was so so so flavorful, and the chicken wings that my boyfriend had was amazing! He loved it; he still craves for it even if we are here in California haha. This restaurant is so big and open (: They also offer drinks and even alcoholic beverages. I think this is a place for lottery too because the smart TVs hanging were based on it. We got it to go and the owner gladly packed it for us nicely with tons of to go sauces and spoons and forks. The service was great, they have the best Asian dish in Portland :D

Sweet P.
Amazing. Everything we ordered was tasty, food came fast, beer was cold, and it was all a great value; I couldn't ask for anything more. Our favourite dishes were the gyoza, coconut curry, and nem rolls. The coconut curry was sweet aromatic and full of flavour. The gyoza were light, crispy, and tasty. Nem rolls were fantastic soft and minty but had crispy fried egg roll wrappers inside for crunch. Our visit blew me away.

Small, unassuming, and a little garish, but great food at a great price. Don't be put off by the exterior, it's perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner.

WokShop Kitchen is outstanding! My girlfriend and I gave this place a try for the first time about 2 months ago, and since then, we have gone back numerous times to have everything on the menu! I can honestly say that no matter what item you choose, it will be prepared fresh for you, and in a very quick and friendly manner. Our favorite items: General Tso's Chicken Salt and Pepper Squid Nem Rolls Garlic Wings The portions (dining in) are perfect, enough to fill but not enough to pig out on. The prices are reasonable, especially since the quality of the food is so high. The lady and I are incredibly happy we found this place, and WokShop Kitchen is now our go-to spot!

I went to this place because of the yelp reviews. They weren't lying about the awesome service and delicious food! Plus they're open late, so thanks from those of us who eat at 10:30 pm!

I"d heard great things about this place. The Yelp reviews are great for this place. It's just down the street from my new place. Perfect right? .....meh. I only tried a couple of the menu items, but overall wasn't super impressed with either. Pad Thai was mush and super saucy. Teriyaki chicken was nothing to write home about. The one thing I did enjoy was the tofu salad roll. Those I'd get again, but the peanut sauce was borderline gross, so even the salad rolls weren't a hit. Not a bad place, but I'll try my other area options before going back.

What do you do when a new spot serves a style of food you like, gets good ratings on Yelp, but you're slightly suspicious that it's going to be mediocre fast food (based on the descriptions in the reviews and the location)? Well, you try it out anyway. And I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Wokshop offers up simple, accessible fast food in the form of teriyaki, pad thai, chow fun, yakisoba and coconut curry alongside a decent beverage selection, sodas, beers and even hard liquor?! Yeah, they have lottery too. But unlike a lot of the dirty banh mi shops on 82nd that are simply fronts for lottery operations, this spot serves up some pretty damn decent fare. Why would you come here? You want a larger quantity of food for a pretty reasonable price and you respect yourself enough to never ever go to a Panda Express ever again. The chow fun here was actually pretty decently tasty. And the portion really hearty for the price. They use the wide rice noodles you often find in pad kee mao and they seem fairly fresh. The flavor is there, and they even have Da Sauce from Sok Sab Bai as a hot sauce option. Is this going to throw down against Sen Yai or Paa Dee or other high-end, authenticity-driven spots? No. It's fast-ish food, and focused on a limited, totally accessible menu. But unlike most similarly situated spots, the food here is actually pretty good. Now I'm interested in checking out the other options.

Just fucking amazing. This little hole in the wall next to a Plaid Pantry, where you'd expect a dry cleaner to be, serves some of the best Asian food in town. The salad rolls are among the best anywhere, with soft, tender rice wraps and large, well-seasoned pieces of chicken. The teriyaki chicken is most, charred just the right amount, and the lemongrass pork is downright criminal in its addictive succulence. They even provide free hot tea, like Asian restaurants in Vancouver, and the folks behind the counter are friendly and easygoing. Sure, it's also one of those gambling parlors and probably makes most of its money from video poker. Don't let that deter you from fast, tasty, inexpensive grub. You can thank me later.

Oh, Wokshop you are thebomb.com ! I actually found this place when they first opened through Groupon and now my boyfriend might be "regular" status! First off, it's open until midnight so after a late night workout, my boyfriend ends straight to this joint for some short ribs. Yumm, meat+rice+add magical green garlic sauce = fireworks in your mouth! I've had most things on their menu besides the orange chicken and spring rolls - they have never disappointed! Now imagine adding all that goodness with the magical green sauce...and the feeling is indescribable. I've even gone as far as buying the magic sauce to take home. Apparently the owners are thinking about bottling it for sale! :) I highly recommend everyone checking out this cool little setup. Forget the panda-'Xpress-like joints and get some asian fusion from Wokshop!

Literally the best Thai food ever. Fast, friendly, BEST taste, and affordable. This place is a hidden gem. Please, come taste anything on the menu, you'll be hooked. I've been here several times and have never had a sub 5-star experience from a pseudo - fast food, neighborhood restaurant. They're literally awesome. Eat here, duh.

Drug addicts?check, hookers?check, pimps?check, beer runs?check, all around weirdos and freaks with a few hipsters from the 1890s thrown in? check. Yup, it's the Madison South neighborhood and it hasn't changed since I was a kid. If you are from Iowa or the Midwest, and one block of flop houses where the only population of blacks living is considered the "inner city" then this place is gonna look scary. If you are a native, then it's business as usual. This little shop is next to the Plaid Pantry which has been in the neighborhood forever. It used to be a pizza joint and before that, I just don't even remember. So many businesses have come and gone next to Plaid, I hope this restaurant stays and grows deep roots. A decent place for good teriyaki. You know this must be true when the majority of patrons are Asians. The pad thai was surprisingly good but it depends on how you like your pad thai. It can almost be considered "drunken" pad thai because it is very wet with lots of sauce. Some folks like their pad thai dry and may not like this style. We haven't had anything we didn't like here. Much better than going to Safeway for their fast chinese food or the Panda express. Good, decent, fast, and cheap food. It's our go to teriyaki. We don't like to travel too far for food so it suits our lifestyle and stomachs.

Food is fantastic, service is quick, and the prices are low! May not be a great area, but it's worth a stop for a quick, delicious meal!

Great Food! Every time I go there I try something different and they excel on the quality and freshness of the food. Today I had a Salt & Pepper Squid and it was tasteful and crunchy all prepared right to the order. My wife and daughters love the Pad Thai Noodles. Definitely my favorite Asian food in town.

We order from Wok Shop on busy nights. It's our go-to take out spot since it's convenient and not far from home. We always get grilled pork salad rolls. Their stir fry dishes are good and the food is always fast and fresh. The only thing I can complain about is that I wish the salad rolls had herbs. Also, get some of the jalapeño garlic sauce from the condiment bar...so good!
(4)
T F.
The food here is actually pretty good. I got Pad Thai tofu one time and Lemongrass tofu this most recent time. It was fresh, flavorful and acceptably priced. The downside is the Video Lottery machines, which are in plain sight and loud enough to be heard (which brings down the class of the place a bit). I would go again, but probably get take out to get away from the machines.
(4)
Eric T.
Don't know what happened to this place. Chicken tastes like the frozen prebreaded Asian style chicken from a grocery store. Also no heat or flavor. The egg rolls also not good anymore. Also when asking for more vegetables instead of a meat for my yaki soba they charged me for an extra portion of side veggies instead of subing more vegetable for the meat. Very disappointed used to be my favorite place.

Angelina B.
this place isn't the bomb like everyone here says so. the foods were okay though could be better. i had the general tso chicken with rice which was really good when it's hot and fresh (duh) the chicken was crispy and easy to break it down. but when it gets warm, the chicken starts to harden and you'll be chewing that shit foreverrrrrr unless you have really strong jaws. don't get their thai iced tea because it's wayyyyy wayyyyy too sweet. it tasted like those butterscotch lollipops from sees candies. yeah... not thai iced tea at all. my boyfriend tried their coconut curry which didn't taste like curry.... more like stir fried. curry shouldn't be thick unless you're eating from a Japanese restaurant than that's fine. idk. I'm just disappointed with the reviews and they didn't meet my expectations.

One of my favorite places to eat Asian food. Beef teriyaki and all of their chicken meals are tasty. Quick and affordable.

Everything we've tried from this little spot has surpassed expectations. The "Hot and Spicy" has a ton of flavor and my husband says their General Tso is some off the best he's ever had! I also really like the Salt and Pepper Squid and can't wait to try more! You can tell that they use fresh ingredients in what they serve. I am a big Thai food fan and the hubs loves Chinese food. Wok Shop Kitchen serves flavors from both regions so we don't have to get takeout from two restaurants, we just call up these guys! I'm super glad they are in my neighborhood!! :-) P.S. - their cilantro jalapeno sauce should be bottled!!!!

Brand new restaurant that opened next to Plaid Pantry. I work nearby and have eaten almost every meal there since I've discovered them. Excellent chow fun, short rib teriyaki, grilled chicken teriyaki, and CRUNCHY general tso chicken.

I was visiting Portland from Eugene and ended up getting the late night hungers. At first I was skeptical of its location but after walking in, I was so happy to have found this place! Besides fast food, street carts and pubs, It's so hard to find decent food late at night. I had a great chat with the owner and my food came out fast. Would totally recommend this place to anyone!

I hope I can encourage you to try Wok Shop! Portland Yelpers, thank you! Flew in late on a Friday night, wanted to grab something good for dinner before the hotel and Yelp said WokShop was highly rated, a few miles away and still open. The place is small, definitely fast-food style, next to a Plaid Pantry in an interesting neighborhood, but the young man behind the counter was just darling and incredibly nice. He was so enthusiastic about his menu - just made you want to try it all - and very helpful. We over-ordered, it all sounded so good! Here's what we tried: The fresh spring rolls, filled with fresh herbs and greens, grilled meat and a little crunch, might have been my favorite and he added some fresh jalapeños to my peanut sauce! Yum! Spring rolls were filled with chicken and nicely crispy, the chow fun with beef was just excellent, with a tiny amount of red chile, not enough for heat, and bean sprouts and onion - and also great leftover for breakfast from the hotel fridge! The teriyaki short ribs were very flavorful and served with steamed rice and veggies and we had a broccoli chicken fried rice that was very good, jut didn't hold a candle to the rest. And their sauces are all homemade. Try the green chile garlic sauce!! They have free, self serve water and excellent hot tea. The place is clean and really, they just couldn't have been nicer. I am writing my review first thing this morning, so I don't forget. WokShop has earned a great review!

It's getting late, your tired and don't feel like cooking at home tonight, I've been there. These guys here will cheer you up and get you what your craving in no time at all. They good could use some work on the Food itself but it's your above average wok kitchen. Tip top shape for dine in aswell. Will be deff coming back here!

Delicious food! Fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. Love the chicken yakisoba and chicken teriyaki. Lots of food for your money too. Nice counter with utensils, to-go boxes, hot tea and soda fountain dispenser. The kitchen is open so you can watch the chefs wok your order. They were great about redoing my order after I discovered red chilli pepper in the chow fun. They aim to please!

This place opened down the street from my house recently and finally tried it about 3 weeks ago, and since then I've been coming back daily. Brought my friends here and they also liked it. Food is pretty good, not awesome but for the price it sure beats a mcdonald's meal. I've tried almost everything on the menu and my favorite would the teriyaki ribs, pad thai and thai lemongrass chicken. Best part of all is that they open until midnight, perfect for those late night cravings while you're cramming for tests the next day. Like the other user mentioned, there are people loitering in the parking lot because it's right next to Plaid Pantry, but it doesn't bother me, came here on several occasions at night and it's fine. I also really like the welcoming modern design, and layout as well, which a lot of asian restaurants lack. People at wokshop are real nice as well. 5 Stars for the convenience, service, settings, and food.

We eat there a few times a week. Always very good and pretty cheap. My go to dish is the pad Thai with tofu, but everything we've had has been delicious.

Everything I've try so far has been delicious and flavorful. Friendly customer service and decent prices.

Go for the noodles, stay for the green chili sauce... Fresh, clean, affordable, fast, delicious, open late, full booze selection. What more can you ask for?

Can I just say yum??? Super fresh, delicious and cheap! We got the salad rolls with peanut sauce, shrimp pad Thai, and general tsao's chicken. Great staff, super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
(5)Bernie R.
When I saw the outside I wasn't sure about this place, but my daughter convinced me I would really like it. I loved it! the food is fresh and cook perfectly. I was really impressed and would go again. I have already recommended to someone.
(5)Drew D.
Good teriyaki chicken. Cheap and quick. The teriyaki was not overly sweet, just the right balance. The shrimp rolls were different. They had pickled carrots and cilantro. Not my favorite.
(4)Wil C.
(3)Rylan A.
Wok Shop has become my go-to stop for quick and affordable Asian cuisine. Great value, good food, and incredibly fast. I typically go for the sweet and sour chicken, which has a balanced sauce with chicken that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
(5)Jobbah J.
(4)Pam M.
So glad to have Wok Shop in the neighborhood they have the best salad rolls! Everything tastes fresh, I have never been disappointed.
(4)Whitney T.
(4)Matt S.
(4)Maria R.
Great food, great service. I usually order the chicken yakisoba and it always taste great! I usually come with co-workers or order take out for work because as soon as someone hears we're going to the wok shop, everyone starts placing thier order. And they never have gotten our orders wrong. You just can't go wrong with this place!
(5)Laura L.
I have to up my rating after eating here a few more times. Fast and super friendly. The food is good. Very good. And heck it's super close and open late. They have upped the prices on a few items but really nothing over $9 now. See the Good Points list in my first review.
(4)laura b.
I won't be going back :(
(1)Anna M.
Best salad rolls ever. Small menu, fresh ingredients, done exceptionally... I will be returning. The best you can do for a small amount of money. Craving it now!
(5)MeatWad B.
Really liked the beef short-rib teriyaki, and the chicken yakisoba was pretty good too! Really nice people and they are open late which is a big plus! I'll be back!
(5)Rebecca E.
(5)Krissy V.
Always go here for a quick lunch. Their pad thai is one of my favorites. The chicken teriyaki and nem rolls is also very delicious!!! And always there's great service from the owners and the people that works there which makes it even better. If you haven't discovered this place, it's a must!!!
(5)Diaz M.
Tried this out today & was very pleased! Fast, friendly & the food was crazy delish! Will b coming back w/my friends next time:)
(5)Hunter B.
(5)Cass M.
(5)Whitney T.
Fast, friendly, and exceedingly delicious. One of my go-to's. Wish they had more shops!
(5)Kristin B.
One of my favorite places to eat, I wish I lived closer! They are so quick, employees are friendly and accommodating, and the food is very fairly priced and so delicious! I have been here numerous times and never been disappointed.
(5)Chris B.
Although this place is in a very ghetto area they have restaurant quality food and great tasting!! I really recommend coming here. We had the short ribs the soba with beef and pad thia none were a disappointment we loves then and if it was close to where we lived we would definitely come back!!!
(5)Julie T.
Ok, so it doesn't look very thrilling from the outside, but this is a hidden gem. The salt and pepper squid is yum yum.
(4)Jo-jo H.
(4)Hungrylone W.
(5)Brenna M.
(3)Rusty S.
(5)Michelle H.
(4)Kevin V.
Ordered the chow fun with chicken and it was delicious! Super fast service and would recommend! 10/10 would come again.
(5)Krystal N.
Nice & neat place, good service. I tried pad thai and coconut curry today, different cooking style from other Thai places i've tried and the food was very delicious. The chicken meat is tender and tasty! Definitely coming back to try all their menu!
(5)Noey D.
this is a nice little neighborhood spot for a quick bite! the curry is yummy and the couple times i have been there, the service and staff were really nice. the decor is simple and cute and it's always been clean there. overall, good spot!!
(4)Van N.
I've been to this place several times. The food is flavorful and consistent. The place is clean and service is friendly and professional.
(4)Katie B.
Me and my husband have been here twice so far,and this place does not disappoint! They are super friendly and really quick! I love it here!!
(5)Joshua D.
(4)Kara B.
This place is so bomb love the vibe and the food is amazing!! This place totally deserves 5 stars!!
(5)Kellie B.
Delicious every time. Take out was fast and easy. Food was on point. My only pick for teriyaki when I am at home.
(5)Bachtuyet L.

(4)David A.
(4)Jeremy B.
Very tasty, and the folks who run the place are great. It's a small counter-service place, but don't let that fool you, the food is fresh and delicious.
(4)Erin M.
(4)Angel C.
(1)Ryan W.
Quite possibly the best Chix teriyaki I've had in portland. All the ingredients were FRESH and you can tell they take pride in their product & preparation.
(5)Laramae E.
(5)Sweet P.
(5)Jordan L.
Small, unassuming, and a little garish, but great food at a great price. Don't be put off by the exterior, it's perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner.
(5)Stephen E.
(5)Mercedes O.
I went to this place because of the yelp reviews. They weren't lying about the awesome service and delicious food! Plus they're open late, so thanks from those of us who eat at 10:30 pm!
(5)Jeremy L.
(2)Don B.
(4)Brian E.
(5)Linda N.
(5)Kevin H.
(5)L. D.
(4)Marshall S.
Food is fantastic, service is quick, and the prices are low! May not be a great area, but it's worth a stop for a quick, delicious meal!
(5)NORELL D.
Great Food! Every time I go there I try something different and they excel on the quality and freshness of the food. Today I had a Salt & Pepper Squid and it was tasteful and crunchy all prepared right to the order. My wife and daughters love the Pad Thai Noodles. Definitely my favorite Asian food in town.
(5)Cindy R.
(4)T F.
(4)Eric T.
(1)Angelina B.
this place isn't the bomb like everyone here says so. the foods were okay though could be better. i had the general tso chicken with rice which was really good when it's hot and fresh (duh) the chicken was crispy and easy to break it down. but when it gets warm, the chicken starts to harden and you'll be chewing that shit foreverrrrrr unless you have really strong jaws. don't get their thai iced tea because it's wayyyyy wayyyyy too sweet. it tasted like those butterscotch lollipops from sees candies. yeah... not thai iced tea at all. my boyfriend tried their coconut curry which didn't taste like curry.... more like stir fried. curry shouldn't be thick unless you're eating from a Japanese restaurant than that's fine. idk. I'm just disappointed with the reviews and they didn't meet my expectations.
(2)Vincent M.
One of my favorite places to eat Asian food. Beef teriyaki and all of their chicken meals are tasty. Quick and affordable.
(4)Emily N.
Come check out this place! Love their curry!!! And great prices for great enough amount of food! Lol double thumbs up!
(5)Sj P.
I absolutely LOVE this place. It's just that good! They have some of the best Pad Thai with jumbo prawns for only $8.00! Can't beat that.. Fast and very friendly service!
(5)Richard L.
Greatest pad Thai ever. Tofu rolls are mind blowing. Open late. Do yourself a favor. Eat here.
(5)Kim H.
(5)Darlene G.
Brand new restaurant that opened next to Plaid Pantry. I work nearby and have eaten almost every meal there since I've discovered them. Excellent chow fun, short rib teriyaki, grilled chicken teriyaki, and CRUNCHY general tso chicken.
(5)Suzanne C.
Wow! Everything was awesome! We ordered yakisoba with shrimp, chow fun with chicken and extra veggies, and salt & pepper squid. It was fast and hot and cheap! We will definitely be back!
(5)Rory T.
(5)Sarah S.
(5)Brad C.
What a great addition to the neighborhood! Eat here almost once a week. Good food, friendly staff, just so excited to have them near buy. Swing in soon!!!
(5)Roman M.
(5)Jeanette H.
(5)esme o.
friendly service, very promptly and attentive. Food is always on point and it's very affordable.
(5)Mike M.
Awesome place. Quick and tasty. prices are decent too.

I've been coming to this place about every two weeks since they open. Super friendly service. I tend to get the coconut curry with extra curry and the chicken yakisoba noodles. ALWAYS YUMMY!

I love this food! My husband and I are making our way through the entire menu. So far I have ordered salad rolls with shrimp every time! The general tsao is tasty. Salt & pepper squid is amazing.....

Go for the noodles, stay for the green chili sauce... Fresh, clean, affordable, fast, delicious, open late, full booze selection. What more can you ask for?
