Best drinks in town. Maggie, the owner and bartender, rocks!!!

Came here after watching a movie next door at the theatre. The beer selection was good, a couple of different microbrews from Oregon. I was really excited to see Cafe Negro on tap - this is slowly closing in on Oakshire's Espresso Stout for my favorite beer ever. I really liked that the beers were served in medium and large sized mason jars. It felt very Portlandish. Prices were the usual for a portland bar, and atmosphere was great with a dim lighting.

Good pulled pork sandwiches. Inexpensive too. Do I need to say anything else...it's pulled pork. The sauce is delicious.

My girl and I stopped by for dinner tonight, and it sure won't be the last time. I'm from Texas, and tend to be very fussy about my brisket, but it was amazing. Pulled pork was also great. Both very flavorful and smokey without the smoke overwhelming the taste. The sides were great -- good corn bread, great mashed potatoes, fresh black-eyed pea salad. The drinks were on the strong side, which I am not even remotely complaining about after a long day at work. We'll be back soon!

Judging by the sparse reviews and my own unawareness, this little bar must have a perception filter over it or something. It's been around for a while, has a friendly staff and cheap drinks yet I can't remember ever noticing it before. We stopped in on a walk and grabbed two beers. The Stone IPA was good as was the Blue Moon, both on tap for $4 each and both served up in some mason jars. Cozy, but I still despise TVs in bars and the 3 inside might just have outnumbered the tables for sitting customers.

Small bar in a great location. Excellent bartender on Sunday and Monday nights. The rest of the details are pretty average. . .except the food! Amazing BBQ. The Workshop is the new home of Smokey Mountain BBQ, it's most accessible location yet. Next time you are in the neighborhood stop by and have a pulled pork sandwich, or ribs, or any of the wonderful sides. It washes down quite well with a beer or two.

I've been to the Workshop several times. The first time I got the beef brisket sandwich. It was pretty darn small but it tasted great. Recently I returned and got a pulled pork sandwich. It was seven dollars, the size of a happy meal cheeseburger and tasted like a McRibb. Also, they didn't ask me what kind of side I wanted and just presumed I wanted potato salad, which I hate. Not that it would have mattered because their sides are pretty much 1.5 oz. I'm not going here again.

Nice, little neighborhood bar in the heart of Clinton. Good tunes, nice outdoor seating, cozy place. There's a fine selection of rotating taps served in mason jars. Dig it. The food is solid for bar food. I highly recommend the catfish Po' boy. Killer specials on Tightwad Tuesdays. Come grab a drank.

Great place to stop by and grab a drink. We've been here a couple of times during happy hour since it's pretty close to our place. The happy hour prices are pretty good ($2.50 for a well drink, $1 off beers on tap.) We also tried a couple of their food. The sweet potato fries with garlic aioli was perfect to snack on while drinking. Their fried tomato sliders were great. It was topped with a pretty tasty slaw. I also liked that they used fried tomatoes as opposed to the usual veggie patty.
