I was avoiding this Subway for a while after a couple lackluster experiences, but after more recent visits it seems like service and quality has definitely improved. I'd probably eat Subway more often if not for the fact that the prices seem to have gone up every time I go inside one- but that's am issue I have with the chain on the whole, not this particular location. No complaints in that regard, and regardless, it's nice to have this as an option in St. Johns.

Good service Subway! Even at lunch, no more than 10 minutes. Afternoon features a really awesome young woman who is exemplary!

It's subway. Same as most every subway I've been in. The people there do their job and that's about it. I go, watch as they make my sandwich and leave. There's not as much seating in this one as in others I've been in but I don't stay to eat there anyway so whatever. This one never seems to be particularly busy and I think the most people in front of me before has been 2. Place is clean when I've gone in and I'm not scared to let my kids use the bathroom, which btw you do need to ask for the key for. I've never had exceptional service an I've never had horrible service here either

This Subway is one of the worse I've been to. I know, I know, we shouldn't go into a chain restaurant and expect anything *amazing* but I would still like basic human courtesy and edible food. The girls working that afternoon were so busy goofy off in the back, they hardly noticed when customers came in or out. One girl argued with a guy who wanted a second bag for his sandwich and she sighed the nastiest eye-rolling sigh when she finally gave it to him. The girl who made my sandwich wasn't rude but wasn't very attentive either, which is really hard to do when you're making a sandwich right in front of someone. She walked away from the register immediately after giving me my receipt and never came back up. I stood there for several minutes waiting to get napkins. I had received zero. And there were none anywhere in the place that was accessible to customers. There's another Subway down on Lombard & Interstate that I would recommend going to instead (only 2.5 miles away). They're friendly, efficient, outgoing and don't spend the whole time giggling in the back room.

This place is horrible, they refuse to give you veggies and if you ask for more, they will put 3 little pieces of red onion on your sandwich. I'm paying for a sandwich, put a decent amount of veggies on it and don't look pissed when I ask for more. Some of the girls working there have the worst attitude and it shows when they are making your sandwich, if you don't like your job then quit, don't be nasty to a paying customer. I don't appreciate eating a bread sandwich, its pretty bad when you cant see anything sticking out of your sandwich.

What can I say, it's a Subway. Some are better than others and I think this one is better managed that some of the others. Every time I have stopped by the service is good, place is clean and the employees are friendly. What more can you really ask for?

Literally bought a drink. Then she refused to let me use the restroom. Women working early in the morning. Very rude to me. Then she proceeds to let a gentleman who didn't even buy anything use the restroom. Will not be back to this location.

Ingredients come from a million miles away and taste gross. The bread, although baked fresh, is full of preservatives. The spreads are less than impressive, and the meats are not fit for human consumption.
